The first limiting nutrients in typical laying hen diets are the sulphur-containing amino acids and, in particular, methionine. To fulfil the birds' recommended requirement, conventional diets are supplemented with synthetic methionine. As this is not allowed in organic production it becomes very important to have access to alternative high-quality protein feed ingredients. An experiment was performed to evaluate the possibility to compose a diet with 100% organically approved feed ingredients using mussel meal as a major source of methionine. The experiment included 678 Lohman Selected Leghorn (LSL) and 678 Hyline White, W-98, layers during 20 to 72 weeks of age. There were 12 aviary pens with 113 birds in each. The birds were fed one of the two experimental diets containing either 3.5% or 7% dried mussel meat meal or a commercial organic diet from a Swedish feed manufacturer for comparison. Production and mortality were recorded daily per group, and egg weight was recorded once weekly. At 33, 55 and 70 weeks, 10 eggs from each treatment group were collected and analysed for internal egg quality. Diets had no significant effect on laying percentage, egg mass, feed intake, feed conversion ratio, mortality, bird live weight or proportion misplaced, cracked or dirty eggs. Egg quality, that is, shell deformation, shell breaking strength, albumen height, shell percentage and proportion of blood and meat spots were also unaffected. There was a significant difference in egg yolk pigmentation, that is, the egg yolk was more coloured when feeding 7% mussel meal compared with the other diets. Hyline hens had lower feed intake and laying percentage, and higher egg weight, but lower egg mass production than LSL birds. The age of the birds influenced all egg quality traits except for meat and blood spots. The dry matter of the excreta was significantly lower for both genotypes fed the 7% mussel meal diet. These results indicate that mussels may be a high-quality protein source and may replace fishmeal in organic diets for layers.  相似文献

The impact of sequential feeding of whole or ground wheat on the performance of layer hen was investigated using ISABROWN hens from 19 to 42 weeks of age. In addition, the effect of reduced dietary energy content of a complete diet was also investigated. Four treatments were tested. Whole wheat was alternated with a protein-mineral concentrate (balancer diet) in a treatment (sequential whole wheat: SWW), while another treatment alternated ground wheat (sequential ground wheat: SGW) with the same balancer diet. The control (C) was fed a complete layer diet conventionally. Another treatment (low energy: LE) was fed a complete diet conventionally. The diet contained lower energy (10.7 v. 11.6 MJ/kg) compared to the C. Each treatment was allocated 16 cages and each cage contained five birds. Light was provided 16 h daily (0400 to 2000 h). Feed offered was controlled (121 g/bird per day) and distributed twice (2 × 60.5 g) at 4 and 11 h after lights on. In the sequential treatment, only wheat (whole or ground) was fed during the first distribution and the balancer diet during the second distribution. Left over feed was always removed before the next distribution. The total feed intake was not different between SWW and SGW, but the two were lower than C (P < 0.05). Wheat intake was however, lowered with SGW compared to SWW (P < 0.05). Egg production and egg mass (EM) were not different between treatments. Egg weight was lower with SGW than with SWW (P < 0.05), but the two were similar to C. Body weight (BW) was lowered (P < 0.01) with SGW relative to SWW and C, SWW BW being also lower than the C one. The efficiency of egg production was increased (P < 0.01) with the SWW and SGW relative to the control. Birds fed LE had higher feed intake (P < 0.05) but they had similar egg production and EM compared to the two sequential treatments. The efficiency of feed utilization was also reduced (P < 0.01) with LE compared to SWW and SGW. It was concluded that sequential feeding is more efficient than conventional feeding. In addition, whole wheat appeared more efficient than ground wheat in terms of egg and BW.  相似文献

White Leghorn pullets reared in floor pens and high-density cages were compared for behavioral traits and changes in body weights during the initial 2 or 3 weeks after being placed in multiplehen cages during late adolescence. Information on behavior was obtained from 48 pullets kept in 6, 8-bird cages during Days 1, 4 and 15 in Experiment 1, and from 80 pullets kept in 16, 5-bird cages during Days 1 and 7 or 8 in Experiment 2.

In Experiment 1, floor-reared pullets showed significantly more crouching, less movement and lower feed consumption than cage-reared pullets during Day 1. By Day 4, floor-reared pullets still consumed significantly less feed, but by Day 15, no differences were found for crouching, movement or feed eaten. Cage-reared pullets had more feather-pecking on Day 1 but less on Day 15 than floor-reared ones. Pullets from the two rearing environments did not differ in post-housing daily gain in body weight.

