目的:观察七叶莲水煎液对蟾蜍离体坐骨神经复合动作电位的幅度及传导速度的影响,研究其对坐骨神经电生理特性的作用。方法:将制备的蟾蜍坐骨神经干分为4组,分别在任氏液和浓度为10%,20%,40%的七叶莲水煎液中浸泡,用MedLab生物信号采集处理系统引导神经干复合双相动作电位,并分别测定各组不同浸泡时间的坐骨神经干动作电位的幅度和传导速度两项电生理指标。记录不同浓度的七叶莲水煎液对蟾蜍离体坐骨神经复合动作电位的幅度和传导速度的影响。结果:10%,20%,40%3种浓度的七叶莲水煎液均使坐骨神经复合动作电位的幅度变小(P〈0.01),传导速度变慢(P〈0.01)并最终使坐骨神经动作电位消失,且经过一段时间后动作电位的幅度和传导速度均能恢复。结论:七叶莲能可逆地阻滞神经动作电位的传导。  相似文献

目的:探索青风藤对蟾蜍离体坐骨神经干电生理特性的影响。方法:40只蟾蜍随机分成4组:任氏液对照组和青风藤低、中、高剂量组(0.2、0.10、0.05 g/ml)(n=10),通过RM6240C多道生理信号采集处理系统记录其在不同浓度青风藤水煎分别浸泡15 min和30 min时,动作电位的传导速度、幅度和动作电位阈强度。结果:与对照组相比,高剂量组的神经干动作电位的传导速度显著减慢(P<0.01),中、高剂量组的幅度显著降低(P<0.01),高剂量组的动作电位阈强度显著增大(P<0.01)。结论:动作电位传导速度、幅度与青风藤剂量呈负相关,动作电位阈强度与青风藤剂量呈正相关。青风藤水煎液降低坐骨神经的兴奋性,阻滞动作电位的传导,可能发挥抑制坐骨神经痛的作用。  相似文献

本实验在人工灌流条件下降低鼓阶外淋巴钙的浓度,观察其对听神经动作电位(CAP)、耳蜗微音器电位(CM)以及蜗内直流电位(EP)的影响,以分析钙离子的作用机制。无钙液鼓阶灌流使CAP、CM幅度可逆地下降,但不明显地改变CAPI/O曲线的非线性特征。无钙外淋巴灌流并不改变EP以及用缺氧法得到的负相EP(N-EP),但使EP对强声给-撤时的快速变化趋于消失。本文讨论了这些耳蜗生物电改变所提示的钙离子作用的可能机制。  相似文献

采用细胞内微电极和双微电极电压箝制术观察缺血对绵羊心室浦肯野纤维跨膜电位和起搏离子流(If)的影响。结果:模拟缺血液灌流30min,浦肯野纤维最大舒张电位(MDP)、动作电位幅度(APA)明显减少;动作电位时程APD50,APD90明显缩短(n=15P<0.01);起搏离子流(If),幅度降低,激活曲线向超极化方向移位,最大激活时间及半最大激活时间延长(n=13P<0.001)。上述结果表明:心肌缺血时,心室浦肯野细胞跨膜电位及正常起搏活动不是增强,而是减弱。提示缺血性室性心律失常不是由于正常心室自律活动异常增强引起  相似文献

以培养大鼠乳鼠心肌细胞为模型,观察组胺对培养心肌细胞自发性搏动频率及动作电位的影响。结果表明:组胺0.1-10umol/L可以引起剂量依赖性的心肌细胞搏动频率的增快,而且这种效应呈时间依赖性。组胺10umol/L可以使心肌细胞动作电位的幅度(APA),最大上升速率(Vmax)及超射(OS)明显增加,动作电位持续时间(APD50和APD90)明显延长,窦性周长(SCL)明显缩短。以上结果提示,组胺致  相似文献

Pulmonary vascular congestion or pulmonary embolism in humans produces shallow tachypnea, and indirect experimental evidence suggests that this characteristic breathing pattern may result from activation of vagal unmyelinated afferents from the lung. We have investigated, in decerebrate cats, reflex changes in breathing pattern and in the activation of the diaphragm, posterior cricoarytenoid, and thyroarytenoid muscles caused by activating C-fiber afferents in the vagus nerve. The right vagus nerve was sectioned distal to the origin of the recurrent laryngeal nerve, eliminating vagal afferent traffic although preserving motor innervation of the larynx on that side. The left cervical vagus was stimulated electrically, and efferent activation of the laryngeal muscles was avoided by cutting the left recurrent laryngeal nerve. Transmission to the brain of vagal afferent traffic resulting from this stimulation was controlled by graded cold block of the nerve cranial to the site of application of the stimulus. Activation of C-fibers, when A-fibers were blocked, significantly decreased respiratory period and amplitude of diaphragm inspiratory burst. In addition, this selective activation of vagal C-fibers augmented postinspiratory activity of the diaphragm and recruited phasic expiratory bursts in the thyroarytenoid. We conclude that, in unanesthetized decerebrate cats, afferent traffic of vagal C-fibers initiates a pontomedullary reflex that increases respiratory frequency, decreases tidal volume, and augments braking of expiratory airflow.  相似文献

