根据已公布的47个碳-14数据,进而分析10处中国晚期遗址的年代和问题,并提出不同的看法。文中强调:露天遗址中碳-14数据的异常现象,往往与各种原因形成的再次堆积有关。因此必须注意样品的采集和避免引用孤零的碳-14数据,同时还要结合地层和文化性质的分析,才可能保证断代的准确性。  相似文献

为查明小型表栖节肢动物群落对高寒湿地退化的响应,2014年7月和9月利用吸虫器法对若尔盖高寒湿地的沼泽草甸、草原草甸、中度退化草甸3种生境的小型表栖节肢动物群落进行调查。结果为:共采集到小型表栖节肢动物18661只,隶属于3纲15目85类(科或属),优势类群为球圆跳属(Sphaeridia)、长跳属(Entomobrya)和莓螨科(Rhagidiidae),其中长跳属仅出现在草原草甸。小型表栖节肢动物群落结构在不同生境间差异明显,主成分分析(PCA)结果表明影响群落结构的主要类群是长跳属(Entomobrya)、球圆跳属(Sphaeridia)、齿步甲螨属(Odontocepheus)、瘤蚜科(Pemphigidae)和叶蝉科(Jassidae),但不同月份间存在差异。小型表栖节肢动物的群落密度及类群数均以草原草甸最高,中度退化草甸最低,3种生境间有显著差异(P0.01)。3种生境的小型表栖节肢动物群落密度均是7月显著低于9月(P0.01),Shannon-Wiener指数和Simpson优势度指数则是7月显著高于9月(P0.01);类群数在沼泽草甸中7月显著低于9月(P0.05),在草原草甸和中度退化草甸则是7月显著高于9月(P0.05)。典范对应分析(CCA)及多元回归分析结果表明植物种类、生物量、土壤有机质含量是影响小型表栖节肢动物群落组成结构、密度及多样性的主要因子。研究结果表明高寒湿地退化能够显著影响小型表栖节肢动物群落的组成结构、密度和多样性及其季节动态。  相似文献

目的研究医学手术实验用小型猪体外循环下心脏手术的麻醉管理及麻醉效果。方法实验用小型猪34例,分为CPB下停跳组手术组(停跳组,18例)及CPB下并行手术组(并行组,16例),行自体心包片三尖瓣置换术。记录实验中麻醉药物及血管活性药用量,基础麻醉、麻醉维持及麻醉苏醒时间,术后3天、一周存活状况等,并评价基础麻醉及全麻效果。结果 34例均在全麻下顺利完成手术,各期血流动力学平稳,仅停跳组一例术后3天内死亡,存活率97.1%,麻醉效果良好。结论合理的麻醉药物与血管活性药物的联合应用,仔细的临床观察与正确而迅速的处理是小型猪体外循环下心脏手术麻醉的关键。  相似文献

有柄尖刃器是朝鲜半岛旧石器时代晚期代表性狩猎工具,1964年在公州石壮里遗址中首次发现。原料多选择硅质页岩或与之相似的石料,多见于25,000-15,000 BP之间。之后随着石镞等复合工具的出现,有柄尖刃器逐渐被取代。本文观察和研究的305件有柄尖刃器来自朝鲜半岛33个遗址,通过分析其形态属性及工业类型,揭示有柄尖刃器的制作技法,探讨其与相邻地区的关系。在中国旧石器时代遗存中虽然也有关于有柄尖刃器的零星报道,但鲜有确凿者,望本文能为中国的相关研究提供有价值的参考资料。  相似文献

报道了1994 ~1995 年对中国沿岸小型鲸类误捕情况的调查结果.调查表明,有误捕记录的小型鲸类主要有5 种,即江豚( Neophocaena phocaenoides) 、长喙真海豚( Delphinus capensis) 、瓶鼻海豚( Tursiopstruncatus) 、点斑原海豚(Stenella attenuata) 和伪虎鲸( Pseudorca crassidens) ,其中以江豚的误捕率最高.1994 年在山东、浙江、福建、广东、海南省和广西壮族自治区沿岸渔业误捕的小型鲸类约3045 ±2120 头,其中江豚的误捕量约2132 ±1484 头.误捕小型鲸类的渔具主要有拖网、刺网和张网.中国沿岸没有专门捕鲸的渔业方式.误捕的小型鲸类在沿岸居民的生活中不占重要地位,它们大部分被丢弃或廉价出售.目前尚不知道误捕对中国水域小型鲸种群影响的程度,但可能是造成数量下降原因之一.  相似文献

