Inhibition of rat brain glutamate decarboxylase (GAD, EC 4.1.1.15) by individual stereoisomers of 4-fluoroglutamate (4-F-Glu) and 2-fluoro-4-aminobutyrate (2-F-GABA) was studied. All stereoisomers of 4-F-Glu inhibited decarboxylation of L-glutamate catalysed by the enzyme preparation. At 1 x 10(-2) M concentration, the most potent inhibitor of GAD was D-erythro-4-F-Glu with about 70% inhibition in the presence of 1.23 x 10(-2)M L-glutamate. The inhibition by all stereoisomers was of the competitive type. Ki values ranged from 2 x 10(-3)M for the D-erythro isomer to 1.1 x 10(-2)M for the D-threo and L-erythro isomers. The influence of all stereoisomers was reversible as shown by dialysis except for a small amount in the case of the D-erythro isomer. The inhibition was independent of external pyridoxal-5'-phosphate added. No inhibition of rat brain GAD was found with 2-fluoro-4-aminobutyrate stereoisomers.  相似文献

Allylic addition-elimination reactions are widely used in the enzyme-catalysed formation of terpenoid metabolites. It has earlier been shown that the isoprenoid chain elongation reaction catalysed by farnesyl pyrophosphate synthase involving successive condensations of dimethylallyl pyrophosphate (DMAPP) and geranyl pyrophosphate (GPP) with isopentenyl pyrophosphate (IPP) corresponds to such an SE' reaction with net syn stereochemistry for the sequential electrophilic addition and proton elimination steps. Studies of the enzymic cyclization of farnesyl pyrophosphate (FPP) to pentalenene have now established the stereochemical course of two additional biological SE' reactions. Incubation of both (9R)- and (9S)-[9-3H,4,8-14]FPP with pentalenene synthase and analysis of the resulting labelled pentalenene has revealed that H-9re of FPP becomes H-8 of pentalenene, while H-9si undergoes net intramolecular transfer to the adjacent carbon, becoming H-1re (H-1 alpha) of pentalenene, as confirmed by subsequent experiments with [10-2H, 11-13C]FPP. These results correspond to net anti-stereochemistry in the intramolecular allylic addition-elimination reaction. The stereochemical course of a second SE' reaction has now been examined by analogous incubations of (4S,8S)-[4,8-3H,4,8-14C]FPP and (4R,8R)-[4,8-3H, 4.8-14C]FPP with pentalenene synthase. Determination of the distribution of label in the derived pentalenenes showed stereospecific loss of the original H-8si proton. Analysis of the plausible conformation of the presumed reaction intermediates revealed that the stereochemical course of the latter reaction cannot properly be described as either syn or anti, since cyclization and subsequent double bond formation require significant internal motions to allow proper overlap of the scissile C-H bond with the developing carbocation.  相似文献

Occurrence of GTP cyclohydrolase I in Bacillus stearothermophilus   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
A GTP cyclohydrolase which catalyzes the removal of carbon 8 of GTP as formic acid to yield a single pteridine compound occurs in an obligate thermophile Bacillus stearothermophilus ATCC 8005. The enzyme was purified 5.5-fold. Its molecular weight and Stoke's radius were estimated as 105,000 and 45.3 A, respectively. The Km for GTP was 0.98 microM. The temperature and pH optima for activity were 60-65 degrees C and 8.0-8.4, respectively. No divalent cation was required for the reaction. The pteridine product was 3'-triphosphate of 2-amino-4-hydroxy-6-(D-erythro-1',2',3'-trihydroxypropyl)-7,8-dihydropteridine (dihydroneopterin triphosphate), identified by isolating its immediate derivative, 2',3'-cyclic phosphate of 2-amino-4-hydroxy-6-(D-erythro-1',2',3'-trihydroxypropyl)pteridine (neopterin cyclic phosphate). The radioactive product from [8-14C]GTP agreed with 14C-formate. Molar ratio of formate release to pteridine formation was 1.0.  相似文献

