通过研究燕尾蕨属(Cheiropleuria C.Presl)植物的标本和文献,对过去国内标本馆及文献中有关燕尾蕨属植物的报道进行了订正,确认中国产燕尾蕨属植物2种,即广泛分布在我国华南地区的全缘燕尾蕨(C.integrifolia)和仅产海南的燕尾蕨(C.bicuspis)。  相似文献

通过检查藏南翠雀花Delphinium nortonii 的主模式标本,发现《中国植物志》、《西藏植物志》和《Flora of China》中对该种的鉴定和描述有误。该种的花的退化雄蕊黑褐色,属于翠雀亚属的密花翠雀花组subgen. Delphinastrum sect. Elatopsis, 而上述几种植物志中长1以来将其置于退化雄蕊为蓝色或蓝紫色的翠雀组sect. Delphinastrum中。这几种植物志中记载的D. nortonii 实际上代表一个新种,即李恒翠雀花D. lihengianum。  相似文献

发现根据甘肃南部标本描述的毛茛科狭序翠雀花(Delphinium angustipaniculatum W.T.Wang)与此前记载分布于甘肃南部和四川北部的松潘翠雀花(D.sutchuenense Franch.)属于同一种植物,故将前者处理为后者的异名。讨论了松潘翠雀花与其可能的近缘种秦岭翠雀花(D.giraldii Diels)和疏花翠雀花(D.sparsiflorum Maxim.)的形态区别。  相似文献

广布于中国-喜马拉雅地区的毛茛科光序翠雀花(Delphinium kamaonense Huth)在我国甘肃、青海、四川和西藏具有相当连续的分布区,在分布区内颇为常见,几为杂草。通过标本室和野外观察,发现根据西藏波密、察隅标本描述的展毛光序翠雀花[D. kamaonense var. glabrescens(W. T. Wang)W. T. Wang]和根据西藏类乌齐标本描述的倒心形翠雀花(D. obcordatilimbum W. T. Wang)与光序翠雀花没有本质区别,故将二者均处理为光序翠雀花的异名。  相似文献

研究了12种乌头属Aconitum L.和18种翠雀属Delphinium L.植物的染色体。在12种乌头属植物中,除粗花乌头A.crassiflorum为四倍体(2n=4x=32)外,其他种类都为二倍体(2n=2x=16),中甸乌头 A.piepunense中有B染色体存在,牛扁亚属Aconitum subgen.Lycoctonum的二倍体植物与乌头亚属Aconitum subgen.Aconitum 植物的染色体在大小和形态上有明显区别;所有18种翠雀属植物都为二倍体(2n=2x=16),其染色体在大小和形态上极为相似,但与乌头亚属的染色体易于区别。翠雀属植物的核型不对称性程度明显高于乌头属植物,因此从染色体证据来看,翠雀属要比乌头属进化。  相似文献

通过标本室和野外观察,发现根据云南西北部德钦标本描述的拟澜沧翠雀花(Delphinium pseudothibeticum W.T.WangM.J.Warnock)与同样根据德钦标本描述的短角萼翠雀花(D.ceratophorum Franch.var.brevicorniculatum W.T.Wang)属于同一植物,故将前者处理为后者的异名;而根据德钦标本描述的磨顶山("磨顶"应为德钦县羊拉乡茂顶,故"磨顶山"实应为"茂顶山")翠雀花(D.motingshanicum W.T.WangM.J.Warnock)和粗距蓝翠雀花(D.caeruleum Jacq.ex Camb.var.crassicalcaratum W.T.WangM.J.Warnock)均与云南西北部颇为常见的宽距翠雀花(D.beesianum W.W.Smith)属于同一植物(磨顶山翠雀花为宽距翠雀花的高大个体),故将磨顶山翠雀花和粗距蓝翠雀花均处理为宽距翠雀花的异名。  相似文献

Seven diterpenoid alkaloids were isolated from the aerial parts of Delphinium grandiflorum L., including six known ones as anhweidelphinine (Ⅰ), 14-dehydrodelcosine (Ⅱ), delsoline (Ⅲ), methyllycaconitine (Ⅳ), lycoctonine (Ⅴ) and delphatine (Ⅵ). The compound Ⅶ, which is now referred to as grandiflorine, is a new alkaloid and its structure was determined by means of spectral analysis and chemical transformation as well.  相似文献

Cytology of 12 species in Aconitum L. and of 18 species in Delphinium L. of the tribe Delphineae (Ranunculaceae) from China have been investigated. Only A. crassiflorum is a tetraploid with the chromosome number of 2n = 32, and all the other Aconitum species studied are diploids with 2n = 16. In A. piepunense, up to six B-chromosomes were observed. All the Delphinium species are diploids with 2n = 16; their karyotypes are very similar among the species, and are distinctly distinguishable from those of Aconitum species with respect to the chromosome size, chromosome morphology and karyotype asymmetry. From a cytological view, Delphinium seems to be more advanced than Aconitum, as the karyotypes in Delphinium are more asymmetric than those in Aconi-tum.  相似文献

The growth of axillary shoots was initiated on nodal stem segments, excised from aseptically grown seedlings of Gentiana acaulis L., G. cruciata L., G. lutea L. and G. purpurea L. In later subcultures, a basal callus tissue developed on the shoots, giving rise to de novo formed buds. Optimum benzyladenine and indoleacetic acid combinations for shoot development were established. They were slightly different in the four species. From 35-70% of shoots rooted spontaneously, except in G. lutea, in which adventitious roots were induced by applying naphthaleneacetic acid. It was conduded that the four Gentiana species were amenable to propagation in vitro. This revised version was published online in June 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献
