黑龙江桦木科植物导管分子解剖学研究   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7

利用扫描电镜,对黑龙江省桦木科(Betulaceae)植物4属(赤杨属 (Alnus) 桦木属 (Betula) 鹅耳枥属(Carpinus) 榛属 (Corylus))15种4个变种3个变型的导管分子的管腔微形态学进行了比较研究.结果表明:该科植物在导管管腔的长度,管腔宽度上都有较大的差别;纹孔为具缘纹孔;纹孔的排列方式上,除少数种外均为互列式纹孔式;管间纹孔成群分布,且绝大部分呈现出规则的形状;在成群分布的纹孔内或边缘区域,有圆形点状突出物或由大小不同的孔做成的网状突出物,在该科中普遍存在.探讨导管分子管腔的主要特征;分析了导管分子形态进化的生态适应.  相似文献

利用扫描电子显微镜对黑龙江苹果亚科5属14种植物导管分子的管腔微形态结构特征进行了比较研究。结果显示:(1)该亚科植物导管分子的管腔长度、宽度及端壁斜度角有较大的差别。(2)孔纹导管在该亚科植物种中均存在,网纹导管和螺纹导管仅见于苹果属和花楸属中。(3)导管分子管壁除苹果属及山楂属中的毛山楂、辽宁山楂外均有螺纹加厚。(4)纹孔的排列方式为互列式、对列式及互列、对列同时存在。(5)在所观察的植物中花楸、山荆子、无毛山楂导管端壁具单穿孔板和梯状穿孔板,其余种的导管端壁仅具单穿孔板。(6)导管纹孔膜残留现象普遍存在。研究表明,导管分子管腔的微形态结构特征,可为该亚科植物的系统演化提供形态学依据;导管分子微形态结构特征与其所处的环境存在一定的适应性。  相似文献

利用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微电镜,以10种茶藨子属植物为研究材料,观察了其导管分子的形态结构。结果显示:(1)所研究的茶藨子属植物导管分子穿孔板为梯状穿孔板,且穿孔板上横隔分布的数量不同,端壁倾斜角度种间变化不大;(2)导管分子纹孔式样为互列式或兼有互列式和对列式,纹孔形状种间存在差异;(3)有的种类导管分子内壁有螺纹加厚或网状凸起。研究表明,不同生境下的茶藨子属植物导管形态与其生态适应性之间有较强的相关性,表现为湿生环境的物种导管较短,直径较宽;旱生环境的物种导管较长,直径较小;中生环境的居中。本文分析了茶藨子属植物导管分子形态特征的生态适应性。  相似文献

利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和树脂铸型法对东北地区10种李属植物导管分子类型、纹孔式、穿孔板类型的微形态结构特征进行了观察,并测量管腔长度、宽度、尾端长度及端壁斜度角的量化数据。结果显示:在不同生境下该属同种植物的导管类型、尾端长度与穿孔板类型较为稳定。所观察的李属植物存在3种导管类型:螺纹、孔纹、网纹导管。除山杏、欧李、东北李3种植物中仅存在网纹与孔纹2种类型的导管外,其余7种植物普遍存在3种类型导管。螺纹加厚在该属导管分子中普遍存在。单穿孔板在李属所观察植物中普遍存在,仅在黑樱桃、毛樱桃和郁李中发现梯状穿孔板。仅在稠李、东北李、郁李及山杏中观察到相对原始的对列—互列同时存在的纹孔式,其余6种均为互列式纹孔式。根据结构分析,认为东北地区10种李属植物中,郁李最为原始,欧李最为进化。同时,发现管腔长度、宽度与端壁面积与生境显著相关。在对尾端长度测量发现,同种植物导管分子的尾端长度在不同生境下长度较为稳定,几乎没有变化,可作为微观植物分类学的分类依据。  相似文献

光萼荷属植物SSR反应体系确立与指纹图谱构建   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
利用正交试验设计优化并确立光萼荷属(Aechmea)植物SSR反应体系,构建部分光萼荷属植物的SSR分子指纹图谱。结果表明:光萼荷属植物的最佳SSR反应体系为10 μL总体积包括1×PCR buffer、Mg2+ 2.0 mmol·L-1dNTPs 200 μmol·L-1、引物2.5 μmol·L-1、模板DNA 90 ng和Taq DNA聚合酶1.5 U。利用该体系和6对SSR引物对15份光萼荷属植物进行扩增反应和电泳检测,其中M1、M3、M4等3对SSR引物扩增图谱清晰、多态性较高,均能将该15份光萼荷属植物鉴别出来,初步建立了15份光萼荷属植物的SSR分子指纹图谱,进一步证明该SSR反应体系稳定可靠,可以有效用于光萼荷属植物种质资源鉴定。  相似文献

