目的分析许昌市2009—2013年麻疹疑似病例血清中麻疹Ig M抗体监测结果,掌握许昌市麻疹疫情动态和流行病学特征,探讨麻疹防控措施。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对五年来采集的658例麻疹疑似病例血清标本进行抗体检测。结果五年共检出麻疹Ig M抗体阳性399份,阳性率为60.64%。发病以散发为主,局部暴发点同时存在,2—5月为高发季节。发病人群集中在<1岁儿童,且所占比例逐年增加。无免疫史的儿童231例占确诊病例总数的57.89%;结论做好常规免疫工作,提高适龄儿童8月龄、18月龄含麻疹成分疫苗(MCV)接种率和及时接种率,控制小月龄儿童麻疹发病率是消除麻疹的关键措施。 相似文献

Pro-inflammatory cytokines contribute significantly to the morbidity of premature infants. IL-6 and IL-8 are involved in the pathogenesis of pulmonary and cerebral tissue injury. The effect of human immunoglobulin preparations on cytokine production in preterm infants has not been studied. We investigated the influence of immunoglobulin on LPS stimulated IL-6 and IL-8 production in cord blood of healthy preterm neonates. Ten non-infected preterm infants delivered by cesarean section and 5 healthy term neonates were included. In the preterm infants, significant IL-6 production was observed in the absence of immunoglobulin after 4 h [median 113 (39-725) pg/ml], 8 h [375 (234-1795) pg/ml] and 12 h [360 (248-2765) pg/ml] of LPS incubation. IL-6 concentrations were significantly lower after incubation with LPS+immunoglobulin after 4 h [median 38 (5-568) pg/ml; p=0.005], 8 h [178 (10-1830) pg/ml; p=0.001] and 12 h [182 (29-2530) pg/ml; p=0.002]. Cultures from term infants produced IL-6 levels approx. 4 times of those from premature infants unaffected by immunoglobulin. IL-8 production also correlated to gestational age and was not affected by immunoglobulin in both groups. Human immunoglobulin preparation may modify IL-6 production in cord blood cultures from premature infants. 相似文献

The effect of school and adult vaccination on susceptibility to rubella in women of childbearing age was assessed in the Manchester area, where the population attending antenatal clinics is over 40 000 a year. Between 1979 and 1984 the proportion susceptible fell from 6.4% to 2.7%. In 1984, 4.2% of nulliparous women were susceptible compared with 1.4% of women in their second or subsequent pregnancy. Eighty five per cent of pregnant women screened and found to be non-immune were vaccinated post partum before leaving hospital. Requests for prevaccination screening of non-pregnant women increased in response to a national campaign and at the time of local outbreaks of rubella but only two thirds of those found to be nonimmune were subsequently vaccinated. During 1983 and 1984 infection was confirmed in 57 pregnant women--2% of those non-immune. Selective vaccination has reduced susceptibility to rubella in the childbearing population, but it is suggested that mass vaccination of children of both sexes should be added to the existing policy to control circulation of wild rubella virus and reduce the risk of infection to pregnant women who remain susceptible. 相似文献

In immunoglobulin fractions or after elimination of IgG by absorption the immunofluorescence test for rubella IgM antibodies is more sensitive than in whole serum. Blocking of IgM activity by IgG antibodies was eliminated when the time of incubation of the serum with virus antigen was prolonged. After prolonged incubation higher titres of rubella antibodies were also obtained in the IgM immunoglobulin fractions. Protein A in Staphylococcus aureus suspension effectively absorbs antibodies of IgG class. The IgM antibody titres in absorbed sera of patients infected with rubella were in some cases 2 to 4 times higher than in unabsorbed sera. 相似文献

为了解健康产妇顺产新生儿单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)感染情况,2010年11月~2011年6月于某地妇幼保健院采集顺产新生儿抗凝脐带血51份.提取新生儿脐带血单核细胞DNA后,利用HSV-1gD基因和HSV-2 gG基因特异性引物,进行套式聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测,并将阳性扩增产物测序后进行BLAST比对确认,分析HSV感染阳性率.结果显示,51份脐带血HSV-1阳性12份,感染率23.53%;HSV-2阳性13份,感染率25.49%;HSV-1和HSV-2共阳性4份,共感染率7.84%.结果表明,加强新生儿HSV感染的早期诊断和治疗,对预防新生儿HSV感染所致疾病、防止后遗症具有重要意义. 相似文献

The applicability of the immunofluorescence (IF) test to the diagnosis of primary rubella infection was investigated. The test is based on the detection of rubella-specific antibodies in the IgM fraction of immunoglobulins. The results indicate the usefulness of the IF test for the diagnosis of primary rubella infection on a single serum specimen collected at a proper time. The test is also of value in the differentiation of primary infection from reinfection, since in reinfection no rubella-specific antibodies are found in the IgM fraction. The test is also valuable for the detection of fetal infection in utero since the persistence of IgM antibodies in pregnant women is indicative of fetal infection. 相似文献

Employing the techniques of in-vitro lymphocyte transformation (LTF) and using Putnam strain of rubella virus as the antigen, the development of rubella specific cellular immune response was studied in different age groups of rubella seronegative normal subjects at various intervals after subcutaneous administration of HPV=77/DE5 live attenuated rubella vaccine. The rubella specific lymphocyte response in children ranging in age from two to twelve years was characterized by significant LTF activity at two months, followed by a gradual decrease. The response in adult subjects 18 to 35 years of age showed a slight delay initially in the appearance and the maximum LTF activity appeared to be 3--4 fold lower (P less than 0.01) than observed in the children. No difference was observed in the maximum antibody titers to rubella virus between these two groups of subjects. These observations suggest that the age related differences in the lymphoproliferative responses might be associated with adverse effects which are known to occur more frequently in adolescent and older patients than in childhood population after vaccine induced rubella infection. 相似文献
