Aspiration is a devastating complication during decontamination procedure in poisoning patients. We have investigated whether S-methylisothiourea protects different pulmonary aspiration gastrointestinal decontamination agent-induced lung injury in rats. Forty-two male Sprague-Dawley rats were assigned to one of six groups (n = 7): normal saline, activated charcoal, polyethylene glycol, normal saline + S-methylisothiourea treated activated charcoal + S-methylisothiourea treated and polyethylene glycol + S-methylisothiourea treated. Normal saline, activated aharcoal and polyethylene glycol were instilled into the lungs. The rats received S-methylisothiourea i.p twice daily for 7 days. Serum surfactant protein D, oxidative stress products and inducible nitric oxide synthase expression in the lung were investigated. The aspiration of activated charcoal significantly increased all histopathological scores (P < 0.01). Only peribronchial inflammatory cell infiltration, alveolar edema, and alveolar histiocytes were increased in the polyethylene glycol groups as compared to the normal saline group (P < 0.05). Pulmonary aspiration increased serum malondialdehyde (P < 0.001), and surfactant protein D (P < 0.05) levels and decreased serum superoxide dismutase levels (P < 0.05). S-methylisothiourea treatment decreased all histopathological scores in the activated charcoal treated S-methylisothiourea group (P < 0.01) and only decreased alveolar edema and alveolar histiocytes in the polyethylene glycol-treated S-methylisothiourea group (P < 0.05). S-methylisothiourea treatment reduced elevated oxidative factors, inducible nitric oxide synthase activity and serum surfactant protein D levels. Our findings showed that S-methylisothiourea may be a protective drug against Activated Charcoal and Polyethylene Glycol-induced lung injury.  相似文献

Uptake of ferric iron from ferricrocin was studied in Escherichia coli using a polymer-coupled ferricrocin that was unable to penetrate into the cell. Ferricrocinyl polyethylene glycol succinate (Mr 7000 -- 8500) promoted growth of E. coli K-12 AB2847 aroB under iron-limiting conditions. In iron-starved cells, uptake of 55Fe could be demonstrated; the amount of iron accumulated amounted to 10% of that observed with free ferricrocin. The iron supply by ferricrocin bound to polyethylene glycol was strictly dependent upon the functions expressed by the tonA and the tonB genes, as was the iron uptake promoted by free ferricrocin. Polymer-bound ferricrocin protected cells against colicin M and phage T5 by competition for the common tonA-coded outer membrane receptor protein. In addition, the rate of iron transport via the negatively charged ferricrocinyl succinate was as fast as via the neutral ferricrocin molecule. No ligand was found associated with the cells. Penetration of chelator beyond receptor is not necessary for siderophore-mediated iron uptake. It is concluded that sufficient amounts of iron can be released from the polymer complex to satisfy growth requirements.  相似文献

Plantlets derived from shoot-tips of seedlings from five cultivars of date palm, Phoenix dactylifera L., were subjected to polyethylene glycol in liquid medium. Comparisons of water loss of detached leaves among in vitro-grown, polyethylene glycol-treated and greenhouse-grown plants showed significant differences with treatment for all cultivars studied. For each treatment, significant differences were also found among cultivars. The common result was that the percent of moisture loss of non-treated in vitro-grown plantlets was almost twice that of greenhouse-grown plants. Polyethylene glycol-treated plantlets showed a water loss of approximately 27%, similar to that of greenhouse plants as compared to an average of 40% in control plants. Stable nanosized bilayer disks were prepared from either 1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (DSPC) and cholesterol, or lipid mixtures with a composition reflecting that of the porcine brush border membrane. Two different polyethylene glycol (PEG)-grafted lipids, the negatively charged 1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-N-[methoxy (polyethylene glycol)-5000] (DSPE-PEG(5000)) and the neutral N-palmitoyl-sphingosine-1-[succinyl (methoxy (polyethylene glycol) 5000] (Ceramide-PEG(5000)), were used to stabilize the disks. The disks were employed as model membranes in drug partition studies based on a fast chromatography method. Results show that the lipid composition, as well as the choice of PEG-lipid, have an important influence on the partition behavior of charged drugs. Comparative studies using multilamellar liposomes indicate that bilayer disks have the potential to generate more accurate partition data than do liposomes. Further, initial investigations using bacteriorhodopsin suggest that membrane proteins can be reconstituted into the bilayer disks. This fact further strengthens the potential of the bilayer disk as an attractive model membrane.  相似文献

