为了阐明金钱豹(Panthera pardus)和猪獾(Arctonyx collaris)心冠状动脉的分支分布特征及血供情况,为心脏生物学及动物学研究提供结构基础资料,利用血管铸型和组织透明方法观察研究了金钱豹与猪獾心左、右冠状动脉的分支分布.结果表明,金钱豹和猪獾的心均由左右冠状动脉营养.金钱豹左冠状动脉分为室间隔支、前降支和旋支.前降支又分出左室上支、左室中支和左室下支.右冠状动脉沿途分出右室前支、右室后下支和右室后上支.猪獾左冠状动脉分为前降支和旋支.前降支又分出室间隔支和左室前支,旋支又分出左缘支和左室后支.其右冠状动脉沿途分出右室前支、右缘支和右室后支.金钱豹和猪獾心的室间隔均由发自左冠状动脉的独立的室间隔支营养,二者左右冠状动脉在膈壁的分布属于均衡型.  相似文献

为了阐明金丝猴心脏冠状动脉的分支分布特征与血供情况,用血管铸型和组织透明方法观察了川金丝猴心脏左、右冠状动脉的分支分布情况。结果表明:川金丝猴心脏左冠状动脉分为前隆支和旋支。左缘支较粗,是前降支的主要分支,分支分布于左室侧壁和后壁的大部分。川金丝猴有单独的室间隔支,起于左冠状动脉前降支,供应室间隔的大部分。右冠状动脉分为动脉圆锥支、右室前支、右缘支及右室后支,其主干延续为后室间支。川金丝猴的前室间支由动脉圆锥支延续而来。冠状动脉在隔面的分布类型属均衡型。川金丝猴左心由左冠状动脉及其分支前降支和旋支提供营养,右心由右冠状动脉及其分支提供营养。  相似文献

目的:探讨心脏血管三角的形态学特点,为心脏手术提供形态学资料。方法:取正常成人心脏60例,10%甲醛溶液固定;取新鲜成人心脏10例,制作出心脏的血管铸型标本。定点解剖显示左冠状动脉及其分支的形态、位置、数目、直径及角度,心大静脉的形态、位置,进行观测。比较前室间支、左旋支与心大静脉围成的三角的特点。结果:左冠状动脉起始处与终末处的外径分别为4.18±1.36mm、4.79±1.53mm,主干长度8.99±1.26mm;左旋支、前室间支起始处的外径分别为3.30±1.02mm、3.31±1.03mm;左冠状动脉分别与前室间支、左旋支形成的夹角为173°±5.3°,117°±4.6°。对角支起于心血管三角的上角,有1-3支不等,其起始处的外径为1.78±0.32mm,长度为20.12±0.42mm。心大静脉与前室间动脉、左旋支呈深、浅相交,静脉行于动脉表面占56%、静脉行于动脉深面占44%。心大静脉、前室间支、左旋支两两相交形成心血管三角的三角与三边,其夹角分别为41.97°±11.9°, 65.05°±14.5°,70.17°±16.5°,前室间支的起始处与心大静脉相交处的距离23.04±5.36mm,旋支的起始处与心大静脉相交处的距离15.24±4.23mm,心大静脉横跨前室间支与左旋支的距离为26.28±6.31mm。结论:前室间支、左旋支与心大静脉在左心室前上部围成一闭合、开放、半闭合半开放、山峰四型血管三角。三血管以不同的角度两两相交,三角形的形状可分为A、B、C类。三角形内有数目不等的对角支及左心室前支,对角支分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型。左冠状动脉介入治疗,心二尖瓣,主动脉瓣置换应充分考虑心血管三角的形态特点,尽可能避免血管的损伤。  相似文献

目的:探讨平板运动试验(TET)假阴性而冠状动脉造影(CAG)阳性冠心病病例的特点.方法:对同期内(相距时间1周)TET阴性而有心前区不适者进行CAG的冠心病患者60例(男性42例,女性18例,平均年龄66±10.岁)进行回顾性分析.TET以运动中及恢复期R波为主的导联出现ST段水平型下移0.05mV为阴性标准.CAG以冠状动脉狭窄直径≥50%为阳性标准.结果:60例患者CAG共累计病变106处,其中左主干2例2处、左前降支21例30处、左回旋支7例13处、右冠状动脉27例36处、对角支7例10处、间隔支3例3处、钝缘支3例3处、后降支6例6处、中间支2例3处.病变范围在在50%~74%占65处、病变范围在75%~89%占30处、病变范围在90%~95%占11处.冠状动脉单支病变40例(占66.7%),以右冠状动脉及左前降支为多,占70.0%(28/40),双支病变14例(占23.3%),左前降支+右冠状动脉较多,占57.1%(8/14),三支病变6例(占10.0%).60例患者中有侧支循环者31例(51.7%).有16 例(26.7%)试验运动量不足,男性明显多于女性(P<0.05).结论:冠心痛患者TET假阴性的因为可能为冠脉病变小、狭窄程度轻、狭窄病变供血心肌建立了良好的侧支循环以及试验运动量不够.对于有临床症状而TET阴性的患者应行CAG检查,以明确诊断.  相似文献