The stereochemical course of the dTDP-glucose oxidoreductase (EC 4.2.1.46) reaction was studied using enzyme partially purified from Escherichia coli and dTDP-(6R)- and (6S)-[4-2H, 6-3H]glucose as substrate. The latter was prepared enzymatically by reduction of (3R)- and (3S)-3-P-[3-3H]glycerate to the 1-deuterated 3-P-glyceraldehyde with (4S)-[4-2H]NADH, followed first by conversion to glucose-1-P with the glycolytic enzymes, and then by transformation into the dTDP derivative. The stereospecifically labeled dTDP-glucose samples were mixed with nonlabeled carrier material and converted to dTDP-4-keto-6-deoxyglucose, which contained a chiral methyl group as shown by chirality analysis of the acetic acid resulting from Kuhn-Roth oxidation of the sugar nucleotide. These results confirm that the hydrogen transfer from C4 to C6 is intramolecular and show that the migrating hydrogen replaces the 6-hydroxyl group with inversion of configuration. Assuming that the hydrogen transfer, since it is intramolecular, must be suprafacial, it follows that the elimination of water from C5 and C6 is formally syn, whereas the reduction of the resulting delta5,6-double bond formally involves an anti addition of H+ and H-.  相似文献

The enzyme system responsible for the conversion of 2-amino-4-oxo-6-(D-erythro-1',2',3'-trihydroxypropyl)-7,8-dihyd roptridine triphosphate (dihydroneopterin triphosphate or H2-NTP) to 2-amino-4-oxo-6-acetyl-7,8-dihydro-3H,9H-pyrimido[4,5-b]-[1,4]diazepine (pyrimidodiazepine or PDA), a precursor to the red eye pigments, he drosopterins, has been purified from the heads of Drosophila melanogaster. The PDA-synthesizing system consists of two components, a heat-stable enzyme and a heat-labile enzyme. The heat-stable enzyme can be replaced by sepiapterin synthase A, a previously purified enzyme required for the Mg2+-dependent conversion of H2-NTP to an unstable compound that appears to be 6-pyruvoyltetrahydropterin (pyruvoyl-H4-pterin). The heat-labile enzyme, purified to near-homogeneity and termed PDA synthase (Mr = 48,000), catalyzes the conversion of pyruvoyl-H4-pterin to PDA in a reaction requiring the presence of reduced glutathione. Because PDA is two electrons more reduced than pyruvoyl-H4-pterin, the reducing power required for this transformation is probably supplied by glutathione. The PDA-synthesizing system requires the presence of another thiol-containing compound such as 2-mercaptoethanol when incubation conditions 2-mercaptoethanol is no longer required. Evidence is presented to indicate that the Drosophila eye color mutant, sepia, is missing PDA synthase.  相似文献

The isomerization of 3-phospho-D-glycerate and 2-phospho-D-glycerate catalyzed by the cofactor-independent phosphoglycerate mutase from wheat germ (the isolation and crystallization of which is described in the Appendix) has been shown to be intramolecular by two methods. Mass-spectrometric analysis of the products from the isomerization of a mixture of 3-phospho-D-[2(-2)H]glycerate and 3-[18O]phospho-D-glycerate shows that there is no exchange of labeled phosphoryl group between carbon skeletons in the mutase-catalyzed reaction. Analysis of the products from the isomerization of a mixture of 3-phospho-D-[2(-2)H]glycerate and 3-[32p]phospho-D-glycerate by a method involving the kinetic discrimination between 2(-2)H and 2(-1)H species using the enolase isotope effect similarly shows that the wheat germ phosphoglycerate mutase mediates an intramolecular transfer of the phosphoryl group.  相似文献

The product distributions for the reactions of (R)-glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate (GAP) in D(2)O at pD 7.5-7.9 catalyzed by triosephosphate isomerase (TIM) from chicken and rabbit muscle were determined by (1)H NMR spectroscopy. Three products were observed from the reactions catalyzed by TIM: dihydroxyacetone phosphate (DHAP) from isomerization with intramolecular transfer of hydrogen (49% of the enzymatic products), [1(R)-(2)H]-DHAP from isomerization with incorporation of deuterium from D(2)O into C-1 of DHAP (31% of the enzymatic products), and [2(R)-(2)H]-GAP from incorporation of deuterium from D(2)O into C-2 of GAP (21% of the enzymatic products). The similar yields of [1(R)-(2)H]-DHAP and [2(R)-(2)H]-GAP from partitioning of the enzyme-bound enediol(ate) intermediate between hydron transfer to C-1 and C-2 is consistent with earlier results, which showed that there are similar barriers for conversion of this intermediate to the alpha-hydroxy ketone and aldehyde products (Knowles, J. R., and Albery, W. J. (1977) Acc. Chem. Res. 10, 105-111). However, the observation that the TIM-catalyzed isomerization of GAP in D(2)O proceeds with 49% intramolecular transfer of the (1)H label from substrate to product DHAP stands in sharp contrast with the 相似文献

