Illus. 1963.—A nonsporulating strain of Pestalotia ramulosa v. Beyma NRRL 2826 produces large amounts of ramulosin, a compound having a molecular formula of C10H14O3. This compound was first observed in colonies growing on malt extract agar and was subsequently produced in large yields in still fermentation at 15 C. Two other sporulating strains of this species fail to produce ramulosin, but all 3 strains have similar carbon and nitrogen utilization patterns. Of a number of different media tested, the best was found to be composed of 4.0% malt extract, 4.0% glucose and 0.1% peptone. Yields of as much as 6.2 g of ramulosin per liter of medium have been obtained, representing 58% of the total dry weight of the culture. Ramulosin is not produced in any appreciable amounts until after most of the mycelium is formed. Ramulosin can also be produced in submerged fermentations. A sporulating form that fails to produce ramulosin has been found incertain fermentations carried out at elevated temperatures. 相似文献

筛选了 3 氟代丙酮酸敏感型突变株 ,丙酮酸发酵生产水平正突变率 1 0 0 % ,最高产酸达584mmol/L ,提高 77% ;作为对照 ,3 氟代丙酮酸抗性型的正突变率只有 1 2 .5%。第 2次γ 照射处理中 ,DG抗性突变株的残糖从 3 .2 1 g/L降至 0 .0 1 1 6g/L。 相似文献

研究了三种面包酵母对大豆低聚糖碳源利用的选择性。结果表明 :面包酵母C可选择性地利用蔗糖 ,而水苏糖和棉子糖的保留率大于 96 %;通过添加酵母膏 ,经过 3 6h培养 ,面包酵母C可全部利用大豆低聚糖中的蔗糖。进一步研究表明 ,以大豆乳清废糖浆为原料直接发酵再经下游处理 ,可得到蔗糖含量低于 1 3 %的精制大豆低聚糖干粉。 相似文献

热带假丝酵母(C.tropicalis)NP-6-126是经过紫外线和亚硝酸反复诱变筛选培育出来的,它是生产十三烷1,13一二羧酸(DC_(15)的优良生产突变株,尿素和硝酸钾浓度对其产酸有明显影响。尿素浓度在0.15%~0.21%范围内对产酸有利,尤其是0.18%最佳,浓度增大,明显抑制DC_(15)的产生和积累;硝酸钾的加入,也明显促进DC_(15)产量的提高,0.6%~0.9%硝酸钾浓度较合适。于16L自动控制罐发酵7d,DC_(15)达到130g/L,放大到2500L罐,在最佳条件下,连续5批,发酵6d,DC_(15)产量平均达到176g/L,正十五烷(nC_(15)转化率平均为52.5%,后处理总收率平均为80.6%,DC_(15)的纯度平均为95.83%。 相似文献
