Emerging studies suggested that lncRNAs play a crucial molecular role in cancer development and progression. LncRNA LUCAT1 has been proved as oncogenic molecular in lung cancer, glioma, osteosarcoma, renal carcinoma and oesophageal squamous cell carcinoma. However, its roles and function mechanisms in tongue squamous cell carcinoma (TSCC) are still unknown. We showed that the expression of LUCAT1 was up-regulated in the TSCC cells and tissues and the higher LUCAT1 expression was associated with the poor overall survival (OS). Knockdown expression of LUCAT1 suppressed TSCC cell proliferation, cycle and migration. In addition, we demonstrated that miR-375 overexpression inhibited the luciferase activity of LUCAT1 wild-type and knockdown LUCAT1 promoted the miR-375 expression in TSCC cell. Furthermore, we indicated that miR-375 expression was down-regulated in the TSCC cell lines and tissues and the lower expression of miR-375 was associated with poor OS. The expression of miR-375 was inversely correlated with LUCAT1 expression in the TSCC tissues. Knockdown LUCAT1 promoted TSCC cell proliferation, cell cycle and migration partly through regulating miR-375 expression. In summary, this study suggested the tumorigenic effect of lncRNA LUCAT1 in TSCC cells by targeting miR-375 expression.  相似文献

Previously, we demonstrated that in vitro treatment of B16F10 murine melanoma cells with interleukin-2 (IL-2) enhances proliferation and metastasis. To further investigate the role played by IL-2 in human melanomas, we studied the expression of IL-2/IL-2 receptor and the effect of IL-2 on the proliferation of melanoma cell lines derived from primary (A375 and RMS cell lines) and metastatic (Hs294T cell line) tumours. We found a constitutive expression of cytoplasmic IL-2 and alpha, beta and gamma-subunits of the IL-2R on the surface of the three melanoma cell lines. The presence of IL-2 in the culture increased the proliferation rate in A375 and RMS cell lines, but no effect was observed in Hs294T metastatic cells. Biologically active IL-2 could be found in the supernatant of the three melanoma cell lines, particularly in A375 and RMS cells, in which an inhibition of the proliferation rate was observed when IL-2 was blocked. Moreover, the combination of anti-IL-2R beta and anti-IL-2R gamma blocking antibodies induced a significant down-regulation of cell proliferation in the three melanoma cell lines, and the combination of anti-IL-2R alpha, anti-IL-2R beta and anti-IL-2R gamma blocking antibodies inhibited IL-2-mediated growth stimulation in A375 and Hs294T cell lines. In RMS cells, a more significant effect was observed when only IL-2R gamma was blocked. Finally, exogenous IL-2 modulated the IL-2 endogenously produced by melanoma cells. These data show that IL-2 may modulate the growth of melanoma cells through autocrine or/and paracrine mechanisms.  相似文献

The roles of α5-nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (α5-nAChRs) in various types of solid cancer have been reported; however, its role in melanoma remains unknown. We knocked down α5-nAChR expression in melanoma cells to investigate the role of α5-nAChR in the proliferation, migration, and invasion of melanoma cells, and its effect on downstream signaling pathways. Using immunohistochemical analysis, we determined that α5-nAChR expression is significantly increased in human melanoma tissues and cell lines compared with normal human skin tissues. Knocking down α5-nAChR expression in melanoma cells in culture significantly inhibited the proliferation, migration, and invasiveness of melanoma cell lines. Specifically, knockdown of α5-nAChR inhibited PI3K-AKT and ERK1/2 signaling activity. Moreover, we confirmed that the Notch1 signaling pathway is the downstream target of α5-nAChR in melanoma. Our findings suggest that α5-nAChR plays a critical role in melanoma development and progression, and that targeting α5-nAChR may be a strategy for melanoma treatment.  相似文献

The discoidin domain receptor 1 (DDR1) is a member of the receptor tyrosine kinase family that signals in response to collagen and that has been implicated in cancer progression. In the present study, we investigated the expression and role of DDR1 in human melanoma progression. Immunohistochemical staining of human melanoma specimens (n = 52) shows high DDR1 expression in melanoma lesions that correlates with poor prognosis. DDR1 expression was associated with the clinical characteristics of Clark level and ulceration and with BRAF mutations. Downregulation of DDR1 by small interfering RNA (siRNA) in vitro inhibited melanoma cells malignant properties, migration, invasion, and survival in several human melanoma cell lines. A DDR tyrosine kinase inhibitor (DDR1‐IN‐1) significantly inhibited melanoma cell proliferation in vitro, and ex vivo and in tumor xenografts, underlining the promising potential of DDR1 inhibition in melanoma.  相似文献

