小飞蓬提取物除草活性的生物测定   总被引:23,自引:3,他引:20  
以高粱(Sorghum vulgarePers.)、黄瓜(Cucum is sativusL.)、小麦(Triticum aestivumL.)和油菜(BrassicacampestrisL.)为供试对象,用种子萌发法测定了小飞蓬(Erigeron canadensisL.)全株的石油醚、乙酸乙酯和乙醇等3种溶剂提取物的除草活性。小飞蓬的乙酸乙酯与乙醇提取物对4种供试作物均显示出很强的抑制生长作用,浓度达100 mg.mL-1时对小麦和油菜幼苗生长的抑制率均为100%。小飞蓬乙酸乙酯提取物对高粱和油菜的幼根及黄瓜和油菜幼茎的生长有明显的抑制作用。低浓度乙醇提取物对小麦和高粱幼根及幼茎的生长有较强抑制作用,但高浓度时则对黄瓜和油菜的抑制作用较强;6.25 mg.mL-1乙醇提取物对黄瓜、油菜、小麦和高粱幼茎生长的抑制率分别为6.50%、8.58%、21.51%和26.98%;25 mg.mL-1乙醇提取物的抑制率则分别达到61.31%、77.45%、39.78%和46.34%。表明小飞蓬乙酸乙酯和乙醇提取物具有潜在的除草活性。  相似文献

采用人工气候箱培养试验,初步研究了入侵杂草加拿大一枝黄花对本地植物的化感作用.测定了根系和根状茎的不同浓度浸提液对白三叶发芽率和幼苗生长的影响;不同播种密度下根系1:60提取浓度对白三叶种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响;根状茎1:60提取浓度对白三叶、红三叶、天蓝苜蓿、黑麦草、北美车前、鸡眼草、苇状羊茅、胜红蓟、马齿苋、碱蓬和刺苋的种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明,加拿大一枝黄花根系和根状茎的化感抑制作用均随浓度的升高而增强,且根状茎提取物的抑制效应高于根系提取物的效应;在1:60低浓度根系浸提液作用下,不同密度的白三叶幼苗萌发率和幼根、幼芽长度差异不显著;1:60低浓度根状茎提取物对11个物种的种子萌发均有显著抑制作用,但对不同物种的抑制程度有差异,对禾本科植物的抑制作用大于非禾本科和豆科;1:60低浓度根状茎提取物对10个物种的幼根影响与对萌发率的影响相似,但在对幼芽的影响上,仅对鸡眼草、刺苋和苇状羊茅起抑制作用,而对其他植物无显著抑制(黑麦草、北美车前、胜红蓟、马齿苋和刺苋)或起促进作用(白三叶、红三叶、天蓝苜蓿).  相似文献

Mate guarding is the primary mating tactic used by dominantmales of many species of ungulates. Guarding males are thoughtto forage less during the rut than do nonguarding males, possiblyleading to greater fitness costs. I observed bighorn rams foragingduring the pre-rut and the rut. I compared how coursing (analternative mating tactic) and tending (a form of mate guarding)affected the foraging behavior of bighorn rams over the rut,to test whether foraging was more constrained by mate guardingthan by coursing. All adult males spent less time feeding duringthe rut compared with the pre-rut. The decrease in time spentfeeding, however, was independent of mating tactic. Contraryto expectation, individual rams observed both coursing and tendingspent less time foraging when coursing than when tending. Foryoung rams, the time spent in rutting activities was correlatedwith individual pre-rut mass, indicating that males either modifytheir behavior according to available metabolic reserves oradjust the energy devoted to rutting activities to the levelof expected benefits. Mate guarding does not appear to constrainforaging more than coursing. The costs of male reproductivebehavior may depend more upon individual effort than on theparticular tactic adopted.  相似文献

对小蓬草(Conyzacanadensis)大小孢子发生、雌雄配子体形成、受精、胚及胚乳发育过程进行了研究,主要结果如下:花药四室,药壁由表皮、药室内壁、中层和绒毡层组成。表皮退化;药室内壁宿存,细胞柱状伸长,纤维状加厚;中层细胞退化较早,在小孢子母细胞减数分裂开始时仅存残迹;绒毡层于小孢子母细胞减数第一次分裂前期开始原位变形退化,属于腺质型绒毡层;小孢子母细胞减数分裂为同时型,四分体的排列方式主要为四面体形和左右对称形;成熟花粉粒多为3-细胞花粉粒,偶见2-细胞花粉粒。子房下位,2心皮,1室,单胚珠,基生胎座;单珠被,薄珠心,倒生胚珠,具发达的珠被绒毡层。珠心表皮下分化出大孢子孢原细胞,孢原细胞直接发育为大孢子母细胞,大孢子母细胞减数分裂形成4个大孢子直线形排列,仅合点端的大孢子发育成功能大孢子母细胞,胚囊发育为蓼型。两个极核在受精前融合为次生核,珠孔受精。胚乳发育属于核型,胚胎发育为紫菀型;具胚乳吸器。  相似文献

