目的:观察单纯上牙槽后神经阻滞麻醉在上颌第三磨牙拔除中的镇痛效果,为临床应用单纯上牙槽后神经阻滞麻醉拔除上颌第三磨牙提供依据.方法:选择463例患者,共拔除500颗上颌第三磨牙,以500例上颌第三磨牙拔除术临床资料为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组(n=300)和对照组(n=200).试验组采用单纯上牙槽后神经阻滞麻醉拔除上颌第三磨牙,对照组加用腭前神经阻滞麻醉和腭侧浸润麻醉.进行视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分,分析并比较两组患者麻醉镇痛效果.结果:试验组与对照组疼痛感觉无显著差异(P0.05);对照组与试验组间VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05).结论:仅用单纯上牙槽后神经阻滞麻醉可满足临床上颌第三磨牙拔除的镇痛要求. 相似文献

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is a highly invasive and metastatic head and neck cancer. However, mechanistic study of the invasion and metastasis of NPC has been hampered by the lack of proper in vivo models. We established an in vivo chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) model to study NPC tumor biology. We found 100% micro-tumor formation 3 days after inoculation with NPC cell lines (4/4) or primary tumor biopsy tissue (35/35). The transplanted NPC micro-tumors grew on CAMs with extracellular matrix interaction and induced angiogenesis. In addition, the CAM model could be used to study the growth of transplanted NPC tumors and also several important steps of metastasis, including tumor invasion by detecting the extent of basement membrane penetration, tumor angiogenesis by analyzing the area of neo-vessels, and tumor metastasis by quantifying tumor cells in distant organs. We established and described a feasible, easy-to-manipulate and reliable CAM model for in vivo study of NPC tumor biology. This model closely simulates the clinical features of NPC growth, progression and metastasis and could help elucidate the biological mechanisms of the growth pattern and invasion of NPC cells and in quantitative assessment of angiogenesis and cell intravasation. 相似文献

目的:探讨采用不同剂量的丹参注射液联合波尼松龙治疗口腔粘膜下纤维性病的治疗效果,为今后的治疗提供更多的依据。方法:选择从2010年1月至2013年1月期间在我院口腔科治疗的100例口腔粘膜下纤维性病患者,根据门诊号,随机将患者分为低剂量组、次低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组和对照组,每组各20例,低剂量组、次低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,分别使用不同剂量丹参注射液联合波尼松龙治疗,对照组单纯使用波尼松龙治疗,观察治疗一个疗程后患者口腔粘膜情况及张口度。结果:中剂量组和高剂量组情况改善要明显好于低剂量、次低剂量组、对照组,差异具有显著性(P〈0.05)。结论:丹参注射液联合泼尼松龙治疗口腔粘膜下纤维性病疗效令人满意,其中低剂量丹参注射液便有效果,一定范围内剂量越高,疗效越好,值得在临床推f, 相似文献

应用细胞内生物电记录技术 ,观测不同功率、不同照射时间的 He- Ne激光 (脉冲频率 1Hz)对大鼠离体颈上神经节后神经元快兴奋性突触后电位 (f- EPSP)期间膜电导的影响。功率密度为 2 m W/ cm2 的 He- Ne激光在照射初期 (1min~ 2 min)引起快兴奋性突触后电位 (f- EPSP)幅值增大 ,同时膜电导增大 ;而在激光照射后期 (后 3m in~8m in)引起节后神经元膜电导减少。功率密度为 5 m W/ cm2 的 He- Ne激光照射期膜电导无明显变化 .结果表明 :功率密度为 2 m W/ cm2 的 He- Ne激光照射初期引起膜电导 (Gl=34.6± 5 .4 n S)较照射前 (Gf=2 6 .8± 6 .2 n S)有明显增大 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,照射后期膜电导减少。提示 :He- Ne激光照射可能是通过两时相效应改变节后神经元膜电导来影响交感神经节内兴奋传递过程。这可能是低功率激光对神经细胞的一种作用机制。 相似文献

Lung disease is a leading cause of death and likely to become an epidemic given increases in pollution and smoking worldwide. Advances in stem cell therapy may alleviate many of the symptoms associated with lung disease and induce alveolar repair in adults. Concurrent with the ongoing search for stem cells applicable for human treatment, precise delivery and homing (to the site of disease) must be reassured for successful therapy. Here, I report that stem cells can safely be instilled via the trachea opening a non-stop route to the lung. This method involves a skin incision, caudal insertion of a cannula into and along the tracheal lumen, and injection of a stem cell vehicle mixture into airways of the lung. A broad range of media solutions and stabilizers can be instilled via tracheotomy, resulting in the ability to deliver a wider range of cell types. With alveolar epithelium confining these cells to the lumen, lung expansion and negative pressure during inhalation may also assist in stem cell integration. Tracheal delivery of stem cells, with a quick uptake and the ability to handle a large range of treatments, could accelerate the development of cell-based therapies, opening new avenues for treatment of lung disease. 相似文献

