The vascular plexus of the lateral ventricle of the human brain includes the microcirculatory bed responsible for the blood supply and liquor production of the organ. Blood capillaries form a thick parviansiform network of the plexus. Innervation of the vascular plexus of the cerebral lateral ventricle in human embryos and fetuses develops synchronously with formation of the plexus itself. The structural complexity of the nervous apparatus increases at the expense of increasing number of nervous fasciculi and single nervous fibers. By the time of birth the nervous apparatus of the plexus acquires a definitive character. After birth further improvement of the nervous apparatus takes place. The role of the microcirculatory bed and of the nervous apparatus of the vascular plexus in ensuring functional loadings and their participation in reactions to certain pathological effects is substantiated.  相似文献

In 32 corpses of 3-9-month-old fetuses the diameter, length amount of the microcirculatory bed vessels and their wall thickness have been studied in different areas of the eye bulb conjunctiva by means of impregnation after Kuprianov. General morphofunctional vascular peculiarities have been revealed. They are connected with age and structure of the developing tissues in the eye bulb conjunctiva. Two stages of development have been defined: 3-6 and 7-9 months.  相似文献

Development of blood capillaries in the human intraorganic nerves has been studied. The intramuscular nerves of fetuses, newborns, children and mature persons (88 cases in all) make the object of the investigation. Combination of light optic methods and electron microscopy is used. The development of blood capillaries of the human intraorganic nerves is a complex process, indissolubly connected with development of myelin and amyelin conductors. The capillaries in the nerves appear on the 3d month of the intrauterine development and their structure is the most favourable for intensively proceeding, at this time, the myelinization process. With progress of nervous fibers and stromal elements, differentiation of the blood capillaries takes place. By the 6th month of the interuterine life, the capillaries of the intramuscular nerves are mainly formed. The structural unit in interrelation of the capillaries and nerve elements is the complex: capillary-lemmocyte-nervous fiber. Further changes are of slower character.  相似文献

The paravascular bed of the cardiac vessels has been studied in 128 human fetuses at the age of 3-9 lunar months. Anatomical and histological techniques have been used, morphometrical analysis has been carried out. The paravascular bed of the cardiac wall vessels begins to form from the vascular epicardial network and from the paraneural vessels in 5-month-old fetuses. The paravasal longitudinal tracts are the first to form (the venous ones preceed the arterial). During the seventh month the nutritive vessels and the intramural networks of the main cardiac arteries and veins develop. The formation of the paraarterial bed is connected with the vascular diameter and with thickness of the arterial walls. Certain regularities in development of the venous paravascular bed are defined. By the beginning of the 8th month there are all main components of the paravascular bed of the cardiac vessels.  相似文献

Histochemistry and electron microscopy were used to study the adrenergic innervation of subcutaneous adipose tissue in fetal pigs. Adrenergic innervation was present around arteries, arterioles, and adipocyte-associated capillaries. Nerve fibers were infrequently observed around veins, venules, and adipocytes. Ultrastructural features of nerves included mitochondria, clear synaptic vesicles, and a small number of vesicles with a core of electron-dense material. Innervation of adipose tissue was similar in 70-, 90-, and 110-day-old fetuses. Examination of fetuses decapitated at 45 days of gestation and removed at 110 days showed that adrenergic innervation was absent in adipose tissue of decapitated fetuses. Adrenergic innervation was also absent in adipose tissue from fetuses hypophysectomized at 72-73 days of gestation and examined at 110 days. These data indicate that fetal porcine adipose tissue may be under neural control by day 70 of gestation. Furthermore, an intact pituitary is necessary for the development of adrenergic innervation in fetal adipose tissue.  相似文献

By means of scanning electron microscopy of corrosive casts, applied to the human cardiac hemomicrocirculatory bed vessels, beginning from 6-9-month-old fetuses up to persons of elderly and old age, peculiarities in form, dimensions and distribution have been revealed in the wall of the arterial part of the vessels of the hemomicrocirculatory bed of so called circular strips. They are inevitable structural components in the wall of the vessels mentioned and correspond to smooth myocytes, shifted at methylmetacrilate injection.  相似文献

