In our previous paper, it was reported that peimine, peiminine and a new alkaloid, Zhebeinine, were isolated from the bulbs of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. In consecutive investigation of the plant, an additional new alkloid, 5α, 14α-cevanine-3β-hydroxy-6-one, named zhebei rine(2) and a known eduardine (1) were isolated and the structure of zhebeirine was determined on the basis of spectral analysis. Eduardine(1) was firstly isolated from the bulbs.  相似文献

Three new compounds, including two new sesquiterpenes ( 1–2 ), named Annuumine E−F, and one new natural product, 3-hydroxy-2,6-dimethylbenzenemethanol ( 3 ), together with seventeen known compounds ( 4–20 ) were isolated from the ethanol extract of the roots of Capsicum annuum L. Among them, five compounds ( 4 , 5 , 9 , 10 and 20 ) were isolated from this plant for the first time. The structures of new compounds ( 1–3 ) were determined via detailed analysis of the IR, HR-ESI-MS and 1D and 2D NMR spectra. The anti-inflammatory activities of the isolated compounds were evaluated by their ability to reduce NO release by LPS-induced RAW 264.7 cells. Notably, compound 11 exhibited moderate anti-inflammatory activity (IC50=21.11 μM). Moreover, the antibacterial activities of the isolated compounds were also evaluated.  相似文献

Four new myoinhibitory peptides were isolated and identified from the ventral nerve cord of adult Manduca sexta. The new peptides are related to two previously identified myoinhibitory peptides also isolated from adult M. sexta, Mas-MIP I and Mas-MIP II. The sequences of the new peptides are APEKWAAFHGSWamide (Mas-MIP III), GWNDMSSAWamide (Mas-MIP IV), GWQDMSSAWamide (Mas-MIP V), and AWSALHGAWamide (Mas-MIP VI). Mas-MIPs III-VI were found to inhibit spontaneous peristalsis of the adult M. sexta anterior hindgut (ileum) in vitro.  相似文献

To search for new and bioactive minor components from traditional Chinese medicines, a new compound, named jujuphenoside (1), was isolated from the seeds of Ziziphusjujuba var. spinosa (Bunge)Hu. The structure of jujuphenoside was elucidated by spectral and chemical methods, particularly twodimensional nuclear magnetic resonance analysis. Together with the new compound, 22 known compounds were also isolated and identified from the seeds of Z. jujuba var. spinosa, among which, epiceanothic acid (2) was first obtained from natural resources, whereas compounds 7-16 were first obtained from this plant.  相似文献

γ-Harmine, a new carboline alkaloid isolated from Peganum harmala L. (Zygophylaceae), has been shown to be 7-methoxy-4-methyl-γ-carboline (Ⅵ) according to its color reaction and spectral analyses. Fruits of Pongamia pinnata afforded four new furanoflavonoids, pongapinnol A-D (1-4), and a new coumestan, pongacoumestan (5) along with thirteen known compounds 6-18. Compounds 16 and 17 are isolated for the first time from this plant. The structures of isolated compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data interpretation.  相似文献

Bioassay-directed fractionation of the cytotoxicity active fraction of the whole plant from Solanum lyratum led to the isolation of a new steroidal saponin, diosgenin 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosiduronic acid methyl ester (2), as well as four known compounds, diosgenin (1), diosgenin 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosiduronic acid (3), diosgenin 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosiduronic acid (4), diosgenin 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucuroniduronic acid methyl ester (5). The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated on the basis of their spectral data and chemical evidences. Compound 1 was isolated for the first time from this plant, and compound 3 was isolated as a new natural product. Cytotoxic activities of the isolated compounds were evaluated and the cytotoxicities of compounds 2-5 reported for the first time.  相似文献

Three new 1-thioglycosides namely methylthiomethyl 1-thio-beta-D-glucopyranoside (Afrostyraxthioside A), methylsulfonylmethyl 1-thio-beta-D-glucopyranoside (Afrostyraxthioside B) and methylsulfonylmethylthiomethyl 1-thio-beta-D-glucopyranoside (Afrostyraxthioside C) were isolated from the seeds of Afrostyrax lepidophyllus Mildbr. Their structures were mainly elucidated by using one- and two-dimensional NMR and mass spectroscopies and also by an efficient one-step synthesis. Moreover, Afrostyraxthiosides A, B and C constitute a new subclass of 1-thioglycosides isolated from natural sources.  相似文献

