为了探讨高原低氧对机体无氧代谢阈值(AT)的影响,本研究采用Wasserman无创性方法,分别测定了11名新兵在平原(四川淮口,海拔500m)和经空运进驻高原 (西藏错那,海拔4370m)后的第3、5、7和14天的AT。结果表明:新兵进驻高原后AT由平原的813.6±147.4kg·m/min降低到395.5±194.5 kg·m/min(P<0.01);高原低氧引起AT的降低幅度与受试者平原AT的高低呈正相关(r=0.933,P<0.01);进驻高原后第3、5、7天AT维持在较低水平,随后呈上升趋势。但移居高原1年战士的AT仍低于平原水平(P<0.05)。提示,高原低氧能够显著地降低机体的AT,并且AT越高的个体进驻高原后受低氧环境的影响程度越大。  相似文献

The efficiency of sheep is dependent on their health and well-being. The blood markers can be critical for improving of the physiological, nutritional and pathological status of sheep organism. The aim of this study was to test the hypotheses that the red and white blood cells and copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn) plasma contents are impacted by altitude and season. The ewes were kept at three farms. Blood samples were divided according to factors of altitude (550 m, 800 m, 950 m above sea level), season (spring, fall) and year. The lowest haemoglobin concentration and value of haematocrit were detected at the altitude of 550 m (66.95 g L−1, 0.36 L L−1) and the highest at the altitude of 950 m (117.96 g L−1, 0.39 L L−1) (P < 0.001). Spring values of haemoglobin and haematocrit were lower than fall values. The highest count of leucocytes was recorded at the altitude 950 m (9.57 G L−1), higher counts were contained in spring (P < 0.001). The lowest percentage of eosinophiles was found at the altitude of 800 m (5.81%) and the highest at the altitude of 550 m (9.26%) (P < 0.01). Phagocytose activities were the highest at the altitude of 950 m (95.07%) and the lowest at the altitude of 550 m (85.04%) (P < 0.001). Phagocytose activities were higher in fall than in spring. The highest Cu concentration was found at the altitude of 550 m and the lowest at the altitude of 800 m (17.04 μmol L−1 vs. 14.37 μmol L−1). Zn levels were higher at altitudes of 950 m and 800 m than at the altitude of 550 m (17.81 μmol L−1, 17.00 μmol L−1 vs. 14.77 μmol L−1). We concluded that hematological markers and trace mineral content in grazed sheep may be impacted by altitude and season.  相似文献

Phosphenes are commonly evoked by transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) to study the functional organization, connectivity, and excitability of the human visual brain. For years, phosphenes have been documented only from stimulating early visual areas (V1-V3) and a handful of specialized visual regions (V4, V5/MT+) in occipital cortex. Recently, phosphenes were reported after applying TMS to a region of posterior parietal cortex involved in the top-down modulation of visuo-spatial processing. In the present study, we systematically characterized parietal phosphenes to determine if they are generated directly by local mechanisms or emerge through indirect activation of other visual areas. Using technology developed in-house to record the subjective features of phosphenes, we found no systematic differences in the size, shape, location, or frame-of-reference of parietal phosphenes when compared to their occipital counterparts. In a second experiment, discrete deactivation by 1 Hz repetitive TMS yielded a double dissociation: phosphene thresholds increased at the deactivated site without producing a corresponding change at the non-deactivated location. Overall, the commonalities of parietal and occipital phosphenes, and our ability to independently modulate their excitability thresholds, lead us to conclude that they share a common neural basis that is separate from either of the stimulated regions.  相似文献

Hypersensitive C-reaction protein (hsCRP) may be a risk factor for cognitive impairment resulting from Alzheimer’s disease (AD), stroke, and vascular dementia. This study explored the correlation of peripheral blood hsCRP level with cognitive decline due to high altitude exposure. The study was conducted on 100 male military participants who had never been to high altitude. Cerebral oxygen saturation monitoring, event related potentials (P300, N200) detection, and neurocognitive assessment was performed and total hsCRP, interleukin-6 (IL-6), and homocysteine was estimated at 500m altitude, 3650m altitude, 3day, 1, and 3 month post arriving at the base camp (4400m), and 1 month after coming back to the 500m altitude. High altitude increased brain oxygen saturation, prolonged P300 and N200 latencies, injured cognitive functions, and raised plasma hsCRP levels. But they all recovered in varying degrees at 1 and 3 month post arriving at the base camp (4400m). P300 latencies and hsCRP levels were strongly correlated to cognitive performances. These results suggested that cognitive deterioration occurred during the acute period of exposure to high altitude and may recover probably owning to acclimatization after extended stay at high altitude. Plasma hsCRP is inversely correlated to neurological cognition and it may be a potential biomarker for the prediction of high altitude induced cognitive dysfunction.  相似文献

