滇东南绿春县李仙江大黑山番龙眼群落以无患子科的番龙眼和苏木科的无忧花为乔木层优势种,外貌以单叶、纸质、全缘、渐尖、叶叶为主的常绿大、中高位芽植物组成为特征,层间木质藤本较丰富,属一种热带 北缘的热带季节性雨林类型,该群落物组成复杂,动态结构稳定,处于生长期。  相似文献

明确底栖动物在时空尺度上的自然变化规律对有效评估和保护水生态系统十分重要。基于2012年季节调查数据,对新薛河典型生境底栖动物群落季节动态进行了研究。共鉴定底栖动物108种,隶属5门10纲74属。短脉纹石蛾、长钝直突摇蚊、拟长跗摇蚊、Neozarelia sp.为研究区域优势分类单元,相对丰度分别为25.1%、9.8%、9.0%、8.6%;各季节间优势分类单元组成差异较大,3个季度共同优势物种仅短脉纹石蛾1种。密度、物种丰度、香农指数表现为4月和12月显著高于10月;均匀度指数10月份最高。非度量多维标度排序表明,不同季节底栖动物群落结构差异显著;对照河段(D河段)群落结构季节间差异相对较小。指示物种法分离出了新薛河及各河段代表性物种41种,但B河段未分离出指示物种;双向聚类分析进一步明确了指示物种的指示属性(特有或者相对丰度最高)。  相似文献

The Ibirité watershed is subject to several forms of environmental degradation such as the presence of a petroleum refinery industry, urbanization of its surrounding landscape, and non treated domestic sewage from over 135,000 inhabitants. Benthic macroinvertebrates represent a useful tool in the evaluation of environmental quality through studies of the structure of communities and their relationship to anthropic activities within the watersheds. The objective of this study was to evaluate the environmental impact to the Ibirité reservoir caused by the petroleum refinery industry, urbanization, and sulphatation. Degradation of the watershed was measured by using the richness, diversity, evenness, and density of benthic macroinvertebrates. Twelve sampling stations were established as follows: five stations on Pintados and Ibirité streams (upstream from the reservoir), six in the reservoir and one station downstream from the reservoir. From 2002 to 2003, during both the dry and rainy seasons (in the tributaries) and the stratified and non-stratified periods (in the reservoir) were evaluated. A total of 289,777 organisms were collected and the most abundant organisms found in the streams were Oligochaeta (60%), Chironomidae (Chironomus, Goeldichironomus, Dicrotendipes, Cryptochironomus, Polypedilum, Parachironomus, Tanytarsus, Tribelos, Tanypus, Ablabesmyia, Cricotopus, Oliveriella) (38%) and Gastropoda (Biomphalaria straminea, Physa sp., Melanoides tuberculatus, Pomacea haustrum) (2%). In the reservoir, the most abundant specimens were Chaoboridae (46%) and Chironomidae larvae (Chironomus, Goeldichironomus, Tanypus, Coleotanypus, Labrundinia) (17%), in addition to Oligochaeta (24%) and Gastropoda (Melanoides tuberculatus) (13%). Evaluation of the structure and distribution of benthic communities showed a rapid environmental degradation process within the studied aquatic systems, in which low values of richness and diversity and high densities of tolerant organisms were observed. This environmental degradation is a result of the intense discharge of domestic sewage into the streams, reducing water quality and contributing to rapid artificial eutrophication.  相似文献