The melanoma is responsible for the majority of all skin cancer–related deaths worldwide. Evidence suggests that local anesthetics provide some benefit in the treatment of cancer via inhibition of cellular proliferation, invasion and migration. However, the potential antiproliferative effects of local anesthetics in the treatment of melanoma remain to be elucidated. In this study, we investigated the antiproliferative effects and underlying mechanism of the commonly used local anesthetic (lidocaine) on melanoma cells. A375 melanoma cells were treated by lidocaine or vemurafenib. Cell Counting Kit-8, histological staining, flow cytometric analysis, immunohistochemical staining, and Western blot analyses were carried out to test the effects of lidocaine and vemurafenib on A375 cells. BALB/C-nu/nu mice intraperitoneally injected with A375 cells were treated by lidocaine, and then tumor volume and weight were calculated. Lidocaine exhibited vemurafenib-like effects totally. Lidocaine inhibited A375 melanoma cell proliferation in a dose- and time-dependent manner and colony formation also showed a dose-dependent inhibition. Lidocaine treatment resulted in the arrest of cell-cycle progression in the G1 phase and inhibited Ki-67 expression in a dose-dependent manner. This effect was associated with inhibited extracellular signal–regulated kinase (ERK) phosphorylation. In vivo experiments revealed that intravenous injections of lidocaine suppressed tumor volume and weight. Lidocaine inhibits melanoma cell proliferation in a dose- and time-dependent manner via a mechanism that may involve inhibition of the ERK signaling pathway. Thus, lidocaine may provide some benefit for the treatment of melanoma.  相似文献

Melanoma is the most aggressive type of cutaneous tumor and the occurrence of metastasis makes it resistant to almost all available treatment and becomes incorrigible. Hence, identifying metastasis‐related biomarkers and effective therapeutic targets will assist in preventing metastasis and ameliorating cutaneous melanoma. In our present study, we reported kinesin family member 18B (KIF18B) as a novel contributor in cutaneous melanoma proliferation and metastasis, and it was found to be of great significance in predicting the prognosis of cutaneous melanoma patients. Bioinformatics analysis based on ONCOMINE, The Cancer Genome Atlas, and Genotype‐Tissue Expression database revealed that KIF18B was highly expressed in cutaneous melanoma and remarkably correlated with unfavorable clinical outcomes. Consistently, the results of the quantitative real‐time polymerase chain reaction exhibited that the expression of KIF18B was significantly higher in cutaneous melanoma cell lines than that in normal cells. In vitro, biological assays found that knockdown of KIF18B in cutaneous melanoma cells noticeably repressed cell proliferation, migration, and invasion, while inducing cell apoptosis. Moreover, the protein expression of E‐cadherin was enhanced while the expression of N‐cadherin, vimentin, and Snail was decreased in M14 cells after knocking down KIF18B. In addition, the phosphorylation of phosphoinositide 3‐kinase (PI3K) and extracellular‐signal‐regulated kinase (ERK) was significantly suppressed in M14 cells with silenced KIF18B. Above all, our results indicated that the repression of cutaneous melanoma cell migration and proliferation caused by KIF18B depletion suggested an oncogenic role of KIF18B in cutaneous melanoma, which acts through modulating epithelial‐mesenchymal transition and ERK/PI3K pathway.  相似文献

HS1-associated protein X-1 (Hax-1) is a novel intracellular protein and recent studies suggested that it is an anti-apoptotic factor in different tumors. Hax-1 expression was upregulated in various metastatic tumors and cancer cell lines, including melanoma. To understand the role of Hax-1 in melanoma development and progression, we constructed Hax-1 short interfering RNA (siRNA) expression vectors to downregulate Hax-1 expression in a human melanoma A375 cell line. One of the two Hax-1 RNA interference (RNAi) constructs significantly reduced melanoma cell viability, which was due to induction of apoptosis in A375 cells. Molecularly, the induced apoptosis through downregulation of Hax-1 expression was mediated by activation of caspase-3 and poly-ADP-ribose polymerase (PARP) enzymatic activity in A375 cells. The data indicate that Hax-1 plays a role in suppression of apoptosis and promotion of melanoma cell growth, suggesting that this Hax-1 siRNA has a therapeutic indication in control of melanoma.  相似文献

