The present study examined the impacts of sodium acetate (SA), sodium acid pyrophosphate (SAPP), and citric acid (CA) on the viability, proliferation, and DNA damage of isolated lymphocytes in vitro. 3‐(4,5‐Dimethylthiazol‐2‐yl)‐2,5‐diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release assays were adopted to evaluate cell viability, while comet assay was employed to assess the genotoxic effects. The cells were incubated with different levels of SA (50, 100, and 200 mM), SAPP (25, 50, and 100 mM/L), or CA (100, 200, and 300 μg/mL). The lymphocytes treated with the tested food additives showed concentration‐dependent decreases in both cell viability and proliferation. A concentration‐dependent increase in LDH release was also observed. The comet assay results indicated that SA, SAPP, and CA increased DNA damage percentage, tail DNA percentage, tail length, and tail moment in a concentration‐dependent manner. The current results showed that SA, SAPP, and CA are cytotoxic and genotoxic to isolated lymphocytes in vitro.  相似文献

1,2,3,4-Butanetetracarboxylic acid (BTCA) was applied to crosslink amorphous regions of cotton-type rayon fibers via anhydride-mediated esterification for the purpose of enhanced mechanical properties. Crosslinking was conducted under a series of curing temperature with the presence of sodium hypophosphite (SHP) as the effective catalyst for anhydride formation. The conversion rate based on Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectra was in good agreement with that from the direct calculation based on titrated carboxyl groups and ester linkages. Crosslinking degree increased linearly with the curing temperature. The optimal tensile properties were derived from the curing temperature of 180 °C with an intermediate crosslinking degree. Moreover, the crosslinked structures of the rayon fibers had a great impact on absorption of liquid and gaseous water. The liquid water retention capacity diminished substantially with the crosslinking degree, while interaction between moisture and the fibers revealed that sorption–desorption cycles and concomitant hystereses were scarcely affected by the crosslinked fiber structures.  相似文献

A series of pH-sensitive composite hydrogel beads composed of chitosan-g-poly (acrylic acid)/attapulgite/sodium alginate (CTS-g-PAA/APT/SA) was prepared as drug delivery matrices crosslinked by Ca2+ owing to the ionic gelation of SA. The structure and surface morphology of the composite hydrogel beads were characterized by FTIR and SEM, respectively. pH-sensitivity of these composite hydrogels beads and the release behaviors of drug from them were investigated. The results showed that the composite hydrogel beads had good pH-sensitivity. The cumulative release ratios of diclofenac sodium (DS) from the composite hydrogel beads were 3.76% in pH 2.1 solution and 100% in pH 6.8 solutions within 24 h, respectively. However, the cumulative release ratio of DS in pH 7.4 solution reached 100% within 2 h. The DS cumulative release ratio reduced with increasing APT content from 0 to 50 wt%. The drug release was swelling-controlled at pH 6.8.  相似文献

Pectin was modified by oxidation with sodium periodate at molar ratios of 2.5, 5, 10, 15 and 20 mol% and reductive amination with tyramine and sodium cyanoborohydride afterwards. Concentration of tyramine groups within modified pectin ranged from 54.5 to 538 μmol/g of dry pectin while concentration of ionizable groups ranged from 3.0 to 4.0 mmol/g of dry polymer compared to 1.5 mmol/g before modification due to the introduction of amino group. All tyramine-pectins showed exceptional gelling properties and could form hydrogel both by cross-linking of carboxyl groups with calcium or by cross-linking phenol groups with peroxidase in the presence of hydrogen peroxide. These hydrogels were tested as carriers for soybean hull peroxidase (SHP) immobilization within microbeads formed in an emulsion based enzymatic polymerization reaction. SHP immobilized within tyramine-pectin microbeads had an increased thermal and organic solvent stability compared to the soluble enzyme. Immobilized SHP was more active in acidic pH region and had slightly decreased K m value of 2.61 mM compared to the soluble enzyme. After 7 cycles of repeated use in batch reactor for pyrogallol oxidation microbeads, immobilized SHP retained half of the initial activity.