以100m为单位,将保护区内山地划分为35个海拔段,以研究保护区内科的垂直分布格局。统计分析各类分布型科的垂直分布范围、各类分布型所占比例的垂直变化,结果表明:地理分布属性在较大程度上影响着科的垂直分布,T2、T3、T8表现出与其地理分布属性相符的垂直变化趋势。原始类群集中分布于中低海拔地段;以该区为分布边缘的热带科的垂直分布范围非常狭小,集中分布于低海拔地段。热带与温带分布科的平衡线大致在海拔1500m。根据科级区系组成,对35个100m段进行了系统聚类,结果:海拔2500m是该区内科级区系成分结构沿海拔梯度变化的断点。根据各百米段聚类分析的结果,结合不同海拔的区系组成与性质的实际特点,将该山地划分为<1200m、1200~2500m、2500~3500m、>3500m四个区段。  相似文献

Scientific research at the Helmholtz Institute for Biomedical Engineering at Aachen University indicates that ELF (extremely-low frequency) electric and magnetic fields may generate visual perceptions in the human retina which are similar to the pressure phosphenes. During our own experiments we found that 90% of subjects undergoing a blind experiment reported various visual sensations which were mostly colored and moving. Our findings indicate that the psychological component of the perception of electric and magnetic phosphenes must not be underestimated. It is possible that there is a connection between retinal noise in the dark (due to metabolic processes [5, 8]) and magnetic or electric phosphenes.  相似文献

A phenomenon characterized by the experience of seeing light without any light actually entering the eye is called phosphenes or photopsias. Phosphenes can occur spontaneously or via induction by external stimuli. Previous reports regarding phosphenes have primarily focused on externally induced phosphenes such as by applying alternating or direct current to the cortex. A few of these reports used functional magnetic resonance (fMRI) to study activations induced by cortical phosphenes. However, there are no fMRI reports on spontaneous phosphenes originating from the retina and the resulting pattern of cortical activations. We performed fMRI during a reversing checkerboard paradigm in three LCA patients who underwent unilateral gene therapy and reported experiencing frequent phosphene on a daily basis. We observed bilateral cortical activation covering the entire visual cortices when patients reported experiencing phosphenes. In contrast, in the absence of phosphenes, activation was regulated by patient''s visual ability and demonstrated improved cortical activation due to gene therapy. These fMRI results illustrate the potential impact of phosphene perception on visual function and they may explain some of the variability that clinicians find in visual function testing in retinal degeneration. Although we did not perform correlations between visual function and phosphenes, we hope data presented here raises awareness of this phenomenon and its potential effect on visual function and the implications for clinical testing. We recommend a thorough history for phosphene experiences be taken in patients with retinal disease who are candidates for gene or molecular therapy. Lastly, these data illustrate the potential power of fMRI as an outcome measure of gene therapy and the negative impact phosphenes may have on vision testing. fMRI has proven to be a sensitive, non-invasive, and reproducible test paradigm for these purposes and can complement standard visual function testing.  相似文献

应用同步描记心电图、心音图、颈动脉搏动图和心尖搏动图以测定高原人体的左心室舒张功能和顺应性。在4个不同海拔高度进行实验,即76m(海平对照)、2161m、3270m和4179m,每一高度40名健康男性青年,高原3组世居、移居各20名。结果显示:随着海拔增高,主动舒张时间指数(TRTI)有减小趋势,RF波相对振幅(F/H)逐渐降低,A波相对振幅(A/D)则渐趋增大,3270m以上增大明显(p<0.05),舒张振幅时间指数(DATI)逐渐降低,3270m以上差异极显著(p<0.001)。高原世居与移居者相比,在海拔4179m出现明显差别,移居组TRTI、DATI、F/H较低而A/D较高(D<0.05)。测定射血前期与左室射血时间比值(PEP/LVET)、射血分数(EF)及左室周径纤维平均缩短速度(mVcf)3项指标作对照,显示在此高度左室收缩功能仍能保持。高原慢性心肌缺氧可能是导致左室舒张功能和顺应性轻度降低的原因。  相似文献