The proliferation of human melanoma cell line A375-6 cells is inhibited by several cytokines, including interleukin-1 (IL-1). A375-R8 cells, a subclone of A375-6, are resistant to IL-1-induced growth inhibition. The proliferation of both cell lines is inhibitable by tumor necrosis factor (TNF). In this study, we characterized the mechanisms of TNF-induced growth inhibition. TNF-induced growth inhibition in both cell lines was partially suppressed by a selective p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) inhibitor (SB203580), whereas a combination of SB203580 and Z-VAD-fmk, an inhibitor for a wide range of caspases, completely blocked TNF-induced growth inhibition, indicating that TNF-induced growth inhibition is mediated by both p38 MAPK and caspases. However, Z-VAD-fmk alone suppressed TNF-induced growth inhibition in A375-R8, but not A375-6, cells, suggesting that there may exist a TNF-induced anti-apoptotic mechanism in A375-6 cells which is lost or mutated in A375-R8 cells. Evidence in support of this notion includes (1) TNF-induced apoptosis only in A375-R8, but not A375-6 cells; (2) cycloheximide enabled TNF to induce apoptosis even in A375-6 cells; and (3) somatic hybrid cells between A375-6 and A375-R8 cells are resistant to TNF-induced apoptosis. Since TNF-induced NF-kappa B activation, cell cycle arrest, RB dephosphorylation, and E2F downregulation are indistinguishable in both cell lines, none of these factors is likely to be involved in the TNF-induced anti-apoptotic mechanism in A375-6 cells. Our results indicate that TNF activates two distinct anti-proliferative pathways including p38 MAPK-dependent cell cycle arrest and caspase-mediated apoptosis, as well as an anti-apoptotic mechanism in melanoma cells.  相似文献

CD10 has been widely used in cancer diagnosis. We previously demonstrated that its expression in melanoma increased with tumor progression and predicted poor patient survival. However, the mechanism by which CD10 promotes melanoma progression remains unclear. In order to elucidate the role of CD10 in melanoma, we established CD10-overexpressing A375 melanoma cells and performed DNA microarray and qRT–PCR analyses to identify changes in the gene expression profile. The microarray analysis revealed that up-regulated genes in CD10-A375 were mostly involved in cell proliferation, angiogenesis, and resistance to apoptosis; down-regulated genes mostly belonged to the categories associated with cell adhesion and migration. Accordingly, in functional experiments, CD10-A375 showed significantly greater cell proliferation in vitro and higher tumorigenicity in vivo; CD10 enzymatic inhibitors, thiorphan and phosphoramidon, significantly blocked the tumor growth of CD10-A375 in mice. In migration and invasion assays, CD10-A375 displayed lower migratory and invasive capacity than mock-A375. CD10 augmented melanoma cell resistance to apoptosis mediated by etoposide and gemcitabine. These findings indicate that CD10 may promote tumor progression by regulating the expression profiles of genes related to cell proliferation, angiogenesis, and resistance to apoptosis.  相似文献

Background

Wnt signaling is important in development and can also contribute to the initiation and progression of cancer. The Secreted Frizzled Related Proteins (SFRPs) constitute a family of Wnt modulators, crucial for controlling Wnt signaling. Here we investigate the expression and role of SFRP3 in melanoma.

Methodology/Principal Findings

We show that SFRP3 mRNA is down-regulated in malignant melanoma tumors as compared to normal/benign tissue. Furthermore, we found that SFRP3 expression was lost in the malignant melanoma cell lines, A2058, HTB63 and A375, but not in the non-transformed melanocyte cell line, Hermes 3A. Methylated CpG rich areas were detected in the SFRP3 gene in melanoma cell lines and their SFRP3 expression could be restored using the demethylating agent, 5′aza-deoxycytidine. Addition of recombinant SFRP3 to melanoma cells had no effect on viable cell numbers, but decreased cell migration and invasion. Wnt5a signaling has been shown to increase the migration and invasion of malignant melanoma cells, and high expression of Wnt5a in melanoma tumors has been connected to a poor prognosis. We found that recombinant SFRP3 could inhibit Wnt5a signaling, and that it inhibited melanoma cell migration and invasion in a Wnt5a-dependent manner.