目的:定量探究1%~80%酒精任氏液对蛙坐骨神经干双相复合动作电位(AP)的作用及其恢复情况。方法:制备长为6~8 cm的蛙坐骨神经干标本,分别将含有0%、1%、2%、4%、8%、16%、32%、48%、64%、80%酒精的标准任氏液通过新加装在神经屏蔽盒中的加药液槽浸泡位于刺激电极和接地电极之间的神经干各5 min,用BL-420F系统分别记录由刺激所诱发的双相AP;之后用标准任氏液冲洗5遍,浸泡5 min, 分别记录冲洗后AP。结果:与标准任氏液相比, ≤4%酒精任氏液对AP峰值和传导速度无影响,≥8%酒精任氏液作用后可使AP峰值和传导速度均下降;16%、32%和≥48%酒精任氏液作用后分别使神经干失去产生AP能力的比例为30%、90%和100%。≤32%酒精任氏液作用后冲洗,AP峰值可完全恢复;48%、64%和80%酒精任氏液作用后冲洗,能恢复产生动作电位能力的比例分别为90%、40%和0%,平均峰值分别下降至正常的60%、36%和0%;冲洗后: ≤8%酒精任氏液作用后的AP速度与正常无异,≥16%酒精任氏液作用后的AP速度无法完全恢复。结论:不同浓度酒精对AP峰值和传导速度影响不同,这对酒精的合理使用及过度使用后的损伤恢复有参考意义。  相似文献

The hypothesis that respiratory reflexes, such as cough, reflect the net and often opposing effects of activation of multiple afferent nerve subpopulations throughout the airways was evaluated. Laryngeal and tracheal mucosal challenge with either citric acid or mechanical probing reliably evoked coughing in anesthetized guinea pigs. No other stimulus reliably evoked coughing in these animals, regardless of route of administration and despite some profound effects on respiration. Selectively activating vagal C-fibers arising from the nodose ganglia with either adenosine or 2-methyl-5-HT evoked only tachypnea. Selectively activating vagal afferents arising from the jugular ganglia induced respiratory slowing and apnea. Nasal afferent nerve activation by capsaicin, citric acid, hypertonic saline, or histamine evoked only respiratory slowing. Histamine, which activates intrapulmonary rapidly adapting receptors but not airway or lung C-fibers or tracheal bronchial cough receptors induced bronchospasm and tachypnea, but no coughing. The results indicate that the reflexes initiated by stimuli thought to be selective for some afferent nerve subtypes will likely depend on the net and potentially opposing effects of multiple afferent nerve subpopulations throughout the airways. The data also provide further evidence that the afferent nerves regulating cough in anesthetized guinea pigs are distinct from either C-fibers or intrapulmonary rapidly adapting receptors.  相似文献

当弱刺激只引起隐神经A类纤维传入时,小脑皮层出现A-CEP,由潜伏期为11.8±3.5ms的早成分和312.1±17.5ms的晚成分组成;当强刺激同时引起A类和C类纤维传入时,出现AC-CEP类似A-CEP;用极化电流选择性阻断A类纤维传导后,只让C类纤维传入时,出现潜伏期为134.2±18.4ms的C-CEP。在Ⅵ小叶蚓部原裂附近C-CEP以正波为主,幅值最大,并在深层位相倒转。C-CEP的潜伏期较长,频率响应较低,幅值较小,随C类纤维传入量而变化,且对镇痛剂较敏感。结果表明C-CEP是由单纯C类纤维传入引起的,在小脑皮层内产生,是小脑皮层对慢痛信息传入的反应。提示C类纤维传入可以到达小脑皮层,引起诱发电位。当A和C类纤维同时传入时,C-CEP不出现,可能是被A类纤维传入所抑制。  相似文献

