本文研究了我国东南沿海七省中15种土类60科植物根区278份土样中908个种次AM真菌的地域分布规律。本区土壤区带和气候区域的分带基本一致,共分为五个土壤气候带。AM真菌5个属中球囊霉属在所有区带均为优势属,其出现率由北至南稍呈下降趋势;硬囊霉属则与之相反,由北向南总体上呈上升趋势;无梗囊霉属、巨囊霉属和盾巨囊霉属无明显地域规律。AM真菌某些种也有不同的分布规律。  相似文献

在对西藏高原北部针茅草地根围土壤中的丛枝菌根(AM)真菌种类分离鉴定基础上,研究了藏北针茅草地的土壤质地、pH、有机质和有效磷含量对AM真菌孢子密度、分离频度、相对多度、重要值、物种多样性指数和均匀度的影响.结果表明: 针茅草地根围土壤中共分离鉴定出AM真菌3属15种,其中,球囊霉属9种、无梗囊霉属6种、盾巨孢囊霉属1种.球囊霉属和无梗囊霉属为藏北针茅草地AM真菌的优势属;近明球囊霉和光壁无梗囊霉为藏北高寒草原针茅属植物根围AM真菌的优势种.不同质地土壤中AM真菌孢子密度、分离频度、相对多度和重要值均表现出球囊霉属>无梗囊霉属>盾巨孢囊霉属的趋势;土壤pH值对AM真菌种群组成无明显影响,球囊霉属和无梗囊霉属真菌分离频度、相对多度和重要值随土壤pH升高而增加,盾巨孢囊霉属则呈现相反趋势;不同土壤有机质含量范围内,AM真菌孢子密度等各项指标均呈球囊霉属>无梗囊霉属>盾巨孢囊霉属,而AM真菌属的分布没有明显规律;土壤有效磷含量对AM真菌种丰度和孢子密度影响较小.研究区域内AM真菌物种多样性指数和均匀度随着土壤有效磷含量升高而增加.  相似文献

对西藏高原37种草地植物(建群种或常见种)70个带根土样的AM真菌进行了研究.结果表明:1)在所分离到的5属35种AM真菌中,球囊霉属、无梗囊霉属、盾巨孢囊霉属真菌分别为18、9、6种,内养囊霉属、类球囊霉属各1种.其中,藏南、藏北草原AM真菌分别为4属23种、4属22种,Shannon指数分别为2.31和2.75,但藏北草原AM真菌孢子密度、种的丰度显著高于藏南.2)不同生态区域AM真菌呈共有种较少、特有种较多、优势种差异较大的分布特征.3)高寒草原、山地草甸、高寒草甸草原AM真菌Shannon指数分别为1.91、1.83、1.80,呈严重退化态势的温性草原仅为1.64;海拔4000~4600 m地带,种的丰度最高,海拔4600~5220 m 地带,真菌Shannon指数和物种均匀度最高,分别为2.42和0.79;4)球-囊霉属真菌在不同海拔段均为优势属,但在海拔<4000 m地带相对多度较高;无梗囊霉属主要分布于海拔>4000 m地带;盾巨孢囊霉属主要分布于海拔3500~5220 m地带;类球囊霉属主要见于海拔4000~5220 m的藏北高寒草甸草原,少量见于高寒草原环境;内养囊霉属仅见于海拔3500~3700 m的藏南温性草原.  相似文献

2015年7月在甘肃安西极旱荒漠国家级自然保护区采集膜果麻黄Ephedra przewalskii、红砂Reaumuria songarica、合头草Sympegma regelii、泡泡刺Nitraria sphaerocarpa和珍珠猪毛菜Salsola passerine 5种典型荒漠植物根区土壤样品,分析了植物种类对arbuscular mycorrhiza(AM)真菌群落组成和生态分布的影响。在分离的7属45种AM真菌中包括无梗囊霉属Acaulospora 17种,球囊霉属Glomus 13种,这两属是5种植物共同优势属;盾巨孢囊霉属Scutellospora 5种,管柄囊霉属Funneliformis 4种,根内根生囊霉属Rhizophagus 3种,近明囊霉属Claroideoglomus 2种,多孢囊霉属Diversispora1种。主成分分析研究说明5种植物根区AM真菌群落组成和物种多样性差异显著。结果表明,植物种类对AM真菌群落组成和分布特征影响显著。  相似文献

