通过田间小区试验,研究了小麦与蚕豆间作对蚕豆枯萎病发生和根际微生物代谢功能多样性的影响。结果表明,小麦与蚕豆间作使蚕豆枯萎病的发病率和病情指数分别比单作显著降低20%和30.4%。与单作处理相比,间作显著增加了蚕豆和小麦根际微生物对31种碳源的平均利用率(AWCD),其中间作蚕豆的AWCD值最高,比单作增加82.7%,单作蚕豆最低。间作蚕豆和间作小麦根际微生物的Shannon多样性指数与丰富度指数均显著高于单作,间作使蚕豆和小麦的丰富度指数分别增加29.2%和30.3%。根际微生物对六类碳源的利用强度百分比以糖类、羧酸类和氨基酸最高,分别为41.96%,19.80%和18.13%。主成分分析表明,小麦与蚕豆间作改变了根际微生物的群落组成;相关分析表明,糖类、羧酸类和氨基酸类碳源是区分单间作处理差异的主要碳源,其中氨基酸类碳源是最敏感的碳源。小麦与蚕豆间作增加了根际微生物活性,提高了Shannon多样性指数和丰富度指数,改变了微生物群落功能多样性,是抑制蚕豆枯萎病的有效措施。该研究为阐明根际微生物功能多样性变化在间作体系病害控制中的作用与机制奠定了理论基础。  相似文献

Orobanche foetida is a chlorophyll-lacking holoparasite that subsists on the roots of plants and causes significant damage to the culture of some leguminous plants particularly faba bean. To evaluate the effect of rhizobia as a biological agent and the effect of nitrogen (N) and/or phosphorus (P) to control O. foetida parasitism in faba bean (Vicia faba minor), a trial was conducted in infested and non-infested fields with O. foetida in the Oued Beja Agricultural Experimental Unit, Tunisia. This field trial was performed during two consecutive cropping seasons using the susceptible cv. Badï, two selected rhizobia strains (Bj1 and Mat) and N combined or not with P. Mat strain showed an antagonistic effect which displayed a parasitism index two-fold lower than the control and carried two times less of emerged parasite spikes at crop maturity. Seed-yield losses caused by O. foetida infestation were very high and reached 95% for the control. Despite this high reduction, faba bean inoculated with Mat strain showed an average yield three-fold higher than the control. Broomrape parasitism did not significantly affect the protein/starch ratio of seeds for all treatments. The Mat strain is a potential candidate for developing an integrate method to control O. foetida parasitism on faba bean.  相似文献

Eight faba bean (Vicia faba L.) genotypes were grown at lowlands of the west-Mediterranean region of Turkey in order to estimate the broad-sense heritability for plant height, number of stems and pods per plant, seed yield, biological yield, 100-seed weight, days to flowering and maturity. The heritability for plant height, number of stems and pods per plant, seed yield, biological yield, 100-seed weight, days to flowering and maturity were estimated as 83%, 63%, 43%, 62%, 52%, 99%, 97% and 97%, respectively. It was found that seed weight was the least affected trait across changing environmental conditions and followed by days to flowering and maturity. On the other hand, number of pods per plant, biological and seed yields and number of stems per plant were the most affected traits versus environmental conditions.  相似文献

