塔叶苔属(Schiffneria Steph.)建立于1894年。作者在研究中国标本时,发现一新种——Schiffneria yunnanensis C. Gao &; W. Li sp. nov.。塔叶苔属的配子体为叶状体,生殖枝具茎叶返祖现象,应置于叶苔亚纲的叶状体无组织分化类群——带叶苔目(Pallaviciniales)之中。  相似文献

The essential oils of mosses of the genera Mnium, Plagiomnium, Homalia, Plagiothecium and Taxiphyllum (Musci) have been investigated by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry. The new sesquiterpenes (+)-10-epi-muurola-4,11-diene and 10,11-dihxdro-alpha-cuparenone were isolated by preparative gas chromatography and identified as major constituents of the hydrodistillation products of Mnium hornmum (Hedw.) using NMR and mass spectrometry. In addition, (+)-dauca-8,11-diene and two new butenolides, 3,4,5-trimethyl-5-pentyl-5H-furan-2-one and 3.4-dimethyl-5-pentyl-5H-furan-2-one were identified as constituents in Plagiomnium undulatum (Hedw.) T. Kop. Although the amounts of volatiles present in the investigated mosses are generally smaller than in liverworts, the spectrum of terpenoid compounds is similar. The investigated mosses also generate aliphatic compounds of greater abundance and structural variety.  相似文献

The synapotypic feature of seriate leaf cell papillae positioned on cell lumina and directed over the longitudinal cross walls alliesBryowijkia with the Trachypodaceae. The Hedwigiaceae consist of four closely related genera, and excludesRhacocarpus, a genus best placed in its own family, the Rhacocarpaceae. Taxonomy and nomenclature of six Nervilia species occurring in the Flora Zambesiaca area are revised. Lectotypes or neotypes are selected for all relevant taxa from Africa. The new species N. gassneri is described and the new combination N. kotschyi var. purpurata is made. One widespread African species previously mostly known under the names N. humilis and N. reniformis is shown to be conspecific with the widespread Asian and Australien species N. crociformis.  相似文献

A case study is presented of a small critical group of Polycarpaea species in Ethiopia, comprising P. eriantha, P. corymbosa and P. linearifolia . Absence of clear discontinuities in individual features between the three species concerned invited the lumping of them, but studies of the integrated variation in several taxonomic features support their taxonomic independence.  相似文献

A comparative investigation into nuclear DNA amounts using flowcytometry and video-based Feulgen densitometry was carried outin 289 accessions of 138 different moss taxa (Bryatae), originatingfrom Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Mexico and the USA. Samplingincluded species from all major moss clades (except Sphagnum).Flow cytometry data agreed highly with the Feulgen data, whichonce again demonstrates the high reliability of both methodsfor DNA amount determination. For the first time, extensivedata on absolute C-values of mosses are available. Haploid DNAcontents (1C) ranged from 0.174 to 2.16 pg, which representsonly about a 12-fold variation. This low C-value variation isremarkable when compared to angiosperms which vary approx. 1000-fold.C-values are usually relatively constant within genera and evenfamilies; however, genera with varying C-values also exist.From the low frequency observed, secondary polyploidy playsonly a minor role in mosses. Possible reasons for the low C-valuevariation are discussed. The liverwort Mastigolejeunea gradsteinii Sukkharak sp. nov. (Lejeuneaceae) is described from Malaysia. The new species is characterised by (1) rigid stem with epidermal cells as large as medullary cells, (2) apiculate leaf apex, (3) curved lobules without teeth, and (4) perianths with 7–8 keels.  相似文献

The peristome of the monotypic hookeriaceous genus Tetrastichium is described from a specimen of T. fontanum from La Palma (Canary Is.). The peristome is similar to that of two other members of the family, Rhynchostegiopsis and Leucomium. The precise systematic position of the species is discussed and it is maintained, pending further evaluation of the structure of the peristome, near Hookeria.  相似文献

Ribosomal DNA sequences were employed to infer relationships among EuropeanPottiaceae. Intragenic spacer I was sequenced for sixTrichostomoideae (Eucladium verticillatum, Pleurochaete squarrosa, Tortella flavovirens, T. nitida, T. tortuosa, Trichostomum brachydontium) and seven taxa from the other European subfamilies included inPottiaceae (Bryoerythrophyllum recurvirostrum, Didymodon vinealis, Microbryum starkeanum, Tortula muralis, Syntrichia ruralis, Weissia controversa andTimmiella cf.barbuloides). Cladistic analysis of sequence data shows close relationships betweenPleurochaete, Tortella andWeissia. Tortella appears to be paraphyletic, as it includesPleurochaete, Weissia andTrichostomum. Weissia, therefore, seems to be better placed inTrichostomoideae than, as traditionally done, inPottioideae. NeitherMerceyoideae norPottioideae appear to be monophyletic sensu stricto, at least within the limits of the taxa in analysis. Within the latter subfamily,Syntrichia is clearly separated fromTortula. These results would suggest that taxonomy inPottiaceae does not depict the pattern of descent, and therefore is in need of revision.  相似文献

在研究文献和标本的基础上,简要回顾了中国大帽藓科(Encalyptaceae)植物的研究进展,对中国大帽藓科植物的分类和分布进行了整理研究。现知中国仅分布大帽藓属(Encalypta Hedw.)1属10种。本研究按照吴征镒^[1]关于划分中国种子植物属的分布区类型的划分方法,将中国大帽藓属划分为6个分布区类型和3个变型,其中的拟烟杆大帽藓(Encalypta buxbaumioidea)、中华大帽藓(E.sinica)和天山大帽藓(E.tianschanica)等3种为中国特有分布类型。文中概括了每个种的识别特征、生境和分布区类型,并以拟烟杆大帽藓、中华大帽藓和天山大帽藓绘图描述。根据标本编制了中国大帽藓属植物分种检索表。  相似文献

大帽藓科(Encalyptaceae)植物世界有两属,中国仅1属,即大帽藓属(Encalypta Hedw.),共记录有10种。通过对采自贵州省西北部的2份标本的鉴定,认为此标本为扭蒴大帽藓(新拟名)(Encalypta strepto-carpa Hedw.),是中国首次发现的一新记录种。本种属于北温带分布类型的植物,贵州是其分布的南缘。  相似文献

主要是利用核基因组的核糖体DNA内转录间隔区(nrDNA ITS)序列数据探讨了Buck和Goffinet(2000)限定的真藓科内各属间及属内种间的系统发育关系。ITS序列的最大简约法(MP)及贝叶斯推论(BI)分析结果显示:不支持Cox(1999)利用rps4/trnL-trnF数据分析将丝瓜藓属移至提灯藓科的结论。ITS数据分析与Holyoak(2007)利用trnL-F,trnG和atpB-rbcL序列数据分析将Bryum algovicumB.caespiticiumB.capillareB.pseudotriquetrumPlagiobryum zierii划归Ptychostomum的结论一致,同时,为Spence(2005)依据形态学特征将B.pallescenB.pallensB.uliginosumB.amblyodonB.lonchocaulon划归Ptychostomum提供ITS分子证据支持。基于以上研究,建议将以上提到的真藓属种和平蒴藓移至Ptychostomum。  相似文献