通过对陕西安塞、绥德、横山和榆林等4个不同生态条件下柠条锦鸡儿(Caragana korshinskii)AM真菌多样性和生态分布研究,共分离出4属11种AM真菌,其中球囊霉属(Glomus)5种,无梗囊霉属(Acaulospora)3种,巨孢囊霉属(Gigaspom)1种和盾巨孢囊霉属(Scutellospora)2种。结果表明,缩球囊霉(G.constrictum)和摩西球囊霉(G.mosseae)是柠条锦鸡儿的优势种;不同AM真菌种类出现的生境不同,如刺无梗囊霉(A.spinosa)和美丽盾巨孢囊霉(S.calospora)只出现在绥德,浅窝无梗囊霉(A.lacunosa)仅出现在横山,而易误巨孢囊霉(Gi.decipiens)和红色盾巨孢囊霉(S.erythropa)仅发生在延安样地。AM真菌定殖率及孢子密度与样地生态条件密切相关,泡囊定殖率和孢子密度在绥德最高,丛枝定殖率在榆林最高。采样深度对AM真菌定殖率和孢子密度有显著影响,最大孢子密度发生在10~20cm土层;而AM真菌定殖率在0~10cm或20~30cm土层有最大值。孢子密度与泡囊定殖率呈正相关,与丛枝定殖率呈负相关。孢子密度与土壤有机质、速效P、速效K和Cl含量呈负相关;泡囊定殖率与土壤pH呈正相关,而与土壤湿度、速效K和Cl^-含量呈负相关。  相似文献

由我国东、南沿海七省278个土样中的908个AM真菌种次分析了AM真菌属和种的分布和7种环境因子的关系。球囊霉属在各种环境下均占绝对多数,巨囊霉属+盾巨囊霉属则为最少。球囊霉属在各pH水平土壤中分布较均匀。而其它四属主要出现在pH低于7的土壤中。摩西球囊霉C.mosseae(Nocol.&Gerd.)Gerdemann&Trappe在pH低于5的土壤中仍能发现。所有五属AM真菌的出现率都随土壤有机质含量增高而减少,但在有机质含量小于1.5%时出现率均稍低于1.5-3.0%;地球囊霉G.geosporum(Nicolsom&Gerdemann)Walker的孢子数与属的规律相同,而台湾球囊霉G.formosanumWu&Chen和弯丝硬囊霉SclerocystissinuosaGerdemann&Bakshi则在有机质含量小于15%时数量最少。五属在不同速效磷含量土壤中的出现没有明显规律;而不同菌种对土壤含磷量有不同反应。无梗囊霉属随土壤中铁含量增加而减少其出现率;而硬囊霉属在铁含量大于15mg/kg时出现率均较多,摩西球囊霉在高于25mg/kg的土壤中明显减少而台湾球囊霉则多见于25~40mg/kg的土壤中。在15个土类中,无梗囊霉属和硬囊霉属主要分布在赤红壤和砖红壤中,前者在水稻土中也较多;台湾球囊霉主要在红壤和赤红壤中,而细四无梗囊霉A.scrobiculataTrappe则在潮土和棕壤中  相似文献

 对云南省西双版纳地区17种龙脑香科树种根系丛枝菌根(Arbuscular mycorrhiza, AM)真菌的定居情况进行了调查,并对根围土壤中AM真菌进行了分离和鉴定。结果表明,调查根样均有不同程度的菌根感染,感染率最高可达40%,调查揭示了西双版纳地区龙脑香科植物在自然条件下可形成丛枝菌根。初步从龙脑香科植物根际土壤中分离、鉴定出32种AM真菌,隶属于无梗囊霉属(Acaulospora)、球囊霉属(Glomus)、原囊霉属(Achaeospora)、拟球囊霉属(Paraglomus)和盾巨孢囊霉属(Scutellospora),其中,无梗囊霉属和球囊霉属真菌为西双版纳地区龙脑香科植物AM真菌优势类群。  相似文献