目的对中国小型猪空肠弯曲菌进行分离鉴定。方法采集发病小型猪标本,采用细菌学分离培养、生化鉴定、药敏试验、血清学试验、PCR检测等方法进行鉴定,并对细菌的分子生物学特征进行分析。结果分离到1株细菌,经鉴定为空肠弯曲菌(CJp0812)。用空肠弯曲菌flaA基因特异引物对CJp0812细菌的PCR扩增为阳性,经核苷酸序列测定分析证实上述序列与空肠弯曲菌NCTC11168基因序列(GenBank登录号:NC002163)同源性高达99%。结论首次从中国小型猪中分离到了空肠弯曲菌,为进一步研究该菌及开展流行病学调查提供了科学依据。  相似文献

一氧化氮对弱光下小型大白菜幼苗生长及光合作用的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以水培的小型大白菜幼苗为材料,在前期筛选的总氮浓度(5mmol/L)、铵硝配比(10∶90)和中度弱光(95~105μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1))条件下,测定一氧化氮供体(硝普钠,SNP)、抑制剂(L-NAME、NaN_3)和清除剂(Hb)处理8d后小型大白菜幼苗形态指标及光合荧光参数,探讨外源NO参与铵硝营养缓解小型大白菜幼苗遭受弱光胁迫的效应。结果显示:(1)在弱光胁迫条件下,单独SNP、铵硝比液加SNP处理后小型大白菜幼苗地上地下部鲜重、叶面积均与对照CK差异不显著,说明SNP、铵硝比液加SNP处理均可以促进弱光下小型大白菜幼苗的生长,缓解弱光胁迫伤害。(2)铵硝比液中添加NO抑制剂(L-NAME、NaN3)和NO清除剂(Hb)后,小型大白菜幼苗叶面积、地上地下部鲜重、净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、PSⅡ最大光量子产量(Fv/Fm)以及光合电子传递速率(ETR)均不同程度地降低,如L-NAME、NaN3和Hb处理的叶面积较CK分别显著减小15%、24%和40%,其Pn则分别显著减小31.2%、35.8%和56.7%。研究表明,添加NO抑制剂和清除剂处理降低了铵硝营养在弱光下对小型大白菜幼苗生长的缓解效果,从而证明NO参与了铵硝营养缓解弱光胁迫对小型大白菜幼苗光合作用的影响。  相似文献

在植物生长期 ,采用夹日法对放牧扰动下的祁连山北坡山地荒漠草地小型哺乳动物群落多样性空间分布格局进行测度 ,结果表明 :在不同的放牧强度条件下 ,小型哺乳动物群落物种组成、结构和多样性指数受相应影响 ,物种丰富度和多样性指数随放牧压力增加而减小 ,经 Whittaker的相似性指数的聚类分析 ,在相似性指数大于 0 .4的水平上 ,可把研究区小型哺乳动物群落分为被家畜啃食和未被家畜啃食 2个类群。研究结果进一步验证了大型食草动物放牧干扰对改变小型哺乳动物群落结构具有重要作用的假设  相似文献