Photo catalytic action of nano TiO(2) for decomposing of some organic compounds is a well known phenomenon. This can be extended to the application on nano TiO(2) on the desized cotton fabric to decompose the hydrophobic impurities and coloring matters of the fabric. This can be nominating as a replacement for the conventional scouring and bleaching processes on cotton fabric producing the hydrophilic white cotton fabric. The photo activities of the nano TiO(2) on the desized cotton through decomposition of the cotton impurities compared for two different light exposures: UV rays and daylight. The desized cotton fabrics treated in the ultrasonic bath containing a colloidal aqueous solution of nano TiO(2)/citric acid (CA)/sodium hypophosphite (SHP). Incorporating CA in the treatment bath enhanced the treatment durability against washing, created a durable hydrophilic white cotton fabric even after several successive washings. Increasing the nano TiO(2) content enhanced the fabric hydrophilicity and whiteness features. Overall, the nano photo scouring and nano photo bleaching on the cotton fabric introduced and thoroughly discussed. This gains the application of nano TiO(2) on textile materials besides the other well known characteristics obtained on the textiles including self-cleaning, antibacterial and UV protection.  相似文献

The Punjab Urial (Ovis vignei punjabiensis) is an endangered subspecie of ovidae, distributed as small scattered populations in the forest belt of the Himalayan foothills of Pakistan and in the areas enclosed by the Indus and the Jhelum rivers. The present study was conducted to evaluate the liquid storage of Punjab Urial spermatozoa in different extenders for use in future in situ conservation activities. Semen was collected by electro-ejaculation from three captive Punjab Urial rams. Suitable ejaculates of individual animals were pooled and divided into three aliquots for dilution with the experimental extenders (Tris–citric acid, skim milk and sodium citrate) at 37 °C. Extended semen was cooled from 37 °C to 5 °C in 2 h, and stored for three days at 5 °C. Sperm motility (%), viability (%; live/dead), acrosome integrity (%) and plasma membrane integrity (%) were assessed on days 1, 2 and 3 of storage. On day 1, sperm motility, viability as well as acrosome and plasma membrane integrity were similar (p > 0.05) in all three experimental extenders. On day 2, sperm motility, viability, acrosome and plasma membrane integrity were higher (p < 0.05) in Tris–citric acid extender compared to sodium citrate based extender. On day 3 of storage, the values of motility, viability and acrosome integrity were higher (p < 0.05) in Tris–citric acid extender than in skim milk and sodium citrate based extenders. In conclusion, Tris–citric acid extender appears to be a better option compared with skim milk and sodium citrate extenders for liquid storage of Punjab Urial semen.  相似文献

Cotton fabric was thermally crosslinked with poly (N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone) (PVP) at different conditions including temperature, time, PVP concentrations and molecular weights. Results indicated that treating the cotton fabrics with 4% aqueous solution of PVP of molecular weight 10,000 Dalton followed by drying at 85 °C for 5 min then curing at 160 °C for 3 min results in crosslinking as will as an improvement in some performance properties of that fabrics such as resiliency, tensile strength, and acid dyeability. Post-treating PVP crosslinked fabric with 5% iodine in ethanol solution for 5 h at 50 °C imparts antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. Moreover, incorporation of PVP in the easy-care finishing of cotton fabrics, as polymer additive, with N,N-dimethylol 4,5-dihydroxyethylene urea as a crosslinker enhances some of the performance properties of finished fabrics such as the nitrogen content, tensile strength and acid dyeability along with decreasing resiliency as well as whiteness index, whereas the ester crosslinking with citric acid, in presence of PVP, enhances resilience, tensile strength and whiteness indices accompanied with a reduction in the %N of the treated fabrics. Infra red spectrum of PVP crosslinked fabric as well as EDX analysis of loaded iodine on PVP crosslinked cotton fabric were investigated.  相似文献