本文用5种动物的370例心脏,对右心室条束作了比较解剖学观察。狗右心室条束的出现率为97%,兔64%,牛52%,猪38%,羊25%。牛、猪、羊和兔的右心室条事多附着室间隔和室前壁之间,狗的条束多附着前乳头肌或室间隔和前壁之间。动物的右心室要束可分暗红色条束和乳白色条束,暗红色条束主要由心肌纤维构成,条不周边的结缔组织中含有不细胞;乳白色条束主要由结缔组织和位于中央的呸细胞构成,心肌纤维少或缺如。心  相似文献

目的:分析冠状动脉解剖变异的CT血管造影(computed tomography angiography,CTA)影像特征。方法:回顾分析2010年6月到2014年4月间PACS存储的12326例心脏CTA图像资料,记录解剖变异冠状动脉的名称、开口起源位置、数目、行程状态及终止部位表现及其与毗邻结构的关系。结果:共有700例心脏有冠状动脉解剖变异,以冠状动脉开口起源异常最多见,共622例(622/12326,5.05%),其中左和右冠状动脉开口高位350例(350/12326,2.84%),左和右冠状动脉开口于对侧窦166例(166/12326,1.35%),冠状动脉双开口70例(70/12326,0.57%),左和右冠状动脉开口于窦间36例(36/12326,0.29%);其次为数目异常29例(29/12326,0.24%),包括左、右单支冠状动脉19例(19/12326,0.15%)和冠状动脉分支(LCx)缺如10例(10/12326,0.08%);冠状动脉终止异常(冠脉动脉-动脉圆锥和/或肺动脉瘘)29例(29/12326,0.24%)。VR是显示冠状动脉解剖变异最重要的后处理方法。结论:冠状动脉解剖变异CTA表现复杂多样,心脏CTA能够准确显示冠状动脉解剖变异种类及其毗邻关系。  相似文献

棉铃虫[Heliothis armigera(Hubner)]蛾复眼的外形约为椭球体绕长轴等切的2/5。最前和最后小眼之间的夹角约为150°,而最上和最下小眼之间的夹角约为180°,一个复眼大约包括8,900个小眼。每个小眼有一套由角膜、晶锥细胞及晶锥所组成的屈光器和分布在不同水平面上的7-9个小网膜细胞。其周围被6个次虹膜细胞所包围。两个明显可见的区域性差异为:1)复眼不同区域内小眼长度不等,背部区域最短,侧、后、腹和前各区域相继增加。2)背部区域视杆中段的横切面为矩形,其它区域的视杆为放射形。本文将小眼及其周围,从远端到基部分13个层次进行了结构上的描述。  相似文献

对湖南苗族、侗族共648例的5项人类群体遗传学特征(利眼、足趾长、起步类型、耳耵聍、指甲型)进行了调查。结果显示:1)两个民族的多数人属于右利眼、拇趾长于二趾、左起步、干型耵聍和长形指甲;2)两个民族的左利眼出现率和拇趾长于二趾的出现率高于国内多数人群;3)足趾长出现率存在明显的民族间差异;苗族利眼和方形指甲出现率均表现出明显的民族内性别差异;4)5项特征间的相关关系不明显。  相似文献

对南阳市祖籍河南汉族400例正常人7项不对称行为进行调查.结果:1)河南汉族扣手、利手、叠臂、叠腿、利足、起步类型和优势眼的右型率分别为:71.25%、93.00%、43.50%、82.00%、91.25%、62.25%、63.25%.除叠腿外其他6种不对称行为的出现率男女性别间均无统计学差异;2)与国内其他族群比较,河南汉族扣手、叠腿、起步类型右型率处于较高水平,利手、利足、优势眼右型率处于中等水平,叠臂右型率处于中等偏下水平;3)利手、利足、扣手两两性状间,利手与叠腿、利足与优势眼性状间具有相关性,右型-右型率显著高于左型-左型率.  相似文献

