Managers of primate colonies seek to record colony data in a systematic way which will be helpful in daily management. Each colony develops individual record systems, tailored to its specific operations and budget. These diversified systems provide the base for a set of uniform record items, which enables information to be shared among institutions, and used for the overall management of a self-sustaining captive primate population, as well as for national planning of primate resources. The present report identifies basic information needed for local colony management and data items that require standard nomenclature. Such data will provide the basic demographic profiles unavailable at most primate colonies today.  相似文献

The Paraonidae are a polychaete family of small body size which have not been reported for Chile until recently. Mainly due to improved sample-processing methods, research campaigns carried out in 1994 and 1996 on three areas off southern Chile have yielded numerous records. Several species proved to be new to the Chilean polychaete fauna, including species that have been known previously only from Antarctic areas. Genetic testing is expected to play a critical role in patient care in the near future. Advances in genomic research have the potential to impact medicine in very tangible and direct ways, from carrier screening to disease diagnosis and prognosis to targeted treatments and personalized medicine. However, numerous barriers to widespread adoption of genetic testing continue to exist, and health information technology will be a critical means of addressing these challenges. Electronic health records (EHRs) are a digital replacement for the traditional paper-based patient chart designed to improve the quality of patient care. EHRs have become increasingly essential to managing the wealth of existing clinical information that now includes genetic information extracted from the patient genome. The EHR is capable of changing health care in the future by transforming the way physicians use genomic information in the practice of medicine.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to investigate the phylogenetic relationships of nematodes of the family Acuariidae using partial large subunit nuclear ribosomal DNA (28S) sequences of 15 genera represented by 18 species. The results confirmed the monophyly of the family Acuariidae and supported its close relationship with nematodes of the family Cystidicolidae. Two major clades were revealed within Acuariidae, one represented by nematodes of the subfamily Schistorophinae and another composed of members of the subfamilies Acuariinae and Seuratiinae. The collarette was shown to be a structure that arose several times within the clade Acuariinae–Seuratiinae. As a result, we suggest the suppression of the subfamily Seuratiinae and inclusion of its genera within the subfamily Acuariinae. Morphological characters, host ranges and life cycles of the taxa included in the analyses are discussed as well as the possible relationships of remaining acuariid genera within the revealed subclades. Additionally, we propose an amended generic diagnosis of Syncuaria Gilbert, 1927 to accommodate Syncuaria sagittata (Rudolphi, 1809) n. comb. and Syncuaria longevaginata (Molin, 1860) Skrjabin, Sobolev, & Ivashkin, 1965. New host and geographic records are also presented.  相似文献

报道了核菌纲炭垫菌属的1个中国新记录种和1个中国新纪录变种。紫铜炭垫菌大孢变种Nemania aenea var.macrospora(J.H.Mill.)Y.M.JuJ.D.Rogers采自陕西省,其孢子带有不明显的牙缝,且子囊壳孔口颜色比子座表面黑;铅灰炭垫菌Nemania plumbea A.M.C.Tang,JeewonK.D.Hyde采自四川省,该菌子座浅灰色,孢子凸边上有短的牙缝。标本保存在中国热带农业科学院热带生物技术研究所,文中对该2种形态进行了描述,并提供了子座照片和显微照片。  相似文献

报道了吉林省植物新记录6种,分属5科6属,它们是弓嘴苔草(Carex capricornis)、圆柱披碱草(Elymus dahuricus var.cylindricus)、沙芦草(Agropyron mongolicum)、粘毛黄芩(Scutellaria viscidula)、耧斗菜叶绣线菊(Spiraea aquilegiifolia)、细叶小苦荬(Ixeridium gracile)。这6种植物在《东北植物检索表》、《中国高等植物图鉴》、《中国植物志》等文献中都未曾记录在吉林省的分布,因此确定这6种植物属于吉林省新记录。  相似文献

报道了海南野生兰科植物新记录属1个,即坚唇兰属(Stereochilus Lindley);新记录种7个,即短轴坚唇兰(Stereochilus brevirachis Christenson)、齿瓣石豆兰(Bulboph yllum levinei Schlechter)、香港带唇兰(Tainia hongkongensis Rolfe)、黄花线柱兰(Zeuxine flava(Wallich ex Lindley) Trimen)、歌绿斑叶兰(Good yera seikoomontana Yamamoto)、长轴白点兰(Thrixspermum saruwatarii (Hayata) Schlechter)和南华竹茎兰(Tropidia nanhuae W.M.Lin,Kuo Huang et T.P.Lin).其中,长轴白点兰和南华竹茎兰均仅记载在台湾有自然分布.  相似文献

笔者在编研(中国苔藓志》第七卷的过程中,发现柳叶藓科中的圆叶湿原藓Calliergon megalophyl- lum Mikut.、毛叶镰刀藓 Drepanocladus trichophyllus (Warnst.)Podp.和牛角藓宽肋变种Cratoneuron filicinum (Hedw.)Spruce var.atro-virens (Brid.)Ochyra为中国首次记录,而沼生湿柳藓 Hygroamblystegium noterophi-lum (Sull.et Lesq.)Warnst.属错误鉴定,所有以前被定为该种的中国标本应改为牛角藓宽肋变种。  相似文献