The structure of interaction products resulting from the reaction of unmodified glucose with benzyl isothiocyanate is reported. Prior to their identification, the main products of this reaction were isolated using solid-phase extraction (SPE) as well as preparative HPLC. They were then identified by NMR and MS as 3-benzyl-4-hydroxy-5-(D-arabino-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroxybutyl)-1,3-oxazolidine-2-thione, 3-benzyl-4-hydroxy-4-hydroxymethyl-5-(D-erythro-1,2,3-trihydroxypropyl)-1,3-oxazolidine-2-thione, N-benzyl-(D-gluco-4,5-dihydroxy-6-hydroxymethyl-tetrahydropyrano)[2,3-b]oxazolidine-2-thione and 3-benzyl-4-(N-benzyl amino)-5-(D-arabino-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroxybutyl)-1,3-thiazolidine-2-thione. The identity of the last compound was secured by X-ray crystal structure data.  相似文献

The reaction between reduced Pseudomonas cytochrome c551 and cytochrome oxidase with two inorganic metal complexes, Co(phen)3(3+) and Mn(CyDTA)(H2O)-, has been followed by stopped-flow spectrophotometry. The electron transfer to cytochrome c551 by both reactants is a simple process, characterized by the following second-order rate constant: k = 4.8 X 10(4) M-1 sec-1 in the case of Co(phen)3(3+) and k = 2.3 X 10(4) M-1 sec-1 in the case of Mn(CyDTA)(H2O)-. The reaction of the c-heme of the oxidase with both metal complexes is somewhat heterogeneous, the overall process being characterized by the following second-order rate constants: k = 1.7 X 10(3) M-1 sec-1 with Co(phen)3(3+) and k = 4.3 X 10(4) M-1 sec-1 with Mn(CyDTA)(H2O)- as oxidants; under CO (which binds to the d1-heme) the former constant increases by a factor of 2, while the latter does not change significantly. The oxidation of the d1-heme of the oxidase by Co(phen)3(3+) occurs via intramolecular electron transfer to the c-heme, a direct bimolecular transfer from the complex being operative only at high metal complex concentrations; when Mn(CyDTA)(H2O)- is the oxidant, the bimolecular oxidation of the d1-heme competes successfully with the intramolecular electron transfer.  相似文献

Several beta replacement and alpha, beta elimination reactions catalyzed by tryptophanase from Escherichia coli are shown to proceed stereospecifically with retention of configuration. These conversions include synthesis of tryptophan from (2S,3R)- and (2s,3s)-[3(-3H)]serine in the presence of indole, deamination of these serines in D2O to pyruvate and ammonia, and cleavage of (2S,3R)-and (2S,3S)-[3(-3H)]tryptophan in D2O to indole, pyruvate, and ammonia. A coupled reaction with lactate dehydrogenase was used to trap the stereospecifically labeled [3-H,2H,3H]pryuvates as lactate, which was oxidized to acetate for chirality analysis of the methyl group. During deamination of tryptophan there is significant intramolecular transfer of the alpha proton of the amino acid to C-3 of indole. To determine the exposed face of the cofactor.substrate complex on the enzyme surface and to analyze its conformational orientation, sodium boro[3H]hydride was used to reduce tryptophanase-bound alaninepyridoxal phosphate Schiff's base. Degradation of the resulting pyridoxylalanine to (2S)-[2(-3H)]alanine and (4'S)-[4'(-3H)]pyridoxamine demonstrates that reduction occurs from the exposed si face at C-4' of the complex and that the ketimine double bond is trans.  相似文献