目的了解湖州市中心医院嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌临床分布特征与耐药性。方法采用常规方法分离,用VITE-COMPACT2全自动微生物分析仪进行菌种鉴定,用K—B法进行药敏试验。结果分离到嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌810株,复方新诺明耐药菌株48株(分离率5.9%)。标本来源主要来自ICU室,其次呼吸科,大部分来自痰液标本(约占89.2%),年龄段以中老年人比率最高。嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌对亚胺培南、美罗培南、头孢吡肟、哌拉西彬他坐巴坦、庆大霉素、妥布霉素、阿米卡星高度耐药;头孢他啶、替卡西林/克拉维酸、环丙沙星耐药率为33.7%~58.2%;头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、左氧氟沙星、米诺环素、复方新诺明耐药率低于30.0%。复方新诺明耐药菌株对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、左氧氟沙星和米诺环素耐药率分别为60.4%、91.7%和2.0%,对其余抗菌药物耐药率达100.0%。复方新诺明耐药菌株与复方新诺明敏感菌株相比,耐药情况更严重,其中对三、四代头孢菌素、喹诺酮类耐药率显著高于复方新诺明敏感菌株(P〈0.01);对碳青霉烯类、青霉素类、氨基糖苷类抗菌药物耐药率与复方新诺明敏感菌株相比,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌呈高度耐药,对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、左氧氟沙星、米诺环素、复方新诺明尚敏感,但对复方新诺明耐药的嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌耐药现象更严重。应重视嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌引起的院内感染,尽量减少不必要的侵人性操作,加强抗菌药物的合理规范使用。  相似文献

The blood supply to the interventricular septum of the heart was studied in a sample of 1634 specimens belonging to four rodent families, Cricetidae, Arvicolidae, Gliridae, and Muridae. Most specimens (n = 1604) were examined using a corrosion-cast technique, while the remaining 30 were studied by histological techniques. In 1417 cases the coronary artery pattern was normal, and the interventricular septum was fundamentally supplied by one or rarely two septal arteries arising from the right and/or left coronary arteries. In 72 specimens the right and left coronary arteries were normal, while the septal artery arose from a separate ostium in the aorta, behaving as a third coronary artery. The remaining 145 animals possessed anomalies in the origin of the coronary arteries, and the septum was also principally irrigated by a septal artery. In 5 of these 145 anomalous cases the septal artery originated from a separate ostium in the aorta. In all specimens examined a less important vascularization of the septum was established through thinner penetrating vessels originating from the right and/or left coronary arteries. Existence of one or rarely two septal arteries is the most constant feature of the coronary artery arrangement in rodents with intramyocardial coronary arteries.  相似文献

132 hearts obtained from cadavers were dissected in order to study anomalies in the course and branches of human coronary arteries. Only in 1 heart was a deviation of the circumflex branch of the left coronary artery taking a course inferior to the coronary sulcus observed. The right coronary artery travelled the entire length of the coronary sulcus on the back of the heart and gave both a posterior ventricular and a collateral branch. We offer a comprehensive classification of coronary artery anomalies, together with angiographic examples of each entity. Minimal requirements for normality include the following criteria: (1) the dual aortic origin is from right and left coronary ostia; (2) the course of the right coronary artery follows the right atrioventricular groove; (3) the course of the left coronary artery follows the left atrioventricular groove and anterior interventricular groove; (4) the posterior descending branch originates from either the right or left coronary artery; (5) the major coronary branches flow epicardially; and (6) the coronary arteries terminate at the myocardial capillary level. This conception of "normal" coronary arteries has determined the classification of abnormalities presented here. Early and correct diagnosis of anomalies that may compromise the myocardial blood supply is stressed, and possible surgical solutions are offered. Selective coronary angiography is the technique of choice for precise visualization of the coronary artery system.  相似文献

The arterial blood supply to the sino-atrial (S-A) and atrio-ventricular (A-V) nodes was studied in 63 baboon hearts (Papio cynocephalus and Papio hamadryas). The arterial coronary injection was made with latex neoprene (23 hearts), a latex and lead oxide mixture (30 hearts) and polyester resin (10 hearts) for dissection, radiographic and corrosion cast studies, respectively. The S-A artery is a long recurrent left coronary branch (92.1%) or an ascendant less long right coronary branch (7.9%). The A-V arteries were 2 or 3 small branches of the interventricular posterior artery originating from the right or the left with the same frequency as in man. The percent distribution of the other coronary branches was similar to that observed in man.  相似文献

