This paper reports a new species and two new records of the Axinidae collected from fishes of the South China Sea. Loxuroides fungilliformis n. sp. was obtained from the gills of Hemirhamphus guoyi collected at Zhapo (21°34N, 111°49E). The new species is similar to L. sasikala (Unnithan,1957) Price, 1962 in the structure of the cirrus and genital atrium, but differs from the latter in the shape and number of the spines of its genital atrium and cirrus. Both L. sasikala and Axine tripathii Price, 1962 are recorded for the first time off China.  相似文献

Two new species of microcotylid monogeneans are described. Solostamenides platyorchis n. sp. was obtained from the gills of Mugil cephalus (Mugilidae) and Polylabroides guangdongensis n. sp. from the gills of Sparus macrocephalus, S. berda and Acanthopagrus latus (Sparidae). Solostamenides platyorchis is morphologically similar to S. mugilis (Vogt, 1878) Unnithan, 1971 and S. pseudomugilis (Hargis, 1956) Unnithan, 1971 in the structure of the copulatory organ, but differs from them in the number, arrangement and shape of the testes. Features of P. guangdongensis distinguishing it from other species of the genus include a copulatory organ lacking small spines and an extremely long polar filament on the egg. In view of this species, we suggest omitting the presence of small spines on the copulatory organ as a diagnostic character of the genus Polylabroides Mamaev & Parukhin, 1976.  相似文献

Ochroconis guangxiensis isolated from sugarcane and banana rhizosphere, was described as a new species based on morphological characteristics and phylogenetic analysis using sequence data of the nuclear small subunit rRNA gene (SSU), internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region and large subunit (LSU) rRNA gene. Taxonomic and phylogenetic remarks are also provided for O. minima and O. ramosa. The latter two species are newly recorded for China. These three Ochroconis species, as dark septate endophytes, inhabit rhizosphere and can form a symbiosis with sugarcane and banana.  相似文献

Haemogregarina uncinata sp. n. is described from the blood of 2 marine eelpouts, Lycodes lavalaei and Lycodes vahlii (Perciformes: Zoarcidae). Erythrocytic schizogony occurred in peripheral and cardiac blood, but mature schizonts were restricted to the latter site. Mature and rupturing schizonts contained 10 to 30 merozoites, which were short and thick in small schizonts while slender and long in larger schizonts. Gametocytes developed in mature erythrocytes and displayed morphologic and morphometric characters that distinguished them from other species described. Syzygy and gamete formation occurred in the gut of a leech, Johanssonia sp. Each microgametocyte produced up to 4 apparently nonflagellated gametes. Oocysts developed intracellularly in the epithelial wall of the intestine and at maturity produced under 100 sporozoites from (apparently) several germinal centers. Sporozoites subsequently migrated to the probosces of the leeches. The failure to transmit the parasite to a sculpin (Myoxocephalus octodecemspinosus) and 3 Atlantic cod (Gadus morhua) via regurgitation by the leeches might be indicative of host specificity.  相似文献

Molecular studies of the Capsalidae suggested that the genus Benedenia is polyphyletic, but a taxonomic organization of the genus that reflects molecular data has not yet been proposed. As a result of molecular analysis (28S rDNA, ITS1–5.8S-ITS2, and cox1 data) including specimens of Benedeniinae newly obtained from Okinawa-jima Island in Japan, two new genera and the revival of Tareenia independent to the genus Benedenia are proposed. Gracilobenedenia n. gen. is distinguished from the other genera of Benedeniinae based on morphological characteristics. This new genus comprises 6 species: G. lutjani n. comb. (type species), G. anticavaginata n. comb., G. rohdei n. comb., G. beverleyburtonae n. comb., G. kuremibai n. gen., n. sp., and G. hichi n. gen., n. sp. Armatobenedenia n. gen. is a monotypic genus for A. armata n. comb. The present molecular phylogenetic analysis showed the independence of Tareenia, and it can be morphologically separated from the other benedeniines. Four species including two new species obtained from Okinawa-jima Island are reported: G. kuremibai n. sp., G. hichi n. sp., G. lutjani n. comb., and Metabenedeniella parva. Furthermore, in the species identification and phylogenetic analysis of capsalids, the usefulness of not only the 28S rDNA but also ITS and the cox1 regions was suggested. These genes were evaluated the efficacy of those regions in DNA barcoding, and the ITS and cox1 regions shown to be useful for DNA barcoding in capsalids compared to the 28S rDNA sequence.  相似文献

One hundred and thirty fish of 15 species from the coast of northern New South Wales, Australia, were examined for coccidia. Seven new species, Eimeria cheilodactyli n. sp. and E. dykovae n. sp. from Cheilodactylus fuscus; E. pleurostici n. sp. from Sphaeroides pleurosticus; E. sillaginis n. sp., E. ciliatae n. sp. and Goussia arrawarra n. sp. from Sillago ciliata; G. microcanthi n. sp. from Microcanthus strigatus as parasites of the intestine; and a Goussia sp. from the liver of Rhabdosargus sarba are described.  相似文献

