Four porcine sperm plasma membrane proteins were previously identified as putative ligands for the oocyte plasma membrane. The present study examined the binding of these proteins and two additional porcine sperm membrane proteins to oocytes from sheep, mice and hamsters as a first step in assessing potential conservation of these putative sperm ligands across species and across mammalian orders. Plasma membrane vesicles were isolated from porcine sperm, solubilised, and the proteins separated by one-dimensional gel electrophoresis. The 7, 27, 39 and 62 kDa porcine sperm protein bands demonstrating predominant binding of the porcine oocyte plasma membrane on ligand blots, a 90 kDa protein band demonstrating minor binding, and a 97 kDa protein band that did not bind the oocyte plasma membrane probe were electroeluted. Proteins were biotinylated, and incubated with zona-free oocytes. Bound biotinylated protein was labelled with fluorescent avidin and the oocytes examined with a confocal microscope. The 7 kDa, 27 kDa and the 39 kDa proteins bound to the sheep oocytes but not to a majority of the hamster or mouse oocytes. The 62 kDa protein bound to sheep oocytes and mouse oocytes but not to a majority of the hamster oocytes. The 90 kDa protein bound to oocytes from all three species. The 97 kDa protein, which did not recognise the porcine oocyte probe on a Western ligand blot, did not bind to oocytes from any species and served as a negative control. These observations are consistent with significant conservation of molecule and function among species within the same mammalian order. Hence, one species may be a good model for other species from the same order. Only limited conservation of binding activity of porcine sperm plasma membrane proteins to rodent oocytes was observed, suggesting a greater divergence either in molecular structure or in function among species from different orders.  相似文献

Aeromonas salmonicida subsp. salmonicida is a Gram-negative bacterium that is the etiological agent of furunculosis, a serious infectious disease of salmonids. Aeromonas spp. are ubiquitous waterborne bacteria responsible for a wide spectrum of diseases among aquatic organisms and humans. Bacterial outer membrane proteins (OMPs) play a significant role in virulence as they comprise the outermost surface in contact with host cells and immune defense factors. To identify the major OMPs of A. salmonicida a proteomic analysis was undertaken using a carbonate OMP-enrichment protocol. The enriched OMP-extracts were separated by 2-dimensional electrophoresis (2-DE) and the spots identified using liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) via an electrospray ionization source. In total, 76 unique proteins were identified from the 125 spots observed on the 2-D gel. The surface layer (S-layer) VapA protein dominated the A. salmonicida OMP 2-D profile, accounting for 60% of the protein on the 2-D gels. Among the other outer membrane proteins identified were at least 10 porins and various receptors involved in nutrient acquisition. Also identified in the carbonate insoluble fraction were phosphoglycerate kinase, enolase and others that lacked classical export sorting signals. The putative association of these proteins with the cell surface might provide new insights concerning the biological and pathogenic roles of these molecules in A. salmonicida infection. This work represents the first systematic attempt to characterize the cell surface of A. salmonicida.  相似文献

The innermost layer of the Drosophila eggshell, the vitelline membrane, provides structural support and positional information to the embryo. It is assembled in an incompletely understood manner from four major proteins to form a homogeneous, transparent extracellular matrix. Here we show that RNAi knockdown or genetic deletion of a minor constituent of this matrix, Palisade, results in structural disruptions during the initial synthesis of the vitelline membrane by somatic follicle cells surrounding the oocyte, including wide size variation among the precursor vitelline bodies and disorganization of follicle cell microvilli. Loss of Palisade or the microvillar protein Cad99C results in abnormal uptake into the oocyte of sV17, a major vitelline membrane protein, and defects in non-disulfide cross-linking of sV17 and sV23, while loss of Palisade has additional effects on processing and disulfide cross-linking of these proteins. Embryos surrounded by the abnormal vitelline membranes synthesized when Palisade is reduced are fertilized but undergo developmental arrest, usually during the first 13 nuclear divisions, with a nuclear phenotype of chromatin margination similar to that described for wild-type embryos subjected to anoxia. Our results demonstrate that Palisade is involved in coordinating assembly of the vitelline membrane and is required for functional properties of the eggshell.  相似文献