珠江口伶仃洋海域底层游泳动物的季节变化   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
珠江口伶仃洋海域是渔业资源的重要栖息地,近年来由于人类活动的加剧导致生态环境质量下降。为进一步了解栖息环境恶化对渔业资源的影响,于2009年8月至2010年4月采用底拖网在珠江口伶仃洋海域进行了游泳动物4个季节的调查。共鉴定游泳动物92种,其中鱼类54种,甲壳类32种和头足类6种。游泳动物种数夏季最高,为52种,春季最低,仅35种,春、夏季和冬、春季种类季节更替显著。优势种组成较为稳定,以日本蟳(Charybdis japonica)、黑斑口虾蛄(Oratosquilla kempi)和棘头梅童鱼(Collichthys lucidus)为主要优势种,其中日本蟳为全年优势种,平均尾数密度占总密度的8.07%~26.22%。游泳动物资源密度和尾数密度季节变化趋势一致,均为夏季最高,秋季和春季次之,冬季最低。珠江口伶仃洋海域温度和盐度有明显的季节变化,夏季和秋季温度较高,盐度较低,冬季和春季温度较低,而盐度较高。温度是伶仃洋海域游泳动物种类和数量季节变化的主要因子。与历史资料比较,珠江口主要经济鱼、虾类出现小型化趋势。  相似文献

The prevalence and seasonal variations of infection by Coxiella burnetii in cattle were investigated seroepidemiologically on a farm in Hokkaido, Japan, by an immunofluorescent antibody test. A total of 364 serum samples from 28 cows were collected from August 1993 to October 1995 in two barns on the farm. It was found that the number of antibody-positive cows and their antibody titers were significantly elevated in winter and decreased in summer. In addition, antibodies were detectable in seroconverted cows for about five months.  相似文献

Species composition and seasonal succession of the phytoplankton were investigated on the upper Mississippi River at Prairie Island, Minnesota, U.S.A. Both the numbers and volume of individual species were enumerated based on cell counts with an inverted microscope. A succession similar to algal succession in the local lakes occurred. The diatoms were dominant during the spring and fall and blue-green algae were dominant during the summer. The algal concentrations have increased up to 40 fold the concentrations of the 1920's, since the installation of locks and dams. The maximum freshweight standing crop was 4 mg · l–1 in 1928 (Reinhard 1931), 13 mg · l–1 in 1975 a wet year, and 47 mg · l–1 in 1976, a relatively dry year with minimal current discharge. The diatoms varied from 36–99%, the blue-green algae from 0–44% and the cryptómonads from 0–50% of the total standing crop. The green algae were always present but never above 21% of the biomass. The dominant diatoms in recent years were centric -Stephanodiscus andCyclotella spp. (maximum 50,000 ml–1). The dominant blue-green algae wereAphanizomenon flos-aquae (L.) Ralfsex Born.et Flahault andOscillatoria agardhii Gomont (maximum 800 ml–1). These algal species are also present in local lakes. Shannon diversity values indicated greatest diversity of algae during the summer months.  相似文献

The Upper Min River (UMR) watershed, with an area of 23,000 km2 in the Upper Yangtze basin in Sichuan province, is ecologically and environmentally fragile. This situation is due to natural catastrophes and increasing anthropogenic disturbance. Forest cover has decreased dramatically, especially along the main Min River. Restoration of the vegetation in a watershed needs to consider the natural vegetation distribution and dynamics. In the UMR watershed, 625 sample plots were randomly placed to study the soil types, current vegetation distribution, vegetation dynamics, afforestation, and potential tree species for restoration. We investigated the relationship between vegetation types and soil orders, predicted the percentages of potential tree species for forest landscape restoration using logistic regression, identified priority areas for rapid restoration, and pinpointed areas for forest restoration where low precipitation is a constraint. The results showed that the vegetation types were well correlated with soil orders, and the latter could be used to deduce the potential vegetation for areas of degraded secondary forest. Priority areas for rapid restoration were demonstrated, and the difficult areas with precipitation as a limiting factor for vegetation restoration were specified. Suitable tree species were suggested for restoration on different soil orders at different elevations.  相似文献