The AC impedance of the isolated perineurium of the frog sciatic nerve was examined at frequencies from 2 Hz to 100 kHz. A Nyquist plot of the imaginary and real components of the impedance demonstrated more than 1 capacitative element, and a DC resistance of 478 +/- 34 (SEM, n = 27) omega cm2. Transperineurial potential in the absence of externally applied current was 0.0 +/- 0.5 mV. The impedance data were fitted by nonlinear least squares to an equation representing the generalized impedance of four equivalent circuits each with two resistive and two capacitative elements. Only two of these circuits were consistent with perineurial morphology, however. In both, the perineurial cells were represented by a resistive and capacitative element in parallel, where capacitance was less than 0.1 microF/cm2. The extracellular matrix and intercellular junctions of the perineurium were represented as single resistive and capacitative elements in parallel or in series, where capacitance exceeded 2 microF/cm2. Immersion of the perineurium in low conductance Ringer's solution increased DC resistive elements as compared with their values in isotonic Ringer's solution, whereas treatment for 10 min with a hypertonic Ringer's solution (containing an additional 1.0 or 2.0 mol NaCl/liter of solution) reduced DC resistive elements, consistent with changes in perineurial permeability. The results indicate that (a) perineurial impedance contains two time constants and can be analyzed in terms of contributions from cellular and extracellular elements, and (b) transperineurial DC resistance, which is intermediate between DC resistance for leaky and nonleaky epithelia, represents intercellular resistance and can be experimentally modified by hypertonicity.  相似文献

Soaking frog motor nerve terminals in a hypertonic solution produces an increase in the size of miniature end plate potentials (mepp's) and miniature end plate currents (mepc's) after the preparations are returned to normal Ringer's solution. There is substantial evidence that the size increase occurs because additional acetylcholine (ACh+) is incorporated into the quanta. It has been proposed that ACh+ loading into synaptic vesicles requires a proton gradient. As a step in testing this hypothesis the effects of millimolar concentrations of NH4+, methylamine+, or trimethylamine+ in the extracellular solution on the increase in quantal size were measured. These substances would be expected to accumulate in acid intracellular compartments, which would diminish the acidity. The increase in quantal size was blocked by these substances, in agreement with the idea that the proton gradient is involved in ACh+ accumulation. Tetanic stimulation in solutions containing 5 mM NH4Cl also produces a decrease in quantal size, not seen in controls in NH4+-free solution. The inhibition of transmitter packaging by ammonia may play a role in the neural sequelae of hepatic failure.  相似文献

The dependence of the magnitude and character of vasomotor reflexes on the amplitude of tetanic stimulation of the mesenteric nerves was investigated in experiments on anesthetized cats. Comparison of the results of analysis of the stimulus amplitude versus reflex magnitude curves with previous data on excitability of the various groups of mesenteric nerve fibers revealed three groups of "vasomotor" afferents with different conduction velocities: fast-conducting Aδ-fibers (conduction velocity over 8 m/sec) evoking depressor or small pressor reflexes; slow-conducting Aδ-fibers (conduction velocity below 8 m/sec), evoking pressor reflexes or, by interaction with impulses of lower-threshold, fast-conducting Aδ-fibers, either reduce the magnitude of the depressor reflexes evoked by those impulses or increase the corresponding pressor reflexes; C-fibers increasing the magnitude of the pressor reflexes evoked by slow-conducting A-fibers.  相似文献

在距脊髓约 15mm处切断大鼠L5背根 ,将中枢端分成 4~ 5条细束 ,电刺激腓肠神经在背根细束上记录背根反射 (dorsalrootreflex ,DRR)。共记录到DRR 5 1例 ,根据引起DRR所兴奋的腓肠神经纤维类别和DRR在背根逆向传出的纤维类别将DRR分为 5类 :Aαβ Aαβ·DRR、Aβδ Aδ·DRR、Aβδ C·DRR、Aαβδδ C·DRR和C C·DRR。结果证明 ,电刺激外周神经激活各类纤维不但能引起A类 (包括Aδ)纤维的DRR ,而且也能引起C类纤维的DRR。记录的Aδ·DRR和C·DRR为细纤维传入终末产生突触前抑制提供了客观指标 ,为DRR逆向传出冲动到达外周组织 ,释放神经肽类递质 ,调节外周效应器的功能提供了证据  相似文献

Changes in electrical activity of the isolated frog muscle spindle were investigated in hypertonic solutions obtained by adding 400 mM sucrose, glucose, or glycerol to Ringer's solution. The spontaneous firing rate in hypertonic sucrose and glucose solutions increased at first (for 3–5 min) and then fell rapidly to zero; the receptor potential and evoked spike activity diminished under these conditions and disappeared. In the hypertonic solution with glycerol a similar effect was observed but, unlike in the first two media, in this case spike activity returned after its initial increase to the normal level; a second rise in the firing rate was then observed up to a steady value which was higher than normal. After rinsing out the hypertonic sucrose and glucose solutions with ordinary Ringer's solution the spontaneous and evoked activity gradually returned to normal with a small overshoot. During the rinsing out of the hypertonic glycerol solution a sharp and considerable rise in spontaneous activity was first observed, while the changes in frequency of the evoked activity were negligible. The spike activity then returned to normal. The observed changes in electrical activity of the muscle spindle in hypertonic media are attributed to deformation of the sensory terminals and intrafusal muscle fibers (in the glycerol medium), leading to depolarization of the receptor membrane.P.