The aim of this work was to produce structured triacylglycerols (STAGs), with caprylic acid located at positions 1 and 3 of the glycerol backbone and docosohexaenoic acid (DHA) at position 2, by acidolysis of tuna oil and caprylic acid (CA) catalyzed by lipases Rd, from Rhizopus delemar, and Palatase 20000L from Mucor miehei immobilized on Accurel MP1000 in a packed bed reactor (PBR), working in continuous and recirculation modes. First, different lipase/support ratios were tested for the immobilization of lipases and the best results were obtained with ratios of 0.67 (w/w) for lipase Rd and 6.67 (w/w) for Palatase. Both lipases were stable for at least 4 days in the operational conditions. In the storage conditions (5 °C) lipases Rd and Palatase maintained constant activity for 5 months and 1 month, respectively. These catalysts have been used to obtain STAGs by acidolysis of tuna oil and CA in a PBR operating with recirculation of the reaction mixture through the lipase bed. Thus, STAGs with 52–53% CA and 14–15% DHA were obtained. These results were the basis for establishing the operational conditions to obtain STAGs operating in continuous mode. These new conditions were established maintaining constant intensity of treatment (IOT, lipase amount × reaction time/oil amount). In this way STAGs with 44–50% CA and 17–24% DHA were obtained operating in continuous mode. Although the compositions of STAGs obtained with both lipases were similar, Palatase required an IOT about four times higher than lipase Rd.To separate the acidolysis products (free fatty acids, FFAs, and STAGs) an extraction method of FFAs by water–ethanol solutions was tested. The following variables were optimized: water/ethanol ratio (the best results were attained with a water/ethanol ratio of 30:70, w/w), the solvent/FFA–STAG mixture ratio (3:1, w/w) and the number of extraction steps (3–5). In these conditions highly pure STAGs (93–96%) were obtained with a yield of 85%. The residual FFAs can be eliminated by neutralization with a hydroethanolic KOH solution to obtain pure STAGs. The positional analysis of these STAGs, carried out by alcoholysis catalyzed by lipase Novozym 435, has shown that CA represents 55% of fatty acids located at positions 1 and 3 and DHA represents 42% of fatty acids at position 2.  相似文献

Sorghum contaminated with a total concentration of aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) and aflatoxin B2 (AFB2) at 140 ± 7.3 ng/g was extrusion-cooked in a single screw extruder. The temperature profile in the barrel sections of the extruder was 80–150–200 °C. The flour moisture content (M.C.) was adjusted at 200, 250 and 300 g/kg by means of aqueous citric acid at concentrations of 0, 0.5, 1, 2, 4 and 8N. The barrel temperature profile, in combination with the M.C. and the citric acid concentration, significantly affected the extent of aflatoxin reduction in the extruded sorghum. The recovered aflatoxin decreased with an increase in M.C. and acid concentration. The maximum percentage of aflatoxins degraded from cooking the milled sorghum ranged from 17 to 92%. Even when using a severe extrusion condition combined with high citric acid concentrations, acceptable product colour, viscosity, functional and textural properties were obtained.  相似文献

Chemical and physical treatments of barley grain increase ruminally resistant starch and can improve the rumen fermentation pattern. The objective of the present study was to evaluate the effects of chemical (addition of citric acid, CA) and physical (grinding to two different particle sizes, PS) treatment of barley grain on performance, rumen fermentation, microbial protein yield in the rumen and selected blood metabolites in growing calves. In all, 28 male Holstein calves (172±5.1 kg initial BW) were used in a complete randomised design with a factorial arrangement of 2 barley grain particle sizes×2 levels of citric acid. The diets were as follows: (i) small PS (average 1200 µm) barley grain soaked in water (no CA addition); (ii) small PS barley grain soaked in a CA solution (adding 20 g CA/kg barley); (iii) large PS (average 2400 µm) barley grain soaked in water (no citric acid addition) and (iv) large PS barley grain soaked in a citric acid solution (adding 20 g CA/kg barley). Barley grain was then incorporated at 35% in a total mixed ration and fed to the calves for 11 weeks. Feeding small PS barley decreased feed intake (P=0.02) and average daily weight gain (P=0.01). The addition of CA to barley grain did not affect intake but increased weight gain (P<0.01) and improved feed to gain ratio (P=0.03). Digestibility of organic matter and NDF tended (P<0.10) to increase, whereas faecal scoring was improved (P=0.03) and the presence of undigested grain particles in faeces was reduced (P<0.01) with CA-treated barley grain. Glucose and urea concentrations were increased (P<0.01) in the blood of calves fed the CA-treated barley grain. Ruminal pH tended (P=0.08) to be decreased with more finely ground barley and was increased when barley grain was treated with CA. Total volatile fatty acid concentrations in the rumen did not differ among treatments (P>0.05). However, the molar proportion of propionate was increased (P=0.03) when barley was more finely ground, and that of acetate was increased (P=0.04) when CA was added to barley grain. The ruminal concentration of ammonia nitrogen was increased (P<0.01) and microbial nitrogen synthesis in the rumen tended to decrease by adding CA to barley. Treating barley grain with citric acid increased fibre digestibility of total mixed rations, attenuated the decrease in ruminal pH, and improved weight gain and feed efficiency in male Holstein growing calves fed a high-cereal diet (550 g cereal grain/kg diet).  相似文献

