IL-17 is a cytokine implicated in the regulation of inflammation. We investigated the role of this cytokine in neutrophil recruitment using a model of LPS-induced lung inflammation in mice. In the bronchoalveolar lavage, LPS induced a first influx of neutrophils peaking at day 1, followed by a second wave, peaking at day 2. IL-17 levels were increased during the late phase neutrophilia (day 2), and this was concomitant with an increased number of T cells and macrophages, together with an increase of KC and macrophage-inflammatory protein-2 levels in the lung tissue. Intranasal treatment with a neutralizing murine anti-IL-17 Ab inhibited the late phase neutrophilia. In the bronchoalveolar lavage cells, IL-17 mRNA was detected at days 1, 2, and 3 postchallenge, with a strong expression at day 2. This expression was associated with CD4(+) and CD8(+) cells, but also with neutrophils. When challenged with LPS, despite the absence of T cells, SCID mice also developed a neutrophilic response associated with IL-17 production. In BALB/c mice, IL-15 mRNA, associated mainly with neutrophils, was evidenced 1 day after LPS challenge. In vitro, IL-15 was able to induce IL-17 release from purified spleen CD4(+) cells, but not spleen CD8(+) or airway neutrophils. We have shown that IL-17, produced mainly by CD4(+) cells, but also by neutrophils, plays a role in the mobilization of lung neutrophils following bacterial challenge. In addition, our results suggest that IL-15 could represent a physiological trigger that leads to IL-17 production following bacterial infection.  相似文献

Low-affinity IgG3 Abs to microbial membranes are important for primary immune defense against microbes, but little is known about the importance of TLRs in their production. IgG3 levels were extremely low in mice lacking radioprotective 105 (RP105), a B cell surface molecule structurally related to TLRs. RP105(-/-) B cells proliferated poorly in response to not only the TLR4 ligand LPS but also TLR2 ligand lipoproteins, both of which mediate the immunostimulatory activity of microbial membranes. RP105(-/-) mice were severely impaired in hapten-specific Ab production against LPS or lipoproteins. CD138 (syndecan-1)-positive plasma cells were detected after lipid A injection in wild-type spleen but much less in RP105(-/-) spleen. RP105 ligation in vivo induced plasma cell differentiation. RP105 expression was approximately 3-fold higher on marginal zone B cells than on follicular and B1 cells and was down-regulated on germinal center cells. These results demonstrate that a signal via RP105 is uniquely important for regulating TLR-dependent Ab production to microbial membranes.  相似文献

Following allergen challenge of sensitized mice, neutrophils are the first inflammatory cells found in bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) fluid. To determine the underlying mechanism for their accumulation, mice were sensitized to OVA on days 0 and 14, and received, on day 28, a single intranasal challenge (s.i.n.) with either OVA or ragweed. Eight hours after the s.i.n., BAL fluid was obtained. BALB/c mice sensitized and challenged with OVA showed significantly higher total cell counts and numbers of neutrophils in BAL fluid compared to the OVA-sensitized and ragweed-challenged or nonsensitized mice. Levels of neutrophil chemokines in BAL fluid supernatants were markedly elevated in the sensitized and OVA-challenged mice; Fc epsilon RI-deficient mice showed comparable numbers of neutrophils and neutrophil chemokines in BAL fluid after s.i.n. But in sensitized mice lacking the Fc common gamma-chain and B cell-deficient mice, the number of neutrophils and levels of neutrophil chemokines in BAL fluid were significantly lower. Further, mice lacking the FcgammaRIII did not develop this early neutrophil influx. Neutrophil infiltration could be induced in naive mice following intranasal instillation of allergen combined with allergen-specific IgG1. In addition, macrophages from sensitized mice were stimulated with allergen and activated to produce neutrophil chemokines. These results demonstrate that neutrophil influx after allergen challenge requires prior sensitization, is allergen-specific, is mediated through FcgammaRIII, and is dependent on the presence of Ab.  相似文献