Aim Identify the taxonomic patterns and the relative importance of particular families of Diptera sampled in comparative biodiversity surveys carried out at seven rain forest locations. We test and quantify the contention that different trapping methods routinely target different families. We identify the south–north (and upland/lowland) patterns and generate a set of hypotheses concerning mechanisms underlying these patterns. Location Australia and Papua New Guinea. Methods A total of 28,647 Diptera collected using canopy knockdown, yellow pan (water) traps and Malaise traps have been sorted to 56 families following these surveys. Comparative analyses across sites from Lamington National Park in south‐east Queensland, Australia to the Kau Wildlife area in Madang Province, Papua New Guinea, of the dipteran assemblages, and separately, of the 14 families which collectively made up 95.8% of the sample, are presented. Results Ordination by multi‐dimensional scaling and analyses of variances showed that the three methods complemented each other in terms of target families and, together, sampled a large proportion of the expected fauna of these sites. Ordinations on a method‐by‐method basis permitted the identification of groups of sites and analyses of variance indicated which taxa differed significantly across these groups. Main conclusions Recurrent patterns and associated hypotheses about their generation emerge from the data. These mirror floristic differences and reflect the biogeographic history of the sites since the Miocene. Clear linkages between the lowland faunas of Papua New Guinea and northern Australia are evident and are reflected in the abundances of the Dolichopodidae, Empididae, Muscidae and Tipulidae (other groupings underlined the essential difference of the New Guinean fauna which had characteristic proportions of Cecidomyiidae, Chironomidae, Dolichopodidae, Phoridae and Psychodidae). A subtropical grouping of families was evident comprising, inter alia, Chloropidae, Mycetophilidae, Drosophilidae and Phoridae which was frequently linked with the higher elevation tropical fauna at Robson's Creek, Atherton Tablelands. The long isolated, high elevation, rain‐forested massif at Eungella, central Queensland often emerged as a unique entity in the analyses, characterized by the high numbers of and proportions of Chironomidae, Psychodidae, Tipulidae and Empididae. This study supports the case for the wider use of Diptera in biodiversity analyses, complementing extensive earlier analyses which have used, predominantly, large coleopteran assemblages. The results indicate the potential power of family‐level analyses at large geographical scales and contribute to the ongoing debate on ‘taxonomic sufficiency’.  相似文献

Following the first recorded introduction of the Old World screwworm fly (OWS), Chrysomya bezziana Villeneuve (Diptera: Calliphoridae), into the Mesopotamia valley in Iraq in September 1996, cases of livestock myiasis caused by OWS developed a distinctly seasonal pattern. The annual cycle of clinical OWS cases is explained here on the basis of environmental variables that affect the different life-cycle stages of C. bezziana. This analysis suggests that low temperatures restricted pupal development during the winter, whereas the dispersal of adult flies was constrained by hot/dry summer conditions. A restricted number of OWS foci persisted throughout the year. In these foci, pupal development was fastest during the autumn months. In autumn, rapid multiplication, lasting several OWS generations, allowed subsequent adult fly dispersal across the valley floor during the winter. Hence, the monthly incidence of clinical OWS cases in livestock peaked during December-January and was lowest during July-August. In addition to temperature and humidity, vegetation cover played a role in OWS distribution. Hence the majority of OWS cases were clustered in the medium density type of vegetation [normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) values of 0.2-0.4] along the main watercourses in the marshy Mesopotamia valley. Although sheep were the host most commonly infested by C. bezziana, local sheep density was not found to be a major factor in disease spread. Satellite imagery and the application of Geographical Information System (GIS) tools were found to be valuable in understanding the distribution of OWS in relation to vegetation and watercourses. The presence of screwworm in Iraq, at the perimeter of the intercontinental OWS distribution, may give rise to major seasonal flare-ups.  相似文献

The Old World bollworm, Helicoverpa armigera (Hubner) (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae), is a globally distributed agricultural and horticultural insect pest. Despite the economic importance of this insect in Ethiopia, its genetic diversity and demographic history are poorly understood. We examined the nucleotide variation of the mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (COI) gene fragment of 74 H. armigera individuals from six collection sites in Ethiopia. We recorded 15 COI haplotypes in H. armigera, ten globally shared and five exclusive to Ethiopia (HaET15, HaET14, HaET10, HaET7, and HaET4). Haplotype HaET1 was the most widely geographically distributed and frequent (71.62%). Analysis of molecular variance (AMOVA) revealed a high and significant level of variation within H. armigera populations (θST  = −0.0135). Negative values of the neutrality test and nonsignificant index of mismatch distribution supported the demographic expansion of H. armigera populations in Ethiopia; furthermore, this was also supported by the nonsignificant values of the sum of squared deviations (SSD) and raggedness index (r). The high genetic variation and population expansion of H. armigera have immense implications for devising locally adapted management strategies in area‐wide integrated pest management IPM programs. However, a comprehensive study of H. armigera genetic diversity and population structure using various molecular markers is needed for future confirmation.  相似文献