Obstruction of the male reproductive tract commonly results in generation of antisperm autoantibodies. However, only a few of the sperm autoantigens recognized by these antibodies have been characterized. To identify postobstruction rat sperm autoantigens, sperm proteins were separated by two-dimensional(2-D) gel electrophoresis. Spots corresponding to proteins that were stained by at least 50% of postvasectomy rat sera on 2-D Western blots were removed from polyacrylamide gels and microsequenced by tandem mass spectrometry. From a total of 21 spots, 12 contained peptides that matched solely to either of two outer dense fiber proteins, odf1 or odf2. Six additional spots contained peptides comprising odf1 or odf2 and were accompanied by peptides representing other proteins. Only three spots lacked outer dense fiber peptides but did contain sequences of other known proteins. The results indicate that the outer dense fiber proteins odf1 and odf2 are dominant postobstruction autoantigens because they were detected in the majority of the immunoreactive protein spots examined. Possible explanations for this observation include the abundance of outer dense fiber proteins in spermatozoa, slow solubility, which may provide a sustained supply of antigen, and testis-specific expression during spermiogenesis.  相似文献

Germination of monocotyledonous plants involves activation and de novo synthesis of enzymes that degrade cell walls and starch and mobilize stored endosperm reserves for embryo growth. Two-dimensional (2-D) gel electrophoresis and mass spectrometry were applied to identify major water-soluble proteins in extracts of mature barley (Hordeum vulgare) seeds and to follow their fate during germination. About 1200 and 600 spots of pI 4-7 were detected on 2-D gels by silver staining and colloidal Coomassie Brilliant Blue staining, respectively. About 300 spots were selected for in-gel digestion followed by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-mass spectrometry-peptide map fingerprint analysis. Database searches using measured peptide masses resulted in 198 identifications of 103 proteins in 177 spots. These include housekeeping enzymes, chaperones, defence proteins (including enzyme inhibitors), and proteins related to desiccation and oxidative stress. Sixty-four of the identifications were made using expressed sequence tags (ESTs). Numerous spots in the 2-D gel pattern changed during germination (micromalting) and an intensely stained area which contained large amounts of the serpin protein Z appeared centrally on the 2-D gel. Spots containing alpha-amylase also appeared. Identification of 22 spots after three days of germination represented 13 different database entries and 11 functions including hydrolytic enzymes, chaperones, housekeeping enzymes, and inhibitors.  相似文献

Bartonella henselae, an infectious agent causing cat-scratch disease and vasculoproliferative disorders in humans, is a fastidious facultative intracellular pathogen. The outer membrane proteins of B. henselae are key molecules that play a primary role in host-cell interactions. We isolated B. henselae outer membrane proteins, using the ionic detergent N-lauroyl sarcosine sodium salt and sodium carbonate, purification by two-dimensional (2-D) gel electrophoresis, and protein identification using mass spectrometry. Treatment with buffers containing ASB-14 and ZWITTERGENT 3-10 increased solubilization of B. henselae proteins, particularly proteins with basic pI. Three hundred and sixty-eight spots were detected from the sarcosine-insoluble outer membrane fraction; 94 distinct protein species were identified from 176 spots. In the outer membrane fraction from carbonate incubation, 471 spots were calculated and 259 spots were identified, which included 139 protein entries. There were six outer membrane proteins in the sarcosine-insoluble outer membrane fraction compared with nine outer membrane proteins from samples subjected to carbonate incubation. We used bioinformatic analysis to identify 44 outer membrane proteins by prediction of their domains and tertiary structures and documented the potential virulence factors. We established the 2-D reference maps of the outer membrane subproteome of B. henselae using the two different extraction methods, which were partly complementary to each other. Sodium carbonate extraction isolated low-abundance and basic proteins better than the lauroyl sarcosine sodium salt extraction, which enriched high-abundance porins.  相似文献

