We present an updated worldwide phylogenetic classification of Poaceae with 11 783 species in 12 subfamilies, 7 supertribes, 54 tribes, 5 super subtribes, 109 subtribes, and 789 accepted genera. The subfamilies (in descending order based on the number of species) are Pooideae with 4126 species in 219 genera, 15 tribes, and 34 subtribes; Panicoideae with 3325 species in 242 genera, 14 tribes, and 24 subtribes; Bambusoideae with 1698 species in 136 genera, 3 tribes, and 19 subtribes; Chloridoideae with 1603 species in 121 genera, 5 tribes, and 30 subtribes; Aristidoideae with 367 species in three generaand one tribe; Danthonioideae with 292 species in 19 generaand 1 tribe; Micrairoideae with 192 species in nine generaand three tribes; Oryzoideae with 117 species in 19 genera, 4 tribes, and 2 subtribes; Arundinoideae with 36 species in 14 genera and 3 tribes; Pharoideae with 12 species in three generaand one tribe; Puelioideae with 11 species in two generaand two tribes; and the Anomochlooideae with four species in two generaand two tribes. Two new tribes and 22 new or resurrected subtribes are recognized. Forty-five new (28) and resurrected (17) genera are accepted, and 24 previously accepted genera are placed in synonymy. We also provide an updated list of all accepted genera including common synonyms, genus authors, number of species in each accepted genus, and subfamily affiliation. We propose Locajonoa, a new name and rank with a new combination, L. coerulescens. The following seven new combinations are made in Lorenzochloa: L. bomanii, L. henrardiana, L. mucronata, L. obtusa, L. orurensis, L. rigidiseta, and L. venusta.  相似文献

Two new genera of Laboulbeniales (Ascomycota) allied to Zodiomyces (Zodiomycetoideae) are described. These are Capillistichus with the single species C. tenellus, parasitic on Laccobius spp. (Coleoptera, Hydrophilidae), and Scepastocarpus with the single species S. peritheciiformis, parasitic on Hydrochus spp. (Coleoptera, Hydrophilidae). Both genera and species are from Spanish collections. Perithecial characters appear to be similar in the two new genera and in the related Zodiomyces, becoming a diagnostic character of the group (subfamily Zodiomycetoideae). Receptacular characters form the basis of separation into genera. To complete the study of all the taxa included in the subfamily, specimens and type slides of all three species of Zodiomyces have been reviewed.  相似文献

Abstract. The systematics of tribe Schistopterini (Diptera: Tephritidae) is reviewed and discussed, and a key is given to the fourteen current genera, of which four are new. A cladogram of the type species of the genera plus all other species of one of the new genera ( Microtreta ) is presented, supporting the monophyly of Microtreta .
The new genera include Calloptera (type species Rhabdochaeta asteria Hendel), Microtreta (type species Microtreta fini , sp.n.), Melanopterella (type species Rhabdochaeta nigra Bezzi) and Schistotephritis (type species Camaromyia acrophthalma Bezzi). Microtreta is treated comprehensively; its constituents, deemingi, fini, frontale, jeffreyi and longicornis (all new species), are described from East Africa and the Arabian Peninsula. Host plants, all of genus Vernonia (Asteraceae), are recorded for the four East African species. Characters of immature stages are described for M. longicornis . Eighteen new combinations are made.  相似文献

In 1987, 4516 species and 339 genera of the phylum Apicomplexa had been named. They consisted of the gregarines (subclass Gregarinasida) (1624 named species and 231 named genera), the hemogregarines (family Haemogregarinidae) (399 species and 4 genera), the eimeriorins (order Eimeriorida) (1771 species and 43 genera), the hemospororids (order Haemospororida) (444 species and 9 genera), the piroplasmids (order Piroplasmorida) (173 species and 20 genera), and a few others (105 species and 32 genera). The first apicomplexan protozoon was seen by Antony van Leeuwenhoek; in 1674 he saw oocysts of Eimeria stiedai in the gall bladder of a rabbit. The first member of the phylum to be named (by Dufour in 1828) was Gregarina ovata in earwigs. During the quarter century 1826–1850, 41 species and 6 genera of Apicomplexa were named. These numbers increased progressively. In the quarter century 1951–1975, 1873 new species and 83 new genera were named. Data are given for the numbers of named species and genera of apicomplexan protozoa of each group known in 1850, 1875, 1900, 1925, 1950, 1975, and 1987.  相似文献

The orchids in Hainan.were reported containing 58 genera,143 species and two varieties in Flora Hainanica(1977).Since then a number of papers have been published and many specimens collected.The present paper deals with new,little known or noteworthy orchids in Hainan,concerning 36 genera,57 species and one variety,of which two (Bulbophyllum obtusiangulum Tsi,Sunipia hainanensis Tsi) are new to science and 18 new to Hainan,In addition,one new name(Ceratostylis hainanensis Tsi) is proposed and five names are reduced to synonyms.So far,there are altogether 68 genera,178 species and three varieties of orchids known from Hainan Island.  相似文献

对我国长突飞虱亚科昆虫进行了系统整理,该亚科在中国迄今共记录了3个属:长头飞虱属Terauchiana Matsumura,1915(3种)、鞘茎飞虱属Preterkelisia Yang,1989(1种)和长突飞虱属Stenocranus Fieber,1866(20种).文中编制了分属分种检索表,记录了各属的主要特征、种类、分布及部分种类的寄主植物.记述采自我国贵州的长突飞虱属1新种,畸剌长突飞虱S.anomalus sp.nov.,绘制了新种的鉴别特征图.研究标本和模式标本保存在贵州大学昆虫研究所.  相似文献