Although captive or free-ranging settings offer a more controlled environment for assessing non-human primate laterality, research on wild populations provides evidence of how laterality is affected by natural environmental conditions and, thus may yield potential insights into the evolution of laterality. This study of Sichuan snub-nosed monkeys (Rhinopithecus roxellana) constitutes the first report on asymmetric patterns of early mother-infant interactions among Old World monkeys in the wild. It was found that neonate nipple preference and maternal cradling laterality are both evident on the individual level. Although there is no significant group-level preference direction, the group preference strength on both measures is evident. Moreover, neonate nipple preference is not significantly correlated with maternal cradling laterality on either LBI scores or the direction (LBI scores: r=0.174, p=0.632; direction: r=0.624, p=0.054). Taken together, it is possible to suggest that wild R. roxellana show independent orientation laterality from the first week of life.  相似文献

The integration of molecular biology tools in environmental engineering is a challenge. We discuss our views on the following four critical issues: (i) faculty career development, (ii) tool standardization, (iii) teaching, and (iv) the application of molecular biology tools in practice. For (i), we suggest that administrators and faculty need to understand the special challenges inherent to research and teaching within this highly interdisciplinary area. Furthermore, we suggest preparing two white papers aimed at educating administrators in universities and agencies. For (ii), we conclude that, because molecular biology tools are still in a state of rapid development, proposing standards at this time is premature. In the future, standards for widely applied tools should be in an on-line, peer-reviewed format. Concerning (iii), we believe that molecular biology should be taught only to the degree needed to achieve program goals. For example, environmental engineering practitioners only need to know the vocabulary and basic concepts of molecular biology tools, not be experts at doing them hands on. To help engineering students gain the right level and type of information, learning modules should be developed for them. Finally, although engineering successes applying molecular biology tools are available (iv), the biggest value will come when the tools are fully integrated with practice. Therefore, we encourage the creation of a demonstration project to document the value of applying molecular biology tools in environmental engineering. To assess both the need and potential of different primates for studying human epididymal function, the ultrastructure of the epididymis in several New and Old World monkeys has been compared with that of man. Sexually mature monkeys of six species were used; three talapoin monkeys, two pig-tail macaques, one patas monkey, one capuchin, one spider monkey, and four common marmosets. Samples of human epididymis were obtained from men undergoing vasectomy. Tissue was examined by light and electron microscopy and observations were quantified using image analysis. The primate epididymis displayed several ultrastructural features not observed in other mammals. These included the presence of small membrane-bound granules in the infranuclear cytoplasm of principal cells, and a close association of blood capillaries with the basal lamina and mitochondria-rich cells. Differences were apparent in the number and volume of organelles in principal cells from different regions of the epididymis and between species. Epididymal tissue in man showed a much greater ultrastructural diversity than that of monkeys. The significance of these results is discussed in relation to the need for an animal model for studying the primate epididymis.  相似文献

The Old World screwworm fly (OWS), Chrysomya bezziana Villeneuve (Diptera: Calliphoridae), is a myiasis‐causing blowfly of major concern for both animals and humans. Surveillance traps are used in several countries for early detection of incursions and to monitor control strategies. Examination of surveillance trap catches is time‐consuming and is complicated by the presence of morphologically similar flies that are difficult to differentiate from Ch. bezziana, especially when the condition of specimens is poor. A molecular‐based method to confirm or refute the presence of Ch. bezziana in trap catches would greatly simplify monitoring programmes. A species‐specific real‐time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay was designed to target the ribosomal DNA internal transcribed spacer 1 (rDNA ITS1) of Ch. bezziana. The assay uses both species‐specific primers and an OWS‐specific Taqman® MGB probe. Specificity was confirmed against morphologically similar and related Chrysomya and Cochliomyia species. An optimal extraction protocol was developed to process trap catches of up to 1000 flies and the assay is sensitive enough to detect one Ch. bezziana in a sample of 1000 non‐target species. Blind testing of 29 trap catches from Australia and Malaysia detected Ch. bezziana with 100% accuracy. The probability of detecting OWS in a trap catch of 50 000 flies when the OWS population prevalence is low (one in 1000 flies) is 63.6% for one extraction. For three extractions (3000 flies), the probability of detection increases to 95.5%. The real‐time PCR assay, used in conjunction with morphology, will greatly increase screening capabilities in surveillance areas where OWS prevalence is low.  相似文献

