Demonstration of a high affinity Ca2+ ATPase in rat liver plasma membranes   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
Rat liver plasma membranes contained a high affinity Ca2+-ATPase which had an apparent half saturation constant of 0.2 μM for calcium. The Ca2+-ATPase was not stimulated by adding magnesium and/or calmodulin. Conversely, the addition of these substances diminished the calcium-stimulation of the ATPase. Orthovanadate (7 nM-2 mM), mitochondrial ATPase blockers (NaN3, KCN, dicyclohexylcarbodiimide), Na+, K+ and ouabain had no effect on the ATPase activity. The ATPase was separated from nonspecific divalent cation stimulatable ATPase (Mg2+-ATPase) by solubilization with Triton X-100 followed by a Sephadex G-200 column chromatography and showed an apparent molecular weight of 200,000.  相似文献

NaCl Effects on Root Plasma Membrane ATPase of Salt Tolerant Wheat   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Wheat seedlings of a salt tolerant cultivar were grown hydroponically in presence and absence of 100 mM NaCl. Roots were harvested, and the plasma membrane (PM) fraction was purified. PM ATPase required a divalent cations for activity (Mg > Mn > Ca > Co > Zn > Ni > Cu), and it was further stimulated by monovalent cations (K > Rb > NH4 > Li > choline > Cs). The pH optima were 6.0 and 5.6 in absence and presence of 25 mM KCl, respectively. The enzyme was sensitive to vanadate and DCCD but insensitive to azide, oligomycine and nitrate. The enzyme displayed a high preference for ATP but was also able to hydrolyze other nucleotide tri- and diphosphates. The enzyme activity showed a simple Michaelis-Menten kinetics for the substrate Mg2+-ATP in both control and salt exposed roots. The polypeptide patterns of control and salt stressed PM fractions, detected by SDS-PAGE, were very similar. NaCl substantially reduced the PM ATPase specific activity, whereas it had little effect on the apparent Km for Mg2+-ATP. Since the root PM ATPase of salt sensitive and resistant genotypes responded similarly to salinity stress, it seems unlikely that the mechanism of salt tolerance in wheat is primarily based on differences in PM ATPase characteristics.  相似文献

The presence of an energy-dependent calcium uptake system in adipocyte endoplasmic reticulum (D. E. Bruns, J. M. McDonald, and L. Jarett, 1976, J. Biol. Chem.251, 7191–7197) suggested that this organelle might possess a calcium-stimulated transport ATPase. This report describes two types of ATPase activity in isolated microsomal vesicles: a nonspecific, divalent cation-stimulated ATPase (Mg2+-ATPase) of high specific activity, and a specific, calcium-dependent ATPase (Ca2+ + Mg2+-ATPase) of relatively low activity. Mg2+-ATPase activity was present in preparations of mitochondria and plasma membranes as well as microsomes, whereas the (Ca2+ + Mg2+)-ATPase activity appeared to be localized in the endoplasmic reticulum component of the microsomal fraction. Characterization of microsomal Mg2+-ATPase activity revealed apparent Km values of 115 μm for ATP, 333 μm for magnesium, and 200 μm for calcium. Maximum Mg2+-ATPase activity was obtained with no added calcium and 1 mm magnesium. Potassium was found to inhibit Mg2+-ATPase activity at concentrations greater than 100 mm. The energy of activation was calculated from Arrhenius plots to be 8.6 kcal/mol. Maximum activity of microsomal (Ca2+ + Mg2+)-ATPase was 13.7 nmol 32P/mg/min, which represented only 7% of the total ATPase activity. The enzyme was partially purified by treatment of the microsomes with 0.09% deoxycholic acid in 0.15 m KCl which increased the specific activity to 37.7 nmol 32P/mg/min. Characterization of (Ca2+ + Mg2+)-ATPase activity in this preparation revealed a biphasic dependence on ATP with a Hill coefficient of 0.80. The apparent Kms for magnesium and calcium were 125 and 0.6–1.2 μm, respectively. (Ca2+ + Mg2+)-ATPase activity was stimulated by potassium with an apparent Km of 10 mm and maximum activity reached at 100 mm potassium. The energy of activation was 21.5 kcal/mol. The kinetics and ionic requirements of (Ca2+ + Mg2+)-ATPase are similar to those of the (Ca2+ + Mg2+)-ATPase in sarcoplasmic reticulum. These results suggest that the (Ca2+ + Mg2+)-ATPase of adipocyte endoplasmic reticulum functions as a calcium transport enzyme.  相似文献

