本文研究甘蔗废糖蜜对绿豆插条下胚轴生根的影响,结果表明,1000~7000mg/L浓度范围内的甘蔗废糖蜜能明显增加绿豆插条下胚轴不定根的数目、根长、根干重及生根范围,并促进不定根内可溶性糖含量和不定根系活力提高。  相似文献

20—100mgL(-1)间苯二酚能明显地促进绿豆下胚轴不定根的形成,与20mgL(-1)IBA混合处理具加成效应,其作用在于降低生根初期IAA氧化酶和多酚氧化酶活性.10—100mgL(-1)水杨酸抑制下胚轴不定根的形成,随处理浓度的加大,对生根数目、生根范围和根重的抑制作用增加.水杨酸处理后1-3d,能提高IAA氧化酶和多酚氧化酶的活性.  相似文献

Triadimefon, a broad spectrum fungicide and an inhibitor of gibberellic biosynthesis, whitened, thickened, and shortened the roots of bean ( Phaseolus vulgaris L. cv. Spring Green) seedlings and stimulated the development of root primordia along the hypocotyl. In a comparative study, triadimefon, IAA, spermidine, putrescine and spermine all stimulated adventitious root growth, but triadimefon was more effective than the other 4 compounds. Equimolar concentrations of gibberellic acid (GA3) completely eliminated the stimulatory effect of triadimefon. Stimulation of root development by triadimefon was accompanied by inhibition of ethylene biosynthesis followed by removal of basal dominance and an increase in polyamine levels, both of which occurred after rooting had begun. Although triadimefon was effective in stimulating rooting, its mechanism of action is apparently not mediated via the control of ethylene and polyamine biosynthesis.  相似文献

Mung bean hypocotyl cuttings were treated with indole-3-butyric acid (IBA), 3-(benzo[b]selenienyl)acetic acid (BSAA) and 5,6-dichloroindole-3-acetic acid methyl ester (5,6-Cl2-IAA-Me) at different concentrations, respectively. Each chemical produced the maximum number of adventitious roots at a different concentration. Compared with IBA treatment, 5,6-Cl2-IAA-Me and BSAA treatments significantly increased root numbers on hypocotyl cuttings at lower concentration, particularly of 5,6-Cl2-IAA-Me treatment. Combinations of paclobutrazol (PB) with either 5,6-Cl2-IAA-Me or BSAA significantly stimulated the production of more adventitious roots than either chemical alone or combined. Capillary electrophoresis analysis have shown that the levels of IAA, IBA and BSAA in IBA plus PB or BSAA plus PB treatments were higher than those of IBA or BSAA alone. It was suggested that the cause of the synergistic effect of IBA (or BSAA) plus PB treatment might be due to increased endogenous auxin level. The activities of peroxidase and IAA oxidase in the rooting zone coincided with root development, indicating that the activities of these two enzymes were positively correlated to rooting. Peroxidase and IAA oxidase activity in all treatments started 24 h and 12 h after cutting, respectively. It is suggested that the major role of IAA oxidase differed from that of peroxidase in adventitious root formation.  相似文献

The effect of the defoliant thidiazuron (N-phenyl-N′1,2,3-thiadiazol-5-ylurea) on ethylene evolution from etiolated mung bean hypocotyl segments was examined. Treatment of hypocotyl segments with concentrations of thidiazuron equal to or greater than 30 nanomolar stimulated ethylene evolution. Increased rates of ethylene evolution from thidiazuron-treated tissues could be detected within 90 minutes of treatment and persisted up to 30 hours after treatment. Radioactive methionine was readily taken up by thidiazuron-treated tissues and was converted to ethylene, 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid (ACC) and an acidic conjugate of ACC. Aminoethoxyvinylglycine, aminooxyacetic acid, cobalt chloride, and α-aminoisobutyric acid reduced ethylene evolution from treated tissues. An increase in the endogenous content of free ACC coincided with the increase in ethylene evolution following thidiazuron treatment. Uptake and conversion of exogenous ACC to ethylene were not affected by thidiazuron treatment. No increases in the extractable activities of ACC synthase were detected following thidiazuron treatment.  相似文献

The present research investigates the biological profile of eight symmetrical diheteroarylureas and phenylheteroarylureas, testing their hypothetical cytokinin-like activity and rooting activity. Cytokinin-like activity was assayed by the betacyanin (so-called amaranthin) accumulation test and by the tomato regeneration test. The rooting activity was assessed using the mung bean rooting test, the apple stem slice test and the rooting of apple microcuttings. Three compounds, 1,3-di(pyrazin-2-yl)urea (3a), 1,3-di(benzo[d]oxazol-5-yl)urea (3b) and 1,3-di(benzo[d]oxazol-6-yl)urea (3c), enhanced adventitious root formation in apple stem slice test, but only 3b and 3c were active in the mung bean rooting test. Compound 3b, that showed the best rooting activity, was also able to enhance the adventitious root formation in apple microcuttings. None of the compounds showed cytokinin-like activity.  相似文献