Polyethylene glycol was used to induce water stress of micropropagated Valiant grape. Reduced growth and slow rooting were observed in treated plantlets with 2, 4 and 6% polyethylene glycol as compared to control plantlets with no polyethylene glycol in the rooting medium. At high concentrations of 4 and 6%, leaves exhibited wilting and necrosis. At the 2% level, plantlets recovered and grew satisfactorily. Detached leaves of treated plantlets with 2% polyethylene glycol lost less water than controls when exposed to low humidity for 4 hours. Leaf anatomy of plantlets treated with 2% polyethylene glycol, control (in vitro plantlets) and greenhouse-grown plants were compared under light microscopy. Leaves from control plantlets contained larger mesophyll cells, lacked normal palisade layer formation, had greater intercellular pore spaces and fewer chloroplasts. Leaves from polyethylene glycol-treated plantlets, however, had smaller mesophyll cells, a more defined palisade layer, reduced intercellular pore space and the greatest number of chloroplasts. The culture medium of growing Chlamydomonas reinhardii cells contains hydroxyproline-rich glycoproteins, which are mainly liberated during release of the zoospores from the mother-cell wall. Pulse-labelling studies with [3H]proline and [35S]methionine have been performed in order to detect the protein components released by synchronously growing cells at different stages of the cell cycle. When either [3H]proline or [35S]methionine were applied during the phase of cell growth, radioactive label appeared in the released macromolecules after a lag period of 40 min, whereas incorporation into the insoluble part of the cell wall was delayed only by 20 min. When applied at the end of the growth phase, e.g. 13 h after beginning of the illumination period, the radioactive amino acids were incorporated into the cell wall, but radioactive labelling of macromolecules released into the culture medium could not be detected before the zoospores were liberated from the mother-cell wall. Maximal incorporation of [3H]proline and [35S]methionine into the insoluble part of the cell wall was observed during cell division, but essentially no radioactively-labelled macromolecules were released into the culture medium during this time period. Analysis of the macromolecules, which were liberated during cell enlargement, by sodium dodecyl sulphate/polyacrylamide-gel electrophoresis revealed distinct radioactive bands, which were differentially labelled with [3H]proline and [35S]methionine. Among the macromolecules released into the culture medium during cell growth, a component of an apparent Mr 35 000 was preferentially labelled with [3H]proline. This component was also detected after labelling with [35S]methionine, but components of an apparently higher Mr were more prominent after labelling with [35S]methionine. Macromolecules released during the cell-enlargement period of synchronously growing cultures in the presence of [3H]proline contained radioactively-labelled hydroxyproline in addition to proline. These results show that, during cell-wall growth, specific protein components are released into the culture medium and that at least one of these components contains large amounts of proline and hydroxyproline. At least some of these macromolecules seem to be constituents of the cell wall, because during pulse-chase experiments radioactively-labelled macromolecules appeared in the culture medium mainly during the time period when the specific radioactivity of the insoluble inner-cell-wall layer decreased.  相似文献

Brief (approximately 20-min) exposure of S49 lymphoma cells to beta-agonists such as isoproterenol leads to a homologous form of desensitization in which beta-agonist but not prostaglandin E1-sensitive or NaF-sensitive adenylate cyclase is reduced. The desensitized receptors (R) appear to be sequestered away from the effector system (guanine nucleotide regulatory protein (Ns) and adenylate cyclase (C)). Membrane perturbants such as polyethylene glycol are known to reorient membrane proteins and lipids. Thus, we fused agonist-desensitized S49 lymphoma cells to each other, using polyethylene glycol as fusogen, in an attempt to functionally reunite the R, N, and C components which might have become sequestered in microdomains of the plasma membrane during desensitization. Such treatment completely restored isoproterenol-stimulated adenylate cyclase to normal and re-established the ability of R and N to functionally couple as assessed by the ability to form a high affinity, guanine nucleotide-sensitive state of the receptor. These results support the concept that agonist-promoted sequestration plays a functionally significant role in the homologous desensitization of the beta-adrenergic receptor.  相似文献