The specific activity of (Na+ + Mg2+)-dependent ATPase is three times greater in the microsomes of sea-water eels than in freshwater eels; the specific activity is one quarter of that of (Na+ + K+ + Mg2+)-dependent ATPase in both cases.(Na+ + Mg2+)-dependent ATPase is optimally active in a medium containing 8 mM NaCl, 4 mM MgCI2, 4 mM ATP, pH 8.8 and at 30 °C; the enzyme is inhibited by ouabain, by NaCl concentrations > 100 mM and by treatment with urea.It is concluded that the (Na+ + Mg2+)-dependent ATPase activity of gills arises from the presence of a (Na+ + K+ + Mg2+)-dependent ATPase.  相似文献

Nucleotide-metabolizing enzymes play important roles in the regulation of intracellular and extracellular nucleotide levels. We studied ATPase activity in the nervous ganglia of Phyllocaulis soleiformis, a terrestrial slug. The ATPase was divalent cation-dependent, with a maximal rate for ATP hydrolysis at pH 6.0 and 7.2 in the presence of Ca2+ (5 mM). Mg2+-ATPase activity was only 26% of the activity observed in the presence of Ca2+ (5 mM). ZnCl2 (10 mM) produced a significant inhibition of 70%. Ca2+-ATPase activity was insensitive to the classical ATPase inhibitors ouabain, N-ethylmaleimide, orthovanadate and sodium azide. Levamisole, an inhibitor of alkaline phosphatase, was ineffective. Among nucleotides, ATP was the best substrate. The apparent Km (ATP) for Ca2+-ATPase was 348±84 μM ATP and the Vmax was 829±114 nmol Pi min−1 mg−1 protein. The P. soleiformis ganglial ATPase does not appear to fit clearly into any of the previously described types of Ca2+-ATPases.  相似文献

Magnesium-dependent adenosine triphosphatase has been purified from sheep kidney medulla plasma membranes. The purification, which is based on treatment of a kidney plasma membrane fraction with 0.5% digitonin in 3 mm MgCl2, effectively separates the Mg2+-ATPase from (Na+ + K+)-ATPase present in the same tissue and yields the Mg2+-ATPase in soluble form. The purified enzyme is activated by a variety of divalent cations and trivalent cations, including Mg2+, Mn2+, Ca2+, Co2+, Fe2+, Zn2+, Eu3+, Gd3+, and VO2+. Sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of the purified enzyme shows two bands with Rf values corresponding to molecular weights of 150,000 and 77,000. The larger peptide is phosphorylated by [γ-32P]ATP, suggesting that this peptide may contain the active site of the Mg2+-ATPase. The Mg2+-ATPase activity is unaffected by the specific (Na+ + K+)-ATPase inhibitor ouabain.  相似文献

The association of K+-stimulated, Mg2+-dependent ATPase activity with plasma membranes from higher plants has been used as a marker for the isolation and purification of a plasma membrane-enriched fraction from cauliflower (Brassica oleraceae L.) buds. Plasma membranes were isolated by differential centrifugation followed by density gradient centrifugation of the microsomal fraction. The degree of purity of plasma membranes was determined by increased sensitivity of Mg2+-ATPase activity to stimulation by K+ and by assay of approximate marker enzymes. In the purified plasma membrane fraction, Mg2+-ATPase activity was stimulated up to 700% by addition of K+. Other monovalent cations also markedly stimulated the enzyme, but only in the presence of the divalent cation Mg2+. Ca2+ was inhibitory to enzyme activity. ATPase was the preferred substrate for hydrolysis, there being little hydrolysis in the presence of ADP, GTP, or p-nitrophenylphosphate. Monovalent cation-stimulated activity was optimum at alkaline pH. Enzyme activity was inhibited nearly 100% by AgNO3 and about 40% by diethylstilbestrol.  相似文献