在3月5日至9月5日期间,以蝟实( Kolkwitzia amabilis Graebn.)顶端枝条作为插穗,每隔10 d扦插1次,对扦插10 d后插穗的生根率,内源吲哚乙酸( IAA)、脱落酸( ABA)和赤霉素( GA3)含量,超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)、过氧化物酶( POD)和过氧化氢酶( CAT)活性以及可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量进行比较,对生根率与上述8项指标进行相关性分析和回归分析,并对这8项指标进行主成分分析;在此基础上,对不同扦插时间插穗的生根效应进行隶属函数值分析和综合评价。结果显示:随扦插时间推移,蝟实插穗的生根率总体上呈现先升高后降低的变化趋势,5月下旬至7月中旬期间扦插的插穗生根率相对较高,并以6月中旬至7月中旬期间扦插的插穗为最高,总体在70%以上。随扦插时间推移,插穗中IAA和可溶性糖含量均呈波动变化趋势;而插穗中的ABA含量、POD活性和可溶性蛋白质含量总体呈先逐渐升高后逐渐降低的趋势,GA3含量和CAT活性变化不明显,SOD活性总体上呈缓慢升高的趋势。相关性分析结果表明:蝟实插穗的生根率与IAA含量、POD活性和可溶性蛋白质含量呈极显著(P<0.01)正相关,与CAT活性呈极显著负相关。主成分分析结果显示:前2个主成分的累计贡献率为84.383%,说明前2个主成分能够基本反映蝟实扦插生根的主要影响因子,其中第1主成分中可溶性蛋白质和IAA含量为主要因子,第2主成分中CAT活性为主要因子。综合评价结果显示:5月下旬至7月中旬期间扦插的蝟实插穗的综合评价指数(D)较高,为0.747~0.983,与插穗生根率的实测值基本吻合。研究结果表明:在中国西北地区,蝟实插穗的适宜扦插时间为5月下旬至7月中旬,并以6月中旬至7月中旬为最佳;扦插过程中喷施适当浓度IAA溶液可以提高插穗的生根率。  相似文献

采用速蘸法研究了高质量浓度(3 000、5 000、7 000和9 000 mg.L-1)IBA对兔眼蓝浆果(Vaccinium asheiReade)品种‘粉蓝’(‘Powderblue’)、‘梯芙蓝’(‘Tifblue’)和‘芭尔德温’(‘Baldwin’)插条生根率和开始生根时间的影响,并对木质化程度不同的‘顶峰’(‘Climax’)和‘雾达德’(‘Woodard’)插条的生根率和开始生根时间进行了比较。结果表明:经3 000~9 000 mg.L-1IBA溶液速蘸3 s,3个品种插条的生根率均高于或显著高于对照(P<0.05),开始生根时间则较对照明显提前,但不同品种有明显差异;随IBA质量浓度的提高,‘粉蓝’和‘芭尔德温’的生根率逐渐增加,开始生根时间逐渐提早,以9 000 mg.L-1IBA处理组的生根率最高(分别为93.98%和86.46%),开始生根时间最早(分别为15和21 d);品种‘梯芙蓝’插条的生根率则以5 000 mg.L-1IBA处理组最高(88.02%),开始生根时间最早(18 d)。木质化程度不同的插条生根率有显著差异(P<0.05),木质化程度越低,插条的生根率越高且开始生根时间越早;采用木质化程度低的插条,品种‘顶峰’和‘雾达德’插条的生根率分别达到88.54%和77.60%,开始生根时间分别为25和29 d。研究结果显示:高浓度IBA速蘸法是兔眼蓝浆果扦插生根的有效方法,在实际生产中应根据不同品种的特性选择适宜的IBA浓度;从木质化程度及插条可取数量两方面考虑宜选用半木质化枝条作为插条。  相似文献

研究了插条的不同取材部位、不同激素组合以及不同扦插时间对4个类型(品种)楸树(Catalpa bungei C.A.Mey.)嫩枝插条生根的影响。结果显示,取楸树嫩枝的梢部与中部作为插条,扦插生根效果较好;用1.0g·L^-1 IBA和0.5g·L^-1 NAA混合溶液处理的插条生根效果最好,生根率可达45.43%;6月中旬是楸树嫩枝扦插的最适时期。4个楸树类型(品种)中,‘圆基长果楸’和‘豫楸1号’插条的生根能力较高,而‘金丝楸’的生根能力较差。  相似文献