Interspecific complementary and competitive interactions between maize (Zea mays L. cv. Zhongdan No. 2) and faba bean (Vicia faba L. cv. Linxia Dacaidou) in maize/faba bean intercropping systems were assessed in two field experiments in Gansu province, northwestern China, plus a microplot experiment in one treatment of one of the field experiments in which root system partitions were used to determine interspecific root interactions. Intercropping effects were detected, with land equivalent ratio values of 1.21–1.23 based on total (grain+straw) yield and 1.13–1.34 based on grain yield. When two rows of maize were intercropped with two rows of faba bean, both total yield and grain yield of both crop species were significantly higher than those of sole maize and faba bean on an equivalent area basis. When two rows of pea (Pisum sativum L. cv. Beijing No. 5) were intercropped with two rows of faba bean, neither total yield nor grain yield of faba bean was higher than of sole faba bean on an equivalent area basis. Interspecific competition between maize and faba bean was relatively weak, with mean relative crowding coefficients of 0.99–1.02 for maize and 1.55–1.59 for faba bean. The microplot experiment in which partitions were placed between root systems showed a significant positive yield effect on maize when the root systems intermingled freely (no partition) or partly (400 mesh nylon net partition) compared with no interspecific root interaction (plastic sheet partition). 大豆和蚕豆是西北地区间套作生产中广泛种植的豆科作物,但二者在与禾本科作物间作时差异十分明显,蚕豆相对于大豆具有更强的竞争能力.从大豆和蚕豆的根系入手,研究了大豆和蚕豆在苗期根系生长发育和形态的差异.采用PVC管砂培装置,通过扫描仪扫描根系,用图像分析软件WinRHIZO进行了研究.结果表明,出苗42 d时,蚕豆根表面积是大豆根表面积的2.61倍;出苗14 d时,大豆根系在整个砂层中均有分布,而蚕豆根系只分布在表层;大豆根较细,大部分根的直径为0.2~1.0 mm,相对于大豆而言,蚕豆根较粗,大部分根直径为0.5~1.5 mm.蚕豆根较粗,所以有更大的表面积,而且它的根系分布在上层的比例大于大豆,这些因素决定了它的吸收能力强于大豆,能更好地利用上层土壤养分.这是蚕豆竞争能力强于大豆的原因之一.  相似文献

Composting of rice straw with poultry manure and oilseed rape cake and its effects on growth and yield of faba bean and soil properties was studied in pot experiments at Gifu University, Japan in 2001/2002. The composts reached maturity in 90 days, were rich in organic matter and mineral nutrients, had a high level of stability, and no phytotoxicity. The addition of compost (20-200 g pot(-1)) improved selected soil chemical (increased total N, total C and CEC), physical (decreased particle density) and biological (increased soil respiration rate) properties. Application of composts at a rate of 20 g pot(-1) significantly increased growth, yield, yield components and total crude protein of faba bean plants. The benefit of this compost without chemical fertilizer demonstrated the validity and possibility of sustainable agronomic performance of faba bean using locally available recycled organic materials.  相似文献

The occurrence of cutaneous trematode Collyriclum faba in wild birds was monitored in the central European Carpathians from 1996 to 2001. A total of 5,414 birds, representing 86 species, was examined. Collyriclum faba was found at 7 sites (5 in Slovakia, 1 in Poland, and 1 in the Czech Republic), and prevalences at the sites varied from 1 to 16%. Ten species of passerine birds were infected: blackcap (Sylvia atricapilla) (16 positive/622 tested, 2% prevalence), black redstart (Phoenicurus ochruros) (2/25, 8%), chaffinch (Fringilla coelebs) (7/113, 6%), common blackbird (Turdus merula) (1/143, 1%), common redstart (Phoenicurus phoenicurus) (1/30, 3%), dipper (Cinclus cinclus) (1/9, 11%), European robin (Erithacus rubecula) (103/838, 12%), goldcrest (Regulus regulus) (1/76, 1%), grey wagtail (Motacilla cinerea) (5/25, 20%), and yellowhammer (Emberiza citrinella) (1/73, 1%). Cutaneous cysts of C. faba were found in the birds from the end of May to mid-September, with the prevalence peaking in July and August. One to 21 cysts per bird were found. In black redstart, chaffinch, common redstart, European robin. and yellowhammer, cysts were most frequently observed on the legs, particularly in the crural region. In blackcap, common blackbird, dipper, and grey wagtail, almost all the cysts were found around the vent and on the abdomen. In goldcrest, the cyst was located above the coccygeal gland. Collyriclum faba is a common parasite in birds during summer in central European Carpathians. Collyriclum faba was observed for the first time in Poland. It appears that C. faba may be fatal for some of the bird hosts.  相似文献

