The structure for trichoclin, (E)-8-(3-methyl-4-hydroxy-2-butenyloxy)-psoralen, a new furocoumarin isolated from Trichocline incana, has been established. Phellopterin and isopimpinellin were also obtained. The new side chain of trichoclin was confirmed by synthesis.  相似文献

A novel cucurbitacin glycoside bitter principle has been isolated from roots extracts of Picrorhiza kurrooa and shown to be 25-acetoxy-2-β-glucosyloxy-3,16,20-trihydroxy-9-methyl-19-norlanosta-5,23-diene-22-one. Two previously described catalpol derivatives were also isolated; neither was as bitter as the cucurbitacin glycoside.  相似文献

A new saponin, rivularinin, has been isolated from the ethanolic extract of Anemone rivularis (Ranunculaceae). The saponin was shown to be [α-l-arabinofuranosyl(1→2)-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl (1→4)-β-d-glucopyranosyl(1→4)-β-d-glucuronopyranosyl(1→3)]-3β-hydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oic acid.  相似文献

Isoparvifolinone (2a), 8-hydroxypereflorine (3a) and diperezone (5) and the known sesquiterpenes cyperene and parvifoline (1a) were isolated from the roots of Perezia alamani var. oolepis. The structures of the new compounds were deduced from spectral data and tested by chemical correlation. Thus diperezone (5) was identical to the dimerization product of perezone (4a), isoparvifolinone (2a) was partially synthesized from parvifoline (1a) and 8-hydroxypereflorine (3a) was converted into the known 8-methoxypereflorine (3b).  相似文献
