冬虫夏草及其相关类群的分子系统学分析   总被引:24,自引:0,他引:24  
为了探明冬虫夏草及其相关类群的亲缘关系,以冬虫夏草、中国被毛孢及中华束丝孢(=冬虫夏草头孢=蝙蝠蛾多毛孢)共6株菌种作为内群和一株蛹草拟青霉作为外群进行了DNA随机多态型(RAPD)分析。此外,基于上述供试材料又在内群中增加了一株蝙蝠蛾拟青霉,并对内群和外群样品的nrDNA间隔区(ITS)碱基序列进行了测定;对于测定的8条序列连同来自GenBank中的4条相关序列进行了分子系统学分析。结果表明:中华束丝孢和中国被毛孢均系冬虫夏草菌的无性型。按照国际植物命名法规,中国被毛孢应为冬虫夏草菌无性型的正确名称。而蝙蝠蛾拟青霉为不同于冬虫夏草菌的另一种真菌;该名称由于不合格发表而不被国际植物命名法规所承认。  相似文献

In anticipation of the publication of full revisions, a diagnosis of a new species of Droguetia is presented together with two new combinations for subspecies of Droguetia iners , a new combination for a species and a variety on Didymodoxa and a new combination for a subspecies of Australina pusilla . The name Elatostema trinerve Hochst. (1845) is shown to be conspecific with and antedate Urera cameroonensis Wedd. (1869). The new combination Urera trinervis is therefore made.  相似文献

The delimitation of the genera Obetia Gaud., Laportea Gaud., Dendrocnide Miq., and Urera Gaud, is outlined on the basis of herbarium studies. It is shown that two species from Madagascar hitherto believed to belong to Urera are more likely to be members of Laportea. The new combinations Laportea humblotii (Baill.) Friis (for Urera longifolia) and Laportea oligoloba (Baker) Friis are made. The two transfers underline the importance of Madagascar as the most prolific centre of endemism for the genus Laportea.  相似文献

The Old World species of the genus Pouzolzia have been revised and 24 species and 13 infraspecific taxa recognised. Worldwide, the genus now totals 36 species and 17 infraspecific taxa. Pouzolzia sect. Memorialis Bennett & Brown (including the genera Gonostegia Turcz. and Hyrtanandra Miq.) is maintained here as a section of Pouzolzia. The characters used to separate Pouzolzia from Boehmeria are found to work worldwide. In the Old World, the genus ranges, west to east, from Senegal to Japan and the Solomon Islands, and, north to south, from China, the Himalayas and Yemen to South Africa, Madagascar, Australia and the Lord Howe, Norfolk and Kermadec Is. Some species are common and occur almost throughout tropical Indomalesia or are widespread in Africa; others are rare and with a narrow range, for example restricted to one or a few oceanic islands. Each of the taxa occurring in the Old World is described and illustrated, habitats and geographical ranges are indicated, conservation status is discussed on the basis of our impression of old and new collecting activity, and distributions are mapped. The following new taxa are described: P. tsaratananensis Friis & Wilmot Dear from Madagascar, P. herpetophyton Friis & Wilmot‐Dear from the Comoro Is., and P. zeylanica subsp. calcicola Friis & Wilmot‐Dear and P. thailandica Friis & Wilmot‐Dear, both from southern Thailand. A new name, P. variifolia Friis & Wilmot‐Dear, is proposed for P. heterophylla (Blume) Wedd., nom. illeg. The following new combinations are published here: P. australis (Endl.) Friis & Wilmot‐Dear, P. sanguinea (Blume) Merr. var. formosana (Li) Friis & Wilmot‐Dear, P. sanguinea (Blume) Merrill var. cinerascens (Blume) Friis & Wilmot‐Dear, P. mixta Solms var. shirensis (Rendle) Friis & Wilmot‐Dear, P. hirta (Blume) Hasskarl var. parvifolia (Wight) Friis & Wilmot‐Dear, P. pentandra (Roxb.) Benn. & R. Br. subsp. wightii (Benn. & R. Br.) Friis & Wilmot‐Dear. and subsp. wightii (Benn. & R. Br.) Friis & Wilmot‐Dear var. gracilis (Miq.) Friis & Wilmot‐Dear. The following taxa are reduced to synonymy for the first time: Pouzolzia argenteonitida W.‐T. Wang, P. bracteosa Friis, P. calophylla W.‐T. Wang & C.‐J. Chen, P. guineensis Benth. var. seyrigii Leandri, P. guineensis Benth. var. madagascariensis Wedd., P. baronii Leandri, and P. auriculata Wight.  相似文献