为了探明我国新疆、甘肃河西走廊等西北干旱区丛枝菌根(AM)真菌的资源与分布, 我们调查了荒漠、草原、针阔叶混交林、草甸和绿洲农田5种植被类型中AM真菌类群分布特征, 以及不同生态因子对AM真菌多样性特征的影响。在西北干旱区的26科60种植物的根区土壤中, 共分离鉴定出AM真菌6属40种, 其中35个鉴定到种, 5个鉴定到属。在调查区域内球囊霉属(Glomus)为优势属, G. claroideum为优势菌种。AM真菌在不同植被类型中的发生和分布规律明显不同: 内养囊霉属(Entrophospora)只在荒漠中有分布, 类球囊霉属(Paraglomus)在绿洲农田和荒漠中有分布, 原囊霉属(Archaeospora)在草原、荒漠和绿洲农田中分布, 盾巨孢囊霉属(Scutellospora)在草甸、针阔叶混交林和草原中有分布。研究观察到在绿洲农田和草甸中AM真菌的物种多样性指数高于其他植被类型, 这反映出在干旱区土壤水分条件可能是AM真菌发生和分布的重要制约因素。  相似文献

甘蔗是广西重要的糖料作物,本研究通过建立克隆文库、土壤养分分析和根样染色等方法测定了33个采样点3种土壤类型(赤红壤,红壤,砖红壤)下甘蔗根系AM真菌多样性及其与土壤因子的关系。结果表明,3种土壤类型的甘蔗根系共鉴定出6科6属11种AM真菌,AM真菌各属频度存在明显差异,其中球囊霉属的频度值最高,在33个根系样品中有32个存在该属,为广西甘蔗根系AM真菌的优势属,而类球囊霉属、无梗囊霉属、近明球囊霉属、多样孢囊霉属和盾巨孢囊霉属5个属为稀有属。3种土壤类型的甘蔗根系均发现有球囊霉属和盾巨孢囊霉属;近明球囊霉属、无梗囊霉属和类球囊霉属仅在赤红壤的甘蔗根系中出现;而多样孢囊霉属仅在在赤红壤和砖红壤的甘蔗根系中出现。土壤的pH与AM菌根侵染率呈显著正相关,而有机质、总N、有效P、交换性Mg2+与AM菌根侵染率均呈负相关。本研究表明,自然条件下甘蔗根系具有相对丰富的AM真菌类群,这些AM真菌可能在甘蔗生长过程中发挥着重要的生态功能。  相似文献

从贵州省内烟区不同土壤生态环境下采集烟草根际土样,湿筛离心法分离丛枝菌根(AM)真菌孢子,鉴定出烟草AM真菌4属20种,其中球囊霉属9种,无梗囊霉属7种,巨孢囊霉属3种,盾巨孢囊霉属1种。从土壤样品DNA中扩增AM真菌特异性片段并采用DGGE技术对AM真菌多样性进行分析。测序结果显示烟草根际土壤中菌根真菌主要菌群为球囊霉属,与湿筛离心法的鉴定结果一致。为进一步研究贵州地区AM真菌多样性以及开发应用提供了依据。  相似文献

Species turnover, or beta diversity, has been predicted to decrease with increasing latitude, but few studies have tested this relationship. Here, we examined the beta diversity–latitude relationship for vascular plants at a continental scale, based on complete species lists of native vascular plants for entire states or provinces in North America (north of Mexico). We calculated beta diversity as the slope of the relationship between the natural logarithm of the Jaccard index (ln J ) for families, genera or species, and both geographic distance and climate difference within five latitude zones. We found that beta diversity decreased from south to north; within latitude zones, it decreased from species to genera and families. Geographic and climatic distance explained about the same proportion of the variance in ln J in zones south of c. 50°N. North of this latitude, nearly all the explained variance in ln J was attributable to geographic distance. Therefore, decreasing beta diversity from south to north reflects decreasing climate differentiation within more northerly latitude zones, and primarily post-glacial dispersal limitation north of 50°N.  相似文献

本试验比较了我国各棉区棉铃虫Helicoverpa armzgcra(Hubner)种群幼虫期和蛹期发育速度与温度的关系,并模拟了长江流域种群和华北种群在北京地区的发育动态。研究结果表明在20℃~30℃温区内不同地理种群之间的发育速度无明显的感温分化现象,但在自然条件下长江流域种群和华北地区种群的蛹滞育动态则有显著的区别,如湖南衡阳种群和四川简阳种群50%蛹滞育的时间较北京种群晚30d和22d。对各地理种群发育动态、北京地区气候特点和滞育蛹越冬试验结果的综合分析表明,北京地区应为棉铃虫温带生态型生态区北界,棉铃虫亚热带生态型在华北气候环境下不能完成年生活史。  相似文献