采用细胞工程技术探索造血细胞体外扩增技术以维持其自我更新潜能,抑制过度分化。方法:首先建立微载体 基质细胞体外造血模型(G1组,即瓶培养模式),设置单纯微载体 基质细胞培养(G2组)和单纯骨髓细胞液体悬浮培养(G3组)作对照。检测各组粒系 巨噬系造血祖细胞集落产率(CFU GM/105)。自行设计1对引物,以检测Balb/c小鼠原始造血细胞c kit基因mRNA表达水平。试用中空纤维模拟血管灌注功能(Gh组,即中空纤维灌注模式),以G1、G2、G3作对照,并对各组培养效果进行评价。结果:微载体 基质细胞体外造血模型实验结果显示:小鼠骨髓细胞培养2周后,CFU GM/105检测G1组比G3组高7.7倍(P<0.05),是2个对照组(G2+G3)集落产率总和的1.9倍。原始造血细胞c kit mRNA表达水平:模型G1组比G2组高3.7倍,比G3组高62.3倍,且差异均显著。在成功建立微载体 基质细胞体外造血模型基础上进行中空纤维灌注培养实验,CFU GM/105检测显示:Gh组比G3组高4.6倍,并且略高于G2组;Gh组与G1组集落产率差别不明显。在原始造血细胞c kit mRNA表达水平上Gh组最高,从Gh、G1、G2到G3依次呈下降趋势。结论:在没有外加细胞因子的条件下,微载体 基质细胞和中空纤维灌注造血模型可抑制造血干、祖细胞过度分化与耗竭,维持其c kit较高的表达水平。 相似文献

The concept that diet-induced changes in membrane lipids could modify heart function partly arose from observations that membrane
composition and physical properties were closely associated with the capacity of the heart to respond appropriately to torpor
and hibernation. Observations of natural hibernators further revealed that behavior of key membrane-bound enzymes could be
influenced through the lipid composition of the cell membrane, either by changing the surrounding fatty acids through reconstitution
into a foreign lipid milieu of different composition, or by alteration through diet. Myocardial responsiveness to beta-adrenoceptor
stimulation, including initiation of spontaneous dysrhythmic contractions, was altered by both hibernation and dietary modulation
of membrane fatty acids, suggesting modified vulnerability to cardiac arrhythmia. Subsequent studies using whole-animal models
recognized that vulnerability to ventricular fibrillation decreased as the polyunsaturated: saturated fat (P:S) ratio of the
diet increased. However, dietary fish oils, which typically contain at least 30% saturated fatty acids and only 30% long-chain
n-3 (omega-3) polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA), exhibit antiarrhythmic effects that exceed the predicted influence of the
P:S ratio, suggesting properties unique to the long-chain n-3 PUFA. Large-scale clinical trials and epidemiology have confirmed
the arrhythmia prevention observed in vitro in myocytes, papillary muscles, and isolated hearts and in whole-animal models of sudden cardiac death. Some progress has
been made towards a biologically plausible mechanism. These developments highlight nature’s ability to provide guidance for

The trapped organisms were extracted from the membrane filter by a simple washing process using glass beads or a magnetic stirrer. Purpose
To investigate (1) effects of endplate removal and bone mineral density (BMD) on biomechanical properties of lumbar vertebrae (2) whether the distributions of mechanical strength and stiffness of endplate are affected by BMD.Methods
A total of thirty-one lumbar spines (L1-L5) collected from fresh cadavers were used in this study. Bone density was measured using lateral DEXA scans and parts of samples were performed with partial or entire endplate removal. All the specimens were divided into three BMD groups. According to endplate integrity of the lumbar vertebrae, each BMD group was then divided into three subgroups: subgroup A: intact endplate; subgroup B: central region of endplate removal; subgroup C: entire endplate removal. The axial compression test was conducted with material testing system at a speed of 2mm/min. The experimental results were statistically analyzed using SPSS 17.0.Results
(1) Significant differences of biomechanical properties occurred among normal BMD, osteoporotic and serious osteoporotic group (P<0.05). (2) Spearman analysis showed that BMD was positively correlated with the failure load and stiffness of lumbar vertebrae. (3) For each BMD group, significant differences of biomechanical properties were found between subgroup A and C, and between subgroup B and C (P<0.05). (4) For each BMD group, there was no statistical difference of biomechanical properties between subgroup A and B (P>0.05).Conclusions
Entire endplate removal can significantly decrease the structural properties of lumbar vertebrae with little change in biomechanical properties by preservation of peripheral region of the endplate. BMD is positively correlated to the structural properties of the lumbar vertebrae. 相似文献20.