The isotopic discrimination, diastereotopic specificity and intramolecular hydrogen transfer characterizing the reaction catalyzed by phosphomannoisomerase are examined. During the monodirectional conversion of D-[2-3H]mannose 6-phosphate to D-fructose 6-phosphate and D-fructose 1,6-bisphosphate, the reaction velocity is one order of magnitude lower than with D-[U-14C]mannose 6-phosphate and little tritium (less than 6%) is transferred intramolecularly. Inorganic phosphate decreases the reaction velocity but favours the intramolecular transfer of tritium. Likewise, when D-[1-3H]fructose 6-phosphate prepared from D-[1-3H]glucose is exposed solely to phosphomannoisomerase, the generation of tritiated metabolites is virtually restricted to 3H2O and occurs at a much lower rate than the production of D-[U-14C]mannose 6-phosphate from D-[U-14C]fructose 6-phosphate. However, no 3H2O is formed when D-[1-3H]fructose 6-phosphate generated from D-[2-3H]glucose is exposed to phosphomannoisomerase, indicating that the diastereotopic specificity of the latter enzyme represents a mirror image of that of phosphoglucoisomerase. Advantage is taken of such a contrasting enzymic behaviour to assess the back-and-forth flow through the reaction catalyzed by phosphomannoisomerase in intact cells exposed to D-[1-3H]glucose, D-[5-3H]glucose or D-[6-3H]glucose. Relative to the rate of glycolysis, this back-and-forth flow amounted to approx. 4% in human erythrocytes and rat parotid cells, 9% in tumoral cells of the RINm5F line and 47% in rat pancreatic islets.  相似文献

The enzyme, previously called "sepiapterin synthase A," has been purified by approximately 700-fold from the heads of Drosophila melanogaster. This enzyme catalyzes the Mg2+-dependent conversion of 2-amino-4-oxo-6-(D-erythro-1',2',3'-trihydroxypropyl)-7,8-dihydrop teridine triphosphate (dihydroneopterin triphosphate or H2-NTP) to two products, one of which we have identified as tripolyphosphate. The other product is a phosphate-free, unstable compound which is an intermediate in the biosynthesis of several other naturally occurring pterins in Drosophila. This product is stable enough under anaerobic conditions to allow it to be characterized as 6-pyruvoyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydropterin (6-pyruvoyl-H4-pterin). The 3-carbon side chain was identified as a pyruvoyl group on the basis of the susceptibility of the enzymatic product to reduction with tritiated sodium borohydride and the determination of the amounts and the sites of incorporation of tritium resulting from this reduction. From these observations, we suggest that this enzyme be renamed "6-pyruvoyl-H4-pterin synthase."  相似文献

C4a-hydroperoxyflavin is found commonly in the reactions of flavin-dependent monooxygenases, in which it plays a key role as an intermediate that incorporates an oxygen atom into substrates. Only recently has evidence for its involvement in the reactions of flavoprotein oxidases been reported. Previous studies of pyranose 2-oxidase (P2O), an enzyme catalyzing the oxidation of pyranoses using oxygen as an electron acceptor to generate oxidized sugars and hydrogen peroxide (H(2)O(2)), have shown that C4a-hydroperoxyflavin forms in P2O reactions before it eliminates H(2)O(2) as a product (Sucharitakul, J., Prongjit, M., Haltrich, D., and Chaiyen, P. (2008) Biochemistry 47, 8485-8490). In this report, the solvent kinetic isotope effects (SKIE) on the reaction of reduced P2O with oxygen were investigated using transient kinetics. Our results showed that D(2)O has a negligible effect on the formation of C4a-hydroperoxyflavin. The ensuing step of H(2)O(2) elimination from C4a-hydroperoxyflavin was shown to be modulated by an SKIE of 2.8 ± 0.2, and a proton inventory analysis of this step indicates a linear plot. These data suggest that a single-proton transfer process causes SKIE at the H(2)O(2) elimination step. Double and single mixing stopped-flow experiments performed in H(2)O buffer revealed that reduced flavin specifically labeled with deuterium at the flavin N5 position generated kinetic isotope effects similar to those found with experiments performed with the enzyme pre-equilibrated in D(2)O buffer. This suggests that the proton at the flavin N5 position is responsible for the SKIE and is the proton-in-flight that is transferred during the transition state. The mechanism of H(2)O(2) elimination from C4a-hydroperoxyflavin is consistent with a single proton transfer from the flavin N5 to the peroxide leaving group, possibly via the formation of an intramolecular hydrogen bridge.  相似文献

