Aims: To investigate the in vitro antiviral activity of Distictella elongata (Vahl) Urb. ethanol extracts from leaves (LEE), fruits (FEE), stems and their main components. Methods and Results: The antiviral activity was evaluated against human herpesvirus type 1 (HSV‐1), murine encephalomyocarditis virus (EMCV), vaccinia virus Western Reserve (VACV‐WR) and dengue virus 2 (DENV‐2) by the 3‐(4, 5‐dimethylthiazol‐2‐yl)‐2,5‐diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) colorimetric assay. LEE presented anti‐HSV‐1 [EC50 142·8 ± 5·3 μg ml?1; selectivity index (SI) 2·0] and anti‐DENV‐2 activity (EC50 9·8 ± 1·3 μg ml?1; SI 1·5). The pectolinarin ( 1 ) isolated from LEE was less active against HSV‐1 and DENV‐2. A mixture of the triterpenoids ursolic, pomolic and oleanolic acids was also obtained. Ursolic and oleanolic acids have shown antiviral activity against HSV‐1. A mixture of pectolinarin ( 1 ) and acacetin‐7‐O‐rutinoside ( 2 ) was isolated from FEE and has presented anti‐DENV‐2 activity (EC50 11·1 ± 1·6 μg ml?1; SI > 45). Besides the antiviral activity, D. elongata has disclosed antioxidant effect. Conclusions: These data shows that D. elongata has antiviral activity mainly against HSV‐1 and DENV‐2, besides antioxidant activity. These effects might be principally attributed to flavonoids isolated. Significance and Impact of the Study: Distictella elongata might be considered a promising source of anti‐dengue fever phytochemicals.  相似文献

The anti‐allergic drug, N‐(3,4‐dimethoxycinnamonyl) anthranilic acid (3,4‐DAA), is a synthetic anthranilic acid derivative that has been used therapeutically in Japan for many years. In this study, to investigate the effects of 3,4‐DAA in allograft immunorejection model, liver orthotopic transplants were performed using inbred male Dark Agouti donors and Lewis rat recipients (allografts). The levels of indoleamine 2,3‐dioxygenases (IDO) enzymic activities in five groups, allografts (control), dimethyl sulphoxide‐treated group (vehicle control), 200 mg·kg–1·day–1 of 3,4‐DAA‐treated group and 200 mg·kg–1·day–1 of 3,4‐DAA + 5 mg·ml–1 of 1‐methyl‐D‐tryptophan (1‐MT)‐treated group were confirmed by determination of L‐kynurenine (L‐Kyn) concentrations. The serum alanine aminotransferase levels in 3,4‐DAA‐treated rats significantly decreased compared with those in mock and control group, whereas treatment of 1‐MT in allografts led to the opposite effect. Administration of 3,4‐DAA reduced histological severity of allograft immunorejection, decreased serum levels of cytokines tumour necrosis factor‐alpha (TNF‐α) and interferon‐gamma (IFN‐γ), and raised serum levels of interleukin‐10 (IL‐10), suggesting that 3,4‐DAA has both anti‐inflammatory and anti‐immunorejection properties through IDO in immune regulation and may therefore be useful in filling an unmet need, in the treatment of allograft immunorejection. Neonatal exposure to bisphenol A (BPA) is hypothesized to advance pubertal development. However, the effects of neonatal BPA exposure on pubertal development has not been described. In this study, female Sprague‐Dawley rats were exposed to 0.05, 0.5, 5, or 10 mg·kg?1·day?1 BPA, or corn oil vehicle alone from postnatal day 1 (PND1) to PND10 via subcutaneous injection. We evaluated day of vaginal opening (DVO), ovarian morphology, serum hormone concentrations, and hypothalamic expression of Gnrh1 and Kiss1 in female rats at PND35. DVO was significantly advanced in rats exposed to 5 and 10 mg·kg?1·day?1 BPA. Serum hormone concentrations increased as BPA dose increased. Additionally, hypothalamic Gnrh1 and Kiss1 expression were increased with BPA exposure; rats exposed to 10 mg·kg?1·day?1 BPA had significantly upregulated hypothalamic Gnrh1 and Kiss1 expressions in terms of both messenger RNA and protein levels. Our results suggest that exposure to a 10 mg·kg?1·day?1 dose of BPA might advance pubertal development significantly. In addition, within the range of 0 to 10 mg·kg?1·day?1, neonatal exposure to BPA may affect pubertal development in a dose‐dependent manner.  相似文献