解析区域土壤碳氮磷元素的生态化学计量特征的空间分异格局有助于土壤养分的综合管理与利用。运用传统统计学和地统计学分析方法,以河北省为例分析了中温-暖温带表土(0—30cm)碳氮磷元素的生态化学计量特征的空间变异性及影响因素。结果显示:(1)土壤有机碳(SOC)、全氮(TSN)、全磷(TSP)其摩尔比率的变异系数均介于0.1—1之间,表明其在空间上存在中等程度的变异性。此外,C∶N的变异系数较小,表明C∶N较稳定。(2)表土TSP和C∶N具有小范围、强烈的空间自相关性,SOC、TSN、C∶P和N∶P具有较大范围、中等程度的空间自相关性,结构性因素是土壤碳氮磷含量及其摩尔比率空间变异的主要影响因素。从空间分布规律来看,表土碳氮磷含量及其摩尔比率均没有呈现明显的递增或递减的变化规律,SOC、TSN、C∶P和N∶P具有相同的空间分布趋势,高值区主要分布在冀北地区,分布面积较小,低值区分布范围较广;C∶N的高值区零星分布在冀北地区,TSP的高值区和低值区呈现斑块状分布。(3)土壤C∶N、C∶P和N∶P受到土壤理化性状、土地利用方式、人类扰动、气候及地形等因素的调控。此外,不同气候带的C∶N、C∶P和N∶P也存在一定的差异,研究区土壤C∶N与高寒带较接近,同时与其他气候带没有显著的差异;C∶P和N∶P与温带沙漠区较接近,与其余气候带存在显著的差异性,说明不同气候带之间的C∶N较C∶P和N∶P稳定。  相似文献

根据高黎贡山地形和气候变化,将其分为南、中、北三段。通过查阅文献、访谈和野外调查,在该地区共记录到21种雉类。分布在海拔2500m以上的仅有9种,占45%;在海拔2500m以下的地域分布有雉类17种,占85%。北段有雉类13种,中段有11种,南段有12种。其中北、中、南段均有分布的仅有3种,北段和中段共有种为9种,中段和南段共有种为5种,北段和南段共有种也是5种。结果表明雉类多样性随海拔升高而降低,北段高于南段。生境破坏与狩猎是该区雉类生存的主要威胁因子。加强管理,恢复和建立生境走廊,加强宣传教育和执法力度以及开展观鸟旅游,可使该区雉类得到更好的保护。  相似文献

Herbaceous and woody plants represent different fuel types in flammable ecosystems, due to contrasting patterns of growth and flammability in response to productivity (moisture availability). However, other factors, such as soil type, fire regimes and competitive interactions may also influence the relative composition of herbaceous and woody plants within a community. The Mediterranean climate region of south eastern Australia is transitional between two contrasting fuel systems; herbaceous dominated in the dry north, versus woody plant dominated shrublands in the relatively moist south. Across the rainfall gradient of the region, there are confounded changes in dominant soil types and fire frequency. We used model-subset selection using Akaike’s Information Criterion to examine potential driving mechanisms of community compositional change from herbaceous (e.g. Triodia scariosa, Austrostipa sp.) to woody plants (e.g. Beyeria opaca, Leptospermum coriaceum, Acacia ligulata) by measuring relative cover across combinations of rainfall, time since the last fire (TSF) and soil type. We examined the relative influence of environmental versus competitive interactions on determining the cover of perennial hummock grass, T. scariosa, and co-occurring woody shrubs. Rainfall and soil types, rather than competition, were the over-arching determinants of the relative cover of grasses and shrubs. Given the sensitivity to rainfall, our results indicate there is strong potential for the nature of fuel, flammability and fire regimes to be altered in the future via climate change in this region.  相似文献

Indigenous fruit tree species such as tamarind (Tamarindus indica L.) in African sub‐Saharan traditionally act to build resilience into the farming system in terms of food security, income generation and ecosystem stability. Therefore, increasing our knowledge on their ecology and distribution is a priority. Tamarind is mainly grown for the fruits but is also a valuable timber species. The fruit pulp has a high content of vitamin B and is eaten fresh or made into jam, chutney, juice or sweets. Flowers, leaves and seeds are also edible and used in a variety of dishes. The main objective of this study is to evaluate actual density of tamarind in Senegal and the climate change effects on its distribution for better conservation strategies. Tamarind's distribution and density around villages were recorded and modelled in different agro‐ecological zones in Senegal using transect method and under current and future climates. Distribution under two future climate scenarios were modelled using four climate models and three time slices (2020, 2050 and 2080). Results show a decreasing gradient in tree density (from 7 to 1 trees km?2) from the Sudano agro‐ecological zone (in the south) to the Sahel (in the north). Future climate predictions show that although tamarind distribution will increase in the north‐west and south of the country in 2020; by 2050, the area identified as suitable for its growth will be greatly reduced. Areas in the north‐west basin appear to be an important refugia for the species under future climate conditions. However, density around villages in this area was found to be relatively low indicating that this could lead to problems of poor connectivity and inbreeding depression. This region should therefore be highlighted as important conservative management and protection strategies of tamarind in this region.  相似文献