The only known and measurable difference between X- and Y-chromosome bearing spermatozoa is the small difference in their DNA content. The X sperm in the human carry 2.8% more DNA than the Y sperm, while in domestic livestock this difference ranges from 3.0 to 4.2%. The only successful sperm separation method, flow cytometric sorting, is based on this difference in DNA content. Using this technique, X and Y sperm populations with purities greater than 90% can be obtained. The number of spermatozoa that can be sorted in a given time period, however, is too low for application of this technique in routine artificial insemination. Therefore, the search for a marker other than DNA to differentiate between X and Y sperm remains of interest in order to develop a method for large scale X and Y sperm separation. The aim of the present study was to investigate whether porcine X and Y sperm contain some difference in their plasma membrane proteins. The flow cytometric sorting of sperm enabled a direct comparison of the proteins of the X and Y sperm populations High resolution two-dimensional (2-D) electrophoresis was used; however, adaptations were needed to enable its use for analysis of proteins of flow cytometrically sorted sperm, both in the sorting procedure, membrane protein solubilization, and in the 2-D electrophoresis. Up to 1,000 protein spots per gel could be detected and quantified. Comparison of the 2-D protein patterns revealed differences in protein spots between sperm of two individual boars. However, no differences in protein spots between the X and Y sperm fractions were found. These results provide additional support for the view that X- and Y-chromosome bearing spermatozoa are phenotypically identical, and cast doubt on the likelihood that a surface marker can provide a base for X and Y sperm separation. © 1996 Wiley-Liss, Inc.  相似文献

A classical proteomic analysis was used to establish a reference map of proteins associated with healthy human erythrocyte ghosts. Following osmotic lysis and differential centrifugation, ghost proteins were separated by either one-dimensional gel electrophoresis (1-DE) or two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DE). Selected protein bands or spots were excised and trypsinized before mass spectrometric analyses and data mining was performed using the SWISS-PROT and NCBI nonredundant databases. A total of 102 protein spots from a 2-D gel were successfully identified. These corresponded to 59 distinct polypeptides with the remaining 43 being isoforms. As for the 1-D gel, 44 polypeptides were identified, of which 19 were also found on the 2-D gel. Most of the 19 common polypeptides were membrane cytoskeletal proteins that are often referred to as the "band" proteins. The remaining 25 polypeptides that were found exclusively on 1-D gels were proteins with high hydrophobicity (e.g., sorbitol dehydrogenase and glucose transporter) and high molecular mass (e.g., Kell blood group glycoprotein and Janus-kinase 2). A higher number of signaling proteins was also identified on 1-D gels compared to 2-D gels. These included Ras, cAMP dependent protein kinase and TGF-beta receptor type 1 precursor.  相似文献

Sperm-oocyte plasma membrane interaction is an essential step in fertilization. In amphibians, the molecules involved have not been identified. Our aim was to detect and characterize oocyte molecules with binding affinity for sperm. We isolated plasma membranes free from vitelline envelope and yolk proteins from surface-biotinylated Bufo arenarum oocytes. Using binding assays we detected a biotinylated 100 kDa plasma membrane protein that consistently bound to sperm. Chromatographic studies confirmed the 100 kDa protein and detected two additional oocyte molecules of 30 and 70 kDa with affinity for sperm. Competition studies with an integrin-interacting peptide and cross-reaction with an anti-HSP70 antibody suggested that the 100 and 70 kDa proteins are members of the integrin family and HSP70, respectively. MS/MS analysis suggested extra candidates for a role in this step of fertilization. In conclusion, we provide evidence for the involvement of several proteins, including integrins and HSP70, in B. arenarum sperm-oocyte plasma membrane interactions.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to determine if sperm and oocyte proteins that mediate plasma membrane interaction during mammalian fertilization are conserved among porcine and bovine gametes. We examined homologous and heterologous sperm and zona-free oocyte interactions to determine the extent of cross-reactivity between the gametes of these two ungulate species. First, the numbers of ejaculated porcine and bovine sperm bound to the oocyte plasma membrane of intact porcine and bovine oocytes were determined in vitro. There was no significant difference between the number of porcine or bovine sperm that bound to porcine or bovine oocytes (P > 0.25). Second, individual porcine and bovine sperm plasma membrane proteins were identified by binding of homologous or heterologous oocyte plasma membrane to whole sperm plasma membrane on Western ligand blots. The relative amount of labeled oocyte plasma membrane bound to individual sperm plasma membrane proteins was analyzed by laser densitometry. Eight porcine sperm plasma membrane proteins and seven bovine sperm plasma membrane proteins were bound by both porcine and bovine oocyte plasma membrane. A significantly greater relative amount of porcine oocyte plasma membrane than bovine oocyte plasma membrane was bound to the 14- and 10-kD porcine sperm plasma membrane proteins (P < 0.001 and P < 0.01, respectively). A 27-kD bovine sperm plasma membrane protein bound proportionally more bovine oocyte plasma membrane probe than porcine oocyte plasma membrane probe (P < 0.04). These results are consistent with conservation of similar receptor ligand interactions at the gamete plasma membrane among porcine and bovine gametes.  相似文献