The respiratory sensation and some routine cardiorespiratory parameters were studied on native Highlanders from the Argentine Andes and on Lowlanders from Europe, already tested during previous high altitude expeditions. The tests were performed at various altitude levels from 2688m e.i., the village altitude for Highlanders, to 5600m during an expedition to Mt. Aconcagua (6990m). At rest, the perception of 4 external inspiratory resistive loads (ranged between 2.5 and 13 cm.H2O.L-1.s) can allow us to fix by discrimination the sensitivity index P(A) independently of response bias (B) according to Sensory Decision Theory (SDT). The Andean highlanders did not experience the respiratory sensation at the same limits as the European lowlanders well adaptated to high altitude. At higher altitudes than their village altitude, their respiratory sensation presented a lower threshold of perception and a weaker discrimination which might be partly explained by the evolution of some parameters of their cardio-respiratory function when altitude increased. Indeed, in response to high altitude hypoxia (5600m), they increased their respiratory frequency and not their minuteventilation or mouth pressure. This chosen ventilatory pattern was opposite to the one chosen by the Lowlanders and did not allow for sufficient adaptation to a more important altitude hypoxia than that of their village altitude. In conclusion, the Andean highlanders wellbeing adapted to their village altitude, exhibited a difficult acclimatization to higher altitudes which might be due to the characteristics of their respiratory sensation. These results might explain their weak physical performances during ascent to the Mt. Aconcagua summit in spite of special training.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to examine the resting and exercise response patterns of plasma Peptide F immunoreactivity (ir) to altitude exposure (4300 m) and caffeine ingestion (4 mg.kg b.w.-1). Nine healthy male subjects performed exercise tests to exhaustion (80-85% VO2max) at sea level (50 m), during an acute altitude exposure (1 hr, hypobaric chamber, 4300 m) and after a chronic (17-day sojourn, 4300 m) altitude exposure. Using a randomized, double-blind/placebo experimental design, a placebo or caffeine drink was ingested 1 hour prior to exercise. Exercise (without caffeine) significantly (p less than 0.05) increased plasma Peptide F ir values during exercise at chronic altitude only. Caffeine ingestion significantly increased plasma Peptide F ir concentrations during exercise and in the postexercise period at sea level. Conversely caffeine ingestion at altitude resulted in significant reductions in the postexercise plasma Peptide F ir values. The results of this study demonstrate that the exercise and recovery response patterns of plasma Peptide F ir may be significantly altered by altitude exposure and caffeine ingestion. These data support further study examining relationships between Peptide F (and other enkephalin-containing polypeptides) and epinephrine release in response to these types of physiological stresses.  相似文献

海拔对全缘叶绿绒蒿植株性状和花特征的表型选择分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了研究海拔差异对植株性状、花特征表型选择的影响,以青藏高原高寒草甸的全缘叶绿绒蒿(Meconopsis integrifolia)为研究材料,于盛花期内,测定不同海拔(4 452、4 081和3 681 m)种群中个体植株性状、花特征、单果结实数并进行统计分析,采用线性回归模型估计不同海拔种群间植株性状、花特征所受的表型选择(选择差与选择梯度)。结果表明:(1)随着海拔升高,全缘叶绿绒蒿植株性状、花特征及单果结实数显著降低,海拔越高的种群中株高越矮、叶面积越小、花数越少、花越小、单果结实数越低。(2)不同海拔种群中各性状的表型选择存在差异,较低海拔(3 681 m)种群中花数、花大小具有显著的选择差和选择梯度,表现为花越多、花越大的个体雌性适合度越高;海拔较高(4 081 m)的种群中株高、叶面积及花数更容易受到选择,表现为植株越高、叶面积越大、花越多的个体雌性适合度越高;海拔最高(4 452 m)的种群中叶面积与花数的选择梯度接近显著。(3)植物性状分化伴随着海拔的变化而呈现出差异,较低海拔种群中花特征容易受到选择,而较高海拔种群中可能由于传粉者稀少、资源限制等因素使得株高、叶面积更容易受到选择。  相似文献

通过分析庞泉沟国家级自然保护区不同海拔(1 600~2 800 m)梯度华北落叶松针叶中3种抗氧化酶及光合色素含量的变化,探讨了高山林木适应环境的生理机制.结果表明,华北落叶松针叶中超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶的活性随海拔梯度的变化规律相一致,即中海拔区(1 900~2 400 m)的3种抗氧化酶活性相对较低,而低海拔区(1 600~1 800 m)和高海拔区(2 500~2 800 m)活性相对较高.低海拔区3种酶活性分别比中海拔区提高62.79%、42.13% 和 7.87%,高海拔区分别提高75.20%、14.49% 和 63.38%,但临近森林垂直分布上限活性降低.膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛含量在低海拔区和高海拔区分别达9.27和14.06 μmol·g-1 FM,而在中海拔区平均含量为5.58 μmol·g-1 FM.叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量随海拔梯度升高而降低,相关系数分别为-0.969和-0.986;但叶绿素a/b比值及Car的相对含量(Car/Chl)随海拔梯度升高而增加,相关系数分别为0.962和0.877.  相似文献