对入侵植物加拿大一枝黄花(Solidago canadensis L.)和同属土著种一枝黄花(Solidago decurrens Lour.)的染色体计数,并对核型进行了分析.实验结果:加拿大一枝黄花染色体数目为2n=54,核型公式为k(2n)=6x=54=46m 8sm(0-6SAT),核型类型为2A型;一枝黄花染色体数目为2n=18,核型公式为k(2n)=2x=18=16m 2sm(0-2SAT),核型类型为1A型.通过对一枝黄花属(Solidago L.)植物染色体数目的统计分析,判断该属的染色体基数为9.通过对多倍体基因表达导致植物适应进化的讨论得出:多倍体是入侵植物特征,可能是植物入侵的内在机制.  相似文献

用GC—MS联用技术分析了加拿大一枝黄花(Solidago canadensis L.)精油的化学组成和含量,并测定了精油对6种农业病原真菌的抗菌活性。从加拿大一枝黄花的精油中鉴定出50种成分,占色谱峰总面积的91.08%,(+)一大拢牛儿烯D(28.64%)、α-蒎烯(15、08%)、柠檬烯(11.80%)为精油的主要成分。抗菌活性研究结果表明,加拿大一枝黄花精油对水稻纹枯病和黄瓜立枯病的抑制作用最强,对番茄灰霉病显示出中等抑制作用,但对番茄早疫病、菜豆炭疽病和葡萄炭疽病的抑制作用很弱。  相似文献

The iridoid glycosides scandoside, scandoside methyl ester, monotropein, and galioside were found in Cornus canadensis from several widely distributed collection sites. Cornin and hastatoside were isolated from C. nuttallii. No iridoids were found in C. stolonifera, that instead yielded cornoside and halleridone, also independent of collection location. The results were compared with previous studies and current phylogenetic work on the genus Cornus.  相似文献

Summary. The extent to which the actomyosin motor responsible for cytoplasmic streaming contributes to the translational diffusion of water in Elodea canadensis cells was studied by a nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spin-echo technique. The relative contribution of the actomyosin motor was determined from the corresponding apparent diffusion coefficient by the Einstein–Smolukhovsky relation. It is equal to the difference between the diffusional displacements of the cytoplasmic and the bulk water (X). The NMR data show that the temperature dependence of X is humpshaped, which is characteristic of enzyme reactions. At the same time, the apparent diffusion coefficient of cytoplasmic water increases with an increase in temperature. The most significant contribution of the actomyosin motor to X is observed at temperatures below 20°C. Within the temperature range of 20 to 33°C, X changes only slightly, and a further increase in temperature reduces X to zero.  相似文献

以加拿大披碱草(2n=4x=28)和圆柱披碱草(2n=6x=42)为材料,对其BC1植株染色体数目、配对构型以及花粉育性和结实性等进行了鉴定。结果显示:BC1代85%以上细胞染色体数目为28条(2n=4x=28);BC1植株的花粉母细胞减数分裂中期Ⅰ染色体配对行为较规则,其平均染色体构型分别为0.04Ⅰ 13.98Ⅱ,且环状二价体多于棒状二价体;BC1植株的花粉可育率和自然结实率分别为84.83%和70.98%,说明BC1植株的育性已得到恢复,为其后代优良株系的选育奠定了基础。  相似文献

Freeze-branding has proven useful in managing and researching a captive group of beaver (Castor canadensis) at the Minnesota Zoological Garden. Over 24 mo, 13 freeze-brands were applied to the tails of 11 beaver for varying application times. Permanence of brands increased with increasing distance from tail base. Because permanence of freeze-brands on cattle is influenced by skin thickness, the tail of a male beaver was horizontally sectioned into nine roughly equidistant segments, photographed to scale, and the epidermal/dermal thickness of the dorsal side of each section was measured to determine if skin thickness affected freeze-branding success in beaver. Thickness of the epidermal and dermal layers of the dorsal tail surface decreased 14-fold from tail base to tip. Based on our preliminary finding that freeze-brand permanence improved with decreased thickness of the epidermal/dermal layers of the tail, we recommend that beaver be freeze-branded for 25 s on the lower half of the tail for best results.  相似文献

测定了入侵杂草加拿大一枝黄花(Solidago canadensis)开花期的茎、叶和花序水浸提液对辣椒(Capsicum annuum)、番茄(Lycoperiscum esculetum)、长梗白菜(Brassica chinensis var. communis)种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:(1)处于开花期的加拿大一枝黄花存在明显的化感作用,在25 mg·mL-1时,对3种作物种子苗生长有促进作用,浸提液高于50 mg·mL-1时,作物种子的萌发率和生长受到抑制,这种抑制作用随处理液浓度的提高而增强,在100 mg·mL-1浓度处理下,甚至使作物种子失去活力;(2)加拿大一枝黄花叶和花序的水浸提液对种子萌发和生长的影响要大于其茎的浸提液;(3)在3种作物中,长梗白菜种子对加拿大一枝黄花水浸提液的敏感性最高。  相似文献