ATPases of cardiac cells are known to be among the most important enzymes to maintain the fluxes of vital cations by hydrolysis of the terminal high-energy phosphate of ATP. Biochemically the activities of Ca2+-pump ATPase, Ca2+/Mg2+-ecto ATPase, Na+,K+-ATPase and Mg2+-ATPase are determined in homogenates and isolated membranes as well as in myofibrillar and mitochondrial fractions of various purities. Such techniques permit estimation of enzyme activitiesin vitro under optimal conditions without precise enzyme topography. On the other hand, cytochemical methods demonstrate enzyme activityin situ, but not under optimal conditions. Until recently several cytochemical methods have been employed for each enzyme in order to protect its specific activity and precise localization but the results are difficult to interpret. To obtain more consistent data from biochemical and cytochemical point of view, we modified cytochemical methods in which unified conditions for each ATPase were used. The fixative solution (1% paraformaldehyde –0.2% glutaraldehyde in 0.1 M Tris Base buffer, pH 7.4), the same cationic concentrations of basic components in the incubation medium (0.1 M Tris Base, 2mM Pb(NO2)3, 5 mM MgSO4, 5 mM ATP) and selective stimulators or inhibitors were employed. The results reveal improved localization of Ca2+-pump ATPase, Na+–K+ ATPase and Ca2+/Mg2+-ecto ATPase in the cardiac membrane.  相似文献

In order to gain some information regarding Ca2+-dependent ATPase, the enzyme was purified from cardiac sarcolemma and its properties were compared with Ca2+-ATPase activity of myosin purified from rat heart. Both Ca2+-dependent ATPase and myosin ATPase were stimulated by Ca2+ but the maximal activation of Ca2+-dependent ATPase required 4 mM Ca2+ whereas that of myosin ATPase required 10 mM Ca2+. These ATPases were also activated by other divalent cations in the order of Ca2+ > Mn2+ > Sr2+ > Br2+ > Mg2+; however, there was a marked difference in the pattern of their activation by these cations. Unlike the myosin ATPase, the ATP hydrolysis by Ca2+-dependent ATPase was not activated by actin. The pH optima of Ca2+-dependent ATPase and myosin ATPase were 9.5 and 6.5 respectively. Na+ markedly inhibited Ca2+-dependent ATPase but had no effect on the myosin ATPase activity. N-ethylmaleimide inhibited Ca2+-dependent ATPase more than myosin ATPase whereas the inhibitory effect of vanadate was more on myosin ATPase than Ca2+-dependent ATPase. Both Ca2+-dependent ATPase and myosin ATPase were stimulated by K-EDTA and NH4-EDTA. When myofibrils were treated with trypsin and passed through columns similar to those used for purifying Ca2+-ATPase from sarcolemma, an enzyme with ATPase activity was obtained. This myofibrillar ATPase was maximally activated at 3–4 mM Ca2+ and 3 to 4 mM ATP like sarcolemmal Ca2+-dependent ATPase. K+ stimulated both ATPase activities in the absence of Ca2+ and inhibited in the presence of Ca2+. Both enzymes were inhibited by Na+, Mg2+, La3+, and azide similarly. However, Ca2+ ATPase from myofibrils showed three peptide bands in SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis whereas Ca2+ ATPase from sarcolemma contained only two bands. Sarcolemmal Ca2+-ATPase had two affinity sites for ATP (0.012 mM and 0.23 mM) while myofibrillar Ca2+-ATPase had only one affinity site (0.34 mM). Myofibrillar Ca2+-ATPase was more sensitive to maleic anhydride and iodoacetamide than sarcolemmal Ca2+-ATPase. These observations suggest that Ca2+-dependent ATPase may be a myosin like protein in the heart sarcolemma and is unlikely to be a tryptic fragment of myosin present in the myofibrils.  相似文献

Little knowledge is available about the influence of cation competition and metal speciation on trivalent chromium (Cr(III)) toxicity. In the present study, the effects of pH and selected cations on the toxicity of trivalent chromium (Cr(III)) to barley (Hordeum vulgare) root elongation were investigated to develop an appropriate biotic ligand model (BLM). Results showed that the toxicity of Cr(III) decreased with increasing activity of Ca2+ and Mg2+ but not with K+ and Na+. The effect of pH on Cr(III) toxicity to barley root elongation could be explained by H+ competition with Cr3+ bound to a biotic ligand (BL) as well as by the concomitant toxicity of CrOH2+ in solution culture. Stability constants were obtained for the binding of Cr3+, CrOH2+, Ca2+, Mg2+ and H+ with binding ligand: log KCrBL 7.34, log KCrOHBL 5.35, log KCaBL 2.64, log KMgBL 2.98, and log KHBL 4.74. On the basis of those estimated parameters, a BLM was successfully developed to predict Cr(III) toxicity to barley root elongation as a function of solution characteristics.  相似文献

