二(口恶)(口英)类化合物是一类氯代三环芳烃类化合物(PCDD/F),二(口恶)(口英)具有致癌性和类似生物激素的作用,极小剂量的二(口恶)(口英)就可能造成激素分泌的紊乱,影响青春期发育和引起神经、免疫系统损害.二(口恶)(口英)的危害已得到公认,控制二(口恶)(口英)的产生和排放乃是当前亟待解决的问题之一.二(口恶)(口英)是工业生产或垃圾焚烧过程中的副产物,因此,不可能通过禁止生产或使用的方式来消除二(口恶)(口英),必须使用间接措施减少二(口恶)(口英)进入环境,使其环境暴露水平减至最低.欲达此目的,关键是须了解PCDD/F的排放源及排放量,然后通过改进技术和限制排放等措施减少或消除二(口恶)(口英)排放源.  相似文献

We have introduced a device for selecting Drosophila for increased resistance to very high concentrations of ethanol fumes. This device has enabled us to: 1) select quickly and easily over a thousand flies at a time, and 2) score the knockdown time of every fly in the distribution, while causing very little injury to the flies. A sample of nine west coast populations of Drosophila melanogaster showed a significant trend toward higher knockdown resistance in more northern populations. A population's level of knockdown resistance was virtually uncorrelated with its alcohol dehydrogenase (Adh) allele frequencies. Five of the above nine populations were then subjected to selection for further knockdown resistance. Each population was divided randomly into four groups of 256 flies: two lines to be selected, and two lines to remain unselected as control lines. In every generation each selected line was measured for knockdown resistance, and the last quartile of flies to be knocked down was saved to continue the selection cycle. Population sizes of the selected and unselected lines were all maintained at 256. Realized heritability, based on the responses to selection of the first four generations, was calculated for each selected line. The five populations were significantly heterogeneous for heritability estimates; the average heritability of the five populations pooled was 0.143 ± 0.019. Over the course of twelve generations, the ten selected lines increased their knockdown times by an average factor of 2.40. Before selection, the five populations were heterogeneous for knockdown resistance, and resistance was greatest among the most northern populations. The amount of change of knockdown resistance over the course of selection was also correlated with latitude: the most southern population increased its knockdown time by a factor of 2.23, and the most northern population increased it by a factor of 2.55. After ten generations of selection, the cline of knockdown resistance was about 4.5 times as steep as that before selection. Small phenotypic differences among populations before selection were thus exaggerated by the action of selection. The differences among populations in their rates of response to selection were attributed to genetic differences that existed before selection. The pattern of change of Adh frequencies over the course of selection was very inconsistent, both among and within populations. From this inconsistency of change of Adh alleles with selection, and the lack of correlation between Adh frequencies and knockdown resistance before selection, we concluded that Adh frequency changes could not have had much effect on the responses of the selected lines.  相似文献

五味子是木兰科植物 ,多年生落叶木质藤本植物 ,为黑龙江省珍贵的地道药材。产于中国北部的五味子习称“北五味子” ,所以黑龙江省产五味子即北五味子。是中国五味子生药中药用质量最佳的一种。黑龙江五味子主要分布于本省小兴安岭、完达山、张广才岭、老爷岭等山区 ,大兴安岭南部也有零星分布。黑龙江省五味子资源在日益减少 ,所以使五味子资源量得到快速发展是当务之急。五味子富含多种营养成分、药效成份。五味子的药理作用主要表现为对肝脏、衰老、神经系统、心血管系统、肾功能的作用。对五味子的开发利用主要为制药 ,现已成为一种新兴的食品工业和饮料行业的重要原料。现已开发的有五味子原汁、五味子果汁、五味子果冻、五味子果酒等。保护五味子野生资源 ,建立人工培育基地 ,完善建立加工型企业 ,一定会使五味子资源量得到快速发展 ,同时大力推动产业化发展 ,促进社会经济的增长。  相似文献