以3个蚕豆品种(分别为K0883、K0502、K0697)为试验材料,通过大田模拟小剂量Pb污染(浓度为40和250 mg·kg-1),研究了净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、细胞间隙CO2浓度、水分利用效率、叶绿素含量等光合生理响应特征的变化在不同品种中的差异.结果表明,Pb污染下3个蚕豆品种气孔导度和蒸腾速率没有显著变化,叶绿素含量有不同程度的上升;在250 mg·kg-1 Pb浓度下,K0883蚕豆品种净光合速率、水分利用效率、细胞间隙CO2浓度分别升高121.80%、上升193.70%、下降42.76%.3个蚕豆品种对Pb污染的抗性大小顺序为K0883>K0697>K0502.蚕豆不同光合生理指标对小剂量Pb污染的响应特征不同.不同蚕豆品种对小剂量Pb污染的响应特征存在差异,这种种内的差异性采用单个生理指标难以反映,只有通过对多个指标的整合分析才能表现出来.  相似文献

通过田间小区试验,设N0(0 kg·hm-2)、N1(45 kg·hm-2)、N2(90 kg·hm-2)、N3(135 kg·hm-2)4个施氮水平,研究不同施氮水平下小麦与蚕豆间作对蚕豆赤斑病发生和冠层微气候的影响,探讨间作系统氮肥调控下冠层微气候变化及其与蚕豆赤斑病发生的关系.结果表明: 施氮提高了蚕豆单、间作种植模式下蚕豆赤斑病发病盛期的病情指数,增幅27.2%~58.0%,增加了病情进展曲线下面积(AUDPC),增幅15.0%~101.8%,N3水平下赤斑病病情指数和AUDPC最高.施氮使蚕豆冠层温度降低0.2~1.1 ℃,冠层透光率降低1.7%~29.7%,冠层相对湿度增加0.5%~28.7%.与单作相比,间作蚕豆赤斑病病情指数显著降低36.3%~48.1%,AUDPC显著降低44.0%~53.6%,冠层温度和透光率分别提高2.1%~8.7%和12.0%~53.8%,相对湿度降低11.6%~31.6%.相关分析表明,冠层温度和透光率与赤斑病病情指数呈显著负相关,而湿度与病情指数呈显著正相关.表明高氮恶化了冠层微气候环境,加重了蚕豆赤斑病的发生和危害,而间作对蚕豆冠层微气候的改善是控制蚕豆赤斑病发展的重要原因.  相似文献

浊漳河水体污染物对蚕豆根尖细胞的遗传毒性研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
运用蚕豆根尖细胞微核试验技术对浊漳河南段6个代表性样点水体中有机污染物的遗传毒性进行了研究,为浊漳河流域水体污染状况的有效监测提供理论依据.结果显示:(1)浊漳河南段各监测断面的水体有机污染物对蚕豆根尖细胞均产生了不同程度的损伤,表现出细胞微核、断片、染色体桥等多种异常形态,严重时导致细胞坏死和细胞凋亡.(2)6个样点水样处理的蚕豆根尖细胞微核率在21.47‰~64.77‰,极显著高于对照组(P<0.01).(3)各样点水样对蚕豆根尖细胞的遗传损伤程度依次为:王桥>店上>漳泽水库>北寨>黄碾>五阳;在有丝分裂后期,蚕豆根尖中异常细胞最高达70%,且异常细胞比率有随着污染程度增大而升高的趋势.研究表明,蚕豆根尖细胞微核是水质毒理检测的有效指标,其细胞有丝分裂后期异常细胞比率也可作为水质毒理检测的观察指标.  相似文献

