The phytochemical study of the leaves of Rhododendron amesiae (Ericaceae) led to the isolation and identification of 19 compounds, including six diterpenoids (16), six triterpenoids (712) and seven flavonoids (1319). The chemical structures of these compounds were identified by spectroscopic data, as well as by comparison with previously reported data in literature. This is the first systematic study on the chemical constituents of Rhododendron amesiae. All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 12, 14 and 15 were first isolated and reported from the genus Rhododendron and the family Ericaceae. Furthermore, the chemotaxonomic significance of these compounds was discussed.  相似文献

A chemical study of the aerial parts of Stevia jorullensis was carried out as a contribution to the knowledge of the chemistry of the genus Stevia. In this investigation the sesquiterpene lactones 11β,13-dihydrocostunolide (1), 11,13-dihydroreynosin (4), and 1β-hydroxycolartin (5) were isolated for the first time in the genus. Additionally, chlorogenic acid (8), the steroidal compounds β-sitosterol (2), stigmasterol (3), β-sitosteryl glucopyranoside (6), and stigmasteryl glucopyranoside (7) were also isolated. This is the third report of the presence of a 11,13-dihydrogermacranolide and the second of 11,13-dihydroeudesmanolides in the genus Stevia.  相似文献

Chemical investigation of the root and rhizome of Silene tatarinowii Regel led to the isolation of nine ecdysteroids (1–9) and one sterol (10). All the compounds were determined on the basis of MS and NMR and by comparison with those in the literature. All these compounds were isolated from S. tatarinowii for the first time. Furthermore, compounds 710 were isolated from Silene genus for the first time, of which compounds 7 and 8 were isolated from Caryophyllaceae family members for the first time. This is the first study to report the chemical constituents of S. tatarinowii and the chemotaxonomic relationships between Silene and other genera of Caryophyllaceae.  相似文献

The phytochemical investigations on the rhizome of Menispermum dauricum DC. led to the isolation of 18 compounds, including eleven alkaloids (111), four amides (1215) and three fatty acids (1618). All chemical structures were established on the basis of NMR (1H NMR and 13C NMR) spectroscopic data. Meanwhile, compounds 56, 910 and 1318 are reported for the first time from Menispermum genus, as well as the rhizome of Menispermum dauricum DC. Notably, this is the first study to report compounds 10, 1518 from the family Menispermaceae. These compounds laid the foundation for the chemical classification of this species.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigations of Mammea usambarensis resulted into the isolation a δ-tocotrienol (1) and five known mammea-type coumarins (2–6). Their structures were determined by NMR, IR, and LC-MS spectroscopic methods and by comparison of their spectral and physical data with those reported previously in the literature. The presence of these compounds is consistent with the compound classes reported from other members of the genus Mammea. Compound 6 is isolated from the Mammea genus for the first time. This is the new source of mammea-type coumarin compounds while the chemotaxonomic significance of this investigation is summarized.  相似文献