In Experiment 2, floor-reared pullets had significantly fewer feeding bouts during Day 1, but they did not differ from cage-reared pullets during Days 7 or 8. Although pullets from floor-pens fed significantly less frequently, they had longer durations of feeding bouts, so that total time feeding did not differ from that of cage-reared pullets. Diurnal feeding patterns changed significantly from Day 1 to Day 7 or 8. Correlation coefficients between measures of individual pullet's feeding behavior and body weight at housing did not differ significantly from zero. Duration of individuals' feeding bouts on Day 7 or 8 was moderately and significantly correlated with their body-weight gain for the first 21 days after housing. Gains in body weight did not differ for pullets from the two rearing treatments.

Most aggressive acts occurred just inside the front of the cages, adjacent to the feed trough; few were seen directly over the feed. Agonistic activity and percentage of dominance relationships known were greater among floor-reared than among cage-reared pullets after transfer to laying-house cages. Decreases in frequency of aggressive acts occurred from Day 1 to Day 7 or 8 for pullets from both rearing environments.  相似文献

The effects of ambient temperature and the supplementation of methionine to a low protein diet on egg production, egg quality, blood constituents and nitrogen excretion of laying hens were studied. The objective was to derive an environmental friendly feed formulation for warm climate. Seventy-two 29-week-old commercial White Leghorn hens of Babcock ISA white strain were used in this trial. The design is a completely randomized design with a 2×3 factors arrangement of treatments. Two constant ambient temperatures were 24±1°C and 34±1°C with 85% relative humidity. The three dietary treatments were 170 g kg−1 crude protein, 140 g kg−1 crude protein and 140 g kg−1 crude protein supplemented with methionine 1.4 g kg−1. Hens were allotted into six groups according to egg production and body weight. Birds were raised in individual wire cages for the experimental feeding period of five weeks. At the end of the feeding trial, one replicate of laying hens (four birds) from each treatment were selected for a four-day metabolic study for the daily collection of the excreta. The blood samples were withdrawn from the wing vein for analysis of hematocrit, blood glucose, sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus and uric acid. Experimental results indicate that increases in ambient temperature significantly depress feed intake, egg production, egg weight and live weight of laying hens. High ambient temperature also caused inferior egg quality, including shell weight, shell thickness, shell breaking strength and specific gravity. Ambient temperature also changes the egg components with heavier egg albumin and yolk in the low-temperature group. Increasing ambient temperature also caused an increase in pH value in the plasma. This increase revealed a trend of depressed glucose (P<0.05) in the plasma of the laying hens. The dietary treatments, however, did not significantly influence feed intakes. Except egg weight, laying hens that were fed with the low protein (140 g kg−1) with methionine supplemented diet produced similar numbers of egg and feed conversion as the layers fed with the high protein diet. The low protein with methionine supplemented diet produced significantly lighter eggs than the high dietary protein diet under the high ambient temperature, but produced heavier egg under the low ambient temperature. The concentration of uric acid in the plasma and nitrogen in the excreta of the high protein group was significantly higher than the other two low protein dietary groups (P<0.05).  相似文献

Oystercatchers feeding on mussels foraged in small, overlapping areas and aggressive encounters were common amongst all birds irrespective of their method of opening mussels. Individuals varied consistently in aggressiveness. The more aggressive birds were more frequently present on the mussel bed, fed in those parts where food was most abundant, and were more successful in stealing mussels from other birds. Only the more aggressive birds stole more mussels than they had stolen from them, and stealing increased their rate of food intake.  相似文献