This study investigates the effect of aminoguanidine (AG), a selective inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) inhibitor, and pentoxifylline (PTX), a tumour necrosis factor–alpha (TNF‐α) inhibitor, on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)‐induced cardiac stress. Rats were divided into four groups: group I served as a control, group II (LPS) received a single intraperitoneal injection of LPS (10 mg·kg–1), group III (LPS+AG) and group IV (LPS+PTX) were injected with either AG (100 mg·kg–1) or PTX (150 mg·kg–1) intraperitoneally 10 days prior to LPS administration. Normalization of cardiac levels of nitrite/nitrate (NOX), malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione (GSH), heme oxygenase‐1 (HO‐1), glutathione peroxidase (GPx) and Na+, K+‐ATPase activities was evident in the AG group. Both AG and PTX decreased the elevated serum TNF‐α levels, the activities of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK) and cardiac myeloperoxidase (MPO). The levels of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), adenosine diphosphate (ADP) and phosphocreatine (PCr) were enhanced following AG and PTX pretreatments. Calcium (Ca2+) levels were altered, and the histopathological observations supported the described results. Conclusively, the study highlights the cardioprotective potential of AG and PTX with superior results from AG. These findings reveal the relative contribution of nitric oxide and TNF‐α to oxidative stress and energy failure during endotoxemia. Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In the present investigation, we initially evaluated the in vitro effect of N‐acetylarginine on thiobarbituric acid‐reactive substances (TBA‐RS), total sulfhydryl content and on the activities of antioxidant enzymes such as catalase (CAT), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH‐Px) in the blood, kidney and liver of rats. Results showed that N‐acetylarginine, at a concentration of 5.0 μM, decreased the activity of CAT in erythrocytes, enhanced TBA‐RS in the renal cortex, decreased CAT and SOD activities in the renal medulla and decreased CAT and increased SOD and GSH‐Px activities in the liver of 60‐day‐old rats. Furthermore, we tested the influence of the antioxidants, trolox and ascorbic acid, as well as of the Nω‐nitro‐L ‐arginine methyl ester (L‐NAME) on the effects elicited by N‐acetylarginine on the parameters tested. Antioxidants and L‐NAME prevented most of the alterations caused by N‐acetylarginine on the oxidative stress parameters evaluated. Data indicate that oxidative stress induction is probably mediated by the generation of NO and/or ONOO? and other free radicals because L‐NAME and antioxidants prevented the effects caused by N‐acetylarginine in the blood, renal tissues and liver of rats. Our findings lend support to a potential therapeutic strategy for this condition, which may include the use of appropriate antioxidants for ameliorating the damage caused by N‐acetylarginine.   • Pogonatherum crinitum is a promising lead (Pb) hyperaccumulator due to its high Pb tolerance and accumulation ability. However, the mechanisms that support Pb accumulation and tolerance in P. crinitum are not yet clearly understood.
  • An indoor hydroponic experiment was conducted by cultivating P. crinitum seedlings exposed to intermittent Pb stress for 60 days, divided into four stages (T1, T2, T3 and T4), with a 15‐day duration per stage. The following concentrations of Pb were used: 0, 500, 0, 500 mg·l?1 and 0, 1000, 0, 1000 mg·l?1). Antioxidant enzyme activity, Pb concentration and subcellular distribution of Pb were measured at each of the above stages.
  • The results showed that superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in shoots, and SOD, peroxidase (POD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) activity in shoots and roots significantly increased from T1 (no Pb stress) to T2 (Pb stress) in both 500 mg·l?1 and 1000 mg·l?1 treatments; however, no significant difference was noted between stages T3 (no Pb stress) and T4 (Pb stress). There was no obvious effect of Pb stress on catalase (CAT) activity in shoots and roots among different stages. The Pb concentration in shoots was up to 5090.90 mg·kg?1 and 7573.57 mg·kg?1, and the bioconcentration factor (BFC) was 10.18 and 7.57 for the 500 mg·l?1 and 1000 mg·l?1 treatments, respectively, which confirmed the Pb hyperaccumulator characteristics of P. crinitum. For plants under Pb stress, most of the Pb was fixed in the cell walls, with a smaller amount in leaves and root vacuoles.
  • Both SOD and POD scavenging of reactive oxygen radicals and fixing and compartmentalisation of Pb in the cell wall might play important roles in detoxification of P. crinitum seedlings in response to Pb stress. There was no phased response of P. crinitum to intermittent Pb stress and the physiological response to Pb stress may be contiguous.