用光学显微镜观察了豆科(Leguminosae)甘草属(Glycyrrhiza)3种荒漠植物的染色体,研究结果表明,3种植物的体细胞染色体数目2n=16,核型公式分别为:刺果甘草(G.pallidiflara)k(2n)=2x=16=4M+8m+4sm,光果甘草(G.glabra)k(2n)=2x=16=10M+6m,胀果某草(G.inflata)k(2n)=2x=16=6M+6m+4sm。  相似文献

基于线粒体COI基因探讨鹟亚科部分属和种的分类地位

采用PCR扩增、测序的方法,对鹟亚科(Muscicapinae)6属16种鸟类的线粒体COI基因序列1176 bp进行测定,并以荒漠伯劳和发冠卷尾作为外群构建Bayes、ML、MP 3棵系统发育树。结果支持:寿带属(Terpsiphone)、扇尾鹟属(Rhipidura)、方尾鹟属(Culicicapa)3属与鹟亚科其他鸟类亲缘关系较远,扇尾鹟属与方尾鹟属亲缘关系较近;鹟属(Muscicapa)为单系发生,本研究结果未能确定它与仙鹟属、姬鹟属的进化关系;铜蓝鹟(Muscicapa thalassina)从鹟属中移出,归入仙鹟属。上述结论解决了鹟亚科部分属间的进化关系,为鹟亚科分类系统的研究提供了分子水平证据。  相似文献

报道了4个种鹅观草属(Roegneria C. Koch)植物的核型,其核型公式如下:芒颖鹅观草(R. aristiglumis Keng et S. L. Chen), 2n=4x=28=22m+6sm(2SAT);短颖鹅观草(R. breviglumis Keng), 2n=4x=28=20m(2SAT)+8sm;红原鹅观草(R. hongyuanensis L. B. Cai), 2n=4x=28=22m+6sm(2SAT);山东鹅观草(R. shandongensis(B. Salomon)J. L. Yang, Y. H. Zhou et Yen), 2n=4x=28=24m(2SAT)+4sm。同时对染色体主要特征的演变规律进行了分析,揭示了鹅观草属4个种的相对进化程度以及宏观分类中2个组的系统发育关系,表明鹅观草属的半颖组在系统发育中派生了颖体短小的小颖组。  相似文献

对13种沙生植物的纤维长和导管分子长度进行了测定分析, 二者的径向变异规律呈现上升,下降, 波动或恒定不变趋势。所选树种的平均纤维长度小于900 μm,属于较短纤维。所选树种的纤维长度和导管分子长度除沙冬青年轮内差异不显著外,其他树种间及树种年轮间的差异极其显著。对沙生植物的解剖特征的定量研究可以看出,所选树种的次生木质部特征体现了对沙漠环境的高度适应性。较短,孔径较窄导管以单管孔或复管孔形态出现,纹孔较小使干旱区沙生植物具有较大的水分运输能力,也是水分安全传导的一种策略。  相似文献

针对水青树(Tetracentron sinense)中一类特殊管胞进行较为全面的观察研究,判断细胞种类并分析维管组织输导机理及树木进化过程中的细胞演化规律。通过切片和解离技术,借助光学显微镜和电子显微镜对34年生水青树特殊管胞的分布位置和形态特征进行观察。结果表明:(1)特殊管胞在树木水平方向自内向外径向呈串排列,并贯穿年轮界限,多为一列,少数两列,且较为稀见。每个特殊管胞弦向左右两侧或单侧均与木射线细胞相连通。纵向上,特殊管胞单独或数个上下端接相连。(2)特殊管胞主要有以下3种类型:无端壁的纺锤形,有一个倾斜端壁,以及有两个倾斜端壁。特殊管胞的平均长度为286.44μm;横切面为四边形,平均弦向宽度为55.22μm,其平均壁厚为1.53μm。(3)特殊管胞两端封闭,无穿孔。(4)特殊管胞侧面壁上的纹孔数量较多且纹孔膜明显可见,具体表现为:弦面壁上布满特殊管胞之间的具缘纹孔,呈对列、互列偶见梯状排列;径面壁上存在与射线细胞间的具狭缘单纹孔,呈大圆形至椭圆形,每区域多为2~10个纹孔,呈1~4排横列;径面壁上与正常管胞间几无纹孔。水青树特殊管胞分布有一定规律,其长度远小于水青树正常管胞...  相似文献