With a view to alleviate the feeling of hunger in broiler breeders, different types of fibre sources were used in high-fibre diets to increase feed quantity while limiting growth to industry recommended levels. Using scatter feeding, three diets (C1: commercial control diet, 1 × fibre content, 80% insoluble fibre (ISF); H2: 2 × fibre content, 89% ISF; and L2: 2 × fibre content, 71% ISF) were each fed to 10 groups of 16 broiler breeder chickens. Similar growth rates were obtained on different quantities of food with all birds reaching commercial target weight at 15 weeks of age. In a hunger test, birds fed C1 ate significantly faster and showed a higher compensatory feed intake than birds on diets H2 and L2, indicating that the two high-fibre diets did reduce the level of hunger experienced by the birds. Behavioural observations carried out at 14 weeks of age showed high levels of tail pecking in birds fed C1 and almost none in birds fed L2, whereas birds fed H2 were intermediate. Stereotypic pecking at fixtures was seen twice as frequently in birds fed C1. Birds on diet L2 displayed behavioural signs indicative of discomfort, and the high water usage on this diet created problems with litter quality. Birds on diet H2 continued to show foraging behaviour throughout the day, and were more frequently engaged in dust bathing and other comfort behaviour. This experiment indicates that high-fibre diets can alleviate the feeling of hunger currently experienced by broiler breeders, and a high ratio of ISF may improve the well-being of the birds.  相似文献

The vertical distribution of cultured Atlantic salmon larger than 1 kg was monitored by hydroacoustics in both a shallow (6 m) and a deep (20 m) cage. Surface light levels and fish distribution were registered for three periods throughout the year. The two fish groups were fed calculated rations twice a day. During the winter and spring (including vernal equinox), the fish were distributed at around 5 m depth in both cages when not feeding. Around summer solstice, the fish preferred deeper waters when not feeding. The light dependency of the vertical migration was pronounced, and indicates clearly that even a 20 m deep cage is not deep enough to meet the depth requirements of large Atlantic salmon during summer.  相似文献

In birds, conditions and experience in the nest may influence the social rank of juveniles after they become independent. Three main factors may be involved: (1) mass at fledging, larger birds being better able to compete; (2) brood hierarchy, dominance in the brood continuing after the birds leave the nest; and (3) hatching date, birds hatching earlier having more experience and a greater ability to compete. I studied the effect of these factors on the agonistic behaviour of juvenile European shags, Phalacrocorax aristotelis, in crèches. Of all the factors, only hatching date had a significant influence on the dominance rank of juveniles. Birds that hatched earlier had a higher rank. Additionally, males were somewhat more aggressive than females. The importance of an individual's hatching date for its social rank may have consequences for its future reproductive value. In our previous studies, we demonstrated that dominant hens had priority in using the dust bath, resulted in increased competition for the resource. It seemed that the problem was that the resource was placed on one side of the cage (‘localised’). Therefore, we designed a medium-sized furnished cage with a dust bath and nest box on both sides of the cage (‘separated’, MFS). To evaluate the effects of separation of these resources, we compared the behaviour of high-, medium- and low-ranked hens in MFS cage with that in small (SF) and medium furnished (MFL) cages with a localised resource. In total, 150 White Leghorn layers were used. At the age of 17 weeks, the hens were randomly divided into three groups and moved to small furnished cages (SF, 90 cm wide; five birds per cage) and two types of medium furnished cages (180 cm wide; 10 birds per cage) with a nest box and dust bath on both sides (MFS) and a nest box and dust bath on one side of the cage (MFL). The total dust bath and nest box areas per hen were same for the three cages. The dominance hierarchy was determined by observing the aggressive interactions and by this high-, medium- and low-ranked hens in each cage were identified. The behaviour, use of facilities and physical condition of these hens were measured. Data were analysed by using repeated measure ANOVA. A significant interaction between social order and cage design was found in the proportions of time spent in the dust bath and on performing dust-bathing (both P < 0.001), and these proportions tended to be higher in higher-ranked hens in SF and MFL. Conversely, the MFS low-ranked hens tended to use the dust bath more than the SF and MFL low-ranked hens. Thus, hens from each rank used the dust bath equally in MFS, though the MFS high-ranked hens tended to use the resource less than the SF and MFL high-ranked hens. While the frequency of pre-laying sitting was lower among low-ranked hens (P < 0.05), the proportion of time in the nest box was higher among low- than high-ranked hens (P < 0.01). The low-ranked hens spent more time performing escaping, moving and standing in the nest box. In conclusion, it is suggested that separation of the dust bath to two locations would be an effective arrangement to promote more equal usage of the dust bath by hens from each rank in the furnished cages. It was also confirmed in the present study that nest boxes were not only used for laying eggs but also as a refuge by lower ranked hens.  相似文献