The (K+,Mg2+)-ATPase was partially purified from a plasma membrane fraction from corn roots (WF9 × Mol7) and stored in liquid N2 without loss of activity. Specific activity was increased 4-fold over that of the plasma membrane fraction. ATPase activity resembled that of the plasma membrane fraction with certain alterations in cation sensitivity. The enzyme required a divalent cation for activity (Co2+ > Mg2+ > Mn2+ > Zn2+ > Ca2+) when assayed at 3 millimolar ATP and 3 millimolar divalent cation at pH 6.3. When assayed in the presence of 3 millimolar Mg2+, the enzyme was further activated by monovalent cations (K+, NH4+, Rb+ Na+, Cs+, Li+). The pH optima were 6.5 and 6.3 in the absence and presence of 50 millimolar KCl, respectively. The enzyme showed simple Michaelis-Menten kinetics for the substrate ATP-Mg, with a Km of 1.3 millimolar in the absence and 0.7 millimolar in the presence of 50 millimolar KCl. Stimulation by K+ approached simple Michaelis-Menten kinetics, with a Km of approximately 4 millimolar KCl. ATPase activity was inhibited by sodium orthovanadate. Half-maximal inhibition was at 150 and 35 micromolar in the absence and presence of 50 millimolar KCl. The enzyme required the substrate ATP. The rate of hydrolysis of other substrates, except UDP, IDP, and GDP, was less than 20% of ATP hydrolysis. Nucleoside diphosphatase activity was less than 30% of ATPase activity, was not inhibited by vanadate, was not stimulated by K+, and preferred Mn2+ to Mg2+. The results demonstrate that the (K+,Mg2+)-ATPase can be clearly distinguished from nonspecific phosphohydrolase and nucleoside diphosphatase activities of plasma membrane fractions prepared from corn roots.  相似文献

Abstract: With a partially purified, membrane-bound (Ca + Mg)-activated ATPase preparation from rat brain, the K0.5 for activation by Ca2+ was 0.8 p μm in the presence of 3 mm -ATP, 6 mm -MgCl2, 100 mM-KCI, and a calcium EGTA buffer system. Optimal ATPase activity under these circumstances was with 6-100 μm -Ca2+, but marked inhibition occurred at higher concentrations. Free Mg2+ increased ATPase activity, with an estimated K0.5, in the presence of 100 μm -CaCl2, of 2.5 mm ; raising the MgCl2 concentration diminished the inhibition due to millimolar concentrations of CaCl2, but antagonized activation by submicromolar concentrations of Ca2+. Dimethylsulfoxide (10%, v/v) had no effect on the K0.5 for activation by Ca2+, but decreased activation by free Mg2+ and increased the inhibition by millimolar CaCl2. The monovalent cations K+, Na+, and TI+ stimulated ATPase activity; for K+ the K0.5 was 8 mm , which was increased to 15 mm in the presence of dimethylsulfoxide. KCI did not affect the apparent affinity for Ca2+ as either activator or inhibitor. The preparation can be phosphorylated at 0°C by [γ-32P]-ATP; on subsequent addition of a large excess of unlabeled ATP the calcium dependent level of phosphorylation declined, with a first-order rate constant of 0.12 s?1. Adding 10 mm -KCI with the unlabeled ATP increased the rate constant to 0.20 s?1, whereas adding 10 mm -NaCl did not affect it measurably. On the other hand, adding dimethyl-sulfoxide slowed the rate of loss, the constant decreasing to 0.06 s?1. Orthovanadate was a potent inhibitor of this enzyme, and inhibition with 1 μm -vanadate was increased by both KCI and dimethylsulfoxide. Properties of the enzyme are thus reminiscent of the plasma membrane (Na + K)-ATPase and the sarcoplasmic reticulum (Ca + Mg)-ATPase, most notably in the K+ stimulation of both dephosphorylation and inhibition by vanadate.  相似文献