应用典范对应分析(CCA)对横石水河流域14个样点中的大型底栖动物与环境因子的关系进行了研究。结果表明,枯水期和丰水期的物种与环境因子的相关性均在90%以上,说明大型底栖动物在横石水河的分布很大程度上受到环境因子的影响。化学需氧量(COD)和pH值是影响枯水期大型底栖动物分布的两个主要因子,浊度和重金属Cu、Pb浓度对大型底栖动物分布也有一定程度的影响。在丰水期,重金属Cu、Pb浓度和pH值是影响大型底栖动物分布的关键因子。从种类水平看,耐污种类如蠓类、摇蚊和大蚊的丰富度与COD和重金属浓度的环境轴呈正相关,而敏感种类如腹足纲、毛翅目以及蜉蝣目昆虫与COD和重金属浓度的环境轴呈负相关。  相似文献

由人类活动引起的土地利用和地被覆盖的变化是地球上环境变化的主要原因。上世纪90年代是云南省经济发展和环境变化的活跃时期。本文通过现代卫星遥感技术、地理信息系统和其它多学科手段相结合 ,系统调查评估了云南澜沧江流域 1990年至 1998年间土地利用和地被覆盖的变化 ,结果显示流域中林业用地面积从 1990年的 6 4 9%增长到 1998年的6 6 4 % ,但是森林有林地 (郁闭度 >30 %的天然林和人工林 )从 1990年的 5 2 6 %减少到 1998年的 35 3%。并且分析大规模商业性森林砍伐、基础建设、经济作物的种植、刀耕火种、薪材过度采集和砍伐建筑用材等引起了森林的结构的显著变化和退化 ,从而导致了生物多样性的下降。  相似文献

The aim of this study is to develop a benthic index of biotic integrity (B‐IBI) to help understand how the increasing anthropogenic pressure may impact the subtropical Xiangxi River in China. Benthic macroinvertebrate and environmental surveys were conducted at 77 sites in early summer 2004. Each collection site was categorized as reference or impaired based on physical, chemical, biological, and land‐use information. Six non‐redundant metrics from 35 metrics were used to differentiate between reference and impaired sites. We selected six metrics for the final IBI. The scoring criteria of each metric were normalized based on the quadrisection and 0–10 scaling systems. Both scaling methods were used to assess the aquatic health of each site in the Xiangxi River watershed. The results showed that most sites were in fairly poor condition. Furthermore, we identified the relationship between B‐IBI metrics, water‐quality, and land‐use variables with a principal component analysis. A composite of nutrients and land‐use intensity explained most variances. These results suggest that the B‐IBI may be a suitable method for assessing river conditions within the subtropical Xiangxi River in central China (© 2010 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. The cAMP content in rat heart ventricles was studied at 3-hr intervals during 24hr at different times of the year. A significant circadian rhythm in cAMP content was found. Four perennial streams in a completely forested area were investigated. The water cooled and warmed up during both the rainy and dry seasons. The chloride content of the water varied according to rainfall. Dissolved solids were relatively high (20 mgl−1) at the start of the rainy season due to leaching but they were diluted with increased volume of flow. Dissolved gases and BOD5 varied according to discharge and total suspended solids content. All the other chemical species likewise were subject to seasonal variations.  相似文献

The analysis of river pollution and assessment of spatial and temporal variation in hydrochemistry is essential for control of river water pollution in China. Here, we investigated water quality issues based on an analysis of monitoring data from 32 sites in the Luanhe River Basin in northern China. During 2000–2010, flow and 12 hydrochemical parameters were monitored monthly in the main channel and breach streams. Hydrochemical characteristics of river water were assessed using the water quality identification index. Our results showed that concentrations were not necessarily related to flow. Flow was greatest in summer, but concentrations of nutrients and some heavy metal indicators were smallest in autumn; flow was smallest and concentrations of nutrients were greatest in winter, and concentrations of metals were greatest in spring. Hydrochemical parameters showed significant spatial variation as well; the most seriously polluted sites are located in urban areas, mainly due to discharge of wastewater from domestic and industrial sources. Sites with large and intermediate levels of pollution were located primarily in the main river channel and the larger tributaries, whereas sites of low-level pollution were in the smaller tributaries. Our findings provide valuable information for water pollution control in the Luanhe River Basin.  相似文献