Cyclopiazonic acid (CPA) was purified from cultures of Aspergillus flavus, and ca. 14 g of the toxin was collected for use in feeding studies. Chicken rations were artificially contaminated with purified CPA at concentrations of 10, 50, and 100 ppm (microgram/g) and fed ad libitum to eight groups of chickens for 7 weeks. Chickens receiving feed with 100 ppm of CPA had high mortality, decreased weight gain, and poor feed conversion when compared with birds receiving other doses. Postmortem examination showed that chickens fed the two greatest doses of CPA had proventricular lesions characterized by mucosal erosion and hyperemia (100 ppm) and by thick mucosa and dilated proventricular lumens (50 ppm). Birds given 100 ppm of CPA in feed also had numerous yellow foci in their livers and spleens. Microscopic examination of tissues of birds that received 100 ppm of CPA revealed ulcerative proventriculitis, mucosal necrosis in the gizzard, and hepatic and splenic necrosis and inflammation. Birds given 50 ppm of CPA had hyperplasia of the proventricular mucosal epithelium. Birds given 10 ppm of CPA and control birds had no significant treatment-related lesions.  相似文献

In a dominance-structured flock, social status may determinepriority of access to food. Birds of low social status mayperceive present and future access to food as less predictable,and so have a higher risk of starvation, than birds of highsocial rank. Theoretical models predict that subordinate birdsshould carry larger fat reserves and incur higher mass-dependentcosts than dominants. However, empirical tests of the assumptionsof these models are still scarce and controversial. We investigatedthe effect of dominance rank on daily mass gain under conditionsof fluctuating food availability in a laboratory experimentusing four flocks of four coal tits (Parus ater) each. Thesame amount of food was delivered in two treatments, but inone treatment the food was offered at a constant rate betweendays (fixed treatment), while in the other treatment the dailyfood supply varied in an unpredictable sequence between days(variable treatment). All birds showed greater variance inbody mass in the variable treatment than in the fixed treatment.Body mass within birds showed the same variability at dawn thanat dusk in the fixed treatment, but less variability at dawnthan at dusk in the variable treatment. This may be a mechanismto reduce the immediate risk of starvation at the beginningof the day, when fat reserves are at their lowest and the aggressionbetween flock members when feeding highest. Subordinate birdswere excluded from the feeders by dominants more often in theearly morning than in the rest of the day, and they showedmore variability in daily mass gain and body mass at dawn thandominant birds. These results support the hypothesis that subordinatebirds have a reduced probability of surviving when food availabilitychanges unexpectedly compared to dominants.  相似文献

以初始体重为(13.640.18)g的大黄鱼( Pseudosciaena crocea R.) 幼鱼为实验对象, 采用32双因子实验, 研究饲料蛋白质水平(40%、45%、50%)和投喂频率(2次/d、1次/d)及其交互作用对其生长、体组成和蛋白质代谢的影响。养殖实验在海水浮式网箱中进行, 养殖周期为8周。结果表明: 饲料蛋白质水平和投喂频率对大黄鱼幼鱼的增重率(WGR)、特定生长率(SGR)和饲料转化率(FCR)均影响显著(P0.05)。在40%和45%蛋白质组, 1次/d投喂的大黄鱼幼鱼的WGR和SGR均显著低于2次/d投喂组, 而FCR则相反。在2次/d投喂时, 45%蛋白质组的大黄鱼幼鱼SGR显著高于40%蛋白质组, 但与50%蛋白质组差异不显著(P0.05)。而在1次/d投喂时, 50%蛋白质组的大黄鱼幼鱼SGR显著高于40%和45%蛋白质组。在两种投喂频率下, 随着饲料蛋白质水平提高, 鱼体水分含量均有升高趋势, 蛋白质含量显著升高而脂肪含量显著下降(P0.05)。饲料的蛋白质水平和投喂频率分别对大黄鱼幼鱼的肝脏指数(HSI)、内脏指数(VSI)和血清中的谷丙转氨酶(ALT)及谷草转氨酶(AST)均影响不显著(P0.05)。投喂频率对肝脏的ALT和AST的影响不显著(P0.05)。在同一投喂频率下, 肝脏ALT和AST均随着饲料蛋白质水平的增加而显著提高(P0.05)。饲料中的蛋白质水平和投喂频率对大黄鱼幼鱼的生长和FCR的影响存在显著的交互作用(P0.05), 而对血清和肝脏中的ALT和AST、HSI、VSI、肥满度(CF)以及体组成的影响均无交互作用。    相似文献