A repertoire of TCRs is selected in the thymus by interactions with MHC bound to self-derived peptides. Whether self peptides bound to MHC influence the survival of mature T cells in the periphery remains enigmatic. In this study, we show that the number of naive CD4+ T cells that developed in mice with class II MHC bound with endogenous peptides (Abwt) diminished when transferred into mice with Ab covalently bound with a single peptide (AbEp). Moreover, transfer of a mixture of naive CD4+ T cells derived from Abwt and from AbEp mice into AbEp mice resulted in the expansion of the latter and decline of the former. In contrast, when wild-type activated CD4+ T cells were transferred into AbEp or Abwt mice, these cells survived in both recipients for more than 4 wk, but further expanded in the Abwt host. We conclude that to survive, naive CD4+ T cells favor peripheral expression of the class II MHC/peptide complex(es) involved in their thymic selection, whereas some of activated CD4+ T cells may require them only for expansion.  相似文献

Constitutive expression of suppressors of cytokine signaling (SOCS)1 in T lineage in vivo attenuated cytokine signaling and resulted in a dramatic reduction in the number of naive CD44(low)CD62L(high) CD4 T cells in the spleen. After adoptive transfer of thymocytes from SOCS1 transgenic mice into normal recipients, naive CD4 T cells rapidly disappeared from the spleen within 1 wk. Likewise, T cell-specific deletion of STAT5a/b in vivo resulted in a similar phenotype characterized by loss of naive CD4 T cells. Thus, STAT5-mediated signaling is crucial for promoting naive T cell survival. However, forced expression of constitutively active STAT5 failed to rescue CD4 T cells in SOCS1 transgenic mice, implying that STAT5 activation is necessary but not sufficient for naive CD4 T cell survival. Although blockade of the IL-7R, a SOCS1 target, resulted in clear inhibition of naive T cell survival, the effect occurred 3 wk after anti-IL-7R Ab treatment, but not at earlier time points. These results suggest that IL-7-mediated STAT5 activation is essential for long-term survival of naive CD4 cells after export from thymus, and that another SOCS1-sensitive cytokine is critical for short-term naive T cell survival.  相似文献

Strategies to produce resistance to infection with Leishmania braziliensis in BALB/c mice are described. Mice infected with virulent parasites were used as spleen cell donors (adherent/nonadherent cells) with which to immunize naive recipients which were themselves later challenged with the organism. Immunization with both adherent and nonadherent spleen cells (but not serum) in the presence of adjuvant led to protection. In the former case it seems that an immunogenic form of parasite antigen presented in the context of MAC-1+ adherent cells was responsible. In contrast immunization with nonadherent spleen cells depended upon the presence of Thy-1.2+ Lyt-1+ cells in the spleen cell preparation from infected animals. Immunization with adherent cells, but not with nonadherent cells, led to the development of a population of Thy-1.2+ spleen cells capable of adoptively transferring resistance to naive mice.  相似文献

Susceptibility to experimental autoimmune thyroiditis (EAT) in the mouse is linked to the I-A subregion of the major histocompatibility complex. EAT can be induced in susceptible strains of mice by immunization with mouse thyroglobulin (MTg) and adjuvant. We have described a cell transfer system wherein spleen cells from EAT-susceptible CBA/J mice primed in vivo with MTg and lipopolysaccharide (LPS) can be activated in vitro with MTg to transfer EAT to naive syngeneic recipients. This cell transfer system was used to elucidate the cellular basis for the I-A restriction in EAT. While the cell active in transferring EAT was Thy 1+ I-A-, depletion of I-A+ cells from the in vitro culture prevented the activation of EAT effector T cells. MTg-pulsed mitomycin C-treated naive syngeneic spleen cells as antigen-presenting cells (APCs) could replace the I-A+ cells in vitro. Allogeneic (Balb/c) APCs were ineffective. Using APCs from several recombinant inbred strains of mice, it was shown that C3H/HEN and B10.A(4R) APCs were effective in activating MTg/LPS-primed CBA/J spleen cells to transfer EAT while B10.A(5R) APCs were ineffective. This maps the H-2 restriction to the K or I-A subregions. Addition of polyclonal anti-Iak or monoclonal anti-I-Ak or anti-L3T4 during in vitro activation inhibited both the generation of EAT effector cells and the proliferative response to MTg. Irrelevant anti-Ia reagents, monoclonal anti-I-Ek, and monoclonal anti-I-Jk were ineffective. Thus the I-A restriction in murine EAT appears to result from an I-A restricted interaction between Ia+ APCs and Ia- EAT effector T cells.  相似文献