本实验选取3种对土壤氮素竞争能力不同的禾本科作物大麦(Hordeum vulgare)、小麦(Triticum aestivum)和玉米(Zea mays)分别与蚕豆(Vicia faba)间作, 建立对土壤氮素竞争能力不同的作物组合; 并采用3种分隔方式(塑料膜分隔、尼龙网分隔和无分隔)建立同一作物组合条件下作物种间根系相互作用的不同强度, 来研究不同作物组合及种间根系相互作用强度对蚕豆结瘤的影响。结果如下: (1)蚕豆的结瘤并未随3种禾本科作物氮素竞争能力的增强而增加, 但是3种间作体系蚕豆的结瘤却均表现出无分隔处理多于塑料膜分隔处理, 即同一间作体系种间根系相互作用越强, 越有利于蚕豆结瘤的产生, 存在种间互利作用; (2)在玉米/蚕豆间作体系中, 无分隔处理的蚕豆根瘤数目和根瘤重显著高于塑料膜分隔处理, 分别高出67.5%和70.1%; 在大麦/蚕豆间作体系中也表现出无分隔处理的根瘤重显著高于塑料膜分隔处理(高出46.3%); (3)玉米/蚕豆间作体系与小麦/蚕豆和大麦/蚕豆间作体系相比, 无分隔处理时土壤氮素含量显著高于后2个间作体系, 但是玉米/蚕豆间作体系对蚕豆结瘤的促进作用更强。上述结果表明, 在蚕豆/玉米间作体系中, 玉米促进蚕豆生物固氮除了氮素竞争机制外, 还可能存在其它机制。  相似文献

蚕豆种质资源清蛋白遗传多样性分析?   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用SDS-PAGE对101份蚕豆种质资源进行了清蛋白遗传多样性分析,共检测出蛋白带2625条。除共有带外,迁移率不同的谱带类型36种,其中相对分子量为92kD、75kD、62kD、40kD、34kD、17kD、13kD的谱带在检测的种质材料中出现的频率最高,分别为92.08%、90.10%、99.01%、95.05%、95.05%、98.02%、95.05%。其余29种谱带类型具有较强的多态性,多态性谱带平均为16.09条,多态性比例为44.69%。每份种质材料的清蛋白谱带数介于21~31条之间,平均25.99条;供试种质间遗传相似系数0.6111~0.9722,平均0.7122。3个地理类群内多样性指数0.9879,类群间多样性指数0.0121,表明蚕豆清蛋白的变异主要来源于类群内。聚类分析将参试种质分为6类,与以往蚕豆种质分类研究结果类似,表明清蛋白能在一定程度上反映种质间的亲缘关系。研究结果对于蚕豆蛋白质品质育种具有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

A field experiment was carried out to quantify biological nitrogen fixation (BNF) using the 15N isotope natural abundance method in maize (Zea mays L.)/faba bean (Vicia faba L.) and wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)/faba bean intercropping systems. Faba bean was yielding more in the maize/faba bean intercropping, but not in the wheat/faba bean intercropping. Biomass, grain yield and N acquisition of faba bean were significantly increased when intercropped with maize, and decreased significantly with wheat, irrespective of N-fertilizer application, indicating that the legume could gain or lose productivity in an intercropping situation. There was yield advantage of maize/faba bean intercropping, but no in wheat/faba bean intercropping. The grain yield of the faba bean intercropped with maize was greater than that of faba bean monoculture due to increases of the stems per plant and the pods per stem of faba bean. N fertilization inhibited N fixation of faba bean in maize/faba bean and wheat/faba bean intercropping and faba bean monoculture. The responses of different cropping systems to N-fertilizer application, however, were not identical, with competitive intercropping (wheat/faba bean) being more sensitive than facilitative intercropping (maize/faba bean). Intercropping increased the percentage of N derived from air (%Ndfa) of the wheat/faba bean system, but not that of the maize/faba bean system when no N fertilizer was applied. When receiving 120 kg N/ha, however, intercropping did not significantly increase %Ndfa either in the wheat/faba bean system or in the maize/faba bean system in comparison with faba bean in monoculture. The amount of shoot N derived from air (Ndfa), however, increased significantly when intercropped with maize, irrespective of N-fertilizer application. Ndfa decreased when intercropped with wheat, albeit not significantly at 120 kg N/ha. Ndfa was correlated more closely with dry matter yield, grain yield and competitive ratio, than with %Ndfa. This indicates that that total dry matter yield (sink strength), not %Ndfa, was more critical for the legume to increase Ndfa. The results suggested that N fixation could be improved by yield maximization in an intercropping system.  相似文献