The chemical composition of extracellular polymers released by cells of tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L. cv W38) adapted to a medium containing 30% polyethylene glycol 8000 (−28 bar) or 428 millimolar NaCl (−23 bar) was compared to the composition of those released by unadapted cells. Unadapted cells released uronic acid-rich material of high molecular weight, arabinogalactan-proteins, low molecular weight fragments of hemicellulosic polysaccharides, and a small amount of protein. Cells adapted to grow in medium containing NaCl released arabinogalactan and large amounts of protein but not the uronic acid-rich material, and cells adapted to grow in polyethylene glycol released only small amounts of an arabinogalactan of much lower molecular weight and some protein. Secretion of all material was nearly blocked by polyethylene glycol, but when cells were transferred to a medium containing iso-osmolar mannitol, they again released extracellular polymers at rates similar to those of unadapted cells. Like cells adapted to NaCl, however, these cells released arabinogalactan and large amounts of protein but only small amounts of the uronic acid-rich material. Media of NaCl-adapted cells were enriched in 40, 29, and 11 kilodalton polypeptides. CaCl2 extracted the 40 and 11 kilodalton polypeptides from walls of unadapted cells, but the 29 kilodalton polypeptide was found only in the medium of the NaCl-adapted cells. Accumulation of low molecular weight polysaccharide fragments in the medium was also substantially reduced in both NaCl- and polyethylene glycol-adapted cells, and specifically, the material was composed of lower proportions of xyloglucan fragments. Our results indicate that adaptation to saline or water stress results in inhibition of both the hydrolysis of hemicellulosic xyloglucan and release of uronic acid-rich material into the culture medium.  相似文献

Cultured hepatocytes isolated from livers of 17 alpha-ethynylestradiol-treated rats were used to investigate the change of lipid metabolism induced by administration of 17 alpha-ethynylestradiol. Treatment with 17 alpha-ethynylestradiol caused a decrease of rat plasma lipids (free cholesterol, cholesterol ester, triacylglycerol and phosphatidylcholine). No difference in the ability of urea nitrogen synthesis could be demonstrated between cultured hepatocytes isolated from livers of 17 alpha-ethynylestradiol-treated rats and propylene glycol-treated rats (control). Total cholesterol and cholesterol ester contents of cultured hepatocytes isolated from livers of 17 alpha-ethynylestradiol-treated rats were increased in comparison with those of the control. Triacylglycerol content of cultured hepatocytes was not affected by 17 alpha-ethynylestradiol treatment. There was no difference in the composition of lipid content between liver tissues and cultured hepatocytes. These results suggest that hepatocytes isolated from livers maintain the character of livers treated with 17 alpha-ethynylestradiol or livers treated with propylene glycol. Free cholesterol and cholesterol ester synthesis from [14C]acetic acid by cultured hepatocytes isolated from livers of 17 alpha-ethynylestradiol-treated rats were decreased to about 30% of the control. Triacylglycerol and polar lipid (phospholipid) synthesis from [14C]acetic acid were not affected by 17 alpha-ethynylestradiol treatment. Microsomal hydroxymethylglutaryl-CoA reductase activity of rat liver treated with 17 alpha-ethynylestradiol was decreased to about 50% of control. The secretions of free cholesterol, cholesterol ester, triacylglycerol, phosphatidylcholine, apolipoprotein BL and BS by cultured hepatocytes isolated from livers of 17 alpha-ethynylestradiol treated rats were not decreased when compared with the control. Because lipid and apolipoprotein secretions from cultured hepatocytes treated with 17 alpha-ethynylestradiol were not decreased and cholesterol contents of liver tissues and cultured hepatocytes treated with 17 alpha-ethynylestradiol were increased and hepatic microsomal hydroxymethylglutaryl-CoA reductase activity was decreased by 17 alpha-ethynylestradiol treatment, it is suggested that the liver plays an important role in hypolipidemia induced by 17 alpha-ethynylestradiol by increasing the plasma lipid uptake mediated by an increased amount of lipoprotein receptors of liver membranes.  相似文献