以人工刺槐林为研究对象,经大量野外调查和数据分析,研究了陕北黄土高原土壤干层的分布状况和分异特征,结果表明,土壤干层在陕北黄土高原从南到北大范围内普遍分布,根据干化程度可分为4个类型区:1)以宜君为代表的高原沟壑区南部;2)以富县、黄陵为代表的高原沟壑区北部;3)范围较广的丘陵沟壑区,该区又可分为南、西、北3个小区,南区以延安、延长为代表;西区以吴旗、安塞为代表;北区以绥德、米脂为代表;4)以神木为代表的风沙区,受降雨量的影响,土壤干化程度具有明显的水平分异规律,即随着降雨量从南到北的减少,干化程度亦随之加重;受海拔高度、降雨入渗能力的影响,土壤干化程度在小范围的山地呈现明显的垂直分异规律,海拔愈高,干化程度愈严重;因土地类型的不同,土壤干化程度在局地空间上呈现明显的分异规律。  相似文献

黑土是我国东北主要土壤类型之一,也是我国宝贵的土壤资源.本项研究在分析了黑土南北样带上采集的115个土样理化性质的基础上,建立黑土肥力评价指标体系,运用模糊数学和因子分析方法对黑土肥力水平进行评估、分级.采用地理信息系统软件Arclnfo绘制黑土区土壤肥力状况图.研究发现,深厚黑土主要分布于黑土区北部,中厚与薄层黑土则分别集中在黑土区的中部和南部,这主要与黑土分布区的气候条件和黑土的成土过程有关.另外,黑土肥力水平分布规律在东西向为东高西低;南北向为中部最高,北部次之,南部最低,且大部分地区肥力水平处于中等。占整个黑土区的73.6%.  相似文献

Soil respiration is expected to increase with rising global temperatures but the degree of response may depend on soil moisture and other local factors. Experimental climate change studies from single sites cannot discern whether an observed response is site‐dependent or generalizable. To deconvolve site‐specific vs. regional climatic controls, we examined soil respiration for 18 months along a 520 km climate gradient in three Pacific Northwest, USA prairies that represents increasingly severe Mediterranean conditions from north to south. At each site we implemented a fully factorial combination of 2.5–3 °C warming and 20% added precipitation intensity. The response of soil respiration to warming was driven primarily by the latitudinal climate gradient and not site‐specific factors. Warming increased respiration at all sites during months when soil moisture was not limiting. However, these gains were offset by reductions in respiration during seasonal transitions and summer drought due to lengthened periods of soil moisture limitation. The degree of this offset varied along the north–south climate gradient such that in 2011 warming increased cumulative annual soil respiration 28.6% in the northern site, 13.5% in the central site, and not at all in the southern site. Precipitation also stimulated soil respiration more frequently in the south, consistent with an increased duration of moisture limitation. The best predictors of soil respiration in nonlinear models were the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), antecedent soil moisture, and temperature but these models provided biased results at high and low soil respiration. NDVI was an effective integrator of climate and site differences in plant productivity in terms of their combined effects on soil respiration. Our results suggest that soil moisture limitation can offset the effect of warming on soil respiration, and that greater growing‐season moisture limitation would constrain cumulative annual responses to warming.  相似文献

1982-1991年,对广西田林县老山南坡不同海拔高度水热条件及森林植被的气象水文要素进行了对比观测研究,揭示了该山体水热条件的垂直变化规律,并对其主要的气象水文因子建立了回归预测模型。文中进一步说明了老山南坡森林调节气候、涵养水源、减少地表径流、防止土壤冲刷等具有显著的气候木文生态效益。所有结论都表明,老山南坡森林对于维护山地生态平衡具有重要的作用。  相似文献