By means of histochemical method, for revealing cholinergic nervous structures, and electron microscopy, innervation of biologically active points (BAP) and that of neutral areas of the rabbit ear skin has been studied, normal and after acu-, electro- and electroacupuncture. The BAP have more intensive vascularization and innervation, their specific feature is presence of well pronounced nervous fasciculi. The latter are formed by 6-10 fibers 1-6 mcm in diameter. The diameter of the fasciculi is within the limits 25-30 mcm up to 40-45 mcm. Under the electron microscopic investigation myelin and amyelin fibers are revealed in the nervous fasciculi. In the area of the epidermal basal layer and in the epidermis itself, single nerve terminals are found; they are considered as the point pain receptors. After acu-, electro- and electroacupuncture, intensity of the nervous fibers staining increases, thus demonstrating an increment of acetylcholine esterase activity. After insertion of acupuncture needles and after electrical irritation, the changes in the nervous and cellular elements in the BAP areas are studied electron microscopically. After the effects mentioned, mast cells situating in the BAP area become, as a rule, degranulated. After repeated electroacupuncture irritation of the BAP, an inflammatory focus appears with peculiarities specific for the given process. The reflexotherapeutic effect is supposed to be transferred via the nervous system. The mechanical irritation of the nerve fasciculi and the accompanying traumatization of the surrounding cellular elements initiate the mechanism of reflexotherapy.  相似文献

In puppies of various age (newborn, 2-week-old. 1- and 3-month-old) formation of smooth muscle and neural components in the femoral artery wall has been studied electron microscopically and histochemically. As demonstrate the electron microscopic data, the femoral artery wall is mainly formed by birth, nevertheless, structural components of its each tunic are at various stage of maturation and only by the 3d month the differentiation and specialization process of all cellular elements is fully completed. Owing to a combination of techniques used, it has been possible to follow the dynamics in formation of the innervation apparatus of the femoral artery. In the newborn animals the adrenergic apparatus of the femoral artery is presented mainly as thick fibers of a cable type; they form a plexus with loose loops at the periphery of the external tunic. Varicosities are scanty. By the 3d month there is a well developed network of the adrenergic fibers at the border of the middle and external vascular tunics. Some terminals penetrate into the muscular tunic. There is a great number of varicosities in the neural fiber axons. At the border of the middle and external tunics of the vessel, complex neuro-muscular interrelations are forming with an aim to bring functionally closer the main structural components of the wall. In the course of the early postnatal ontogenesis in dogs up to 3 months of age, in the femoral artery wall certain processes take place directed to ensure the neuroregulatory vasomotor properties of the vessel.  相似文献

By means of Gerota mass and silver nitrate solution, injected into the myocardium and its vessels, as well as using the scanning electron microscopy technique for corrosive casts, links of the human myocardial lymphomicrocirculatory bed have been studied, beginning from 6-9-month-old fetuses up to elderly and old age persons. Changes in form, dimensions and amount per a volumetric unit have been stated in myocardial capillaries and postcapillaries. These signs demonstrate that the myocardial lymphatic system has different importance for each stage of individual development of the human heart.  相似文献

The formation of the organospecific hemomicrocirculatory bed of the ovaries and testes has been studied by a complex of light, transmissive and scanning electron microscopy in 3--9-month-old human fetuses. The change of the diffusive protocapillary bed is secured by: 1) reduction of some protocapillaries; 2) appearance of secondary capillaries from the growth buds of the preceeding microvessels; 3) formation of arteriolar and venular links of the hemomicrocirculatory bed from the protocapillaries at the expense of differentiation of the developing paravasal connective tissue into cellular elements of the muscular and adventitial tunics. The secondary blood capillaries of the human gonads are predominantly formed intraendothelially. During the prenatal ontogenesis presence of the secondary blood capillaries of somatic uninterrupted type is specific for the human gonads.  相似文献

The dynamics in development of some components--of the neuromuscular spindles in the human fetus and newborn tongues have been studied by means of certain general and neurohistological methods with elements of morphometry. During the whole prenatal period of the human life, there is a certain synchronism in the development of the lingual proper muscles and the neuro-muscular spindles. Certain integration in the development of the neuro-muscular spindles is observed in 4-6-month-old fetuses; in 8-9-month-old fetuses and in newborns it is substituted for heterochronicity. By the time of birth, the muscle spindle contractile elements are supplied with a more differentiated efferent innervation. The latter actively effects the morphological state of the intrafusal muscle fibers and forms a base for functional activity of the tongue.  相似文献

In histological preparations of the left and right hemispheres a layer-by-layer investigation of cyto- and myeloarchitectonics of the radial system of fibers in the inferior parietal formation (fields 40, 39) has been performed; it is the homologue of the human inferior parietal formation and in chimpanzee it is immediately connected with manipulatory activity. The width of the cytoarchitectonic layers is measured, and in the fibrous layers 4, 5 and 6--also caliber (diameter) of the fibrous fasciculi and fibers in the fasciculi. Statistical parameters of distribution density of the layer widths, caliber of the fasciculi and fibers are estimated. The degree of their changeability is great. The variability coefficient of the layer widths is statistically significant, and there are no interhemispheric differences in width of analogous layers of both fields. Caliber of the fasciculi in the left and right hemispheres is distributed asymmetrically, being greater in the field 39 than in the field 40 of the right hemisphere. Similar regularity in the field 39 is noted in distribution of fibers. Overwhelming majority of fibers in the field 39 have, in comparison with the field 40, greater caliber. The data obtained demonstrate heteromorphism of the radial system in the fibers of the chimpanzee inferior parietal formation. This, evidently, ensures conduction of impulses of various modality.  相似文献