The reaction catalyzed by bacterial GDP-mannose dehydratase (E.C. 4.2.1.47), the conversion of GDP-D-mannose to GDP-4-keto-6-deoxymannose (GDP-6-deoxy-D-lyxo-hexos-4-ulose), was studied with (6R)- and (6S)-GDP-D-[4-2H1,6-3H]mannose. Conversion of these stereospecifically labeled substrates in the presence of excess unlabeled GDP-mannose into the 4-keto-6-deoxy derivatives followed by Kuhn-Roth oxidation gave acetic acid samples which were subjected to configurational analysis of the isotopically chiral methyl group. The observed F values of 64 for the material from the (6S) substrate and 31 for that from the (6R) isomer, corresponding to 48% e.e. R and 66% e.e. S configuration, respectively, of the methyl group indicate that (a) the oxidoreductase reaction involves transfer of H-4 to C-6, (b) the transfer is predominantly intramolecular, and (c) the transfer is stereospecific, H-4 replacing the C-6 hydroxyl group with inversion of configuration. A mechanism for the reaction is proposed on the basis of these results.  相似文献

In rat pancreatic islets, tumoral islet cells (RINm5F line), parotid gland, and in human erythrocytes, but not in rat hepatocytes, the production of 3H2O from D-[2-3H]glucose is 20-30% lower than from D-[5-3H]glucose. This coincides with the production of tritiated lactic acid from D-[2-3H]glucose and may be attributable to an intramolecular hydrogen transfer in the phosphoglucoisomerase reaction. It is concluded that the production of 3H2O from D-[2-3H]glucose is not a reliable tool to assess the total rate of hexose phosphorylation.  相似文献

The biosynthesis of tetrahydrobiopterin from either dihydroneopterin triphosphate, sepiapterin, dihydrosepiapterin or dihydrobiopterin was investigated using extracts from human liver, dihydrofolate reductase and purified sepiapterin reductase from human liver and rat erythrocytes. The incorporation of hydrogen in tetrahydrobiopterin was studied in either 2H2O or in H2O using unlabeled NAD(P)H or (R)-(4-2H)NAD(P)H or (S)-(4-2H)NAD(P)H. Dihydrofolate reductase catalyzed the transfer of the pro-R hydrogen of NAD(P)H during the reduction of 7,8-dihydrobiopterin to tetrahydrobiopterin. Sepiapterin reductase catalyzed the transfer of the pro-S hydrogen of NADPH during the reduction of sepiapterin to 7,8-dihydrobiopterin. In the presence of partially purified human liver extracts one hydrogen from the solvent is introduced at position C(6) and the 4-pro-S hydrogen from NADPH is incorporated at each of the C(1') and C(2') position of BH4. Label from the solvent is also introduced into position C(3'). These results suggest that dihydrofolate reductase is not involved in the biosynthesis of tetrahydrobiopterin from dihydroneopterin triphosphate. They are consistent with the assumption of the occurrence of a 6-pyruvoyl-tetrahydropterin intermediate, which is proposed to be formed upon triphosphate elimination from dihyroneopterin triphosphate, and via an intramolecular redox reaction. Our results suggest that the reduction of 6-pyruvoyl-tetrahydropterin might be catalyzed by sepiapterin reductase.  相似文献

1. Four stereochemical isomers of tetrahydrobiopterin, i.e., 6-L-erythro-, 6-D-erythro-, 6-L-threo-, or 6-D-threo-1,2-dihydroxypropyltetrahydropterin, have been synthesized and used as cofactors for tyrosine hydroxylase (EC 1.14.18.-) purified from the soluble fraction of bovine adrenal medulla. The L-erythro- (the putative natural cofactor) and D-threo isomers showed a striking similarity in their cofactor activities for tyrosine hydroxylase; the remaining two isomeric tetrahydrobiopterins, D-erythro and L-threo isomers, also had very similar cofactor characteristics. 2. The Km values of the L-erythro and D-threo isomers as cofactor were found to be dependent on their concentrations. When their concentrations were below 100 muM, the Km values of the L-erythro and D-threo isomers were fairly low (about 20 muM). However, the Km values were markedly higher (about 150 muM) at concentrations above 100 muM. The same kinetic behavior was also observed with the tetrahydrobiopterin prepared from a natural source (bullfrog). In contrast, the Km value of the L-threo or D-erythro isomer was found to be independent of the concentration and remained constant throughout the concentration examined. 3. The Km values of tyrosine did not show much difference (from 20 muM to 30 muM) with respect to the structure of the four isomeric cofactors. At high concentrations tyrosine inhibited the enzymatic reaction with any one of the four tetrahydrobiopterin cofactors. 4. Oxygen at high concentrations was also inhibitory with any one of the four stereochemical isomers as cofactor. Approximate Km values for oxygen with the tetrahydrobiopterins as cofactor were 1-5%. 5. In contrast to the four isomers of tetrahydrobiopterin, when 6-methyltetrahydropterin or 6,7-dimethyltetrahydropterin was used as cofactor tyrosine or oxygen did no inhibit the enzymatic reaction at high concentrations, and the Km values toward the pterin cofactor, tyrosine, and oxygen were significantly higher than the Km values with the tetrahydrobiopterins as cofactor.  相似文献