Due to their aggressive nature, male mice are less frequently used than female mice in biomedical research. When aggressive males are being used, individual housing is common practice. The question arises whether this is an acceptable housing for a social species. The present study was designed to gain more insight into the nature of inter-male social contact and into the potential of a form of environmental enrichment (nesting material) to compensate for the lack of social contact. In a series of tests, we analysed whether male mice of different ages preferred to spend time (1) near a familiar cage mate versus an empty cage, or (2) near to a familiar cage mate versus direct contact with nesting material (tissues). Dwelling time in each of the test cages and sleeping sites was recorded, as was the behaviour of the test mice. Results indicated that when other conditions were similar, male mice preferred to sleep in close proximity to their familiar cage mate. Furthermore, the need to engage in active social behaviour increased with age. Tissues were used to a large extent for sleeping and sleep-related behaviour. It is concluded that single housing in order to avoid aggression between male mice is a solution with evident negative consequences for the animals. When individual housing is inevitable due to excessive aggressive behaviour, the presence of nesting material could partly compensate for the deprivation of social contact.  相似文献

Abstract. 1. Experiments with nestling blue tits Parus caeruleus L. examined the effects of feeding them 7-spot ladybird Coccinella septempunctata (L.), 2-spot ladybird Adalia bipunctata (L.) or controls Tenebrio sp.
2. A feeding rate of 51/3 7-spot ladybirds per day 'killed' nestlings within 2 days. Three of six nestlings fed at half this rate survived 4 days. In contrast, all experimental birds survived sixty-four 2-spot ladybirds fed over 4 days (equivalent by weight to the high 7-spot diet).
3. Nestlings fed 7-spot ladybirds also grew more slowly than birds fed 2-spot ladybirds. The latter birds showed no difference in weight gain from the controls although they begged more strongly for food.
4. Cadavers of birds fed 7-spot ladybirds showed evidence of severe liver damage.
5. The results indicate a substantial difference between the ladybird species in their toxicity to nestling blue tits. They support the hypothesis that 2-spot ladybirds are largely-edible, polymorphic Batesian mimics of well-protected, monomorphic species such as the 7-spot ladybird.  相似文献

We present data on diving pattern and performance (dive depth, duration, frequency and organization during the foraging trip) in gentoo penguins Pygoscelis papua , obtained using time-depth recorders ( n = 9 birds, 99 foraging trips). These data are used to estimate various parameters of foraging activity, e.g. foraging range, prey capture rates, and are compared in relation to breeding chronology. Foraging trip duration was 6 h and 10 h, and trip frequency 1.0/day and 0.96/day, during the brooding and creche periods, respectively. Birds spent on average 52%of each foraging trip diving. Dive depth and duration were highly bimodal: shallow dives (< 21 m) averaged 4 m and 0.23 min, and deep dives (> 30 m) 80 m and 2.5 min, respectively. Birds spent on average 71%and 25%of total diving time in deep and shallow dives, respectively. For deep dives, dive duration exceeded the subsequent surface interval, but shallow dives were followed by surface intervals 2–3 times dive duration. We suggest that most shallow dives are searching/exploratory dives and most deep dives are feeding dives. Deep dives showed clear diel patterns averaging 40 m at dawn and dusk and 80–90 m at midday. Estimated foraging ranges were 2.3 km and 4.1 km during the brood and creche period, respectively. Foraging trip duration increased by 4 h between the brood and creche periods but total time spent in deep dives (i.e. time spent feeding) was the same (3 h). Of 99 foraging trips, 56%consisted of only one dive bout and 44%of 2–4 bouts delimited by extended surface intervals > 10 min. We suggest that this pattern of diving activity reflects variation in spatial distribution of prey rather than the effect of physiological constraints on diving ability.  相似文献