用样线法调查了深圳市区不同管理类型草坪的杂草周年发生及分布情况,并用系统聚类法分析了各草坪杂草群落的发生规律。共观察到25科83种草坪杂草,其中春季发生的杂草种类67种,夏季68种,秋季70种,冬季49种,四季共有的种类40种,占总数的48.2%;香附子、光鳞水蜈蚣、狗牙根、千根草等9种杂草为优势种,也是重要的防除对象;深圳市草坪杂草全年共分为15类群落,其中春季3类,夏、秋、冬季各4类,管理水平是影响杂草群落发生特征的最直接因素。  相似文献

群落时空格局研究是后续深入开展相关研究的基础。基于2012年山东省新薛河底栖动物调查数据,就新薛河上游典型溪流生境底栖动物群落结构进行了比较研究。结果表明:共采集底栖动物108种,隶属10纲,74属;短脉纹石蛾(Cheumatopsyche sp.)、长钝直突摇蚊(Orthocaldius vaillanti)、拟长跗摇蚊属一种(Paratanytarsus sp.E)、Neozarelia sp.为研究区域优势类群,相对丰度分别为25.1%、9.8%、9.0%、8.6%。各河段优势物种组成、密度、生物量、生物多样性均存在显著差异。非度量多维标度排序和多响应置换过程分析从群落层面验证了不同河段群落结构的差异;且发现,流量越小,群落分化越明显。通过指示物种和双向聚类分析,进一步明确了物种组成对群落结构的影响。总之,不同生境底栖动物物种组成和群落结构存在较大差异,栖境多样性对生物多样性的维持和保护具有重要意义。  相似文献

为阐明植物群落结构特征和物种多样性之间的相互关系,选择额尔齐斯河流域白桦林国家森林公园的天然垂枝桦(Betula pendula)纯林、垂枝桦苦杨混交林、垂枝桦白柳混交林为研究对象,分林层调查群落的基本特征参数(高度、枝下高、冠幅、胸径、盖度等),计算物种重要值、丰富度指数、多样性指数、均匀度指数,并进行典范对应分析。结果表明:(1)垂枝桦白柳混交林的乔木层树高、枝下高和灌木层的地径、盖度均最高;3种群落的草本层特征参数(除基径)均具有显著差异;垂枝桦白柳林的盖度分别比垂枝桦苦杨林和垂枝桦纯林高19.1%和51.8%。(2)3种群落的乔木层重要值最高为垂枝桦,灌木层为疏花蔷薇(Rosa laxa)、阿尔泰山楂(Crataegus altaica),草本层为莎薹草(Carex bohemica)。(3)3种群落类型中乔木层的丰富度指数R、Simpson指数、Shannon-Wiener指数和灌木层的Pielou指数、Alatalo指数呈现出相同规律,即垂枝桦白柳混交林>垂枝桦苦杨混交林>垂枝桦纯林;草本层中除Alatalo指数之外,其他指数均呈现垂枝桦纯林>垂枝桦苦杨混交林>垂枝桦白柳混交林(P>0.05)。(4)CCA排序结果表明,不同垂枝桦林群落结构特征与物种多样性关系有差异。其中,垂枝桦纯林中,对物种多样性影响最大的是乔木枝下高、灌木株高、冠幅以及草本盖度;垂枝桦苦杨混交林中,对物种多样性影响最大的是乔木高度和冠幅、灌木冠幅和草本高度;垂枝桦白柳林中,对物种多样性影响最大的是乔木胸径、灌木冠幅、盖度以及草本高度。研究表明,乔木枝下高度、灌木冠幅、草本高度是影响3种群落类型物种多样性的主要因素。  相似文献