Caloplaca maritimaB. de Lesd. is a marine to maritime species occurring in western Europe. It was first described as a variety ofC. citrina(Hoffm.) Th. Fr., but in 1953 was transferred to specific level. Since thenC. maritimahas been more or less forgotten and/or misunderstood, mainly due to confusion withC. ruderum(Malbr.) J. R. Laundon,C. interfulgens(Nyl.) J. Steiner, andC. marina(Wedd.) Zahlbr. The present paper reports on the existence ofC. maritimaand clarifies its status in relation toC. marinaand to other related species. 本文报道了中国疱脐衣属四个新分类单位,其中包括三个新种:华东疱脐衣(Lasallia sinorientalis Wei),大理疱脐衣(L.daliensis Wei),苍山疱脐衣(L.caeonshanensis Wei)及东亚疱脐衣一新变种:樊净山变种(L.asiae-orientalis var.fanjingensis Wei)。此外,还从东亚疱脐衣的模式标本中首次发现了该种的子囊盘,并作了补充描述。作者认为,根据有关中国地衣区系的现有知识,迄今尚未发现分布于中国的疱脐衣(Lasallia pustulata(L.)Merat)。而华东疱脐衣可能是疱脐衣在亚洲的地理替代种。  相似文献

结合《江苏植物志》(增订版)的修订,作者对江苏境内植物做了补充调查并发现了一些江苏省分布新记录。续前文[1-2],本文报道了分布于宜溧山地的部分江苏新记录属和新记录种,共计有10种1亚种1变种,隶属10个科11个属,其中有新记录属1个。另外,从植物资源利用、植物区系及分布范围等方面对部分种类进行了简要分析。凭证标本均保存于江苏省.中国科学院植物研究所标本馆(NAS)。  相似文献

Lejeunea brenanii sp. nov. and Microlejeunea ankasica sp. nov. are described. Lejeunea autoica Schuster and Pycnolejeunea contigua (Nees) Grolle are described and recorded as new to Africa. Lejeunea longirostris (Steph.) E.W. Jones, nom. inval., is a synonym of L. grossecristata (Steph.) E.W. Jones. Critical notes and/or new localities are provided for Colura digitalis (Mitt.) Illus. 1962.—Two new species of this simplest genus of the cellular slime molds are described: P. fimicola , a species with spherical spores and gelatinizing stalks occurring on dung, and P. arachispora , an elongate-spored species from dead plant material. The first has been found in North Carolina and the West Indies, while the second species has been found only once in North Carolina. Protostelium mycophaga var. major , from Connecticut, has distinctly larger spores than the original species. Further data on the distribution and development of P. mycophaga are presented. The genus is transferred to a family of its own, the Protosteliaceae .  相似文献

Three species of Lasallia Mérat and nine species of Umbilicaria Hoffmann are reported from the East African mountains, their vegetative propagules, chemistry, ecology, and distribution are discussed and keys to them are provided. The new combinations Umbilicaria africana (Jatta) Krog & Swinscow, U. soralifera (Frey) Krog & Swinscow, and U. umbilicarioides (B. Stein) Krog & Swinscow are made. Umbilicaria bolusiana Frey, U. haumaniana Frey and U. propagulifera (Vainio) Llano are reduced to synonymy with U. umbilicarioides , and U. glauca var. ruwenzoriensis Frey to synonymy with Lasallia papulosa (Ach.) Abstract

The Neotropical liverwort Plagiochila papillifolia Steph. is conspecific with P. caespiticia Spruce ex Herzog (nom. inval.), P . deciduifolia Steph., P . solmsii Steph. and P . verruculosa R.M.Schust.; it is reported from the Azores, new to Europe. Morphologically it shows affinity with sect. Bidentes Carl; phytochemically, several of its lipophilic secondary metabolites are the same as those of P . retrorsa Gottsche, another Neotropical species reported only recently from Macaronesia.  相似文献

Numerical studies of morphological data and starch gel electrophoresis have provided a new perspective on important issues pertinent to the origin(s) and subsequent evolution of domesticatedCucurbita pepo. Wild C.texana and/orC. fraterna appear to be the most likely candidates for progenitor(s) of the domesticate. Populations of texana-like plants from beyond Texas share various attributes with Texas populations, suggesting that C. texana once had a more widespread distribution to the northeast. The possibility exists thatC. pepo was domesticated independently in eastern U.S., as well as in Mexico, which is in line with recent archeological findings. Multiple domestications are also supported by allozyme data indicating a substantial divergence within the species. A new classification consisting of C.pepo ssp.pepo (origins in Mexico),C. pepo ssp.ovifera var. ovifera (origins in eastern U.S.), and C.pepo ssp.ovifera var. texana (spontaneous populations in eastern U.S.) is proposed.  相似文献