The relationship between onset of the early cytoplasmic stages of oocyte activation (vitelline membrane separation and elevation) and nuclear meiotic maturation was investigated in starfish oocytes after their exposure to divalent ionophore (A-23187) or sperm. Meiotically mature oocytes, isolated in calcium-free seawater, underwent activation in response to sperm or ionophore as previously reported. Large, immature starfish oocytes, arrested in prophase I of meiosis (germinal vesicle stage), underwent vitelline membrane elevation when treated with divalent ionophore A-23187 or starfish sperm. Histological studies demonstrated that cortical granule breakdown in the oocyte cortex was associated with vitelline membrane elevation after these treatments. Activation of oocytes by sperm occurred only in response to starfish sperm. Sea urchin, sand dollar, surf clam, or marine worm sperm did not induce vitelline membrane elevation of either immature or mature starfish oocytes. Sperm- or ionophore-activated immature oocytes underwent nuclear maturation after addition of the meiosis-inducing hormone, l-methyladenine; however, parthenogenetic development did not occur and embryonic development was markedly inhibited. In contrast to previous studies, the present results indicate that cytoplasmic activation can be initiated before and without hormone induction of the nuclear maturation process. Differentiation of the oocyte cell surface or cortex reactivity therefore appears to occur during oogenesis rather than as a consequence of maturation. The data further support the view that divalent ions mediate certain of the early activation responses initiated by sperm at the time of fertilization and that synchronization of fertilization to the meiotic process in the oocyte is important for the occurrence of normal development.  相似文献

To analyze proteins interacting at the membrane interface, a phospholipid analogue was used with a photoactivatable headgroup (ASA-DLPE, N-(4-azidosalicylamidyl)-1,2-dilauroyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine) for selective cross-linking. The peripheral membrane protein cytochrome c from the inner mitochondrial membrane was rendered carbonate wash-resistant by cross-linking to ASA-DLPE in a model membrane system, validating our approach. Cross-link products of cytochrome c and its precursor apocytochrome c were demonstrated by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS) and were specifically detected by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE), taking advantage of the intrinsic UV absorbance of the cross-linker. Application of the method to inner mitochondrial membranes from Saccharomyces cerevisae revealed cross-link products of both exogenously added apocytochrome c and endogenous proteins with molecular weights around 34 and 72 kDa. Liquid chromatograpy (LC)-MS/MS was performed to identify these proteins, resulting in a list of candidate proteins potentially cross-linked at the membrane interface. The approach described here provides methodology for capturing phospholipid-protein interactions in their native environment of the biomembrane using modern proteomics techniques.  相似文献

In order to compare the proteomes from different cell types of pituitary adenomas for our long-term goal to clarify the molecular mechanisms that participate in the formation of pituitary adenoma, and to detect any tumor-related marker for an "early-stage" diagnosis, the two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DE) reference map of a pituitary adenoma tissue proteome is described here. A vertical, two-dimensional (2-D) polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis system and PDQuest image analysis software have been used to provide a high level of between-gel reproducibility and to accurately array each protein expressed in a pituitary adenoma tissue. Mass spectrometry (matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight MALDI-TOF and liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-quadrupole-ion trap LC-ESI-Q-IT) and protein databases were used to characterize each protein in the 2-D gel. The results demonstrate that a good reproducibility of the 2-D gel pattern was attained. The position deviation of matched spots among four 2-D gels was 1.95 +/- 0.45 mm in the isoelectric focusing direction, and 1.70 +/- 0.53 mm in the sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis direction. A total of ca. 1000 protein spots were separated by 2-DE, and 135 protein spots that represent 111 proteins were characterized with mass spectrometry (96 spots for MALDI-TOF, 39 spots for LC-ESI-Q-IT). The characterized proteins include pituitary hormones, cellular signals, enzymes, cellular-defense proteins, cell-structure proteins, transport proteins, etc. Those proteins were located in the cytoplasmic, cellular membrane, mitochondrial, endoplasmic reticulum, nuclear, ribonucleosome, extracellular fractions, or were secreted in plasma, etc. Those identified proteins contribute to a functional profile of the pituitary adenoma proteome. These data will be used to expand the proteome database of the human pituitary, which can be accessed in the website http://www.utmem.edu /proteomics.  相似文献