We have examined the sterol composition and metabolism of promyelocytic leukaemia cell lines (HL-60) after treatment with 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol 13-acetate (TPA). A variant cell line (Blast II cells) which is resistant to TPA was used as control. Analysis of the sterols of TPA-sensitive cells radiolabelled with [3H]leucine, [14C]acetate or [14C]pyruvate showed a high incorporation into cholesterol and a low incorporation in lanosterol + dihydrolanosterol. The inverse relationship was observed in TPA-resistant cells. Experiments with other cellular variants representing TPA-sensitive and TPA-resistant classes gave similar results. Analysis of the cellular sterol composition by gas chromatography confirmed that TPA-resistant cells are particularly rich in lanosterol/dihydrolanosterol. TPA treatment enhanced the incorporation of [14C]pyruvate into the sterol fraction of both cell types. This was accompanied by an alteration of incorporation into several lipids, particularly phospholipids. Pulse-chase studies with [14C]acetate revealed that TPA induced the release of radioactive lipids into the medium from HL-60 and Blast II cells. However this treatment released phospholipids from the TPA-sensitive cells and sterols and fatty acids from the TPA-resistant cells. We conclude that the sterol composition can regulate specific biochemical processes in the membrane and can be considered as a factor that plays a role in the responsiveness of HL-60 cells to TPA.  相似文献

Thy-1 glycoprotein is a member of a class of proteins which are anchored to the plasma membrane via a covalently bound glycophospholipid. The biosynthesis and anchoring of Thy-1 were investigated in a family of wild-type and mutant (complementation groups A, B, C, E, and F) T lymphomas. The mutants all synthesize Thy-1 but fail to express it on the cell surface. Analysis of the size of D-[2-3H]mannose-labeled dolichol-linked oligosaccharides showed that the class E mutant is the only cell line which does not synthesize dolichol-P-P-Glc3Man9GlcNAc2. Turnover and possible secretion of Thy-1 by mutant T lymphoma cells were documented in D-[2-3H]mannose pulse-chase experiments. The turnover of [3H]Thy-1 for all wild-type cells is considerably slower than for the mutant cells. Class B and E cells release appreciably more [3H]Thy-1 than wild-type cells. Additional experiments were performed to determine the electrophoretic mobility and hydrophobicity of cell-associated and released forms of Thy-1 labeled overnight with [3H]mannose. All wild-type and class A, C, E, and F mutant cells contain a major Triton X-114 binding species of cell-associated [3H]Thy-1. All extracellular [3H]Thy-1 was almost exclusively hydrophilic. The presence of two Thy-1 anchor components, ethanolamine and palmitate, was investigated. Biosynthetic labeling with [3H]palmitic acid showed that all of the wild-type cells but none of the mutants incorporated this anchor precursor into Thy-1. In [3H]ethanolamine-labeling experiments, incorporation was detected in the Thy-1 of all wild-type cells and in two mutants, S1A-b and T1M1-c. Based on the above studies, the phenotype of Thy-1 negative T lymphoma mutants can be re-evaluated. In classes A and F, dolichol-linked oligosaccharides appear normal and no anchor is detected. In class B, dolichol-linked oligosaccharides appear normal, a partial anchor may be present, and a substantial amount of Thy-1 is released. In class C, dolichol-linked oligosaccharides appear normal and a partial anchor may be present. In class E, truncated dolichol-linked oligosaccharides are formed, no anchor is detected, but a substantial amount of newly synthesized Thy-1 is released. These observations are discussed with reference to the possibility that the lesions which characterize the mutants pertain to the biosynthesis of the glycophospholipid moiety of Thy-1.  相似文献

Endogenous Modulator of Benzodiazepine Binding in Rat Cortex   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0  
Benzodiazepine binding sites, solubilized with 1% digitonin, were used to study specific [3H]flunitrazepam ([3H]FNP) binding. Specific binding increased nonlinearly with increasing amounts of digitonin extract in the assay. Specific binding was increased, and the relationship to amount of extract became linear, in the presence of 2% polyethylene glycol 6000 (PEG). Heat treatment destroyed binding activity of the extract, but not ability to inhibit [3H]FNP binding. Kinetic analysis showed inhibition to be noncompetitive. The inhibitory activity was sensitive to trypsin. Extracts of repeatedly frozen, thawed, and washed membrane preparations still possessed inhibitory activity. It is suggested that digitonin solubilizes a membrane protein that inhibits benzodiazepine binding. PEG apparently removes this substance from the binding sites.  相似文献