The effect of dissolved oxygen on citric acid production and oxygen uptake by Candida lipolytica Y 1095 was evaluated in cell recycle and fed-batch fermentation systems. The maximum observed volumetric productivity, which occurred at a dilution rate of 0.06 h(-1), a dissolved oxygen concentration of 80%, and a biomass concentration of 5% w/v, in the cell recycle system, was 1.32 g citric acid/L . h. At these same conditions, the citric acid yield was 0.65 g/g and the specific citric acid productivity was 24.9 mg citric acid/g cell . h. In the cell recycle system, citric acid yields ranged from 0.45 to 0.72 g/g. Both the volumetric and specific citric acid productivities were dependent on the dilution rate and the concentration of dissolved oxygen in the fermentor. Similar productivities (1.29 g citric acid/L . h) were obtained in the fed-batch system operated at a cycle time of 36 h, a dissolved oxygen concentration of 80%, and 60 g total biomass. Citric acid yields in the fed-batch fermentor were consistently lower than those obtained in the cell recycle system and ranged from 0.40 to 0.59 g/g. Although citric acid yields in the fed-batch fermentor were lower than those obtained in the cell recycle system, higher citric:isocitric acid ratios were obtained in the fed-batch fermentor. As in the cell recycle system, both the volumetric and specific citric acid productivities in the fed-batch fermentor were dependent on the cycle time and dissolved oxygen concentration. Aims: To evaluate the potential of apple pomace (AP) supplemented with rice husk for hyper citric acid production through solid‐state fermentation by Aspergillus niger NRRL‐567. Optimization of two key parameters, such as moisture content and inducer (ethanol and methanol) concentration was carried out by response surface methodology. Methods and Results: In this study, the effect of two crucial process parameters for solid‐state citric acid fermentation by A. niger using AP waste supplemented with rice husk were thoroughly investigated in Erlenmeyer flasks through response surface methodology. Moisture and methanol had significant positive effect on citric acid production by A. niger grown on AP (P < 0·05). Higher values of citric acid on AP by A. niger (342·41 g kg?1 and 248·42 g kg?1 dry substrate) were obtained with 75% (v/w) moisture along with two inducers [3% (v/w) methanol and 3% (v/w) ethanol] with fermentation efficiency of 93·90% and 66·42%, respectively depending upon the total carbon utilized after 144 h of incubation period. With the same optimized parameters, conventional tray fermentation was conducted. The citric acid concentration of 187·96 g kg?1 dry substrate with 3% (v/w) ethanol and 303·34 g kg?1 dry substrate with 3% (v/w) methanol were achieved representing fermentation efficiency of 50·80% and 82·89% in tray fermentation depending upon carbon utilization after 120 h of incubation period. Conclusions: Apple pomace proved to be the promising substrate for the hyper production of citric acid through solid‐state tray fermentation, which is an economical technique and does not require any sophisticated instrumentation. Significance and Impact of the Study: The study established that the utilization of agro‐industrial wastes have positive repercussions on the economy and will help to meet the increasing demands of citric acid and moreover will help to alleviate the environmental problems resulting from the disposal of agro‐industrial wastes.  相似文献

Yarrowia lipolytica is able to secrete large amounts of citric acid (CA), which is greatly affected by the dissolved oxygen concentration (DOC) in the fermentation medium. In this study, oleic acid was selected as oxygen‐vector to improve DOC during CA fermentation. When 2% (v/v) of oleic acid was added to the culture broth, higher DOC (>42.1%) was determined throughout the CA synthesis phase. The yield of CA reached a maximum of 32.1 g/L (25.4% higher than the control) and the biomass was 8.8 g/L. The substrate uptake rate, products formation rate and key enzyme activities were also determined, and the results indicated that CA synthesis was strengthened with oleic acid addition. Furthermore, it was detected that oleic acid could be assimilated by the cells, which means that oleic acid could be served both as oxygen‐vector and co‐substrate for CA synthesis by Y. lipolytica. In a bioreactor with working volume of 3 L, the highest concentration of CA reached to 36. 4 g/L in the presence of 2% (v/v) oleic acid after 192 h of fermentation. These results confirmed that oleic acid could be applied in the large‐scale production of CA by Y. lipolytica.  相似文献