1. ATPase isolated from Rhodospirillum rubrum by chloroform extraction and purified by gel filtration or affinity chromatography shows three bands (α, β and γ) upon electrophoresis in sodium dodecyl sulphate.2. Ca2+-ATPase activity of the preparation is inhibited by aurovertin and efrapeptin but not by oligomycin. Activity may be inhibited by treatment with 4-chloro-7-nitrobenzofurazan and subsequently restored by dithiothreitol.3. The enzyme fails to reconstitute photophosphorylation in chromatophores depleted of ATPase by sonic irradiation.4. Most of the active protein from the crude chloroform extract binds to an affinity chromatography column bearing an immobilised ADP analogue but not to a column bearing immobilised pyrophosphate.5. In the absence of divalent cations, a component with a very high specific activity for Ca2+-ATPase is eluted from the column by 1.6 mM ATP. This protein migrates as a single band on 5% polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and only possesses three subunits. At 12 mM ATP an inactive protein is eluted which does not run on acid or alkali polyacrylamide gels and shows a complex subunit structure.6. ATPase preparations prepared by acetone extraction or by sonic irradiation of chromatophores may also be purified 10-fold by affinity chromatography.7. The inclusion of 5 mM MgCl2 or CaCl2 during affinity chromatography of chloroform ATPase increases the capacity of the column for the enzyme and demands a higher eluting concentration of ATP.8. When the enzyme is more than 90% inhibited by efrapeptin or 4-chloro-7-nitrobenzofurazan, the binding characteristics of the enzyme are not affected.9. 10 mM Na2SO3, which greatly stimulates the Ca2+- and Mg2+-dependent ATPase activity of the enzyme and increases Ki (ADP) for Ca2+-ATPase from 50 to 850 μM, prevents binding to the affinity column. Binding may be restored by the addition of divalent cations.10. Na2SO3 increases the rate of ATP hydrolysis, ATP-driven H+ translocation and ATP-driven transhydrogenase in chromatophores.11. It is proposed that anions such as sulphite convert the chromatophore ATPase into a form which is a more efficient energy transducer.  相似文献

A Mg2+-dependent, cation-stimulated ATPase was associated with plasma membranes isolated from corn leaf mesophyll protoplasts. Potassium was the preferred monovalent cation for stimulating the ATPase above the Mg2+-activated level. The enzyme was substrate-specific for ATP, was inhibited by N,N′-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, diethylstilbestrol, p-chloromercuribenzoate, and orthovanadate, but was insensitive to oligomycin or sodium azide. A Km of 0.28 millimolar Mg2+-ATP was determined for the K+-ATPase, and the principal effect of potassium was on the Vmax for ATP hydrolysis. Since potassium stimulation was not saturated at high concentrations, a nonspecific role was proposed for potassium stimulation. A nonspecific phosphatase was also found to be associated with corn leaf plasma membranes. However, it could not be determined positively whether this activity represented a separate enzyme.  相似文献

1. Cadmium (≤ 50 μM) decreases the heat resistance (39°C) of the activity of frontal cilia in the Anodonta cygnea gills incubated in dechlorinated tap water, while in the presence of added 2 mM Ca2+ the minimal acting concentration of cadmium rises up to 100 μM.2. The inhibitory effect of Cd2+ (1.5 mM) on the ATPase activity measured in the gill microsomal fraction is temperature dependent and increases as follows: ouabain insensitive Na2+- or K+-ATPase (no inhibition), Ca2+-ATPase (50% inhibition), Mg2+-ATPase (100% inhibition).3. Cadmium itself (≤ 50 μM) added to microsomal suspension stimulates the H+-sensitive ATP hydrolysis resembling on its pH-dependence the Mg2+- but not Ca2+-ATPase activity.4. Cd2+ can mimic the effect of Mg2+ as a cofactor required for activation of the ouabain-insensitive Na+- or K+-ATPase. Monovalent cations fail to activate the ATPase when Mg2+ is substituted by Ca2+.5. One of the mechanisms underlying the toxicity of Cd2+ to Anodonta gills could be based upon an interaction of Cd2+ with Mg2+-ATPase followed by suppression of the ciliary activity.  相似文献