Individual feeding area specialization has been reported for several seabird species. Researchers suspect that this behaviour results in feeding and/or reproductive advantages. Adélie Penguins Pygoscelis adeliae feed in small predictable open waters in a fast sea-ice area near Syowa Station, Antarctica. Their feeding sites were determined by radiotracking both members of 20 pairs rearing chicks. Twenty-five birds repeatedly fed in distinct areas more frequently than expected by chance, while the remaining 15 birds had no significant feeding area specialization. Birds seemed to feed at sites that were closer to their most recent feeding sites than they were to earlier feeding sites. Variation in specialized area, degree of feeding area fidelity and distance to feeding sites had no significant effect on the number of feeds that a bird brought to chicks per day. Neither did the estimated mass of feeds brought per day per pair depend on feeding area specialization.  相似文献

Strain differences in reproductive performance were demonstrated between broiler breeder female chickens selected for growth (GL line) or for food conversion efficiency (FC line) and the improvement in reproductive performance due to feed restriction also differed significantly. Feed allowance effects on the maturation of ovarian follicles, the incidence of atresia and egg production differed between the two lines exposed to similar feeding protocols. Feed restriction reduced body weights significantly and to a similar extent in both GL and FC lines. The number of normal and atretic yellow follicles was significantly higher under ad libitum feeding and in GL line than it was in the FC line. In both lines, feed restriction decreased multiple ovulation and increased egg production. In culture, granulosa cells from the three largest follicles (F1, F2 and F3) increased progesterone production in response to LH, FSH and insulin-like growth factor I but responses were different between the GL and FC lines fed either ad libitum or restricted diets. Granulosa cells from the two or three largest follicles in GL and FC (ad libitum) lines produced similar amounts of progesterone in response to LH, FSH and insulin-like growth factor I whereas, in restricted birds, the progesterone production was of the rank order F1 > F2 > F3 in both lines. The responsiveness of the GL line fed ad libitum was higher for LH than for either FSH or insulin-like growth factor I but in the GL line fed a restricted diet, it was high for all the hormones. In the FC line, responses to LH, FSH or insulin-like growth factor I were high in ad libitum-fed birds, but low in birds fed a restricted diet for all hormones. Insulin-like growth factor I combined with LH or FSH significantly increased the progesterone production of granulosa cells from birds fed restricted diets of both lines and this effect increased with increasing follicular size. There was a lack of interaction between insulin-like growth factor I and LH or FSH in the regulation of progesterone production by birds of both lines fed ad libitum. Insulin-like growth factor alone or in combination with LH or FSH increased granulosa cell proliferation in birds fed ad libitum more than it did in birds fed restricted diets. The greater proliferation rate of granulosa cells of chickens fed ad libitum, in response to insulin-like growth factor I alone or in combination with gonadotrophins, leading to the simultaneous differentiation of two or three large follicles with high progesterone production in response to LH or insulin-like growth factor I, accelerates the rate of maturation of follicles. This may also be the major cause of erratic and multiple ovulations in broiler breeder female chickens fed ad libitum. Frequency of headshaking in chickens from two selected lines (HA and LA) known to differ in this trait was observed at various ages, during hormonal fluctuations and in different environmental surroundings. Neither hormonal changes concomitant with the initial onset of lay nor ingestion of corticosterone (which stopped egg production in 240-day-old pullets) altered headshaking frequency. When pullets reared in flocks on litter were moved at 77 days of age to individual battery cages, headshaking frequency was dramatically increased in one flock but did not change in another flock. Moving 252-day-old birds from individual cages to floor pens decreased headshaking frequency in males but not in females; returning the birds to cages did not significantly alter levels of headshaking. 1. The chronic ingestion of a sublethal dose (5%) of dietary North Sea crude oil delayed the onset of lay in adult Khaki Campbell ducks transferred from a short (8L:16D) to long day (16L:8D) photoperiod and greatly reduced the rate of oviposition and quality (weight and shell thickness) of the eggs subsequently laid. 2. Refeeding the oil-fed birds with the uncontaminated control diet stimulated the rate of egg production and improved egg quality, but in both cases not to the level in the controls. 3. Food intake and the plasma calcium level in the petroleum-fed birds were reduced, but these effects are unlikely to be causally responsible for the adverse effects of petroleum on avian reproduction. 4. Gonadotrophic (luteinizing hormone, LH) hormone secretion in the oil fed birds was not suppressed and the impairment of reproductive performance was not due to low plasma LH levels. 5. The reduced rate of lay in the oil-fed birds was accompanied by low gonadal steroid (progesterone) levels. The detrimental effects of oil and reproduction may be due to direct or indirect effects on the ovary or shell gland.  相似文献
