旌节花科及其相关类群花粉形态的研究

对旌节花科及其相关类群五桠果科、猕猴桃科、水东哥科、金莲木科、省沽油科和山茶科等7科19属37种花粉进行了光镜(LM)和扫描电镜(SEM)的观察和比较。其中有些种类是第一次观察和报道。研究表明,上述各科花粉多为近球形至球形少数近扁球形或近长球形。极面观三裂圆形或近三裂圆形。直径20-30(-35)μm,但厚皮香亚科和省沽油科银鹊树属Tapiscia的花粉特别小,仅12.5-20μm。3孔沟罕有3沟或4孔沟。外萌发孔(沟)相对地较长而宽,内孔多娄较发达花粉外壁纹饰变化大从模糊而粗糙的细突韦到皱波状纹饰,细孔状纹饰蜂巢状-穴状纹饰穴-网状纹饰网状纹饰和颗粒状纹饰等。

旌节花科与省沽油科花粉形态的研究

对旌节花科和省沽油科 4属 13种花粉进行了光镜和扫描电镜的观察 ,其中有些种是第一次观察或报道。这两个科的花粉为近球形到球形 ,3孔沟 (省沽油科银鹊树属TapisciaOliv花粉除外 ,为 3沟 )。它们的花粉大小和外壁纹饰有一定差异。旌节花科花粉相对较小 ,一般为 18～ 2 8 2× 17 5～ 2 6 5 μm ,外壁表面为穴状纹饰。省沽油科花粉较大 ,为 2 8～ 4 0× 2 8 5～4 0 5 μm (银鹊树属花粉只有 13 5～ 17 9× 12 5～ 18μm) ,外壁表面为细网状纹饰。这两个科的花粉特征在某种程度上具有一定的相似性 ,故就孢粉学而言它们具有颇为密切的关系     

中国旌节花科植物的研究

旌节花科（Stachyuraceae）最早由P．F．Siebold和 J.G.Zuccrini根据日本植物Stahyurus Praecox Sieb．et Zucc.（Fl．Jap．1:43. 1835）建立旌节花属（Stachyurus Sieb.et Zucc.）,放在海桐花科（Pittosporaceae）中,G．Bentham于1861年将它移人山茶科Ternstroemiaceae中,但由于与这两个科的差别太大,E.Gilg于1893年又从山茶科Ternstroemiaceae中移出,建立了单属科旌节花科（Stachyuraceae）,直到这次整理之前仅有14种4变种,经整理又增加2新种4变种,共计16种8变种。我国有11种7变种。     

旌节花科植物上的二个小煤炱科新种

本文报道了寄生在旌节花科植物上的二个小煤炱科新种。它们是(1)旌节花附丝壳(Appendiculella stachyuri Y.X.Hu et B.Song sp.nov.);(2)旌节花小光壳炱(Asteridie-lla stachyuri Y.S.Ouyang et B.Song sp.nov.)。旌节花科分布于东亚,是小煤炱菌寄主的世界新记录。新种有拉丁文和汉文描述。模式标本存放在广东省微生物研究所(GDIM)。

红豆杉科及相关类群rbcL基因PCR—RFLP分析

运用RFLP方法对红豆杉科及相关类群14种植物叶绿体rbcL基因PCR产物进行限制酶酶切分析,共获29个酶切变异位点。采用PHYLIP软件包对限制位点变异数据进行极大简约法分析得到18个步长为6的最简约树并求得一致树,结果显示：⑴红豆杉科和三尖杉科属单系群;⑵穗花杉属Amentotaxus以置于红豆杉科内为宜,不支持将穗花杉属独立成科的处理方式;⑶白豆杉应为红豆杉科内一个属Pseudotaxus;⑷三尖杉属内篦子三尖杉地位特殊,可设篦子三尖杉组;⑸不赞同将竹柏类从罗汉松属中分离出去成立新科;⑹红豆杉科、三尖杉科和罗汉松科三者间,前两者的关系更为接近。     