Animal models of allergic lung inflammation have provided important insight into the cellular and biochemical factors involved in the pathogenesis of human asthma. Herein, we describe an adoptive transfer model of OVA-specific eosinophilic lung inflammation in the mouse that is used to characterize the cells involved in mediating the pulmonary inflammatory response. We report that freshly isolated spleen cells from OVA-sensitized mice are unable to prime naive recipient mice to respond to a subsequent OVA aerosol challenge. Subjecting the spleen cells to short term restimulation with Ag in vitro, however, renders the cells competent to transfer activity. The magnitude and the kinetics of the eosinophilic pulmonary inflammation in the adoptive transfer recipients are nearly identical with those generated by a more conventional active sensitization/challenge protocol, with the notable exception of differential production of plasma IgE in the two models. Extensive negative and positive selection of splenocyte subtypes indicates that the transfer of Ag-primed CD4+ T cells is both necessary and sufficient to establish full responsiveness in the recipient mice. Additional phenotypic characterization of the transfer-reactive CD4+ T cells indicates that they are found within the CD62LlowCD25+ subset and secrete high levels of IL-5 in response to Ag stimulation. Limiting dilution analysis-derived minimal frequency estimates indicate that approximately 1 in 8500 of the sensitized, cultured spleen cells produces IL-5 in response to OVA stimulation in vitro, suggesting that eosinophilic lung inflammation can be induced in naive mice by the transfer of <1200 Ag-specific CD4+ T cells.  相似文献

Cell mediated immunity to nonlethal Plasmodium yoelli 17X (PY17X-NL) was examined in the CBA/CaJ mouse by adoptive transfer of sensitized T lymphocyte subsets. In intact mice, PY17X-NL causes a self-limiting infection with parasitemia levels ranging from 10 to 25% of total red blood cells. Upon recovery, mice are refractory to subsequent challenge with the homologous parasite. In T cell-depleted mice, PY17X-NL infections are extremely virulent and result in death of the host after parasitemia levels reach 50% or higher. The transfer of either Lyt-1 T cells or Lyt-2 T cells from immune animals into normal, naive animals produced accelerated recovery to subsequent infection. However, this adoptive transfer of immunity by either subset was dependent upon the presence of an I-J+, Lyt-null cell in the immune population. T cell deprivation precluded the ability of animals to control blood-stage infections. When T cell-depleted mice were reconstituted with naive, Ig-negative (T cell-enriched) spleen cells, parasitemia levels were controlled and the parasites were eliminated. When T cell-deprived animals were reconstituted with naive Lyt-1+2-, Ig-negative spleen cells, they experienced twofold higher parasitemias of longer duration than mice receiving unfractionated cells. Two of six of these Lyt-1 mice died of fulminant infections, suggesting that the presence of naive Lyt-2 cells enhances the degree of protection. Immune Lyt-2 T cells were highly protective in T cell-depleted animals. Protection by sensitized Lyt-1 T cells correlated with the induction of a monocytosis. On the other hand, protection by Lyt-2T cells occurred in the absence of monocytosis. The possibility that the immunity induced by each T cell subset is mediated by a different effector mechanism is discussed.  相似文献

The influence of costimulation on the activation of naive CD8+ T cells and thymocytes was studied in vitro using H-Y-specific TCR-transgenic mice and H-Y antigenic peptide. Using a variety of physiological APC types, the activation of naive CD8+ T cells depended strictly on costimulation, which could not be substituted by high epitope density. T cell activation is known to be regulated by the interactions between CD86/CD80 and CD28/CD152, although it remains unclear whether the B7 isoforms have distinct roles. Addition of soluble anti-CD86 Ab led to profound inhibition of T cell reactivity, further confirming the importance of costimulation in naive CD8+ T cell activation. Finally, TCR engagement in the absence of costimulation had no effect on the subsequent reactivity of peripheral naive transgenic CD8+ T cells, but induced nonresponsiveness in mature CD8+ transgenic thymocytes. Collectively, these results demonstrate the importance of costimulation for naive CD8+ T cell activation, suggest that CD80 and CD86 can mediate opposing effects, possibly due to differential interaction with CD152 and CD28, and indicate differences in the sensitivity of immature vs mature CD8+ T cells to the induction of nonresponsiveness following costimulation-deficient Ag presentation.  相似文献