Sensory and motor fibers of peripheral nerves were irreversibly destroyed in fetal rats by administering beta bungarotoxin (BTX) on embryonic day 16 or 17, after assembly of primary myotubes, but before the formation of muscle spindles. Soleus muscles of toxin-treated fetuses and their untreated littermates were removed just prior to birth and were examined by light microscopy of serial transverse sections for the presence of spindles and immunocytochemical expression of several isoforms of myosin heavy chains (MHC). Untreated muscles exhibited numerous spindles that were innervated by branches of intramuscular nerves and contained muscle fibers expressing a slow-tonic MHC isoform characteristic of the intrafusal but not extrafusal fibers. Toxin-treated muscles were devoid of intramuscular nerve bundles and perineurial structures. Encapsulations of muscle fibers resembling spindles were absent and no myotubes expressed the slow-tonic MHC isoform associated with intrafusal fibers in beta BTX-treated muscles. Thus, the assembly of muscle spindles, formation of the spindle capsule, and transformation of undifferentiated myotubes into the intrafusal fibers that contain spindle-specific myosin isoforms all depend on the presence of innervation in prenatal rat muscles.  相似文献

By means of micromorphometric method in transversal sections of electively stained right and left coronary arteries the data, characterizing the area of the middle and external sheaths, amount of myelin fibers in nerves, accompanying the artery have been obtained in men of 8 age groups (from birth up to old age), who died from causes not connected with the cardiovascular pathology. The summary amount of all classes of myelin fibers increases synchronously with an increase of the muscle sheath area from newborn up to 35-45 years of age. After this age the amount of the myelin fibers decreases together with decreasing area of the middle sheath. Minimal values of these indices are observed in the old age (85-90 years). The external sheath area increases permanently from birth up to the old age. The correlative analysis reveals a positive and significant connection of various degree between the myelin fibers number and value of the middle arterial sheath in persons of juvenile, mature and elderly age: amount of the muscular layer is adequate to the myelin fibers amount. In other age groups the correlative connections are either small, or not significant. Alternative, corresponding to each age quantitative gradations of the nervous connections are determined by means of the peripheral substrate. Its role in the vessels investigated is performed, to a definite degree, by the muscle sheath.  相似文献

When studying frontal, somatosensory and visual areas of the human cerebral cortex from birth up to 20 years of age in year-to-year intervals, it has been stated that by birth in neocortex all components of the neuron-glio-vascular ensembles are presented. They are not connected in their composition. During the first year of life the size of all types of neurons increases, long-axonal basket neurons differentiate, fasciculi of radial fibers become thick. By 3 years of life in the ensembles the neurons are definitely grouped as clusters. Sizes of spindle-like and satellite neurons increase; they distribute their axonal collaterals vertically, horizontally and in frontal-posterior direction. By 5-6 years of age the horizontal connection system becomes more complex at the expense of longitudinal growth and ramification of lateral and basal dendrites of the pyramidal neurons. In the section transversal areas occupied with cell groups increase. By 9-10 years of age the pyramidal neurons reach their greatest size. By 12-14 years of age the fibrillar component of the cortex increases considerably, inter- and intraensemble horizontal connections become more complex, the system of local connections becomes more plastic owing to development of short-axonal basket-like neurons. By 16-18 years of age the ensemble cortical organization in its main parameters of architectonics reaches the level specific for mature persons.  相似文献