采用水培实验研究了4个浓度(5、10、20、40 mg·L-1)除草剂阿特拉津胁迫下,皇竹草(Pennisetum hydridum)叶片内超氧阴离子生成速率、过氧化氢(H2O2)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、原生质膜透性的变化,探讨皇竹草对阿特拉津的抗性及其生理机制。结果显示:(1)低浓度(5、10 mg·L-1)的阿特拉津胁迫使皇竹草叶片内超氧阴离子生成速率和CAT活性升高,却使H2O2含量及SOD和POD活性降低,但随着培养时间的延长,培养液中阿特拉津浓度的降低导致上述指标又有恢复到正常水平的趋势;而高浓度(40 mg·L-1)的阿特拉津胁迫则使皇竹草叶片内H2O2含量、SOD、POD和CAT活性持续降低。(2)在各胁迫浓度下持续胁迫10 d后,皇竹草叶片内MDA含量开始逐渐升高,并且升高幅度随着胁迫浓度的提高而明显增加,但各胁迫浓度下叶片原生质膜相对透性未见明显的变化。研究表明,皇竹草可能通过活性氧等信号分子调控自身保护酶系统的活性来缓解阿特拉津造成的伤害,从而对低浓度(5、10 mg·L-1)的阿特拉津胁迫表现出较强抗性。  相似文献

该研究以春油菜幼苗为材料,采用土壤盆栽试验,设7个不同施硫(0、35、70、105、140、175、210mg·kg^-1)处理,通过测定春油菜幼苗的株高、植株鲜重、叶绿素含量、MDA含量、SOD、POD、CAT活性、土壤全氮含量、pH、蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶和脲酶活性指标,分析不同施硫量对春油菜幼苗生理生化指标和土壤相关酶活性的影响。结果表明:在春油菜苗期施用硫肥对幼苗的农艺性状、生理生化指标和土壤酶活性均产生了一定影响。施硫量在35~105mg·kg^-1范围时,对植株鲜重有明显的促进作用;施硫量在70~105mg·kg^-1范围时,类胡萝卜素含量达到最高;施硫量在70~105mg·kg^-1范围时,叶片中POD和CAT的活性明显升高,而MDA含量明显下降;经相关分析,MDA含量与POD活性呈极显著负相关(r=-0.92,P<0.01),与CAT活性呈显著负相关(r=-0.72,P<0.05),说明叶片MDA含量受POD和CAT活性变化的影响;施硫量高于105mg·kg^-1时,土壤脲酶和蔗糖酶活性受到抑制;施硫量高于140mg·kg^-1时,土壤过氧化氢酶活性受到抑制;随着施硫量的增加,土壤pH值和叶片SOD活性逐渐下降;经相关性分析,土壤脲酶活性和全氮含量间呈极显著正相关(r=1,P<0.01),表明土壤全氮含量受土壤脲酶活性变化的影响。由此可知,在低硫(35~105mg·kg^-1)条件下对春油菜幼苗生理生化指标及土壤酶活性具有一定的促进作用,而在高硫(>105mg·kg^-1)条件下则产生抑制。  相似文献