1. The use of 1,N6-ethenoadenosine 5′-triphosphate (?-ATP), a synthetic, fluorescent analog of ATP, by whole rat liver mitochondria and by submitochondrial particles produced via sonication has been studied.2. Direct [3H]adenine nucleotide uptake studies with isolated mitochondria, indicate the ?-[3H]ATP is not transported through the inner membrane by the adenine nucleotide carrier and is therefore not utilized by the 2,4-dinitrophenol-sensitive F1-ATPase (EC 3.6.1.3) that functions in oxidative phosphorylation. However, ?-ATP is hydrolyzed by a Mg2+-dependent, 2,4-dinitrophenol-insensitive ATPase that is characteristic of damaged mitochondria.3. ?-ATP can be utilized quite well by the exposed F1-ATPase of sonic submitochondrial particles. This ?-ATP hydrolysis activity is inhibited by oligomycin and stimulated by 2,4-dinitrophenol. The particle F1-ATPase displays similar Km values for both ATP and ?-ATP; however, the V with ATP is approximately six times greater than with ?-ATP.4. Since ?-ATP is a capable substrate for the submitochondrial particle F1-ATPase, it is proposed that the fluorescent properties of this ATP analog might be employed to study the submitochondrial particle F1-ATPase complex, and its response to various modifiers of oxidative phosphorylation.  相似文献

1. The effect of gossypol in the presence of K+ or Mg2+, or both, was studied on ATPase activity and respiration of rat liver mitochondria.2. Respiration was uncoupled in the presence of gossypol, Mg2+, and K+, whereas in the presence of gossypol and Mg2+ a partial inhibition was observed.3. Gossypol stimulated ATPase activity in the presence of K+ or Mg2+, but maximal activity was observed when both cations were in the incubation medium.4. Stimulation of ATPase activity in the presence of Mg2+ was dose related.5. EDTA reverted the stimulation produced by gossypol on ATPase activity.6. Gossypol had no effect on the ATPase activity of submitochondrial particles, which suggests an indirect action of gossypol on the enzyme.7. Mitochondrial membrane potential showed a higher collapse in the presence of gossypol and 1mM MgCl2.8. The observed effects of gossypol could be explained by the collapse of the mitochondrial membrane potential.  相似文献

The (Ca2+ + Mg2+-ATPase of sarcoplasmic reticulum catalyzes the hydrolysis of acetyl phosphate in the presence of Mg2+ and EGTA and is stimulated by Ca2+. The Mg2+-dependent hydrolysis of acetyl phosphate measured in the presence of 6 mM acetyl phosphate, 5mM MgCl2, and 2 mM EGTA is increased 2-fold by 20% dimethyl sulfoxide. This activity is further stimulated 1.6-fold by the addition of 30 mM KCl. In this condition addition of Ca2+ causes no further increase in the rate of hydrolysis and Ca2+ uptake is reduced to a low level. In leaky vesicles, hydrolysis continues to be back-inhibited by Ca2+ in the millimolar range. Unlike ATP, acetyl phosphate does not inhibit phosphorylation by Pi unless dimethyl sulfoxide is present. The presence of dimethyl sulfoxide also makes it possible to detect Pi inhibition of the Mg2+-dependent acetyl phosphate hydrolysis. These results suggest that dimethyl sulfoxide stabilizes a Pi-reactive form of the enzyme in a conformation that exhibits comparable affinities for acetyl phosphate and Pi. In this conformation the enzyme is transformed from a Ca2+- and Mg2+-dependent ATPase into a (K+ + Mg2+)-ATPase.  相似文献

Ghosts derived from bovine chromaffin granules have a 32Pi-ATP exchange activity which is associated with the H+ pump of that membrane. This activity was low when compared to bacteria, chloroplasts or submitochondrial particles, but had similar properties (Km for ATP and Pi, ATP/Mg2+ ratio, pH profile, inhibition by dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and tributyltin) to the ATPase from above membranes. The 32Pi-ATP exchange activity was solubilized by cholate/octylglucoside mixtures. The soluble extract was lipid depleted by ammonium sulfate fractionation and partially purified by sucrose gradient centrifugation. The purified preparation was reconstituted with phospholipids by freeze-thawing. The reconstituted vesicles had a 32Pi-ATP exchange sensitive to dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and trybutyltin and an ATPase with a sensitivity to the inhibitors which varied with the reconstitution conditions. The α- and β-subunits of F1-ATPase were major components of the preparation.  相似文献