During cultivation under nitrogen starvation, Yarrowia lipolytica produces a mixture of citric acid and isocitric acid whose ratio is mainly determined by the carbon source used. We report that mitochondrial succinate–fumarate carrier YlSfc1 controls isocitric acid efflux from mitochondria. YlSfc1 purified and reconstituted into liposomes transports succinate, fumarate, oxaloacetate, isocitrate and α-ketoglutarate. YlSFC1 overexpression determined the inversion of isocitric acid/citric acid ratio towards isocitric acid, resulting in 33.4 ± 1.9 g/L and 43.3 ± 2.8 g/L of ICA production in test-tube cultivation with glucose and glycerol, respectively. These titers represent a 4.0 and 6.3-fold increase compared to the wild type. YlSFC1 gene expression was repressed in the wild type strain grown in glucose-based medium compared to olive oil medium explaining the reason for the preferred citric acid production during Y. lipolytica growth on carbohydrates. Coexpression of YlSFC1 and adenosine monophosphate deaminase YlAMPD genes together with inactivation of citrate mitochondrial carrier YlYHM2 gene enhanced isocitric acid accumulation up to 41.4 ± 4.1 g/L with an isocitric acid/citric acid ratio of 14.3 in a small-scale cultivation with glucose as a carbon source. During large-scale cultivation with glucose pulse-feeding, the engineered strain produced 136.7 ± 2.5 g/L of ICA with a process selectivity of 88.1%, the highest reported titer and selectivity to date. These results represent the first reported isocitric acid secretion by Y. lipolytica as a main organic acid during cultivation on carbohydrate. Moreover, we demonstrate for the first time that the replacement of one mitochondrial transport system for another can be an efficient tool for switching product accumulation.  相似文献

A laboratory-scale study was conducted to evaluate the feasibility of using palm oil mill effluent (POME) as a major substrate and other nutrients for maximum production of citric acid using the potential fungal strain Aspergillus niger (A103). Statistical optimization of medium composition (substrate–POME, co-substrates–wheat flour and glucose, and nitrogen source–ammonium nitrate) and fermentation time was carried out by central composite design (CCD) to develop a polynomial regression model through the effects of linear, quadratic, and interaction of the factors. The statistical analysis of the results showed that, in the range studied, ammonium nitrate had no significant effect whereas substrate, co-substrates and fermentation time had significant effects on citric acid production. The optimized medium containing 2% (w/w) of substrate concentration (POME), 4% (w/w) of wheat flour concentration, 4% (w/w) of glucose concentration, 0% (w/v) of ammonium nitrate and 5 days fermentation time gave the maximum predicted citric acid of 5.37 g/l which was found to be 1.5 g/l in the experimental run. The determination of coefficient (R 2) from the analysis observed was 0.964, indicating a satisfactory adjustment of the model with the response. The analysis showed that the major substrate POME (P < 0.05), glucose (P < 0.01), nutrient (P < 0.05), and fermentation time (P < 0.01) was more significant for citric acid production. The bioconversion of POME for citric acid production using optimal conditions showed the higher removal of chemical oxygen demand (82%) with the production of citric acid (5.2 g/l) on the final day of fermentation process (7 days). The pH and biosolids accumulation were observed during the bioconversion process.  相似文献