以一年生曼地亚红豆杉(Taxus media cv.hicksii)扦插苗为材料,采用密闭箱静态熏气法,研究不同甲醛(CH2O)浓度(0、5、10、20和40 mg·m-3)和熏气时间(1、3、5、7 d)对曼地亚红豆杉的生理响应。结果显示:(1)在5~20 mg·m-3CH2O浓度下,曼地亚红豆杉叶片均无受害症状,在40 mg·m-3CH2O熏气1 d时,叶片开始出现受害症状,并随时间的延长逐渐加重;(2)随着CH2O浓度的增加和熏气时间的延长,叶片MDA、Pro含量和相对电导率皆呈增加趋势,SS含量表现为先升后降,但仍显著高于对照;(3)在5 mg·m-3CH2O处理下,叶片SOD、CAT、PPO和GR作为第一道防线共同作用以清除过多的活性氧,其中PPO最为敏感;在10、20 mg·m-3CH2O处理下,SOD、POD、CAT、PPO、APX和GR共同作用加快对活性氧的清理;在40 mg·m-3CH2O浓度下,各酶的活性均受到抑制,其中APX、PPO和GR活性显著低于对照,而SOD、POD和CAT活性仍显著高于对照。研究表明,在中低CH2O浓度(5~20 mg·m-3)处理下,曼地亚红豆杉主要通过合成渗透调节物质和活性氧自由基的酶促清除机制共同作用来适应逆境,在40 mg·m-3CH2O浓度下,APX、PPO、GR活性受到显著抑制,细胞膜过氧化程度加剧,植物叶片受到伤害;在CH2O浓度低于20 mg·m-3时,曼地亚红豆杉通过自身的应激保护系统来维持正常的生理活动,表现出较强的CH2O耐受性。  相似文献

为探讨不同浓度氧化石墨烯(GO)对多年生黑麦草生长、生理及光合特征的影响,该文采用盆栽试验,在土壤中添加0、10、20、30、40、50 mg·g-1 GO进行多年生黑麦草培养,并测定植物生长指标、光合色素含量、保护酶活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、叶片质膜透性、可溶性蛋白含量和光合参数。结果表明:(1)10、20 mg·g-1 GO处理对多年生黑麦草生长无显著影响;30~50 mg·g-1 GO处理对多年生黑麦草生长具有抑制作用,在50 mg·g-1 GO浓度下多年生黑麦草株高和生物量均最小,较对照分别降低了16.8%和27.1%。(2)当GO浓度达到30 mg·g-1时,总叶绿素和类胡萝卜素的含量显著降低,在50 mg·g-1 GO处理时达到最低。(3)高浓度的GO处理(40、50 mg·g-1)虽降低了多年生黑麦草的叶片净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr  相似文献

该文以彩叶玉簪为材料,研究了不同钙素水平对玉簪叶片光合作用和保护酶活性的影响。结果表明:随着钙素水平的提高,彩叶玉簪叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO_2浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和最大光化学效率(F_v/F_m)均呈单峰曲线,最高峰值出现在Ca~(2+)90 mg·L~(-1)时;电子传递速率(ETR)的变化也呈单峰曲线,峰值出现在Ca~(2+)50 mg·L~(-1)时;初始荧光(F_0)和最大荧光(F_m)值在0~360 mg·L~(-1)钙素水平下呈先升高后下降再升高的趋势,最大值均出现在90 mg·L~(-1)时;Pn和Gs值的变化与Ci值成正相关。同时叶片中过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性蛋白质(SP)含量均表现为单谷曲线,在Ca~(2+)90 mg·L~(-1)时达最小值。超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性呈现持续下降趋势。综上所述,彩叶玉簪Pn下降主要由气孔引起,叶面喷施90 mg·L~(-1)的Ca~(2+)可增强彩叶玉簪光合作用,降低保护酶活性。  相似文献