五列木科和肋果茶科花粉外壁超微结构及其与山茶科的系统学关系

借助光学显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜对五列木科Ｐｅｎｔａｐｈｙｌａｃａｃｅａｅ和肋果茶科Ｓｌａｄｅｎｉａｃｅａｅ花粉进行了观察,并与山茶科Ｔｈｅａｃｅａｅ若干属的花粉进行了详细的比较,同时参考了猕猴桃科Ａｃｔｉｎｉｄｉａｃｅａｅ的花粉特征。研究表明,肋果茶科的花粉与山茶科的花粉具有较多的相似性,如其形状和大小与山茶科中厚皮香亚科的几乎一致;而花粉的表面纹饰（粗糙至模糊的皱波状纹饰）则与山茶属,Ｆｒｅｚｉｅｒａ属和厚皮香亚科部分属的花粉纹饰相类似。从花粉外壁的结构看,肋果茶的花粉与石笔木属和山茶属的更接近,表现为：花粉外壁层次分化明显,复盖层和柱状层均较厚,外壁内层薄。而五列木科花粉除了形状和萌发孔类型与山茶科的相似外,其纹饰特征和外壁结构均与山茶科的差异较大,如五列木科花粉表面近光滑,外壁覆盖层较簿,柱状层很不发达,外壁内层相对较厚等。孢粉学上认为,肋果茶科与山茶科具有更为密切的关系,五列木科则与山茶科较疏远。支持把肋果茶科作为一个属置于山茶科内或作为山茶科的一个亚科     

伯乐树科及其近缘科的花粉形态研究

本文观察了伯乐树科、省沽油科、牛栓藤科、七叶树科、无患子科、罂粟科,共6科、17属、21种植物的花粉形态。依据花粉资料,探讨了伯乐树科的系统位置。认为伯乐树科与无患子目中牛栓藤科关系较为密切。牛栓藤科较为进化,伯乐树科较为原始。与无患子目中其他一些科关系不明显。伯乐树科与罂粟科、豆科中云实亚科的花粉形态有某些相似,而伯乐树科较为进化。与辣木科、白花菜科花粉形态较少相似。     

蜡梅科植物的分支分析

蜡梅科是一个仅有４属,１０种的小科,将蜡梅科的生物信息数字化,利用徐克学的和谐性分析程序,剔除了不合理的性状安排,判别关系含糊的性状极性,利用最大同步法,最小平行演化法及最大离散量分支分类法,对由性状再分析后获得的数值矩阵进行运算,推导分支图,明确各属之间的发生、发展和演化的关系。结果表明：椅子树亚科（Ｉｄｉｏｓｐｅｒｍｏｉｄｅａｅ）的椅子树属（Ｉｄｉｏｓｐｅｒｍｕｍ Ｂｌａｋｅ）在整个蜡梅科（Ｃ     

中国柽柳属植物的分支分类研究

选取生长习性、植物形态、解剖结构、花粉特征以及种子微形态特征等共66个性状,采用简约法对国产柽柳属16种植物及外类群红砂Hololachne songarica进行分支分析,并用靴带检验法(Bootstrap)计算内部分支的支持率。分支图表明,国产柽柳属植物分为4个分支,分别属于Baum(1978)所划分的组Ⅰ及组Ⅱ中不同的系,从一个侧面说明基于经典分类所划分的组是比较自然的,同意Baum的属下分类系统。同时,基于分支分类结果并结合分子证据,对国产柽柳属属间亲缘关系及有争议种的分类学地位进行了探讨,认为甘蒙柽柳是独立于中国柽柳的种,多花柽柳是独立于多枝柽柳的种,盐地柽柳是刚毛柽柳的变种,而叶抱茎呈鞘状的沙生柽柳和莎车柽柳系统学关系很近,是较为原始的一类柽柳。     

中国栎属(壳斗科)基于叶表皮及叶结构特征的分支分析

以三棱栎为外类群,基于叶表皮及叶结构特征对中国栎属进行初步的分支分析,结果显示了栎属内稳定的“支”结构及其种间关系。栎亚属可划分为5个组,分别为巴东栎组,高山栎组,Jiang子栎组,麻栎组和槲栎组,Jiang子栎组是栎亚属常绿栎类与落叶栎类之间的过渡类群;高山栎组应为栎亚属常绿栎类中的特化类群,而非最原始类群,5个组中,仅巴东栎组不是单系类群,而是一个多系类群,青冈亚属较栎亚属早分支,可划分为3大类;无毛类,简单被毛类和复杂被毛类;无毛类最原始,复杂被毛类与栎亚属关系最近,因此,叶表皮及叶结构特征对解决栎亚属组间亲缘关系有重要的分类学意义。     