The present study compared the genetic characteristics of three previously unclassified acholeplasmas of plant origin with those of the eight established species ofAcholeplasma. A radiolabeled DNA probe was derived from the lemon (L1) strain acholeplasma by using the nick translation method and hybridized to the excess unlabeled DNA isolated from the eight established species ofAcholeplasma and three new isolates from plants. Nucleic acid hydridization and serological tests confirmed that the L1 acholeplasma was distinct from all eight established species ofAcholeplasma but closely related to strains isolated from the flowers of grapefruit trees (GF1) and powder puff plants (PP2). The results suggest that these new acholeplasmas isolated exclusively from plants may represent a new species ofAcholeplasma.  相似文献

We have established a new 4 stage epiblast isolation method from whole bovine cloned blastocysts without using immunosurgery. The new “peeling” method consists of dissolution of the zona pellucida (first stage), elimination of mural trophoblast (second stage), isolation of primitive endoderm and epiblast from polar trophoblast (third stage), and isolation of epiblast from primitive endoderm (fourth stage). The bovine cloned blastocyst consists of 4 different types of cells showing abundant alkaline phosphatase activity. The epiblast origin of isolated cells was confirmed by in vitro differentiation of isolated cells to tubulin β3-positive neurons and by embryoid body formation. The bovine cloned blastocyst origin of isolated epiblasts was confirmed by microsatellite analysis and mitochondrial DNA sequencing analysis. This new method might accelerate establishment of somatic cell nuclear transfer derived embryonic stem cell lines from bovine and other mammals.  相似文献

To search for new and bioactive constituents from traditional Chinese medicines, a new steroidal saponin, named vernonioside G (1), was isolated from the roots of Vernonia cumingiana Benth. (Compositae). The structure of vernonioside G was elucidated using spectral methods, particularly two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance analysis. Together with the new compound, eight known compounds were also isolated and identified from the roots of V. cumingiana, among which, VE-1 (2) and 24-methylenelanost-9(11)- en-3β-ol acetate (3) were assigned NMR data for the first time and compound 3 was obtained as a natural product from a plant for the first time.  相似文献

Two new streptothricins (1 and 2) and a new streptothricin acid derivative (3), all with the carbamoyl group substituted at C-12 of the gulosamine moiety, together with the known N(β)-acetylstreptothricin D acid (4), have been isolated from the culture broth of Streptomyces sp. I08A 1776. The structures of the new compounds were determined by MS, CD, and 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic data analysis. The isolated compounds were evaluated for antibacterial and antifungal activities. Streptothricin E (6) showed potent activity against the clinically isolated extensively drug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis with MIC values of 0.25-0.5μg/mL.  相似文献

Seven flavonoids, including two new natural products, were isolated from an ethanol extract of the bark of Maclura tinctoria (L.) Gaud. The new compounds are steppogenin 4'-O-beta-D-glucoside and orobol 5,3'-di-O-methyl-8-C-glucoside. Orobol, steppogenin, aromadendrin, dihydromorin and orobol 7-O-beta-D-glucoside were also isolated.  相似文献

Two new furanoflavonoids (1, 2), one new chalcone dimer (3) along with six known compounds, chrysophanol, 5-O-methyl squarrosin, 5-methoxy furano[4',5',6,7]flavone, calodenone, lophirone A and lophirone H were isolated from the ethyl acetate-soluble fraction of methanol extract of root bark of Ochna squarrosa. Chrysophanol, calodenone, lophirone A and lophirone H were isolated from this plant for the first time. The structures of all the isolated compounds were confirmed by 1D and 2D spectroscopic data. These compounds were tested for analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity. All the new compounds showed good analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity. A simple and facile method for the cleavage of benzyl ethers using I(2) in trigol is also reported.  相似文献

Uraline, a new norditerpenoid alkaloid, was isolated from aerial parts of Delphinium uralense. The structure of 1alpha,7,8-trihydroxy-6beta,14alpha,16beta-trimethoxy-18-N-(2-methyl)succinylanthranoyloxyaconane was ascribed to the new compound on the basis of 1H and 13C NMR, IR, and mass spectra. The known alkaloids methyllycaconitine and delcorine were also isolated from the plant.  相似文献

In our search for new fusicoccins of unique diterpene glucosides from Phomopsis amygdali, we found that a fragrant substance was formed in the early stage of fusicoccin fermentation. This fragrant constituent was isolated and identified as (+)-menthol, which is a novel fungal metabolite as the enantiomer of well-known peppermint (-)-menthol. (+)-7-Hydroxymenthol and new (+)-(6S)-hydroxymenthol were also isolated and identified as fungal metabolites. In addition, p-menthanetriol, which has been reported as the first fungal monoterpene from the fungus, was also isolated. The possible biosynthetic relationship of these metabolites is discussed.  相似文献