Of a number of mAbs made by immunization with sort-purified marginal zone (MZ) B cells, one was shown to recognize the mouse scavenger receptor CD36. Although CD36 is expressed by most resting MZ B cells and not by follicular and B1 B cells, it is rapidly induced on follicular B cells in vitro following TLR and CD40 stimulation. In response to T-independent and T-dependent Ag challenge, we found that CD36 was expressed on IgM+ plasma cells, but down-regulated on isotype-switched plasma cells in vivo. Although development, localization, and phenotype of MZ B cells in CD36-/- mice appeared normal, there was a minor block in the transitional stages of mature B cell development. In both primary and secondary Ab responses to heat-killed Streptococcus pneumoniae (R36A strain), both phosphoryl choline (PC)-specific IgM and IgG levels in CD36-/- mice were slightly reduced compared with wild-type mice. In addition, mice deficient in both TLR2 and CD36 produced significantly reduced levels of anti-PC IgG titers than those of single gene-deficient mice, suggesting that they may cooperate in an anti-PC Ab response. Collectively, these results show that CD36 does not affect the development of B cells, but modulates both primary and secondary anti-PC Ab responses during S. pneumoniae infection similarly to TLR2.  相似文献

Ags administered orally at a high dose are absorbed in immunogenic forms and perfuse the liver, which raises a question regarding the relevance of hepatic lymphocyte activation to the systemic hyporesponsiveness against the ingested Ag. Oral administration of 100 mg of OVA to the mice led to massive cell death of OVA-specific (KJ1-26+)CD4+ T cells by Fas-Fas ligand (FasL)-mediated apoptosis in the liver, which was associated with the emergence of hepatic KJ1-26+CD4+ T cells expressing FasL. Hepatic CD4+ T cells in OVA-fed mice secreted large amounts of IL-4, IL-10, and TGF-beta(1) upon restimulation in vitro and inhibited T cell proliferation. Adoptive transfer of these hepatic CD4+ T cells to naive mice and subsequent antigenic challenge led to suppression of T cell proliferation as well as IgG Ab responses to OVA; this effect was mostly abrogated by a blocking Ab to FasL. i.p. administration of an Ag at a high dose also generated hepatic CD4+FasL+ T cells with similar cytokine profile as T cells activated by oral administration of Ags at a high dose. Finally, we did not see an increase in FasL+ cells in the hepatic CD4+Vbeta8+ T cell subset of MRL/lpr/lpr mice given staphylococcal enterotoxin B, indicating the requirement for Fas-mediated signals. These hepatic CD4+FasL+ regulatory cells may explain the tolerogenic property of the liver and play roles in systemic hyporesponsiveness induced by an Ag administered at a high dose.  相似文献

The roles of gender and sex hormones in lung function and disease are complex and not completely understood. The present study examined the influence of gender on lung function and respiratory mechanics in naive mice and on acute airway inflammation and hyperresponsiveness induced by intratracheal LPS administration. Basal lung function characteristics did not differ between naive males and females, but males demonstrated significantly greater airway responsiveness than females following aerosolized methacholine challenge as evidenced by increased respiratory system resistance and elastance (p < 0.05). Following LPS administration, males developed more severe hypothermia and greater airway hyperresponsiveness than females (p < 0.05). Inflammatory indices including bronchoalveolar lavage fluid total cells, neutrophils, and TNF-alpha content were greater in males than in females 6 h following LPS administration (p < 0.05), whereas whole-lung TLR-4 protein levels did not differ among treatment groups, suggesting that differential expression of TLR-4 before or after LPS exposure did not underlie the observed inflammatory outcomes. Gonadectomy decreased airway inflammation in males but did not alter inflammation in females, whereas administration of exogenous testosterone to intact females increased their inflammatory responses to levels observed in intact males. LPS-induced airway hyperresponsiveness was also decreased in castrated males and was increased in females administered exogenous testosterone. Collectively, these data indicate that airway responsiveness in naive mice is influenced by gender, and that male mice have exaggerated airway inflammatory and functional responses to LPS compared with females. These gender differences are mediated, at least in part, by effects of androgens.  相似文献