Conclusion/Significance

We conclude that SFRP3 functions as a melanoma migration and invasion suppressor by interfering with Wnt5a signaling.  相似文献

S100A4, a member of the S100 protein family of EF‐hand calcium‐binding proteins, is overexpressed in various tumour entities, including melanoma, and plays an important role in tumour progression. Several studies in epithelial and mesenchymal tumours revealed a correlation between extracellular S100A4 and metastasis. However, exact mechanisms how S100A4 stimulates metastasis in melanoma are still unknown. From a pilot experiment on baseline synthesis and secretion of S100A4 in human melanoma cell lines, which are in broad laboratory use, A375 wild‐type cells and, additionally, newly generated A375 cell lines stably transfected with human S100A4 (A375‐hS100A4) or human receptor for advanced glycation endproducts (A375‐hRAGE), were selected to investigate the influence of extracellular S100A4 on cell motility, adhesion, migration and invasion in more detail. We demonstrated that A375 cells actively secrete S100A4 in the extracellular space via an endoplasmic reticulum‐Golgi‐dependent pathway. S100A4 overexpression and secretion resulted in prometastatic activation of A375 cells. Moreover, we determined the influence of S100A4‐RAGE interaction and its blockade on A375, A375‐hS100A4, A375‐hRAGE cells, and showed that interaction of RAGE with extracellular S100A4 contributes to the observed activation of A375 cells. This investigation reveals additional molecular targets for therapeutic approaches aiming at blockade of ligand binding to RAGE or RAGE signalling to inhibit melanoma metastasis.  相似文献

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small, short noncoding RNAs that modulate the expression of numerous genes by targeting their mRNA. Numerous abnormal miRNA expression patterns are observed in various human malignancies, and certain miRNAs can act as oncogenes or tumor suppressors. Astrocytoma, the most common neuroepithelial cancer, represents the majority of malignant brain tumors in humans. In our previous studies, we found that the downregulation of miR-181b-5p in astrocytomas is associated with a poor prognosis. The aim of the present study was to investigate the functional role of miR-181b-5p and its possible target genes. miR-181b-5p was significantly downregulated in astrocytoma specimens, and the reduced expression of miR-181b-5p was inversely correlated with the clinical stage. The ectopic expression of miR-181b-5p inhibited proliferation, migration and invasion and induced apoptosis in astrocytoma cancer cells in vitro. The NOVA1 (neuro-oncological ventral antigen 1) gene was further identified as a novel direct target of miR-181b-5p. Specifically, miR-181b-5p bound directly to the 3''-untranslated region (UTR) of NOVA1 and suppressed its expression. In clinical specimens, NOVA1 was overexpressed, and its protein levels were inversely correlated with miR-181b-5p expression. Furthermore, the changing level of NOVA1 was significantly associated with a poor survival outcome. Similar to restoring miR-181b-5p expression, downregulating NOVA1 inhibited cell growth, migration and invasion. Overexpression of NOVA1 reversed the inhibitory effects of miR-181b-5p. Our results indicate that miR-181b-5p is a tumor suppressor in astrocytoma that inhibits tumor progression by targeting NOVA1. These findings suggest that miR-181b-5p may serve as a novel therapeutic target for astrocytoma.  相似文献

Vasculogenic mimicry (VM) constitutes a novel approach for tumour blood supply and contributes to tumour metastasis and poor prognosis in patients with melanoma. Myoferlin (MYOF), a type II membrane protein involved in membrane regeneration and repair, is elevated in several malignant tumours, especially in advanced melanomas. This study aims to investigate the role and mechanism of MYOF in the regulation of VM. VM structures were found in 14 of 52 tested melanoma samples, and high MYOF expression correlated with VM structures. According to Kaplan–Meier survival curves, VM channels and elevated MYOF expression both correlated with poor prognosis in melanoma patients. Down‐regulation of MYOF by siRNA severely impaired the capability of A375 cells to form VM structures in vitro. Further studies demonstrated MYOF knockdown inhibited cell migration and invasion, which is required for VM formation, via decreasing MMP‐2 expression as evidenced by Western blotting, RT‐RCP and ELISA results. SB‐3CT, a specific inhibitor of MMP‐2, showed similar inhibiting effects with siMYOF, further supporting that MYOF down‐regulation inhibits MMP‐2 expression to affect VM formation. Moreover, MYOF knockdown suppress VM formation by A375 cells by inducing mesenchymal‐to‐epithelial transition (MET). After down‐regulating MYOF, focal adhesions were enlarged and A375 cells developed into a clear epithelial morphology. Such cells acquired the expression of E‐cadherin at adherens junctions along with a loss of mesenchymal markers, such as Vimentin and Twist1. In conclusion, MYOF plays an important role in VM and knockdown of MYOF suppresses VM formation via decreasing MMP‐2 and inducing MET in A375 melanoma cells.  相似文献