硒(Se)为植物非必需营养元素,但适量的硒对植物生长发育具有促进作用,因此研究植物生长对硒的响应及其生理机制具有重要意义。该研究采用盆栽试验,设置6种不同的土壤硒处理(0、5、10、25、50、100 mg·kg-1),观察不同硒处理对白术幼苗生理生长的影响及其综合效应。结果表明:(1)相比于对照处理,5 mg·kg-1的硒处理可以提高白术幼苗鲜重、叶片叶绿素相对含量(SPAD值)以及可溶性糖(SS)含量,增幅分别为8.8%、8.4%和60.3%;显著降低白术幼苗叶片的过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性;同时减少叶片可溶性蛋白(SP)和丙二醛(MDA)含量,降幅分别为32.1%和18.9%。(2)25 mg·kg-1以上硒处理则不利于白术幼苗的生长,会导致MDA和超氧阴离子自由基(·O2-)含量显著上升,使白术幼苗的抗氧化系统遭受胁迫。(3)主成分分析表明,鲜重、株高、叶片SP含量、CAT和POD活性等可作为反映白术幼苗生理生长的重要特征指标。综上表明,土施适量硒可...  相似文献

Miscanthus sacchariflorus (Maxim.) Benth. is a metallophyte suitable for the phytoremediation of mine wastes. The tolerance and accumulation of M. sacchariflorus to cadmium was studied by pot experiments. The results showed that O2·? generation rate, plasma membrane permeability and MDA content of M. sacchariflorus leaves increased with increasing Cd concentrations in soil, but significant effect was only observed when Cd concentrations were ≥ 50 mg·kg?1. SOD and POD activities increased initially but decreased later on, whereas CAT activity only increased significantly at higher Cd concentrations, 50–100 mg·kg?1. The content of photosynthetic pigment and growth of M. sacchariflorus were both not significantly affected when Cd concentration was ≤ 25 mg·kg?1. In contrast, both parameters were significantly affected when Cd concentration was ≥ 50 mg·kg?1. M. sacchariflorus could accumulate much Cd, but most of the Cd assimilated was retained in the belowground part, suggesting that M. sacchariflorus has poor ability to translocate Cd to the aboveground part. Our results suggested that although M. sacchariflorus was not a hyper-accumulator, it has a strong capacity to tolerate and stabilize the Cd. Therefore, M. sacchariflorus has a certain potential in the phytostabilization of Cd-contaminated soils.  相似文献

利用密闭环境控制室熏气处理,研究了不同浓度(自然状态和0.5、1.5、3.0 mg·L-1)SO2对盆栽巨桉、天竺桂、西蒙得木和茶树幼树叶片渗透调节物质含量、抗氧化系统保护酶活性和丙二醛含量的影响,并就各树种对SO2的抗性进行综合评价。结果显示:(1)SO2对4个树种叶片伤害程度表现为天竺桂<西蒙得木<巨桉<茶树。(2)SO2胁迫显著增加了巨桉和西蒙得木叶片可溶性蛋白(SP)、可溶性糖(SS)和游离脯氨酸(Pro)3种渗透调节物质含量;SO2胁迫对天竺桂叶片SP和SS含量无显著影响,且对Pro含量的促进作用也是在处理30 d后才体现出来;SO2胁迫对茶树叶片SP含量无显著影响,使SS含量显著降低,而使Pro含量显著增加。(3)SO2胁迫总体使巨桉和天竺桂抗氧化系统保护酶——超氧化物酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量增加,但西蒙得木各指标表现不同,而使茶树抗氧化系统保护酶活性和丙二醛含量则全面下降。(4)巨桉、天竺桂、西蒙得木、茶树的最大净吸收S量依次为1.17、1.32、2.04、0.95 g·kg-1。(5)通过隶属函数法综合7个生理指标得到的SO2抗性综合排序为天竺桂>西蒙得木>巨桉>茶树,与叶片伤害程度表现一致。研究表明,植物抗氧化保护酶系统在4个树种抵抗SO2胁迫调节机制中具有重要作用,其中天竺桂超高的基础POD活性可能是其抵抗SO2伤害的关键机制之一。  相似文献