A series of starch/polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) films, denoted SP films, with varying concentrations (5–30 wt%) of citric acid (CA) were solvent cast at 140 °C. The effects of CA on the chemical structure, thermal properties, swelling degree, mechanical properties, crystallinity, and cytotoxicity were investigated. Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy showed that an esterification took place between CA and starch (or PVA) during molding at 140 °C. This esterification and the multi-carboxyl structure of CA resulted in a chemical cross-linking of the blended system. Furthermore, the esterification occurred more easily between starch and CA as opposed to between the PVA and CA. The residual-free CA acted as a plasticizer for the starch and PVA. As compared to the hydroxyl groups on glycerol, the carboxyl groups on CA were capable of forming stronger hydrogen bonds between CA and other components, and this cross-linking and strong hydrogen bonding enhanced the thermal stability of the SP films. Consequently, the water absorbance decreased from 33% to 20% as the CA percentage increased from 5 to 30 wt%. When 5 wt% CA was added, the tensile strength of the sample increased from 39 to 48 MPa, but when even more CA was added (from 5 to 30 wt%), the tensile strength decreased from 48 to 42 MPa and the elongation at break increased from 102% to 208%. This was caused by the plasticizing effect of the residual-free CA in the blend. The cell relative growth rates of samples with varying CA concentrations exceeded 80% after 7 days of incubation, and this demonstrated that there was no significant toxicity on the cells’ growth when the CA content was less than 20 wt%.  相似文献

Virus is the most menacing factor for plant, which causes enormous economic losses in agriculture worldwide. Tobacco mosaic virus is most hazardous virus among the plants that can spread through biological and non-biological sources. TMV is ancient virus that causes huge economic losses to pepper cucumber ornamental crops and tobacco. It can be controlled by reducing the population of vector through pesticide application. However, the rapid usage of synthetic chemicals causes environmental pollution and destroys our ecosystem. Consequently, different approaches just like natural derivatives should be adopted for the environmental friendly management for TMV. This in vitro study demonstrated the potential role of natural metabolites such as poultry manure and plant extracts such as salicylic acid and citric acid for the control of TMV. Two different concentrations of poultry manure 60G and 30G were used. Poultry manure was mixed with the soil at the time of sowing. Disease severity was minimum at maximum concentration as compared to the control. Meanwhile, two different concentrations of salicylic acid and citric acid 60% and 90% were applied by foliar sprayer after three-leaf stages. Disease severity was observed after 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 days after disease inoculation. Here also maximum concentration showed the minimum disease severity and higher concentration of both animal and plants extracts were used for following experiment. Quantitative real-time PCR (RT-qPCR) results demonstrated that different plant defense-related genes such as PR1a, PAL, PR5, NPR1, PRIb, and PDF1.2 were up-regulated. Furthermore, applications of each treatment-induced systemic resistance against a wide range of pathogen including TMV and fungal pathogen Botrytis cinerea.  相似文献

Date syrup as an economical source of carbohydrates and immobilized Aspergillus niger J4, which was entrapped in calcium alginate pellets, were employed for enhancing the production of citric acid. Maximum production was achieved by pre-treating date syrup with 1.5% tricalcium phosphate to remove heavy metals. The production of citric acid using a pretreated medium was 38.87% higher than an untreated one that consumed sugar. The appropriate presence of nitrogen, phosphate and magnesium appeared to be important in order for citric acid to accumulate. The production of citric acid and the consumed sugar was higher when using 0.1% ammonium nitrate as the best source of nitrogen. The production of citric acid increased significantly when 0.1 g/l of KH2PO4 was added to the medium of date syrup. The addition of magnesium sulfate at the rate of 0.20 g/l had a stimulating effect on the production of citric acid. Maximum production of citric acid was obtained when calcium chloride was absent. One of the most important benefits of immobilized cells is their ability and stability to produce citric acid under a repeated batch culture. Over four repeated batches, the production of citric acid production was maintained for 24 days when each cycle continued for 144 h. The results obtained in the repeated batch cultivation using date syrup confirmed that date syrup could be used as a medium for the industrial production of citric acid.  相似文献

Effects of ionic strength and organic materials on copper ion uptake capacity using carboxylated alginic acid which showed very high metal ion uptake capacity were investigated. The ionic strength only had a slight effect on the decrease of copper ion uptake capacity regardless of NaCl concentration. And, the effect of organic materials such as NTA (nitrilotriaceticacid) and sodium hypophosphite on the copper ion uptake capacity was negligible. When the lead ion adsorbed on carboxylated alginic acid was desorbed by NTA, which showed high desorption efficiency, the best optimum concentration of NTA was about 0.01 M. Also desorption efficiency decreased, however, concentration factor increased as S/L ratio which is defined as the ratio of adding amount of adsorbed and volume of desorbing agent increased. In sequential adsorption and desorption cycles, the lead uptake capacity on carboxylated alginic acid was relatively maintained through cycles 1-5.  相似文献