California, USA, is home to 3 subspecies of North American elk (Cervus canadensis): Roosevelt (C. c. roosevelti), Rocky Mountain (C. c. nelsoni), and tule (C. c. nannodes). Effective management requires a baseline understanding of each subspecies' range, admixture zones, and geographic patterns of genetic diversity. To address these questions, we genotyped 1,271 individual elk from California (n = 1,204) and reference populations of Rocky Mountain and Roosevelt elk from Nevada (n = 32) and Oregon (n = 35), USA. Using 19 polymorphic microsatellite loci, we detected admixture between Roosevelt and Rocky Mountain elk at a contact zone in northern California, and between Roosevelt and tule elk in north-coastal California and central-coastal California. We identified a genetically distinct population of Roosevelt elk in northwestern California, likely reflecting the remnant population that survived a large demographic decline from overhunting during the 1800s. Tule elk exhibited lower levels of heterozygosity (0.44 ± 0.03 [SD]) and allelic richness (2.9 ± 0.2) than Rocky Mountain (0.58 ± 0.05, 4.9 ± 0.4, respectively) and Roosevelt (0.50 ± 0.06, 4.4 ± 0.6, respectively) elk. Among tule elk populations, heterozygosity varied, with the lowest heterozygosity (0.23 ± 0.05) corresponding to the oldest enclosed herd used over the past century as a source of translocations. Among tule elk populations, genetic structure revealed several cases of successful and unsuccessful reintroduction or augmentation attempts. Results provide an essential baseline for future monitoring and decisions about harvest management, translocations to preserve genetic diversity, and landscape-level conservation planning to maintain, enhance, or obstruct connectivity of elk populations. Genome-wide sequencing and analyses are needed to quantify inbreeding absolutely and assess genetic load and the age of admixture where subspecies currently exchange genes.  相似文献

We have isolated and characterized 10 microsatellite loci in the beaver (Castor canadensis). Sixty individuals from southern and central Illinois were screened at each locus. All loci exhibited moderate levels of polymorphism, ranging from five to 13 alleles per locus with average heterozygosity ranging from 0.317 to 0.867. Locus Cca5 deviated significantly from HWE (P < 0.001). The locus pair Cca4/Cca5 was shown to be in linkage disequilibrium in southern Illinois, but not in the central Illinois population. The remaining eight loci will be useful in investigations of mating and kinship patterns in beaver populations in Illinois.  相似文献

形态上与入侵杂草加拿大一枝黄花十分相似的“黄莺花”,近来作为鲜切花的配花走俏花卉市场,也引起了社会对其管理的高度关注。本文通过比较市售8个批次的“黄莺花”与35个入侵中国的加拿大一枝黄花种群、原产地的一枝黄花属2个种群以及一枝黄花的叶和花的11个形态学特征,并进行聚类分析。结果表明除第5批 “黄莺花”外的7个批次单独聚为一类,第5批次与35个入侵中国的加拿大一枝黄花种群聚为一大类,再结合加拿大的2个种群,而一枝黄花单独为一类。这充分说明“黄莺花”并非一枝黄花,而与入侵我国的加拿大一枝黄花各种群接近。进一步再与巨大一枝黄花和粗糙一枝黄花特征相比较分析,发现“黄莺花”与粗糙一枝黄花聚在一组,并进一步与入侵的加拿大一枝黄花相聚,加拿大1和2的种群更接近巨大一枝黄花,而一枝黄花单独成为一支。无论是加拿大一枝黄花、粗糙一枝黄花还是巨大一枝黄花都属于“加拿大一枝黄花复合种”。由此可以认为市售“黄莺花”属于外来入侵杂草加拿大一枝黄花的复合种。叶片长宽比、离基三出脉距叶基距离、表皮毛数的多少、缘花/盘花比等是“黄莺花”与该属其它类群分类鉴定的重要形态学特征性指标。  相似文献

ABSTRACT Introduced disease is a major mortality factor in some populations of bighorn sheep (Ovis canadensis). Epizootics of infectious keratoconjunctivitis (IKC) and contagious ecthyma occurred in bighorn sheep in the Silver Bell Mountains of south-central Arizona, USA, from 1 December 2003 to 31 March 2004. Our objectives were to 1) investigate the influence of the epizootic on abundance and demographics and 2) examine how IKC affected the mortality, behavior, and movements of clinically affected animals. Morbidity was 39%, and all sex and age classes were affected. The population declined 23%, with most mortality in the adult female (1 M, 11 F) segment of the population. Of the diseased animals that were marked (n = 27), 44% recovered and 44% died. Predation (50%) and starvation (33%) were the primary causes of mortality of diseased bighorn sheep. Bighorn sheep that were infected spent less time feeding and moved less than noninfected animals during the epizootic. Managers might be able to minimize losses of infected animals through predator control. To minimize losses to starvation, managers should refrain from any activity that disturbs infected animals (including treatment) because disturbances increase energy expenditures and expose infected animals to injury.  相似文献