利用盆栽的方式研究了不同硝酸镧水平(0、1.0、3.0、5.0和7.0mg·L-1)下接种兰科菌根真菌对铁皮石斛生物量、多糖和蛋白质合成的影响,并分析了叶绿素含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性的变化,以探讨硝酸镧和兰科菌根真菌对铁皮石斛生理特性的影响。结果表明:(1)添加适量的硝酸镧有利于菌根真菌侵染和菌根发育,提高铁皮石斛幼苗生物量。(2)在接种菌根真菌的同时添加5.0mg·L-1的硝酸镧,铁皮石斛的根重、茎叶重和总生物量均达到最大,分别是未添加硝酸镧以及未接种对照组的4.26倍、4.98倍和4.87倍,其菌根侵染率也高达92.8%;而且可显著提高叶片中叶绿素含量,并显著降低细胞内的丙二醛含量。(3)在适量(5.0mg·L-1)的硝酸镧水平下接种菌根真菌能促进铁皮石斛幼苗多糖和蛋白质的合成,并显著提高细胞内SOD、CAT和POD活性。研究认为,菌根真菌与适宜浓度硝酸镧(5.0 mg·L-1)联合使用能显著促进铁皮石斛菌根的形成,增强植株的生理活性和适应能力,提高其生物量和多糖等活性成分的积累,有效改善铁皮石斛的药用品质。  相似文献

该文研究了不同浓度的阿魏酸、对香豆酸、丁香酸、对羟基苯甲酸、香草酸5种酚酸类物质对三七幼苗生长和生理的影响。结果表明:处理后,三七幼苗的苗高、根长、可溶性蛋白质含量、根系活力、CAT以及POD活性均有所降低。其中,阿魏酸各处理组幼苗的苗高及POD活性均显著降低,50、100 mg·L~(-1)的对香豆酸以及100 mg·L~(-1)的香草酸处理组幼苗苗高也分别比对照显著降低16.19%、16.67%和29.29%;对香豆酸、丁香酸以及对羟基苯甲酸各处理组幼苗根长均显著低于对照;香草酸处理组幼苗的根系活力也显著低于对照,且幼苗的CAT活性在10、50、100 mg·L~(-1)丁香酸、对羟基苯甲酸以及香草酸处理下也达到了显著降低水平。此外,1 mg·L~(-1)阿魏酸以及100 mg·L~(-1)香草酸处理组幼苗的叶绿素含量也均显著降低;中高浓度的阿魏酸、对香豆酸、丁香酸、对羟基苯甲酸增加了三七幼苗的MDA含量,而香草酸在0.1、1、10、100 mg·L~(-1)浓度下显著降低幼苗的MDA含量;丁香酸、香草酸、对羟基苯甲酸以及中高浓度的对香豆酸增加了三七幼苗的SOD活性,且香草酸各处理组均达到了显著性水平。综上结果表明,5种酚酸类物质对三七幼苗均具有一定的化感抑制作用,但各酚酸物质的作用方式及强度并不完全一致,阿魏酸的化感影响较大,这为进一步研究三七的化感自毒作用提供了一定的理论参考。  相似文献

以‘全年油麦菜’尖叶莴苣为试验材料,采用水培方式,研究3个浓度(0 mg·L-1、0.1 mg·L-1、1 mg·L-1)Ni2+在22.4 mg·L-1 N处理下对尖叶莴苣氮素吸收的生长及生理影响。结果显示:(1)尖叶莴苣根系和地上部生物量随处理时间的增加呈上升趋势。与对照T1(0 mg·L-1 Ni2+、112 mg·L-1 N)相比,T2处理(0 mg·L-1 Ni2+、22.4 mg·L-1 N)对尖叶莴苣根系及叶片生长具有一定抑制作用,植株鲜重、干重、根冠比、根系长度、平均直径、表面积、体积、根尖数、分根数、叶片表面积和体积在T3处理(0.1 mg·L-1 Ni2+、22.4 mg·L-1 N)下显著高于对照,T4处理(1 mg·L-1 Ni2+、22.4 mg·L-1 N)对尖叶莴苣根系及其叶片生长具有一定促进作用,但对其根尖数和分根数表现出一定抑制性。(2)随着Ni2+浓度的增加,尖叶莴苣叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量呈先升后降的变化规律,且均在T3处理下显著提高。(3)随着处理时间的增加,尖叶莴苣叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr)逐渐上升,胞间CO2浓度(Ci)逐渐下降,且T3处理叶片的Gs显著高于对照,其Ci最低,Pn最大。(4)施加Ni2+对尖叶莴苣有机酸、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量以及SOD和POD活性有显著影响,在T3处理下有机酸含量降低,可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量显著增加,SOD和POD活性显著提高。(5)T3处理尖叶莴苣根系中N及叶片中B和Ca含量较高;根系中Ni含量高于叶片,T3处理叶片中的Ni含量较低,Mg含量较高;植株体内Cu含量随Ni2+浓度增加而下降。研究表明,外源Ni2+处理能影响低氮条件下(22.4 mg·L-1 N)尖叶莴苣幼苗生长及生理状况,适宜浓度(0.1 mg·L-1)Ni2+可有效提高尖叶莴苣根系对氮素的吸收利用效率,减少氮素施用量,促进尖叶莴苣根系和地上部叶片生长,增加光合色素含量,并提高净光合速率,进而改善植株的产量和营养品质。  相似文献