Spleen cell blastogenesis to mitogens and antibody responses to sheep erythrocytes (sRBC) were tested in BALB/c mice with experimental E. cuniculi infections. Blastogenesis responses of spleen cells 1 week post-infection were significantly lower than normal to T-cell mitogens (Con A and PHA) and were unchanged in response to B-cell mitogens (LPS and PWM). After 2 weeks post-infection, the responses to T cell mitogens returned to normal. Mixing spleen cells from 1-week infected mice with cells from uninfected mice failed to reveal the presence of suppressor cells. Antibody responses to sRBC were significantly slower to develop in 1 week-infected mice compared with uninfected mice or mice infected 2 weeks earlier or at the same time as sRBC challenge. Infected mice displayed splenomegaly which was most pronounced 1 week post-infection and the differential spleen cell counts revealed the presence of lymphoblasts. Lymphohyperplasia appeared to cause the splenomegaly. No shifts in the proportion of Thy 1.2+ T cells, Ig+ B cells, or esterase-positive macrophages were detected. These results indicate that the immune system in BALB/c mice is depressed early during E. cuniculi infections.  相似文献

In a murine model of acute fatal pneumonia, we previously showed that nasal immunization with a live-attenuated aroA deletant of Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain PAO1 elicited LPS serogroup-specific protection, indicating that opsonic Ab to the LPS O Ag was the most important immune effector. Because P. aeruginosa strain PA14 possesses additional virulence factors, we hypothesized that a live-attenuated vaccine based on PA14 might elicit a broader array of immune effectors. Thus, an aroA deletant of PA14, denoted PA14DeltaaroA, was constructed. PA14DeltaaroA-immunized mice were protected against lethal pneumonia caused not only by the parental strain but also by cytotoxic variants of the O Ag-heterologous P. aeruginosa strains PAO1 and PAO6a,d. Remarkably, serum from PA14DeltaaroA-immunized mice had very low levels of opsonic activity against strain PAO1 and could not passively transfer protection, suggesting that an antibody-independent mechanism was needed for the observed cross-serogroup protection. Compared with control mice, PA14DeltaaroA-immunized mice had more rapid recruitment of neutrophils to the airways early after challenge. T cells isolated from P. aeruginosa DeltaaroA-immunized mice proliferated and produced IL-17 in high quantities after coculture with gentamicin-killed P. aeruginosa. Six hours following challenge, PA14DeltaaroA-immunized mice had significantly higher levels of IL-17 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid compared with unimmunized, Escherichia coli-immunized, or PAO1DeltaaroA-immunized mice. Antibody-mediated depletion of IL-17 before challenge or absence of the IL-17 receptor abrogated the PA14DeltaaroA vaccine's protection against lethal pneumonia. These data show that IL-17 plays a critical role in antibody-independent vaccine-induced protection against LPS-heterologous strains of P. aeruginosa in the lung.  相似文献

DNA-raised antibody (Ab) responses have been compared for the dependence on CD4+ and CD8+ cells, the longevity of functional antigen (Ag) expression, and the nature of the Ag-presenting cell after intramuscular (i.m.) and gene gun inoculations. A plasmid expressing the hemagglutinin (HA) glycoprotein of influenza virus was used for immunizations of BALB/c mice. Intramuscular and gene gun-raised Abs had similar dependencies on CD4+ and CD8+ cells but different temporal patterns of functional Ag expression. The two methods of DNA immunization also appeared to have different frequencies or types of Ag-presenting cells in the draining lymph nodes and spleen. For both methods of DNA delivery, Ab was independent of CD8+ cells but dependent on CD4+ cells. The CD4 dependence occurred at priming but not booster immunizations and resulted in a 1-month delay in the Ab response. Temporal T-cell transfers from TCR+/+ mice into immunized TCR-/- mice revealed the persistence of DNA-expressed Ag for up to 1 month after both i.m. and gene gun inoculations. For gene gun, but not i.m. immunizations, approximately 90% of the functional Ag expression was lost by 1 week, consistent with the sloughing of the epidermal target site. Despite similar titers of raised Ab, Ag-presenting dendritic cells could be detected in the draining lymph nodes and spleen of gene gun- but not i.m. DNA-immunized mice. In the gene gun-immunized mice, Ag-presenting dendritic cells appeared in the draining lymph nodes before the spleen.  相似文献