Living at 2300-m altitude combined with intermittent training at 3500 m leads to cardiovascular alterations in dogs, including increase in systemic and pulmonary artery pressure. Despite moderate to marked hypoxemia at these altitudes, erythrocytosis does not develop. To study humoral mechanisms of acclimatisation to high altitude, erythropoietin (EPO), endothelin-1 (ET-1), big endothelin (Big-ET) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) were measured in dogs living at 2300 m and intermittently ascending to 3500 m, and compared to the values obtained in control dogs living at 700-900 m. While the median EPO and ET-1 level in dogs at 2300 m did not differ from the one measured at 700-900 m, exposure from 2300 to 3500 m resulted in significantly elevated EPO and ET-1 levels. Big-ET levels were significantly higher at 2300 and 3500 m compared to dogs at low altitude, but did not differ between 2300 and 3500 m. VEGF was significantly elevated in dogs at 2300 m compared to dogs at low altitude. The increases in EPO, VEGF, ET-1 and Big-ET are thought to reflect the effect of hypoxia on a cellular level in these dogs. Obviously, the mild elevation of EPO levels observed at 3500 m was not sufficient to cause erythrocytosis. Elevations of the vasoconstrictors Big-ET and ET-1 may play some, but not a central role in hypoxic vasoconstriction in these dogs. Finally, serum VEGF measurement may be a sensitive and useful test to assess hypoxic stress in dogs.  相似文献

1. Exposure of rats to an 8000 m altitude increased the hepatic tryptophan 2,3-dioxygenase (EC 1.13.1.12) activity. 2. Acclimatization to hypoxia by a repeated exposure to an altitude of 5000 m induced a marked decrease in liver tryptophan dioxygenase activity after the rats were subjected to an 8000 m altitude, but a pre-exposure to 4000 m altitude showed no effect on the enzyme activity. 3. Plasma tryptophan was rapidly decreased by exposure to 8000 m altitude to the same extent in the acclimatized and non-acclimatized rats. 4. Plasma tryptophan may be utilized as the substrate for tryptophan dioxygenase in liver of the non-acclimatized rats under highly hypoxic conditions; however, acclimatized rats can reserve tryptophan as the substrate for the alternative metabolism other than the degradation pathway in liver.  相似文献

The thermoregulatory responses to 10 degrees C (for 3 h) were investigated in 1) 12 natives from sea level (lowlanders) at 150 m, and on arrival at 3,350 and 4,340 m; 2) 6 of these during a 6-wk sojourn at 4,360 m, and on return to sea level; and 3) 5 natives from each of the two altitudes (highlanders) in their respective habitat, and after descent to 150 m. The cold-induced increase in the rate of O2 consumption (Vo2) of the lowlanders was significantly smaller at both altitudes than at sea level. It did not recover substantially during the 6 wk at altitude, but was restored to its initial rate on return to sea level. By contrast, visible shivering activity was augmented on arrival at altitude. It persisted throughout the 6 wk there, but was greatly depressed on return to sea level, despite the increased Vo2. Mean skin temperatures (Tsk) stabilized in the cold at significantly higher values at altitude. Rectal temperature (Tre) decreased similarly at all altitudes. Vo2 of the highlanders in the cold was significantly greater at sea level than at their resident altitudes, although shivering activity was less intense; Tsk stabilized at significantly lower levels at 150 m than at either altitude. These results indicate that altitude exposure reduces the calorigenic response of man to cold, and that this effect is not moderated by acclimatization to altitude, yet is reversible immediately on descent to sea level. The component of cold thermogenesis which appeared to be reduced by altitude exposure was nonshivering thermogenesis rather than visible shivering.  相似文献

在海拔2300m选择健康成年男性5人,急进抵海拔4660m,用多导监测仪分别在两地连续7h监测夜间睡眠、呼吸状态和血氧饱和度变化,进行自身对比。结果发现:(1)急进高海拔后,总睡眠时间、有效睡眠指数、Ⅲ~Ⅳ期深睡眠均较中度高原减少(p<0.01);总觉醒时间、Ⅰ~Ⅱ期浅睡眠高海拔较中度高原增多(p<0.05):(2)急进高海拔后,有3名健康人出现周期性呼吸,其中1名健康者出现周期性呼吸119次,伴有中枢性睡眠呼吸暂停,最低Sao_2为78%;(3)同海拔高度夜间睡眠时与清醒时Sao_2相比较,中度高原下降4.2%,高海拔下降11.2%(p<0.01);高海拔与中度高原夜间清醒时Sao_2相比较下降7.4%,睡眠时下降14.4%(p<0.001)。结果提示:(1)睡眠加重了高原人原有的低氧血症;(2)低氧血症导致睡眠结构的紊乱和睡眠质量的降低;(3)睡眠中出现的周期性呼吸,应视为机体的一种自我保护机制;(4)频发的周期性呼吸或睡眠呼吸暂停将影响大脑机能。  相似文献