Cell surface integrins, especially those binding to fibronectin (FN), participate in processes of tumor cell invasion and metastasis. Changes in glycosylation of cell surface adhesion proteins are often associated with malignant transformation of cells. In this study we examined the influence of swainsonine (SW) on adhesion, wound healing and haptotactic migration on FN, comparing the responses of different human melanoma cell lines: primary WM35 and metastatic WM9, WM239 and A375. We also examined the role of alpha subunits in adhesion to FN. All of the antibodies inhibited adhesion to FN but with different efficiencies depending on the cell line. Adhesion was mediated mainly by integrin alpha(5)beta(1) (WM9, A375), alpha(3)beta(1) (WM35, A375, WM239). Scratch wound repair was significantly faster on FN-coated wells than on plastic for all cells except for WM9. A375 and WM9 had the greatest migration ability, both expressing the highest level of alpha(5)beta(1) integrin. It seems very likely that adhesion to FN can be accomplished by many different integrins, but for effective migration alpha(5)beta(1) integrin is responsible. Only A375 and WM239 cell lines reacted to SW treatment. In the presence of SW WM239 and A375 cells had 70% and 40% increased adhesion to FN, and their migration was decreased 40% and 50%, respectively. Interestingly, although most of the cell lines share a common profile of integrins, each line interacted with FN differently. They differed mainly in the repertoire of integrins used for adhesion, and in the manner in which glycosylation affected these processes. The influence of SW was observed in two metastatic cell lines indicating the contribution of glycosylation status to the progression of melanoma. The lack of reaction to SW in WM9 cells may suggest that there is a threshold in the expression level of the highly branched N-glycans that may influence the adhesion and migration properties of the cell.  相似文献

Metastatic melanoma is the most aggressive form of this cancer. It is important to understand factors that increase or decrease metastatic activity in order to more effectively research and implement treatments for melanoma. Increased cell invasion through the extracellular matrix is required for metastasis and is enhanced by matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs). Tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases 3 (TIMP3) inhibits MMP activity. It was previously shown by our group that miR-21, a potential regulator of TIMP3, is over-expressed in cutaneous melanoma. It was therefore hypothesized that increased levels of miR-21 expression would lead to decreased expression of TIMP3 and thereby enhance the invasiveness of melanoma cells. miR-21 over-expression in the melanoma cell lines WM1552c, WM793b, A375 and MEL 39 was accomplished via transfection with pre-miR-21. Immunoblot analysis of miR-21-overexpressing cell lines revealed reduced expression of TIMP3 as compared to controls. This in turn led to a significant increase in the invasiveness of the radial growth phase cell line WM1552c and the vertical growth phase cell line WM793b (p < 0.05), but not in the metastatic cell lines A375 or MEL 39. The proliferation and migration of miR-21 over-expressing cell lines was not affected. Reduced expression of TIMP3 was achieved by siRNA knockdown and significantly enhanced invasion of melanoma cell lines, mimicking the effects of miR-21 over-expression. Treatment of tumor cells with a linked nucleic acid antagomir to miR-21 inhibited tumor growth and increased tumor expression of TIMP3 in vivo in 01B74 Athymic NCr-nu/nu mice. Intra-tumoral injections of anti-miR-21 produced similar effects. This data shows that increased expression of miR-21 enhanced the invasive potential of melanoma cell lines through TIMP3 inhibition. Therefore, inhibition of miR-21 in melanoma may reduce melanoma invasiveness.  相似文献