Relative biological effectiveness (RBE) and oxygen enhancement ratio (OER) values of different neutron beams produced at the variable energy cyclotron "Cyclone" of Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium) were determined. The neutrons were obtained by bombarding a beryllium target with 34-, 45-, 65-, or 75-MeV protons or with 50-MeV deuterons. The biological system was growth inhibition in Vicia faba bean roots. Taking the p(65) + Be neutron beam as a reference, RBE values were found equal to 1.36 +/- 0.2, 1.20 +/- 0.1, 1.00 (ref), 0.98 +/- 0.1, and 1.18 +/- 0.1, respectively; the doses corresponding to 50% growth inhibition were 0.39, 0.44, 0.53, 0.54, and 0.45 Gy. For the same beams, OER values were found equal to 1.55 +/- 0.1, 1.38 +/- 0.1, 1.29 +/- 0.1, 1.41 +/- 0.1, and 1.60 +/- 0.2, respectively.  相似文献

Two field experiments were conducted during 2004 and 2005 cropping seasons at Adet Agricultural Research Center, Ethiopia to assess yield losses caused by chocolate spot(Botrytis fabae) of faba bean in sole and mixed cropping systems using two cultivars. Cropping systems were sole faba bean (FB), faba bean mixed with field pea (FB: FP), barley (FB: BA) and maize (FB: MA). Mancozeb was sprayed at the rate of 2.5 kg a.i/ha at 7-, 14- and 21-day interval to generate different levels of chocolate spot disease in all the four cropping systems, and unsprayed control was also included. The treatments were arranged in a randomised complete block design (RCBD) with four replications. FB: MA mixed cropping significantly reduced disease severity and the area under disease progress curve (AUDPC) and increased faba bean grain yield. The highest faba bean grain yield among the three mixed croppings under different spray schedules was obtained from FB: MA mixed cropping in both 2004 and 2005 (2.56 and 3.74 t/ha, respectively) cropping seasons. There were highly significant yield differences (P < 0.05) among the spray intervals of mancozeb in both seasons. The highest grain yield (4.9 t/h) was recorded from the 7-day spray interval in 2005. The unsprayed faba bean had a lower grain yield (1.9 t/ha in 2004 and 2.3 t/ha in 2005) compared to the sprayed plots. The highest relative yield loss (67.5%) was calculated in 2005 from FB: FP mixed cropping in unsprayed plots. The relative yield losses in the unsprayed plots were in the range of 35.8–41.5% in 2004 and 52.6–67.5% in the 2005 cropping season. Severity and AUDPC were inversely correlated with faba bean grain yield. Significant differences were recorded in the 100-seed weight and days to maturity (DM). The unsprayed plots had shorter DM ranging from 126 to 128.5 day (except FB: MA mixed cropping) in 2004 and 122–123.9 days in 2005. In the sprayed plots DM was relatively longer than the unsprayed plots. A higher seed weight was recorded in the sole FB (56 g) and FB: MA (55 g) mixed cropping, and the lowest value of 100-seed weight was recorded from FB: FP (53 g) mixed cropping. The productivity of the mixed cropping evaluated by land equivalent ratio (LER) exceeded that of sole cropping. Faba bean grain yield was highly influenced by the severity of chocolate spot. The disease affects the DM, forcing early maturing of the plants.  相似文献