Twenty collections representing one species each ofSymbolanthus andTachia, and 17 species ofMacrocarpaea were studied by means of light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Wood details show that the three genera form a coherent group;Tachia differs from the others in only a few minor characters. Because the species studied form a natural group, wood variations within Helieae offer the basis for correlations and interpretations with respect to habit and ecology. Diameter of stems studied proves to be an important variable that must be taken into account. Correlations with stem diameter include wider vessels in outer wood of wider samples. This would correspond to deeper penetration of reliable water tables by roots of helioid trees or large shrubs. Ray height decreases with increase in stem diameter, an indication of paedomorphosis. Rays of all species are paedomorphic in histology by virtue of relative paucity or even absence of procumbent cells in multiseriate rays. Pseusoscalariform lateral wall pitting of vessels is also a feature characteristic of paedomorphosis. The assemblage of paedomorphic features correlates well with the conclusion, reached by authors who used cladistic methods, that Gentianaceae other than Gentianeae are derived from suffrutescent prennials. The Mesomorphy Ratio, which incorporates three vessel features, correlates with leaf length and with stem diameter. All Helieae are mesophytic, but to various degrees. Septate fiber-tracheids, where present, are typically near vessels and form a substitute for or an addendum to vasicentric axial parenchyma as a mechanism for photosynthate storage. Vestured pits occur on lateral wall pits of vessels of all Helieae, but not on the fibertracheids. Vestured pits show diversity withinMacrocarpaea, a feature of possible systematic significance.  相似文献

对安徽黄山海拔420~1840m的华中五味子茎的次生木质部进行了生态解剖学研究。结果表明,茎的次生木质部为散孔材,导管分子长741.7~1025.2μm,直径为152.4~191.9μm;导管频率60.6~70.2mm-2。纤维管胞长925.2~1046.3μm;木射线类型为异形ⅡA和ⅡB,单列射线高682.1~778.4μm,多列射线高度为1093~1208μm,多列射线宽63.6~92.6μm,射线频率9.2~12.8mm-1。次生木质部解剖特征随异质生境而表现出一定的可塑性,其中,多列射线宽、射线频率、导管分子长度、导管直径等性状的可塑性较大。多重回归分析表明,水分和温度是影响华中五味子次生木质部解剖特征的主导因子。随着空气相对湿度的增加,导管分子长度和直径均增大,射线频率减小。随着降雨量的增加,纤维长度增加。随着最冷月温度的增加,导管频率增加,多列射线宽度减小。随着年较差的增加,单列射线和多列射线高度均减小。  相似文献

The wood structure of 71 species representing 24 genera of the pantropical Lecythidaceae s.l., including the edible Brazil nuts (Bertholletia excelsa) and the spectacular cannon-ball tree (Couroupita guianensis), was investigated using light and scanning electron microscopy. This study focused on finding phylogenetically informative characters to help elucidate any obscure evolutionary patterns within the family. The earliest diverging subfamily Napoleonaeoideae has mixed simple/scalariform vessel perforations, scalariform vessel-ray pitting, and high multiseriate rays, all features that are also present in Scytopetaloideae. The wood structure of Napoleonaea is distinct, but its supposed close relative Crateranthus strongly resembles Scytopetaloideae. The isolated position of Foetidia (Foetidioideae) can be supported by a unique type of vessel-ray pitting that is similar in shape and size to intervessel pitting (distinctly bordered, <5 μm). The more derived Planchonioideae and Lecythidoideae share exclusively simple perforations and two types of vessel-ray pitting, but they can easily be distinguished from each other by the size of intervessel pitting, shape of body ray cells in multiseriate rays, and the type of crystalliferous axial parenchyma cells. The anatomical diversity observed is clearly correlated with differences in plant size (shrubs vs. tall trees): the percentage of scalariform perforations, as well as vessel density, and the length of vessel elements, fibers, and multiseriate rays are negatively correlated with increasing plant size, while the reverse is true for vessel diameter.  相似文献

In wood, lateral transport of water and minerals occurs readily in 'integrated' trees but is more restricted in 'sectored species'. Dye distribution and a novel hydraulic technique are used to quantify species-specific differences in sectoriality in three temperate hardwoods, Betula papyrifera , Acer saccharum and Quercus rubra. Sectoriality was related to key elements of xylem structure: intervascular pitting, vessel diameter and vessel grouping. Perfusion of 0.5% safranin through isolated roots showed root-to-branch dye transport was most extensive in B. papyrifera and least extensive in Q. rubra . To test sectorialty using hydraulics, 20 m m KCl solution was pushed at 0.1 MPa through 5-cm wood segments, before and after occluding the direct axial outlet with glue, with flow rate measured in grams of solution expelled over time. Direct (axial) conductance (g MPa−1 s−1) through unglued outlets was compared with indirect (tangential) conductance around occluded outlets. Species with high indirect/direct conductance ratios (Integration Index) are the most integrated. Integration Index ranged from 0.26 in B. papyrifera to 0.02 in Q. rubra . Macerates showed that B. papyrifera has much greater percentage of cell wall area covered with intervascular pits than does A. saccharum or Q. rubra . Vessel grouping was closest in B. papyrifera and vessels were most isolated in Q. rubra . Widest diameter vessels occurred in Q. rubra , where they concentrated in springwood. Intervascular pitting, vessel diameter and grouping are wood traits that contribute to the continuum of sectoriality in trees, and may influence the ability of tree species to dominate in homogeneous or in patchy environments.  © 2006 The Linnean Society of London, Botanical Journal of the Linnean Society , 2006, 150 , 61–71.  相似文献