LncRNAs has been demonstrated to modulate neoplastic development by modulating downstream miRNAs and functional genes. In this study, we aimed to detect the interaction among lncRNA ZFAS1 miR‐296‐5p and USF1. We explored the proliferation, migration and invasion of cholangiocarcinoma. The differentially expressed ZFAS1 was discovered in both tissues and cell lines by qRT‐PCR. The targeting relationship between miR‐296‐5p and ZFAS1 or USF1 was validated by dual‐luciferase assay. The impact of ZFAS1 on CCA cell proliferation was observed by CCK‐8 assay. The protein expression of USF1 was determined by Western blot. The effects of ZFAS1, miR‐296‐5p and USF1 on tumour growth were further confirmed using xenograft model. LncRNA ZFAS1 expression was relatively up‐regulated in tumour tissues and cells while miR‐296‐5p was significantly down‐regulated. Knockdown of ZFAS1 significantly suppressed tumour proliferation, migration, invasion and USF1 expression. Overexpressed miR‐296‐5p suppressed cell proliferation and metastasis. Knockdown of USF1 inhibited cell proliferation and metastasis and xenograft tumour growth. In conclusion, ZFAS1 might promote cholangiocarcinoma proliferation and metastasis by modulating USF1 via miR‐296‐5p.  相似文献

Fibroblast growth factor (FGF2) regulates endothelial and melanoma cell migration. The binding of FGF2 to its receptor requires N‐sulfated heparan sulfate (HS) glycosamine. We have previously reported that Epac1, an exchange protein activated by cAMP, increases N‐sulfation of HS in melanoma. Therefore, we examined whether Epac1 regulates FGF2‐mediated cell–cell communication. Conditioned medium (CM) of melanoma cells with abundant expression of Epac1 increased migration of human umbilical endothelial cells (HUVEC) and melanoma cells with poor expression of Epac1. CM‐induced increase in migration was inhibited by antagonizing FGF2, by the removal of HS and by the knockdown of Epac1. In addition, knockdown of Epac1 suppressed the binding of FGF2 to FGF receptor in HUVEC, and in vivo angiogenesis in melanoma. Furthermore, knockdown of Epac1 reduced N‐sulfation of HS chains attached to perlecan, a major secreted type of HS proteoglycan that mediates the binding of FGF2 to FGF receptor. These data suggested that Epac1 in melanoma cells regulates melanoma progression via the HS–FGF2‐mediated cell–cell communication.  相似文献

Melanoma is the leading cause of death from skin disease due, in large part, to its propensity to metastasize. We have examined the effect of grape seed proanthocyanidins (GSPs) on melanoma cancer cell migration and the molecular mechanisms underlying these effects using highly metastasis-specific human melanoma cell lines, A375 and Hs294t. Using in vitro cell invasion assays, we observed that treatment of A375 and Hs294t cells with GSPs resulted in a concentration-dependent inhibition of invasion or cell migration of these cells, which was associated with a reduction in the levels of cyclooxygenase (COX)-2 expression and prostaglandin (PG) E(2) production. Treatment of cells with celecoxib, a COX-2 inhibitor, or transient transfection of melanoma cells with COX-2 small interfering RNA, also inhibited melanoma cell migration. Treatment of cells with 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate, an inducer of COX-2, enhanced the phosphorylation of ERK1/2, a protein of mitogen-activated protein kinase family, and subsequently cell migration whereas both GSPs and celecoxib significantly inhibited 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate-promoted cell migration as well as phosphorylation of ERK1/2. Treatment of cells with UO126, an inhibitor of MEK, also inhibited the migration of melanoma cells. Further, GSPs inhibited the activation of NF-κB/p65, an upstream regulator of COX-2, in melanoma cells, and treatment of cells with caffeic acid phenethyl ester, an inhibitor of NF-κB, also inhibited cell migration. Additionally, inhibition of melanoma cell migration by GSPs was associated with reversal of epithelial-mesenchymal transition process, which resulted in an increase in the levels of epithelial biomarkers (E-cadherin and cytokeratins) while loss of mesenchymal biomarkers (vimentin, fibronectin and N-cadherin) in melanoma cells. Together, these results indicate that GSPs have the ability to inhibit melanoma cell invasion/migration by targeting the endogenous expression of COX-2 and reversing the process of epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition.  相似文献