The anatomical distribution of intramyocardial collateral arteries that develop from the septal to the other major coronary arteries was studied in dogs following gradual Ameroid occlusion of the circumflex artery. The septal artery was cannulated and injected with Batson's plastic compound resulting in a cast of the coronary circulation. Collateral vessels radiated from the septal vascular bed to both the circumflex and anterior descending arteries. The collaterals developed from the entire base-to-apex extent of the septal artery and were found on both the right and left sides of the septum. Collateral growth appeared to be more concentrated at the apex of the heart. The anatomical details of septal collateral circulation illustrate the importance of intramyocardial collateralization in the dog, which was thought to exhibit primarily epicardial collaterals.  相似文献

A 39.2-kg, castrated male Yucatan minipig (Sus scrofa domestica) was presented for enrollment in a coronary artery study. Angiography revealed an anomalous right coronary artery originating from the left sinus of Valsalva. The left anterior descending, left circumflex, and anomalous right coronary arteries were implanted with metallic stents without complications. The minipig remained on the study for 3 mo until it reached its predetermined study endpoint, during which time it showed no clinical signs of disease. Histologic examination of the implanted coronary arteries revealed no differences between the normal (left anterior descending and left circumflex arteries) and the anomalous right coronary artery. Swine are important models for coronary research. Although several cases of anomalous human coronary arteries have been documented, the current case is the first report of a coronary artery anomaly in a minipig.  相似文献

To elucidate compositional changes of the coronary artery with aging, the authors investigated age-related changes of elements in the coronary arteries of rhesus and Japanese monkeys by direct chemical analysis in comparison with the coronary arteries of Japanese and Thai. Used monkeys consisted of 38 rhesus monkeys and 23 Japanese monkeys, ranging in age from newborn to 33 years. After perfusion with a fixative, the hearts were resected from the monkeys, and the anterior interventricular branches of the left coronary artery and the right coronary arteries were resected from the hearts. After ashing of the arteries, element contents were determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry. It was found that the Ca and P contents did not increase in both the left and right coronary arteries of rhesus and Japanese monkeys at old age. The average contents of Ca and P decreased by 13% and 25% in the left coronary arteries more than 20 years of age in comparison with those below 20 years of age, whereas they decreased by 4% and 15% in the right coronary arteries more than 20 years of age in comparison with those below 20 years of age. This finding indicated that atherosclerosis scarcely occurred in both the left and right coronary arteries of rhesus and Japanese monkeys at old age. In contrast with monkeys, atherosclerosis occurred frequently in the coronary arteries of Japanese and Thai at old age.  相似文献

Dynamic capacitance of epicardial coronary arteries in vivo   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The dynamic capacitance of epicardial coronary arteries (i.d. greater than or equal to 0.4 mm) in vivo was assessed from the volume stiffness and volume of these arteries. The volume stiffness was derived from the pressure wave front velocity as determined in dogs by measuring the delay time between the pressure pulses recorded proximal and distal to a segment of the anterior descending branch of the left coronary artery. The pressure pulse was generated elsewhere in the arterial system during diastole. The volume of the epicardial coronary arteries was calculated from the lengths and diameters as measured in araldite casts, making corrections for in-vitro/in-vivo differences in dimensions. The dynamic capacitance of the right coronary artery, and the anterior descending and circumflex branches of the left coronary artery at an arterial pressure of 13.3 kPa and a frequency between 7 and 30 Hz was found to be 0.0024 +/- 0.0013, 0.0062 +/- 0.0028 and 0.0079 +/- 0.0035 mL/kPa (mean +/- SD), respectively. The total capacitance of the epicardial coronary arteries was calculated to be (0.007 mL/kPa)/100 g, which is small as compared to the total capacitance of the coronary vasculature, including the intramyocardial compartment, which is in the order of (0.5 mL/kPa)/100 g [1].  相似文献

The biomechanical model of human coronary arteries was modified for improving the quality of diagnosis and surgical treatment for coronary heart disease. The problem of hemodynamics in the left coronary artery with multivessel bed disease – 45% stenosis of the anterior descending branch and 75% stenosis of the circumflex branch – was particularly considered. Numerical simulation of the coronary arterial bypass of the main trunk was carried out to estimate the functional condition of the coronary arteries after restoring myocardial blood supply by surgery.  相似文献