Two new species of lepocreadiid trematodes are reported from marine fishes from the Taiwan Straits, China: Diploproctodaeum spinosus n. sp. from the intestine of Takifugu oblongus (= Fugu oblongus) and Preptetos parapristipomae n. sp. from Parapristipoma trilineatum. Diploproctodaeum spinosus differs from the known species of Diploproctodaeum, with 1 spine at the base of the ejaculatory duct. Preptetos parapristipomae is most similar to Preptetos rotto in having an entire ovary but differs from it in the sucker ratio, distribution of the uterus, position of the cirrus sac, and locality.  相似文献

【背景】海洋环境中蕴藏着丰富的微生物资源,其种类繁多而且功能多样,在驱动物质循环及能量流动等方面起着重要的作用。目前,海洋中烷烃化合物降解菌的分离筛选和降解功能研究已有文献报道;但是对海洋中尤其是我国东海和南海海域,具有降解芳香烃类化合物功能的菌株分离筛选及其多样性研究鲜有报道。【目的】分离筛选我国东海和南海海域具有烃类降解能力的可培养菌株,并对其降解功能和多样性进行初步研究。【方法】分别从东海和南海海底沉积物样品中筛选菌株,选择不同的烃类化合物为菌株筛选的唯一碳源,采用梯度稀释和平板划线法分离纯化得到单菌落,并利用相应烃类为唯一碳源进行生长验证获得该化合物降解菌。【结果】以肉桂酸、碱木素、十六烷等12种烃类化合物为唯一碳源,从样品中共分离到63株具有烃类化合物降解能力的菌株,分别属于3个门4个纲8个目10个属,主要为红球菌属(Rhodococcus)、不动杆菌属(Acinetobacter)、弧菌属(Vibrio)、盐单胞菌属(Halomonas)、假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)。两大海域优势降解菌差别较大,其中东海沉积物降解菌株主要为不动杆菌属(Acinetobacter),而南海沉积物降解菌株主要为红球菌属(Rhodococcus)。【结论】我国东海和南海海域蕴藏着丰富的烃类化合物降解菌株资源,两大海域优势降解菌种类存在明显差异,这将为我国未来可能的海洋环境石油污染的微生物治理储备菌种资源。  相似文献

异极衣纲Lichinomycetes仅含异极衣目Lichinales,异极衣目内含3科:球蜂窝衣科Gloeoheppiaceae、异极衣科Lichinaceae和盾衣科Peltulaceae。本文基于表型特征对中国异极衣纲地衣分类研究发现新种1个:近叉指盾链衣Digitothyrea subdivergens,中国新记录属1个:指盾链衣属Digitothyrea,中国新记录种3个:白棋盘蜂窝衣Heppia solorinoides、朝氏盾链衣Thyrea asahinae和吉拉氏盾链衣Thyrea girardii,与形态相似种进行了比较和讨论。本研究不仅为中国地衣志的编研积累资料,同时为开展利用地衣结皮实施“沙漠生物地毯工程”储备资源信息。  相似文献

This paper reports two new species of the family Mazocraeidae from the Pearl River Estuary and the Xijiang River, China. Mazocraeoides xijiangensis n. sp. is found on the gills of Macrura reevesi (Richardson) and Heteromazocraes hexacanthus n. sp. on the gills of Coilia grayi Richardson. A new species name, Heteromazocraes lingmueni, is given to replace Paramazocraes sp. of Ling (1973).  相似文献

对采自我国不同地区的菌寄生属标本进行分类研究,发现了该属的3个新种。鹅膏菌寄生Hypomyces amaniticola生长于鹅膏属真菌的子实体上,子囊壳埋生或半埋生于菌丝层中,橘黄色至黄褐色,卵圆形至梨形;子囊圆柱形,具8个孢子;子囊孢子长椭圆形至椭圆形,两端钝圆,无分隔,表面光滑。拟完整菌寄生H.completiopsis以牛肝菌为寄主,子囊壳橘黄色至黑褐色,梨形至近球形;子囊圆柱形,具8个孢子;子囊孢子纺锤形至披针形,两端具细尖,表面具疣。云南菌寄生H.yunnanensis子囊壳半埋生或近表生,黄褐色至褐色,梨形至近球形;子囊孢子近纺锤形,两端具细尖,1个分隔,表面具疣。提供了新种的详细宏观和微观特征描述及图示。此外,发现该属的2个中国新记录种,即小孢菌寄生H.microspermus和盘菌菌寄生H.stephanomatis,对我国材料的形态特征与原始描述进行了比较。  相似文献

This paper contains a brief history of studies on monogeneans of Chinese marine fishes and a list of 337 monogenean species, together with their marine hosts and notes on the sea in which they were found. Villarrealina peruanus (syn. Pirupalkia queulensis) is described from Cilus gilberti, off the Talcahuano region, Chile. It is considered an opecoelid and is distinguishable by the combination of its extensive uterus, which reaches to the posterior extremity, and the vitellarium restricted to the hindbody. Jerguillicola leonora n. g., n. sp. from Aplodactylus punctatus, off the Talcahuano region, Chile, is distinguished by the uterus reaching into the post-testicular region, the lack of a seminal receptacle, the eggs attached together is strings formed by a matrix, the large cirrus-sac filled mainly with fairly dense connective tissue, a long coiled seminal vesicle and a long coiled ejaculatory duct. Neolebouria georgenascimentoi n. sp. from Pinguipes chilensis and Prolatilus jugularis, off the Talcahuano region, Chile, can be distinguished from its congeners by a its elongate cirrus-sac and oblique entire to weakly lobed testes.  相似文献