In studies where D-(-)-3-hydroxy[4,4,4-2H3]butyrate is employed as isotopic tracer in vivo, we have described a selected ion monitoring, gas-liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry micromethod which measures [2H3] tracer enrichment in 3-hydroxybutyrate and acetoacetate from 300-microliters blood samples. For plasma samples in the physiologic range, intra- and interassay precisions for each ketone averaged better than +/- 1% and +/- 2%, respectively. The use of the method was validated by comparing kinetic data obtained with the above tracer with simultaneous flux data obtained with conventional D-(-)-3-hydroxy[3-14C]butyrate tracer in five fasted rats.  相似文献

It has been generally accepted that enzyme activity requires a minimal hydration of about 0.2 g H2O g(-1) protein. This fits well with evidence that hydration above this level is associated with the onset of intramolecular motions. The influence of enzyme hydration on the hydrolysis of substrate by Candida rugosa Lipase B and pig liver esterase was investigated. Each enzyme was studied as a powder at various hydration levels, using vapour phase ethyl butyrate as substrate. This procedure allows the separation of those effects that are due to hydration from those arising from diffusional constraints. We found hydrolytic activity in both enzymes at all hydration levels above zero (between 0.054-0.47 and 0.029-0.60 g H2O g(-1) protein, respectively) that were investigated. The lowest hydration level investigated, <0.03 g H2O g(-1) enzyme, corresponded to a water/enzyme mole ratio of 100 and a coverage of about 10% of the enzyme surface by water molecules. The hydrolytic activity of both enzymes was dependent on protein hydration. However, since the hydrolysis of ethyl butyrate requires water as a second substrate, the absence of activity at zero hydration does not rule out the possibility of enzyme activity in the absence of water. These results suggest that the properties conferred on proteins by water, at least above 10% surface coverage (in this case corresponding to a hydration level of 0.03 g H2O g(-1) protein), are not a requirement for enzyme catalysis.  相似文献

We have established a synthetic method for obtaining β-D-Gal-(1→3)-[β-D-GlcNAc-(1→6)]-α-D-GalNAc-OC6H4NO2 -p (1), which is a carbohydrate unit of mucin-type 2 core. A β-N-acetyl-D-hexosaminidase from Nocardia orientalis catalyzed the synthesis of the desired compound 1 with its isomers β-D-GalNAc-(1→6)-β-D-Gal-(1→3)-α-D-GalNAc-OC6H4NO2-p (2) β-D-GlcNAc-(1→3)-β-D-Glc-(1→3)-α-D-GalNAc-OC6H4NO2-p (3) through N-acetylglucosaminyl transfer from N,N′-diacetylchitobiose and β-D-Gal-(1→3)-α-D-GalNAc-OC6H4NO2-p. The enzyme formed the trisaccharides 1, 2, and 3 in 14% overall yield based on β-D-Gal-(1→3)-α-D-GalNAc-OC6H4NO2-p as an acceptor substrate, and in the ratio of 44:32:24. In this way, N-acetylglucosaminyl transfer favored O-6 of the acceptor rather than O-6′, and occurred to a lesser extent at O-3′. This reaction was efficient enough to allow a one-pot preparation of the desired carbohydrate unit of mucin-type 2 core. When β-D-Gal-(1→3)-β-D-GalNAc-OC6H4NO2-p was used as an acceptor, the enzyme also synthesized three kinds of trisaccharides in the same regioselectivity with respect to O-6 and O-6′ versus O-3′ of the acceptor.  相似文献