水杨酸(salicylic acid,SA)作为植物体内一种内源性的信号分子,具有多种生理功能.实验表明水杨酸以浓度依赖的方式诱导气孔关闭,抑制气孔张开.20U/mL的CAT与SA共同处理时可逆转SA诱导气孔关闭作用的83%~90%.以H2O2荧光探针H2DCFDA结合激光扫描共聚焦显微术直接检测到SA处理可引起保卫细胞内H2O2的产生;在保卫细胞内显微注射CAT可完全阻止SA导致的DCF荧光增强.表明SA诱导的气孔关闭可能与H2O2的产生有关.  相似文献

Identifying and quantifying crop stressors interactions in agroecosystems is necessary to guide sustainable crop management strategies. Over the last 50 years, faba bean cropping area has been declining, partly due to yield instabilities associated with uneven insect pollination and herbivory. Yet, the effect of interactions between pollinators and a key pest, the broad bean beetle Bruchus rufimanus (florivorous and seed predating herbivore) on faba bean yield has not been investigated. Using a factorial cage experiment in the field, we investigated how interactions between two hypothesized stressors, lack of insect pollination by bumblebees and herbivory by the broad bean beetle, affect faba bean yield. Lack of bumblebee pollination reduced bean weight per plant by 15%. Effects of the broad bean beetle differed between the individual plant and the plant‐stand level (i.e., when averaging individual plant level responses at the cage level), likely due to high variation in the level of herbivory among individual plants. At the individual plant level, herbivory increased several yield components but only in the absence of pollinators, possibly due to plant overcompensation and/or pollination by the broad bean beetle. At the plant‐stand level, we found no effect of the broad bean beetle on yield. However, there was a tendency for heavier individual bean weight with bumblebee pollination, but only in the absence of broad bean beetle herbivory, possibly due to a negative effect of the broad bean beetle on the proportion of legitimate flower visits by bumblebees. This is the first experimental evidence of interactive effects between bumblebees and the broad bean beetle on faba bean yield. Our preliminary findings of negative and indirect associations between the broad bean beetle and individual bean weight call for a better acknowledgment of these interactions in the field in order to understand drivers of crop yield variability in faba bean.  相似文献

物种间的相互作用与间作产量优势的形成密切相关,但很少有人注意到种间互作动态.本研究通过2年田间定位试验,运用Logistic分析模拟了不同种植模式(小麦单作、蚕豆单作和小麦/蚕豆间作)和不同磷水平下[P0,施磷量(P2O5)为0 kg·hm-2(对照);P1,施磷量(P2O5)为45 kg·hm-2;P2,施磷量(P2O5)为90 kg·hm-2]单间作小麦、蚕豆的生长模型,分析了作物种间互作的动态变化.结果表明: 小麦/蚕豆间作使小麦产量提高了10.5%~18.6%,蚕豆产量却降低了4.8%~12.3%,但间作系统仍具有产量优势,土地当量比(LER)和相对拥挤系数(K)分别为1.01~1.15 和1.12~3.20.小麦和蚕豆的产量及关键生长参数均受磷水平调控,但LER和K并不受磷水平影响.与单作相比,间作小麦的最大生长速率(Rmax)和最初生长速率(r)分别提高21.8%~38.7%和20.7%~38.9%,但间作对蚕豆的关键生长参数无影响.在小麦、蚕豆的生长初期,不同磷水平下,单间作作物的生长曲线无差异;间作群体以种间竞争为主,无间作生物量优势(LER<1,K<1).当蚕豆达到最大生长速率(Tmax)后,间作显著提高了小麦的生长速率,降低了小麦的种内竞争压力,表现出间作生物量和产量优势(LER>1,K>1).总之,在不同的生长发育阶段,小麦、蚕豆的相互作用不同,间作提高了中后期小麦的生长速率,为间作优势的形成奠定了基础.  相似文献