The gram-negative gliding bacterium Cytophaga johnsonae contains not only large quantities of unusual sulfonolipids but also, as we report here, a second class of unusual lipids. These lipids were detected and quantified by two-dimensional thin-layer chromatography of lipids from cells grown in the presence of [14C]acetate and shown by chemical studies to be alpha-N-(3-fatty acyloxy fatty acyl)ornithines. Like the sulfonolipids, these ornithine lipids were localized in the outer membrane (whereas phosphatidylethanolamine was the predominant lipid of the inner membrane). In a sulfonolipid-deficient mutant, the missing lipid was replaced, specifically, by an increased amount of ornithine lipid. Cells grown in liquid media contained predominantly ornithine lipids with nonhydroxylated residues in the O-fatty acyl position. In contrast, surface-grown cells contained a high proportion of ornithine lipids in which the O-fatty acyl group was 3-hydroxylated. The sulfonolipids and ornithine lipids are apparently coregulated in the sense that, regardless of perturbations caused by mutation or growth conditions, their total amounts remain constant at 40% of total cell lipid.  相似文献

Diacylglycerol (DAG) is a versatile molecule that participates as substrate in the synthesis of structural and energetic lipids, and acts as the physiological signal that activates protein kinase C. Diacylglycerol acyltransferase (DGAT), the last committed enzyme in triacylglycerol synthesis, could potentially regulate the content and use of both signaling and glycerolipid substrate DAG by converting it into triacylglycerol. To test this hypothesis, we stably overexpressed the DGAT1 mouse gene in human lung SV40-transformed fibroblasts (DGAT cells), which contains high levels of DAG. DGAT cells exhibited a 3.9-fold higher DGAT activity and a 3.2-fold increase in triacylglycerol content, whereas DAG and phosphatidylcholine decreased by 70 and 20%, respectively, compared with empty vector-transfected SV40 cells (Control cells). Both acylation and de novo synthesis of phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, and sphingomyelin were reduced by 30-40% in DGAT cells compared with controls, suggesting that DGAT used substrates for triacylglycerol synthesis that had originally been destined to produce phospholipids. The incorporation of [14C]DAG and [14C]fatty acids released from plasma membrane by additions of either phospholipase C or phospholipase A2 into triacylglycerol was increased by 6.2- and 2.8-fold, respectively, in DGAT cells compared with control cells, indicating that DGAT can attenuate signaling lipids. Finally, DGAT overexpression reversed the neoplastic phenotype because it dramatically reduced the cell growth rate and suppressed the anchorage-independent growth of the SV40 cells. These results strongly support the view that DGAT participates in the regulation of membrane lipid synthesis and lipid signaling, thereby playing an important role in modulating cell growth properties.  相似文献

Phospholipid packing has been suggested as a relevant variable in the control of membrane fusion events. To test this possibility in a model system, a comparison was made of the fusability of erythrocytes with a normal asymmetric transbilayer distribution of plasma membrane phospholipids (tightly packed exterior lipids) and erythrocytes with a symmetric transbilayer distribution of phospholipids (more loosely packed exterior lipids), using polyethylene glycol as fusogen. Not only were lipid-symmetric cells more readily fused, but fusions of mixtures of lipid-symmetric and lipid-asymmetric cells indicated that both fusing partners must have a symmetric distribution for fusion to be enhanced. Lipid-symmetric cells may fuse more readily because loose packing of the exterior lipids enhances hydrophobic interactions between cells. Alternatively, enhanced membrane fluidity may facilitate intramembranous particle clustering, previously implicated as a potentiator of fusion. Finally, exposure of phosphatidylserine on the surface of lipid-symmetric erythrocytes may be responsible for their enhanced fusion.  相似文献