Cytosolic proteins of Schizosaccharomyces pombe were separated by two-dimensional (2-D) gel electrophoresis, to construct the first 2-D reference map. In the pI range 4-7, more than 500 spots were detected by silver staining, and 70 different proteins corresponding to 111 spots were identified by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry and tandem mass spectrometry, where necessary. In the pI range 6-9, approximately 330 spots were detected, and 31 proteins corresponding to 38 spots were identified by mass spectrometry. More than 50% of the identified proteins were involved in amino acid, carbohydrate or nucleotide metabolism, and energy production. A second large group of identified proteins comprises heat shock and other stress related proteins and chaperones.  相似文献

Nasrat and Polehole, two Drosophila proteins related functionally and by sequence, are secreted from the oocyte and incorporated into the vitelline membrane, where they play a role in the integrity of the same and in the activation of embryonic Torso RTK. In addition, they also accumulate in a punctate pattern in the follicular epithelium. Here we show that their accumulation at the follicle cells depends on their gene expression in the germline, indicating that these proteins move from the oocyte to the follicle cells in a process that does not require endocytosis. Finally we used cell markers to examine the distribution of these proteins at the follicle cells and show they accumulated in aggregates with vitelline membrane proteins in close association with the plasmatic membrane. We propose that these aggregates represent spatially restricted sinks for vitelline membrane proteins that fail to be incorporated into vitelline bodies and later on into the vitelline membrane.  相似文献

Helicobacter pylori causes gastroduodenal disease, which is mediated in part by its outer membrane proteins (OMPs). To identify OMPs of H. pylori strain 26695, we performed a proteomic analysis. A sarcosine-insoluble outer membrane fraction was resolved by two-dimensional electrophoresis with immobilized pH gradient strips. Most of the protein spots, with molecular masses of 10 to 100 kDa, were visible on the gel in the alkaline pI regions (6.0 to 10.0). The proteome of the OMPs was analyzed by matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization-time-of-flight mass spectrometry. Of the 80 protein spots processed, 62 spots were identified; they represented 35 genes, including 16 kinds of OMP. Moreover, we identified 9 immunoreactive proteins by immunoblot analysis. This study contributes to the characterization of the H. pylori strain 26695 proteome and may help to further elucidate the biological function of H. pylori OMPs and the pathogenesis of H. pylori infection.  相似文献

Interactions between sperm and zona pellucida (ZP) during mammalian fertilization are not well characterized at the molecular level. To identify sperm proteins that recognize ligand ZP3, we used sonicated sperm membrane fractions as competitors in a quantitative binding assay. Sonicated membranes were density fractionated into 4 fractions. Bands 1-3 contained membrane vesicles, and band 4 contained axonemal and midpiece fragments. In competitive binding assays, bands 1, 2, and 3 but not band 4 were able to compete with live, capacitated, intact sperm for soluble 125I-ZP binding. Affinity-purified ZP fractions consisting of a ZP3-enriched fraction (125I-ZP3) and a fraction enriched for ligands ZP1 and ZP2 and depleted of ZP3 (125I-ZP1/2) were obtained by antibody affinity purification of ZP3. In competitive binding assays, bands 2 and 3 competed for 125I-ZP3 binding, but band 1 did not interact with enriched 125I-ZP3. None of the membrane fractions competed for 125I-ZP1/2 binding. These results demonstrate that band 2 and band 3 contain sperm components that interact with ZP3 alone and that components in band 1 interact with ZP3 in conjunction with either ZP1 or ZP2. These data indicate that there must be at least 2 unique sperm plasma membrane components that mediate intact sperm interactions with ZP glycoproteins in mouse. Bands 2 and 3 are likely to contain a primary ZP-binding protein because they interacted directly with ZP3, whereas band 1 may contain sperm proteins involved in later interactions with the ZP, perhaps transitional interactions to maintain sperm contact with the ZP during acrosomal exocytosis.  相似文献

