系统发育分析结果表明,尽管Lanzia berggrenii能在寄主中形成基物子座,但与膜盘菌属的核心种关系较近,而与蜡盘菌科成员关系较远,应该归属于膜盘菌属。在广义的膜盘菌属的系统树中该种及在新西兰发现的4个新种构成一个单系群,分别命名为Hymenoscyphus haasticus,H. kiko,H.ohakune和H.waikaia。它们的共同特征:基物均为南青冈叶片,侧丝顶端分枝形成类似囊层被的结构,覆盖于子实层上部。Lanzia berggrenii var.metrosideri应为膜盘菌属中一个独立的种,即Hymenoscyphus metrosideri。  相似文献

对来自我国不同地区的柔膜菌科真菌进行了分类研究,发现3个新种(新疆绿胶杯菌、多隔拟散胞盘菌、河南新胶鼓菌)和1个新变种(落叶松芽孢盘菌小囊变种)以及3个未命名种,分别属于绿散胞盘菌属(Chlorencoelia sp.8357)、斯特罗盘菌属(Strossmayeria sp.1683)和丝绒盘菌属(Velutarina sp.4115),报道2个中国新记录种(卷边盘菌、泪滴暗被盘菌)。对上述分类群进行了详细的形态解剖学描述和图解,对新分类群与相近种的区别进行了讨论。  相似文献

研究了采自甘肃省祁连山的133份盘菌标本,对它们进行了详细的形态学观察,鉴定出45个种,它们隶属于粪盘菌科、裸盘菌科、地锤菌科、胶质盘菌科、柔膜菌科、马鞍菌科、毛盘菌科(新拟)、软盘菌科(新拟)、火丝菌科、斑痣盘菌科和寡囊盘菌科,包括4个新种(祁连山缘刺盘菌、祁连山粪裸盘菌、祁连山新胶鼓菌和华肿长毛盘菌)、3个中国新记录种(秆膜盘菌、硫磺色膜盘菌和短孢索氏盘菌)。文中详细比较了新种与相近种的形态差别。  相似文献

本文对采自中国温带部分省区的柔膜菌属Hymenoscyphus标本进行了研究。文中报道新种一个 —— 井冈柔膜菌Hymenoscyphus jinggangensis,中国新记录种三个,它们是无须柔膜菌Hymenoscyphus imberbis, (参照)闪烁柔膜菌H. cf. nitidulus 以及该属的一个未命名种。新种模式标本保藏在中国科学院微生物研究所菌物标本馆。  相似文献

A Tricladium anamorph for the discomycete Hymenoscyphus varicosporoides was established in culture from both conidia and ascospores collected in KhaoYai National Park, Thailand, and is compared with Tricladium indicum and T. marylandicum. Two Hymenoscyphus species are associated with ash (Fraxinus) in Europe; the recently arrived ash dieback pathogen Hymenoscyphus fraxineus and apparently native Hymenoscyphus albidus. However, in parts of Europe invasive H. fraxineus appears to be replacing H. albidus which may, therefore, face extinction. We designed primers based on calmodulin sequences for use in singleplex and multiplex PCR assays to detect and discriminate between these two morphologically very similar species. The multiplex assay was tested against 50 isolates and 26 apothecial field samples of H. albidus/H. fraxineus from Europe and Asia, plus isolates of Hymenoscyphus fructigenus, Hymenoscyphus koreanus and Hymenoscyphus occultus. Use of the assay confirmed both H. albidus and H. fraxineus were present across southern Britain between 2014 and 2015, with H. albidus detected at eight geographically distinct sites. The sensitivity, specificity and potential applications of the multiplex assay are discussed.  相似文献

Simultaneous associations among ectotrophic and ericoid mycorrhizal hosts and their mycorrhizal fungi are expected in boreal bogs where ericaceous shrubs and conifers coexist rooted in an organic matrix dominated by Sphagnum mosses. We were thus prompted to examine, in vitro, the abilities of three ericoid mycorrhizal fungi [ Hymenoscyphus ericae, Oidiodendron maius, and Variable White Taxon (VWT)] to associate with Picea mariana (Pinaceae), with both P. mariana and Rhododendron groenlandicum (Ericaceae) simultaneously, and to decompose Sphagnum fuscum. Hymenoscyphus ericae and VWT developed an intracellular association with roots of P. mariana and with roots of R. groenlandicum. Two strains of O. maius did not form typical infection units in R. groenlandicum, nor did they colonize the root cells of P. mariana. Mass losses incurred by sterilized S. fuscum plants inoculated with these three taxa indicated that O. maius could be more efficient as a free-living saprophyte on this material than either H. ericae or VWT and may in part explain why atypical associations with the roots of ericaceous hosts were formed.  相似文献

Ascosporic cultures were obtained from spore shoots of Hymenoscyphus caudatus growing abundantly on leaves of Acer rubrum. In determining the proper medium, light, and temperature for growth, an Idriella conidial stage was discovered for this fungus. Shoot dieback disease of European ash caused by the ascomycete Hymenoscyphus pseudoalbidus threatens ash on a continental scale. A spore sampler placed in a diseased ash forest in Southern Norway, coupled with microscopy and DNA-based fungal species-specific real-time PCR assays, was employed to profile diurnal and within-season variation in infection pressure by ascospores of H. pseudoalbidus and the potentially co-existing non-pathogenic Hymenoscyphus albidus. Hymenoscyphus pseudoalbidus was found to be predominant in the stand. Massive simultaneous liberation, by active discharge of pathogen ascospores in the morning, peaked in mid-Jul. to mid-Aug. Accumulation of pathogen DNA on leaflets of current-year leaves reached a high level plateau phase before appearance of autumn coloration, suggesting that pathogen establishment in leaves is terminated before the onset of leaf senescence.  相似文献

A wide range of fungi including yeasts, growing on Czapek Dox medium, nitrified added ammonium and the ammonium released by urea hydrolysis. Phanerochaete chrysosporium and Hymenoscyphus ericiae were the only fungi tested which failed to nitrify. A soil yeast (isolate 1) was the most active nitrifier of ammonium in vitro , forming 0·80 μg nitrate mg-1 biomass over the 7 d incubation period.  相似文献