以陕西省丹汉江流域退耕地南坡和北坡不同退耕年限的自然恢复植物群落为研究对象,开展群落物种组成调查,并进行物种多样性特征分析和群落极点排序,对该区退耕地恢复过程中的植被演替规律进行研究.结果表明: 研究区退耕地植被演替的阶段依次为:一年生草本群落→多年生草本群落→灌草群落→乔灌草群落.形成多年生草本群落需2~5 a,形成灌草群落需7~10 a,形成乔灌草群落需30 a以上.南坡和北坡不同类型退耕地的植被演替阶段相同,物种多样性指数略有差异.随着退耕年限的增加,南坡物种多样性指数总体呈先降后升的趋势;而北坡物种多样性指数呈先波动上升,而后在退耕30 a时略有下降.  相似文献

2011年夏秋季,在上海市全境83个河道断面开展了大型底栖无脊椎动物采样,共获取底栖动物20个分类单位(种).9个极严重污染断面未采集到活体大型底栖生物,生境基本丧失.其余74个有活体生物断面,采用三种常用生物指数:Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Hilsenhoff耐污指数、Goodnight修正指数分别进行计算及评价.Shannon-Wiener多样性指数判别为25个严重污染和49个重污染断面;Hilsenhoff耐污指数划分38个重污染、5个中污染和31个轻污染断面;Goodnight修正指数划分33个重污染、2个中污染和39个轻污染断面.与典型河道断面的水质理化指标监测值进行对照,Shannon-Weiner多样性指数对河道水质评价的准确度较低,Hilsenhoff生物指数和Goodnight修正指数的水质评价效率及准确度均较高,断面污染等级与水质理化指标基本对应.  相似文献

The suitability of using macroinvertebrates as bioindicators of stream water quality was tested in the Mkondoa River in an agricultural area at Kilosa, using the rapid bioassessment protocol. The family biotic index (FBI) showed marked variation in water quality along the stream from values ranging from 4.1 to 5.0 in the upstream reaches, indicating good water quality, 5.3 to 5.5 in the mid-reaches and 6.0 to 6.5 in the lower reaches. The water quality index (WQI) indicated that water quality was fair (77 ± 0.98) in the upstream reach of the Mkondoa, marginal (55 ± 0.86) in the midstream reach and poor (33 ± 0.45) in the downstream reach. There were significant relationships between biological oxygen demand and dissolved oxygen and the occurrence of specific taxa, mainly Chironomus and Caenis. Significant changes in macroinvertebrate abundance were mostly related to changes in water quality. As in other parts of the world, macroinvertebrate communities proved to be good biological indicators of water quality and they should be used as bioindicators in long-term monitoring of this river.  相似文献

于2012年夏、秋两季把呼兰河湿地划分为湿地保护区、湿地农业区、湿地工业区三部分,根据不同生境设置采样点并进行浮游植物标本采集。研究期间共鉴定浮游植物191个分类单位,隶属于7门9纲19目28科69属。浮游植物种类组成主要以硅藻门种类数最多(43%),绿藻门其次(28%),另外裸藻门(17.2%)和蓝藻门(8.3%)也占较大的比例。浮游植物丰度从夏季的1.23×10~7个/L上升为秋季的1.98×10~7个/L,两季平均1.6×10~7个/L。夏、秋两季共划分浮游植物功能分组19个,X1/W2/MP/Lo/J组藻种在夏、秋两季中均有稳定的出现,并占较大丰度比例,H1/Y/W1组的藻种只在特定的季节或地点出现,D/P/TB组藻种虽出现的频率较高但相对丰度较低。代表性功能分组从夏季的H1/MP/Lo/TB/J/G演替为秋季的MP/W2/X1/J/W1/Y。在采集浮游标本的同时,对电导率(SpCond)、总磷(TP)、水温(WT)等环境因子进行监测。利用典范对应分析探讨环境因子与浮游植物功能分组间的相互关系。研究结果显示,电导率,总磷和水温是驱动呼兰河湿地浮游植物功能组演替的主要环境因素。  相似文献