Cilia play an essential role in protecting the respiratory tract by providing the force necessary for mucociliary clearance. Although the major structural components of human cilia have been described, a complete understanding of cilia function and regulation will require identification and characterization of all ciliary components. Estimates from studies of Chlamydomonas flagella predict that an axoneme contains > or = 250 proteins. To identify all the components of human cilia, we have begun a comprehensive proteomic analysis of isolated ciliary axonemes. Analysis by two-dimensional (2-D) PAGE resulted in a highly reproducible 2-D map consisting of over 240 well resolved components. Individual protein spots were digested with trypsin and sequenced using liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS). Peptide matches were obtained to 38 potential ciliary proteins by this approach. To identify ciliary components not resolved by 2-D PAGE, axonemal proteins were separated on a one-dimensional gel. The gel lane was divided into 45 individual slices, each of which was analyzed by LC/MS/MS. This experiment resulted in peptide matches to an additional 110 proteins. In a third approach, preparations of isolated axonemes were digested with Lys-C, and the resulting peptides were analyzed directly by LC/MS/MS or by multidimensional LC/MS/MS, leading to the identification of a further 66 proteins. Each of the four approaches resulted in the identification of a subset of the proteins present. In total, sequence data were obtained on over 1400 peptides, and over 200 potential axonemal proteins were identified. Peptide matches were also obtained to over 200 human expressed sequence tags. As an approach to validate the mass spectrometry results, additional studies examined the expression of several identified proteins (annexin I, sperm protein Sp17, retinitis pigmentosa protein RP1) in cilia or ciliated cells. These studies represent the first proteomic analysis of the human ciliary axoneme and have identified many potentially novel components of this complex organelle.  相似文献

Recent advances in two-dimensional electrophoresis (2-DE) such as fluorescent 2-D differential gel electrophoresis (2-D DIGE) has made it possible to detect and quantitate the critical changes involved in disease pathogenesis. We have previously identified novel proteins with altered expression in primary colorectal cancer using agarose 2-DE that has a higher loading capacity than immobilized pH gradient gel. The aim of this study is to identify novel proteins with altered expression in primary esophageal cancer using the powerful method of agarose 2-DE and agarose 2-D DIGE. Excised tissues from 12 patients of primary esophageal cancer were obtained. Proteins with altered expression between cancer and adjacent non-cancer tissues were analyzed by agarose 2-D DIGE and identified by mass spectrometry. Thirty-three proteins out of 74 spots with altered expression in tumors were identified. Among them, a 195-kDa protein, periplakin, was significantly downregulated in esophageal cancer, which was confirmed by immunoblotting. Immunohistochemistry showed that periplakin was mainly localized at cell-cell boundaries in normal epithelium and dysplastic lesions, while it disappeared from cell boundaries, shifted to cytoplasm, in early cancers and scarcely expressed in advanced cancers. These results suggest that periplakin could be a useful marker for detection of early esophageal cancer and evaluation of tumor progression.  相似文献

Manual spot excision for protein identification from fluorescent stained two-dimensional (2-D) gels is hard to accomplish. Here, we explore the use of ProteomIQ Blue as a post-stain method for the visualization of fluorescent stained/labeled proteins. We show that ProteomIQ Blue post-staining is almost as sensitive as staining with SYPRO Ruby or cyanine dyes alone. More than 90% of the protein spots that are stained with the fluorescent stains are still detectable with ProteomIQ Blue. In protein identification by mass spectrometry, ProteomIQ Blue post-stained spots provide high sensitivity and high protein sequence coverage of the peptide mass maps in both MALDI-TOF-MS and ESI-MS/MS analyses. In conclusion, post-staining of fluorescent stained gels with ProteomIQ Blue provides a facile and a powerful method to achieve quantitative protein analysis as well as protein identification in the same semianalytical gel without requiring sophisticated/expensive robotic equipment.  相似文献