1alpha,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3, the active form of vitamin D3, and mycophenolate mofetil, a selective inhibitor of T and B cell proliferation, modulate APC function and induce dendritic cells (DCs) with a tolerogenic phenotype. Here we show that a short treatment with these agents induces tolerance to fully mismatched mouse islet allografts that is stable to challenge with donor-type spleen cells and allows acceptance of donor-type vascularized heart grafts. Peritransplant macrophages and DCs from tolerant mice express down-regulated CD40, CD80, and CD86 costimulatory molecules. In addition, DCs from the graft area of tolerant mice secrete, upon stimulation with CD4+ cells, 10-fold lower levels of IL-12 compared with DCs from acutely rejecting mice, and induce a CD4+ T cell response characterized by selective abrogation of IFN-gamma production. CD4+ but not CD8+ or class II+ cells from tolerant mice, transferred into naive syngeneic recipients, prevent rejection of donor-type islet grafts. Graft acceptance is associated with impaired development of IFN-gamma-producing type 1 CD4+ and CD8+ cells and an increased percentage of CD4+CD25+ regulatory cells expressing CD152 in the spleen and in the transplant-draining lymph node. Transfer of CD4+CD25+ cells from tolerant but not naive mice protects 100% of the syngeneic recipients from islet allograft rejection. These results demonstrate that a short treatment with immunosuppressive agents, such as 1alpha,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3/mycophenolate mofetil, induces tolerance to islet allografts associated with an increased frequency of CD4+CD25+ regulatory cells that can adoptively transfer transplantation tolerance.  相似文献

Adoptive immunotherapy with cyclophosphamide (Cy) increases the host resistance against tumor growth. The precise mechanism(s) by which this therapy enhances tumor suppression is unclear. Cy induces the development of early myeloid cells that may be strongly antiproliferative through NO production. These cells are similar to the natural suppressor cells found in normal bone marrow with a potential antitumor effect. Here we have addressed whether the development of NO-producing cells may be involved in this tumor resistance in Cy-treated mice. The results show a synergism between Cy treatment and tumor-specific lymphocytes transferred systemically (i.v.) or locally (Winn's assay) that results in a strong tumor suppression. Inhibition of NO production by N(G)-monomethyl-L-arginine at the site of tumor inoculation results in a loss of the protection achieved by the combined therapy. Cy-treated mice develop splenic early myeloid (CD11b, Gr-1, CD31 (ER-MP12), ER-MP20, ER-MP54) cells producing large amounts of NO upon T cell-derived signals (IFN-gamma plus CD40 ligation) able to inhibit tumor cell growth in vitro. Early myeloid cells (ER-MP54(+)) and cells expressing inducible NO synthase are increased at the site of tumor challenge in mice treated with the combined therapy, but not in those treated with Cy or immune cell transfer alone. Thus, Cy induces the expansion of early myeloid cells, inhibiting tumor cell growth by a mechanism involving NO. Both the recruitment and the activation of these myeloid cells at the site of tumor challenge appear to be dependent on the presence of tumor-specific lymphocytes.  相似文献

The mechanisms by which parenchymal cells interact with immune cells, particularly after removal of LPS, remain unknown. Lung explants from rats, mice deficient in the TNF gene, or human lung epithelial A549 cells were treated with LPS and washed, before naive alveolar macrophages, bone marrow monocytes, or PBMC, respectively, were added to the cultures. When the immune cells were cocultured with LPS-challenged explants or A549 cells, TNF production was greatly enhanced. This was not affected by neutralization of LPS with polymyxin B. The LPS-induced increase in the expression of ICAM-1 on A549 cells correlated with TNF production by PBMC. The cellular cross talk leading to the TNF response was blunted by an anti-ICAM-1 Ab and an ICAM-1 antisense oligonucleotide. In A549 cells, a persistent decrease in the concentration of intracellular cAMP was associated with colocalization of LPS into Toll-like receptor 4 and the Golgi apparatus, resulting in increased ICAM-1 expression. Inhibition of LPS internalization by cytochalasin D or treatment with dibutyryl cAMP attenuated ICAM-1 expression and TNF production by PBMC. In conclusion, lung epithelial cells are not bystanders, but possess memory of LPS through the expression of ICAM-1 that interacts with and activates leukocytes. This may provide an explanation for the failure of anti-LPS therapies in sepsis trials.  相似文献