以盘龙参种子为材料,筛选离体条件下适宜种子非共生萌发、种苗快繁的培养基。结果表明:盘龙参种子在无植物生长物质的培养基中能够萌发,但不能发育成苗;在含有1.0mg·L-1 KT、0.1mg·L-1 IAA和0.1mg·L-1 GA3的培养基中萌发,并能进一步发育形成种苗;在较高浓度生长素(1.2mg·L-1 NAA)的培养基中不能萌发。种苗在较高浓度细胞分裂素和较低浓度生长素配比的培养基中能够增殖,最高增殖系数可达到2.8,转入壮苗生长培养基中培养80d后可以移栽温室。最适增殖培养基为1/2MS+12.0mg·L-1 6-BA+0.1mg·L-1 NAA+10.0mg·L-1腺嘌呤;最适壮苗生根培养基为1/2MS+1.0mg·L-1 KT+0.1mg·L-1 IAA+10.0mg·L-1腺嘌呤。  相似文献

采用砂培方式,研究了外源5-氨基乙酰丙酸(ALA)对盐胁迫下菘蓝种子的萌发、幼苗叶片的可溶性糖含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量及其抗氧化酶活性的影响,探讨ALA缓解菘蓝受盐胁迫伤害的响应机制。结果显示:(1)菘蓝种子萌发及幼苗生长在100 mmol·L-1 NaCl胁迫下受到明显的抑制,种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数与自然含水量均显著降低,丙二醛含量、可溶性糖含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性显著升高。(2)盐胁迫下适宜浓度的ALA处理显著提高了种子萌发率、自然含水量及SOD、POD和CAT活性,降低了可溶性糖和丙二醛的含量,并以16.7 mg·L-1 ALA处理盐胁迫下菘蓝种子的发芽率、发芽势最大,其幼苗的SOD、POD、CAT活性最强。研究表明,盐胁迫显著抑制菘蓝种子的萌发及幼苗生长,适宜浓度的ALA能够有效缓解盐胁迫对菘蓝种子萌发及幼苗生长的伤害,提高植株的抗盐性,并以16.7 mg·L-1 ALA处理效果最佳。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to investigate the protective effect of montelukast (MTK) against prednisolone‐induced hepatic injury in rats. Twenty‐eight male albino rats were categorized into four equal groups. Group I served as the control group; group II: rats orally received prednisolone (5 mg·kg?1·d?1) for 30 days; groups III and IV: rats orally received MTK at 10 and 20 mg·kg?1·d?1, respectively, simultaneously with prednisolone for 30 days. Serum liver enzymes, hepatic mitochondrial function, oxidative/nitrosative stress, and inflammatory and apoptotic markers were evaluated, and the results were confirmed by histopathological examination. MTK showed significant hepatic protection evidenced by alleviated histological lesion and improvement of mitochondrial function, oxidative/nitrosative stress, and inflammatory and apoptotic changes induced by prednisolone, with more profound protection in higher MTK dose (20 mg·kg?1). In view of these findings, we can conclude that MTK may have hepatoprotective potential, beyond its therapeutic value for asthmatic patients during their course of corticosteroid therapy.  相似文献