湖北大巴山东部蚤类区系组成及垂直分布   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
采用常规与沿雪线调查方法,对大巴山东部具代表性的7个不同海拔梯度及6个不同生境类型,连续进行了11年调查和研究。结果表明:1)在所获得的8科28属51种9 974只蚤类中,有25种隶属于古北界,占49.02%,21种属于东洋界,占41.18%,5种广布,占9.80%; 经个体数量区系处理,古北和东洋两界蚤类区系数量(37.97%,50.30%)并不完全与物种区系相吻合,但东洋蚤类区系数量与古北物种区系相当;2)大巴山东部蚤类垂直分布的区系特点是,1 500 m以下东洋成分占绝对优势,1 600~2 300 m古北成分达44.82%~56.41%,但个体区系数量却在33.47%~60.16%之间,物种区系成分与数量区系分布并不完全一致; 一些东洋界特有指示性质的巴山盲鼠蚤和它的寄主猪尾鼠,仍可分布到这一地带;当海拔上升到2 600 m,古北成分已稳定达55.00%,此地带已不见东洋界特有指示性质的巴山盲鼠蚤和它的寄主猪尾鼠的踪迹,当海拔上升到2 800~2 980 m,古北成分和个体数量分别已达65.00%和89.51%;3)在大巴山东部51种蚤类中,有24种在秦岭有分布,占秦岭已知34种的70.58%,两座山系古北成分也相当,分别为49.02%及52.94%。最后按区系、宿主动物、植被带谱和地理状况相近原则,对张金桐等(1989)对秦岭南坡的蚤类海拔高度划线1 000~2 000 m进行修订,并上移至2 600 m左右地带,修订后的划线,其具体位置及走向大体与暗针叶林的下限保持一致。此线以上,无论蚤种或是数量都以古北界成分为主,低于此线,古北、东洋成分和一些特有指示性质的种类相互渗透。  相似文献

Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is a hypoxia-induced protein that produces vascular permeability, and limited evidence suggests a possible role for VEGF in the pathophysiology of acute mountain sickness (AMS) and/or high-altitude cerebral edema (HACE). Previous studies demonstrated that plasma VEGF alone does not correlate with AMS; however, soluble VEGF receptor (sFlt-1), not accounted for in previous studies, can bind VEGF in the circulation, reducing VEGF activity. In the present study, we hypothesized that free VEGF is greater and sFlt-1 less in subjects with AMS compared with well individuals at high altitude. Subjects were exposed to 4,300 m for 19-20 h (baseline 1,600 m). The incidence of AMS was determined by using a modified Lake Louise symptom score and the Environmental Symptoms Questionnaire for cerebral effects. Plasma was collected at low altitude and after 24 h at high altitude, or at time of illness, and then analyzed by ELISA for VEGF and for soluble VEGF receptor, sFlt-1. AMS subjects had lower sFlt-1 at both low and high altitude compared with well subjects and a significant rise in free plasma VEGF on ascent to altitude compared with well subjects. We conclude that increased free plasma VEGF on ascent to altitude is associated with AMS and may play a role in pathophysiology of AMS.  相似文献

最大摄氧量(Vo2max)是评价人体体力的重要指标,其测定方法分直接法和间接法两种。目前所推导的间接计算公式都是在平原、或是在进入高原初期推导的,不适用于高原习服人群。本研究采用逐步回归的方法,推导出移居高原7-27个月、不同高度的青年男性Vo2max间接计算公式。在海拔3680m地区,Vo2max(L/min)=1.1531+0.007327身高(cm)+0.01613体重(kg)-0.005883晨脉(b/min)-0.004534运动心率(60W,6/min),R=0.745,P<0.01,SS=3.7799;或Vo2max(L/min)=1.2186+0.01984体重(kg)+0.07259肺活量(L)-0.006659晨脉(b/min),R=0.713,p<0.01,ss=3.9636。在4350m地区,Vo2.max(L/min)=0.4917+0.01687体重(kg)+0.1109肺活量(L)+0.001983屏气时间(S),R=0.781,P<0.01,SS=2.1356。计算值与实测值比较,变异系数在13%以内,结果准确可靠,适用于青年男性高原习服移居者。  相似文献