A novel form of "enzyme therapy" was achieved by utilizing protoplasts of Bacillus subtilis. Photoreactivating enzyme of Escherichia coli was successfully inserted into the protoplasts of B. subtilis treated with polyethylene glycol. This enzyme was used to photoreactivate ultraviolet-damaged bacteriophage deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA). Furthermore, in polyethylene glycol-treated protoplasts, ultraviolet-irradiated transfecting bacteriophage DNA was shown to be a functional substrate for the host DNA excision repair system. Previous results (R. E. Yasbin, J. D. Fernwalt, and P. I. Fields, J. Bacteriol. 137:391-396, 1979) showed that ultraviolet-irradiated bacteriophage DNA could not be repaired via the excision repair system of competent cells. Therefore, the processing of bacteriophage DNA by protoplasts and by competent cells must be different. This sensitive protoplast assay can be used to identify and to isolate various types of DNA repair enzymes.  相似文献

L-[4,5-3H]- or L-[U-14C]leucine was incorporated by Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron into acid-precipitable material even when the bacteria were treated with concentrations of tetracycline high enough to prevent growth. Similar results were obtained when L-[2,3,4-3H]valine or L-[4,5-3H]isoleucine was used instead of leucine. In bacteria which had been treated with tetracycline, the acid-precipitable label was not solubilized by treatment with protease, lysozyme, or deoxyribonuclease. However, virtually all of the label was extractable with chloroform-methanol, indicating that the label had been incorporated into membrane lipids. Since L-[1-14C]leucine was not incorporated into lipids, leucine was probably decarboxylated before incorporation. When a chloroform extract from bacteria which had been labeled with both [32P]phosphate and [3H]leucine was resolved into component phospholipids by two-dimensional thin-layer chromatography, 3H was incorporated into all of the phospholipids. When these phospholipids were deacylated, the 3H from leucine was associated with released fatty acids rather than with the head groups. Thus, it appears that B. thetaiotaomicron can utilize leucine and similar amino acids not only by incorporating them into protein but also by incorporating portions of these amino acids into membrane phospholipids.  相似文献

目的:探讨大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞BMSCs在聚丙交酯/乙交酯/天冬氨酸-聚乙二醇三嵌段多元共聚物 PLGA-[ASP-PEG]表面粘附、增殖的情况,为组织工程学体外诱导种子细胞生长提供新的生物材料。方法:在PLGA支架材料中引入聚乙二醇(PEG)和含有多个功能位点的天冬氨酸(ASP),制成PLGA-[ASP-PEG]高分子支架材料。 将PLGA-[ASP-PEG]支架材料与BMSCs复合培养,以未改性的PLGA支架材料作对照,通过沉淀法、MTT法和考马斯亮蓝法分别检测BMSCs的粘附和增殖变化;扫描电镜观察黏附细胞的形态。结果 BMSCs在PLGA-[ASP-PEG]材料表面帖壁生长,细胞数目明显多于单纯PLGA组。细胞粘附率检测显示:改性后的PLGA-[ASP-PEG]表面BMSCs的粘附性能和增殖能力明显高于对照组,P<0.05。MTT比色试验,BMSCs在三嵌段材料上培养20d后,吸光值A=1.336,约为对照组0.780的两倍。细胞内蛋白总量间接反映细胞黏附及增殖情况。培养12d时,在PLGA-[ASP-PEG]材料组细胞的蛋白含量为66.44μg/孔,单纯PLGA组为41.23μg/孔,间接说明了三嵌段材料生物相容性好,细胞黏附力强的特点。结论PLGA-[ASP-PEG]能促进组织工程种子细胞在骨基质材料表面的黏附、增殖并能较好地保持细胞的形态。  相似文献

Thermal damage to the outer membrane of Escherichia coli W3110 was studied. When E. coli cells were heated at 55 degrees C in 50 mM Tris-hydrochloride buffer at pH 8.0, surface blebs were formed on the cell envelope, mainly at the septa of dividing cells. Membrane lipids were released from the cells during the heating period, and part of the released lipids formed vesicle-like structures from the membrane. This vesicle fraction had a lipopolysaccharide to phospholipid ratio similar to that of the outer membrane of intact cells, whereas it had a lower content of protein than the isolated outer membrane. After heating bacterial cells at 55 degrees C for 30 min, the resulting leakage from the cells of a periplasmic enzyme, alkaline phosphatase, amounted to 52% of the total activity, whereas no release of a cytoplasmic enzyme, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, was detected. The results obtained suggest that surface blebs formed by heat treatment almost completely consist of the outer membrane and that the blebs may be gradually released from the cell surface into the heating menstruum to partially form vesicles.  相似文献