Chloroplast DNA restriction site variation was examined for 35 taxa in theVernonieae and four outgroup tribes, using 17 restriction enzymes mapped for ca. 900 restriction sites per species; 139 mutations were found to be phylogenetically informative. Phylogenetic trees were constructed using Wagner and weighted parsimony, and evaluated by bootstrap and decay analyses. Relationships of Old and New World taxa indicate complex geographical relationships; there was no clear geographic separation by hemisphere. The relationships between Old and New World Vernonias found here support prior morphological analyses. The sister group to all New and most Old World taxa was composed of a small group of Old World species including yellow-flowered, trinervate-leaved species previously postulated to be basal in the tribe. The majority of both New and Old World taxa are derived from a lineage beginning with the monotypic genusStokesia, an endemic of the southeastern United States. The genusVernonia was also found to be paraphyletic within both the New and Old World. Available data do not support either the separation ofVernonia or the tribeVernonieae into geographically distinct lineages. The pattern of relationships within theVernonieae for taxa from North America, Asia, Africa, Central and South America is most similar to that of several other groups of both plants and animals with a boreotropical origin, rather than an origin in Gondwanaland. Such a pattern of distribution suggests more ancient vicariant events than are routinely postulated for theAsteraceae.  相似文献

中国传统文化中蕴含着极其丰富的生态智慧,天人合一是这些传统文化的核心思想,天就是大自然,人就是人类,天人合一就是人类与大自然的合一。云南丽江古城水系的设计、管理和保护就是这些传统生态智慧在现代文明社会中的延续,为当今人们解决日益严峻的生态危机提供了极其宝贵而深刻的启示。古城的选址充分考虑了地形地貌、方位朝向和水系分布的特点,环山抱水的空间格局蕴含着深刻的生态智慧;古城的建筑、街巷与水系密切结合,形成了变化丰富的临水模式;依据古城地势和水系的特点,古城人们开创了独特并且延续至今的洗街文化;发达的水系造就了众多的桥梁,同时也产生了独特的桥市文化;以三眼井为代表的用水、护水民俗,蕴含着丰富的水管理智慧。面对当前旅游业迅猛发展所造成的水环境压力,古城管理部门借鉴传统的生态智慧,效仿古人的用水、护水方法,采取了一系列的调控和保护措施,古城水系的水质、水量得到了很大的改善和提高,例如:城市的污水处理率已由2008年的45.20%上升到2012年的86.82%,古城下游的水质也由2010年的劣Ⅴ类上升为2014年的Ⅲ类。中国传统生态智慧体现了人与自然之间和谐共存、共同发展的关系,具有十分重要的现实意义。  相似文献

Abstract.  Fly larvae were collected from 181 cases of traumatic myiasis in livestock in 10 regions of four countries in the Middle East Gulf region: Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia and Oman. The predominant fly species responsible for cases was the Old World screwworm (OWS) fly, Chrysomya bezziana Villeneuve (Diptera: Calliphoridae). In cases from Iran and Oman, which included non-OWS fly species, OWS fly was found solely responsible for 67.6% of cases and jointly with other fly species for a further 12.7% of cases. The major hosts were sheep and goats, together comprising 84.6% of the total, which reflects their predominance among the livestock of these Gulf countries. The major site of wounding on sheep and goats was the tail (40.3%), followed by female genitalia (14.0%). The 3' terminal 715 nucleotides of the mitochondrial cytochrome b gene were sequenced for 178 larvae of OWS. Five haplotypes were identified: three had been recorded previously in the region (two were common throughout and one was unique to Oman), and two were newly identified, one from southern Iraq and the other from Saudi Arabia, both in regions sampled for the first time. The haplotypes varied from one another only at one or two nucleotide sites, equivalent to an intraspecific difference of 0.14–0.28% across the entire 715-bp fragment. There was a single statistically significant association between host species and haplotype in Saudi Arabia, a first such record for OWS fly. The small degree of genetic diversity between geographical populations of OWS fly within the Gulf region suggests that a single Gulf colony could be used to implement the sterile insect technique within an integrated control programme.  相似文献