Cladistic Patterns,Component Analysis and Median Elimination Series

中国灵猫科的支序系统学分析

选取分布于中国境内的8属9种灵猫科动物的88个骨骼性状、31个外部形态性状和1个行为性状,运用替代外群法分别以赤狐(犬科狐属)和青鼬(鼬科貂属)共同或单独作为外群进行支序分析,得出10个支序图,其步长(TL)为：106～136,一致性指数(CI)为0．581—0．660,保留指数(RI)为0．610—0．714。经合意分析得到4个相似的支序图,其TL为41—136,CI为0．581—0．732,RI为0．610—0．818,结果支持：①斑灵狸、大灵猫、小灵猫构成一个单系群,与传统分类一致(均属灵猫亚科);②椰子狸、花面狸、熊狸构成一个单系群,与传统分类一致(均属长尾狸亚科);③红颊獴、食蟹獴与灵猫科其他种为姐妹群关系(Bootstrap检验支持率100％),建议獴类为一亚科;④长颌带狸拥有较多自近裔性状如三个门齿孔,是一个高度特化的种类,其系统地位有待进一步研究。     

Sporogenesis and gametogenesis in Sladenia and their systematic implication

Sporogenesis and gametogenesis in the monotypic genus Sladenia is reported for the first time. The anther wall is of the monocotyledonous type of formation and consists of four-layers, namely a glandular tapetum, one middle layer, an endothecium, and an epidermis. Fibrous thickenings are developed in the epidermis at or near the stage of anther maturity rather than in the endothecium. Successive cytokinesis in microsporogenesis results in tetrahedral or rarely isobilateral tetrads of microspores. Pollen grains are two-celled when shed. The ovule is bitegmic, tenuinucellate, and anatropous. The nucellus degenerates during meiosis of the megaspore mother cell. The micropyle is formed by only the inner integument. Development of the female gametophyte conforms to the Adoxa type. Sladenia has been treated either as a member of Actinidiaceae, Dilleniaceae or Theaceae s.l. , or as belonging to an independent family, Sladeniaceae. Recent molecular studies have suggested that it belongs to Ternstroemiaceae within the Ericales s.l . Several noteworthy embryological characters are distinct from those of the other putatively related families and support the recognition of a separate family, Sladeniaceae. 寄生红蜡蚧的扁角跳小蜂属6个种(膜翅目:跳小蜂科)的系统发育支序分析

选用寄生红蜡蚧的扁角跳小蜂属(Anicetus)6个种的14个形态特征和2个其他特征(寄主种数和是否寄生软蚧)作为内群性状,以柯氏花翅跳小蜂(Microterys clauseni)作为外群,运用PAUP(Version 4．0b10)程序做了支序分析。所得支序树状图有如下参数：树长=28;一致性指数=0．6786;稳定性指数=0.4375。6种扁角跳小蜂中,亲缘关系表示为：(A．annulatus,((A．rubensi,(A．beneficus,A．rarisetus)),(A．howardi,A.ohgushii)))。软蚧扁角跳小蜂(A.annulatus)与其他5个种的亲缘关系相对较远,与传统分类学观点一致。     

小车蝗属Oedaleus Fieber昆虫的种间系统发育关系支序分析(直翅目:斑翅蝗科)

在已有比较形态学研究的基础上 ,本文选择了 1 9个性状 ,利用 PAUP程序 ,以支序分析探讨了小车蝗属昆虫的种间系统发育关系。结果红胫小车蝗 ( 1 )与黄胫小车蝗 ( 2 )的亲缘关系很近 ,是 1对姐妹群 ,亚洲小车蝗 ( 3)、黑条小车蝗 ( 4 )、红翅小车蝗( 5)、隆叉小车蝗 ( 6)这 4个种之间的相互关系比较近 ,它们的亲缘关系可表示为 :( ( ( 3,6) 4) 5) ,而台湾小车蝗 ( 7)与其它种类的亲缘关系均较远。