Abstract Eight families of Symphyta for the Western Hemisphere south of the United States are reviewed: Xyelidae (one genus, two species), Pamphiliidae (one genus, four species), Cimbicidae (five genera, nine species), Diprionidae (three genera, thirteen species), Xiphydriidae (four genera, seventeen species), Siricidae (six genera, nine species), Orussidae (five genera, twelve species), and Cephidae (one genus, one species). New taxa are Acantholyda nigrostigmata (Pamphiliidae); Zadiprionfalsus, Neodiprion bicolor, N.equalis, N.omosus (Diprionidae); Derecyrta circularis, Steirocephala lateralba (Xiphydriidae); Sirotremex, S.flammeus (Siricidae); and Ophrynopus depressatus, O.plaumanni (Orussidae). Lopesiana is a new name for Lopesia Conde (Cimbicidae). Three new combinations and six new synonyms are proposed. The Xyelidae, Pamphiliidae, Diprionidae, Siricidae and Cephidae are primarily northern groups with southern extensions into Mexico, Central America and/or Cuba. The Cimbicidae, Xiphydriidae and Orussidae are more generally distributed throughout the neotropics. Keys to families, genera and species are provided.  相似文献

据海南植物志(1977)记载,海南有兰科植物58属143种及2变种,其后多篇文章论及一些种属,标本亦有较多的增加。本文根据现有标本和文献资料对海南兰科植物作一增补与修订,共涉及36属超过57种,包括19个新记录种、2个新种、1个新各称、5个新异名和许多种的名称变动。总计海南岛共有兰科植物68属、178种3变种。  相似文献

通过野外实地调查,结合标本和文献查阅,对深圳地区野生兰科植物种质资源、区系特征等进行研究。结果表明:(1) 深圳野生兰科植物资源共43属75种,以深圳东南部的梧桐山和东部的七娘山较为丰富。其中地生兰28属49种,附生兰13属24种,腐生兰2属2种。(2) 本次调查共发现9个深圳新记录种,其中叉柱兰Cheirostylis clibborndyeri、黄花线柱兰Zeuxine flava为广东省新记录种,二尾兰属Vrydagzynea、地宝兰属Geodorum为深圳新记录属。(3) 深圳野生兰科植物区系以热带成分为主,占非世界属总数的87.5%,温带成分仅占12.5%。(4) 与邻近地区比较,与香港共同属最丰富,有41属,占深圳总属数的95.3%;共有种70种,占深圳总种数的93.3%,具有明显的相似性。  相似文献

A collection of Polychaeta made by the author during 1969 from the coast of Kuwait has been studied. Nineteen species, belonging to 17 genera and 11 families, are described. Nine species are named as new to science (two new genera) and ten species are recorded as new to the fauna of the Arabian Gulf. 中国五节毛蚜亚科Atheroidinae已知4属,即:五节毛蚜属Atheroides Haliday,小毛蚜属Chaetosiphella Hille Ris Lambers新纪录,赖毛蚜属Laingia Theobald,伪毛蚜属Sipha Passerini;共8种,即:禾草五节毛蚜Atheroides hirtellus Haliday,锯形五节毛蚜A.serrulatus Haliday新纪录,针茅小毛蚜Chaetosiphella stipae hille Ris Lambers新纪录,沙赖毛蚜Laingia psammae Theobald,剪草伪毛蚜Sipha arenarii Mordviko新纪录,丽伪毛蚜S.elegans del Guercio,神茅伪毛蚜s.glyceriae(Kaltenbach)和玉米伪毛蚜S.maydis Passerini。提供了分属、分种检索表,各属提供了鉴别特征,所有分类单元具有文献引证、寄主植物、地理分布和检视标本的记录。每个新纪录种有简要的形态记述和特征图。所有研究标本保存在中国科学院动物研究所动物标本馆。  相似文献

Morphology and life history of 3 cephaline gregarines found in the gut of the pest of stored fruit, Oryzaephilus mercator. are described. Of these 3, 2 are new species. The 3 species are (1) Hirmocystis minuta (Ishii, 1914) (LP TL = 1:7 – 1:22, WP/WD = 1:1, 6–1:7); (2) Amsotobus indicus n. sp. (LP/TL = 1:3–1:6, WP/WD = 1:1 – 1:1.3); (3) Leidyana oryzaephili n. sp. The amphipod (Crustacea) family Stegocephalidae Dana, 1852 is revised, and the results of a phylogenetic analysis of the family are presented. The morphological information, obtained mainly through direct examination of the species, has been transformed into 200 characters. 91 stegocephalid species (91% of all recognized species) are included in the analysis, in addition to six outgroup taxa. Based upon this analysis, the family is divided into five subfamilies and 26 genera. Four new subfamilies (Andaniexinae, Andaniopsinae, Bathystegocephalinae & Parandaniinae) and ten new genera (Alania, Austrocephaloides, Austrophippsia, Bouscephalus, Gordania, Medi-terexis, Pseudo, Schellenbergia, Stegonomadia & Stegomorphia) are erected. Five genera are put into synonymy (Andaniella with Andaniopsis; Phippsiella and Stegocephalopsis with Stegocephalus; Stegophippsiella with Stego-cephalina; Euandania with Parandania).  相似文献