While studying the innervation sources of the deferent duct in 10 dogs, 2-3 nerves have been revealed that take their origin at the pelvic neural plexus and approach the duct together with the blood vessels at the pelvic neural plexus and approach the duct together with the blood vessels at the place where it crosses the ureter ("the vascular-neural hilus"). In the experiment performed in 65 dogs the nature of these sources has been revealed. The motor innervation is presented by the nodes of the celiac plexus, of the lumbar and sacral parts of the sympathetic trunk, of the subceliac, gonadal and splanchic pelvic nerves, and the sensitive innervation is multisegmental and is performed by the intravertebral nodes L2-S3. Quantitative investigation of the degenerated neural fibers in the dog deferent duct wall demonstrates that the innervation sources mentioned above participate te a various degree along the course of the organ. In the "hilus" the nerves of the dog deferent duct are divided into the proximal nad distal groups. The proximal group runs towards the prostate and forms a plexus with large loops connected with the neural plexuses of the urinary bladder, the ureter and the prostate. It has small neural nodes. The distally directed nerves run, together with the blood vessels, in the deferent duct towards the epididymis. In the deferent duct wall, adventitila, muscular and mucous neural plexus are found, the cholinergic component prevailing the adrenergic one. The plexuses are somewhat better developed at the beginning of the deferent duct and they are especially pronounced in the ampule. The receptors of the organ's wall are simple, poorly branching.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to perform a pilot histological and quantitative analysis of the blood vessels accompanying the epicardial nerves (vasa nervorum) in the porcine hearts. Twenty healthy porcine hearts were used in this study. The blood vessels were analyzed by light microscopy using four different staining techniques in transverse sections taken from the upper, middle, and lower segments of the anterior part of the interventricular region and the adjacent parts of the right and left ventricles containing epicardial nerves and the endocardial peripheral parts of the Purkinje fibers. In total, 317 epicardial nerves were detected. The vasa nervorum were present in 75.7% of these nerves. The vasa nervorum resembled arterioles and postcapillary and collecting venules. One hundred and forty nine epicardial nerves were perivascular, located in the adventitia of the anterior interventricular artery and vein. The remaining 168 nerves ran freely through the epicardial interstitium. The presence of the vasa nervorum was not related to topographical location or nerve diameter. Additionally, from a total of 33 analyzed ventricular complexes of Purkinje fibers small blood vessels located in their proximity were identified in only two cases. It can be concluded that the majority of the anterior epicardial nerves of porcine heart possess well-developed vasa nervorum. In contrast, similar blood vessels are rarely present in the vicinity of the Purkinje fibers. The data obtained contribute to a better understanding of the nutrition of the cardiac nerves.  相似文献

More than 100 human embryos and fetuses, beginning from 6 mm (25-26 days) up to newborns have been investigated by means of histological serial sections, as well as by means of macro- micropreparation of the tympanic cavity. The m. stapedius is not independent, but takes origin from muscle fasciculi of the musculi digastrii posterior belly. The latter approaches the eminence of the future mastoid process, gives a part of muscle fasciculi into the tympanic cavity; they get through the stilomastoid cleft and run to the hammer neck, forming the m. stapedius. That is why both muscles are innervated from the facial nerve.  相似文献

During mastication the adult pig masseter contracts with a complex pattern involving a wave of electromyographic (EMG) activity moving from the ventro-rostral corner to the dorso-caudal corner. The present study was undertaken to ascertain the ontogeny of that contraction pattern. Anatomical measurements were made on masseters from fetal, infant, and juvenile pigs. EMG activity from different parts of the masseter was recorded along with oral movements in infant and juvenile pigs as they suckled, drank, and chewed on food and non-food objects. The basic arrangement of muscle fibers and tendinous aponeuroses was found to be the same in all ages. The longest and most vertical fibers were found rostrally and ventrally, whereas the shortest and most horizontal fibers were found caudally and dorsally. The length of fasciculi decreased with age, relative to muscle weight. Variance in length among different parts of the muscle increased with age. Fetal masseters were oriented generally more horizontally than the masseters of older animals, except that the dorso-caudal corner, usually the most horizontal portion, is not developed in fetuses. The contraction patterns within the infant masseter were less complex than those of older animals; only the dorso-caudal corner was distinct. The further development of intramuscular differences in activity may be associated with the increasing anatomical complexity of the masseter, which augments its functional capabilities.  相似文献

Necropsy of an emaciated adult wild turkey (Meleagris gallopavo osceola) that died in captivity soon after capture revealed numerous macroscopic 1-2 mm white cysts in the pectoral muscles. Microscopic, aseptate protozoan megaloschizonts, 50-150 microns in diameter, corresponded to the cysts in histological sections. The megaloschizonts were surrounded by a thick, hyaline wall and packed with spherical merozoites less than 1 micron in diameter. Muscle fibers surrounding most of the megaloschizonts exhibited early signs of dystrophic calcification. The fibers were swollen, pale and hyaline and contained scattered basophilic granules. The megaloschizonts were morphologically distinct from sarcocysts of Sarcocystis sp. and Besnoitia sp. and the thin-walled tissue cysts of Toxoplasma gondii. They were identical in structure and host reaction to the second-generation megaloschizonts of Haemoproteus meleagridis, reported previously from experimentally infected domestic turkeys. While the precise cause of death of the wild turkey could not be determined, the most prominent lesions were associated with the numerous intramuscular megaloschizonts.  相似文献