本实验观察了80只家兔在急性缺氧6、12、24、36、48、60、71h后肺指数、血浆心钠素(ANP)、抗利尿激素(AVP)、醛固酮(ALD)及尿量的变化。结果表明:在缺氧24-72h,肺指数明显升高,尿量减少;缺氧16h,血浆ANP明显升高;而缺氧48和60h无ANP升高现象。缺氧72h,血浆ANF又明显高于缺氧前水平;血浆AVP只在缺氧24h明显升高;血浆ALD未见显著性变化。这些结果提示:在缺氧状态下,ANP、AVP的释放均与缺氧暴露的时间有关。这些激素的平衡失调可能与急性缺氧性肺水肿的发生有关。  相似文献

Methods are presented for determining the frequencies and numbers of various meiotic configurations expected in autopolyploids. This allows one to test polyploids of unknown origin for agreement with expected meiotic configurations. Rejection of the autoploid hypothesis may indicate the presence of Ph-like genes or some type of alloploid. The models consider mean chiasma frequencies of 2, 3, and 4 per bivalent for triploids and tetraploids and 2 per bivalent for pentaploids, hexaploids, heptaploids, and octoploids. Literature data for a known autotriploid, autotetraploids, allotetraploids, and allopentaploids were tested against expectations of the models. There was generally good agreement between number of observed autoploid meiotic configuration and those expected in the models.  相似文献

铁载体被认为是嗜水气单胞菌的毒力因子之一, 其由amoCEBFAGH七个基因编码, AmoCGH在前人的研究中已证实参与铁载体的合成。RT-PCR实验表明amoAEF基因的表达受到铁的调控。为进一步探究amoAEF基因的功能, 利用融合PCR和基因同源重组原理, 以自杀性质粒PRE112为载体构建基因缺失株ΔamoA、ΔamoE和ΔamoF。通过CAS平板检测实验以及arnow实验来检测野生株WT与各基因缺失突变株铁载体的合成情况, 并比较野生株与各缺失株在低铁培养基中的生长差异。结果显示, 成功构建了基因缺失株ΔamoA、ΔamoE和ΔamoF; 在富铁条件下, 基因缺失株ΔamoA、ΔamoE和ΔamoF的生长与野生株无显著性差异, 但在低铁条件下, 基因缺失株ΔamoA、ΔamoE和ΔamoF的生长能力、铁载体合成能力显著低于野生株。可见, amoA、amoE和amoF基因是嗜水气单胞菌铁载体合成的关键基因, 其缺失会导致细菌在低铁环境中的生长受到抑制。  相似文献

Aerobic plate counts (APC) are used by the food industry to help determine the sanitary state of equipment and bacterial load of finished product. Conventional aerobic count methods for processed meats require approximately 72 h incubation before results are available. Food processing plants with in-house analytical laboratories require methods that are simple, reliable and rapid. New test methods using PetrifilmTM (PF) and RedigelTM (RG) have been developed for determining APC. These methods are faster and easier than culturing in a standard agar medium. A variety of raw, cooked; cured and noncured meat products, cooling brine and environmental surface swabs were collected and analyzed for APC using PF, RG and plate count agar (PCA). Data analyses from over 200 samples indicated that the sensitivity of rapid testing methods for aerobic bacteria can vary depending on sample type.  相似文献

The pollen of three monotypic genera, Circaeaster, Kingdonia, and Sargentodoxa has been examined by light and scanning electron microscopy and in the case of the last genus, also by transmission electron microscopy. The type of tectum found in Circaeaster and Kingdonia, derivations of a compound layer of striae, has a restricted distribution in the Order Ranunculales. Of 64 genera examined in this order only six had species with a similar tectum. They include Achlys, Epimedium, Jeffersonia, and Vancouveria of the Berberidaceae s.l., the controversial Hydrastis, and Trollius of the Ranunculaceae. Circaeaster and Kingdonia have been considered as related since both have rare and primitive vegetative characteristics, the most notable being open dichotomous leaf venation. They are probably best treated as a ditypic family, Circaeasteraceae. The pollen of Sargentodoxa, especially the structure of the exine, closely resembles that of the Lardizabalaceae. However, the fruits of Sargentodoxa have been considered to be distinct from those of the Lardizabalaceae, suggesting that it be treated as a separate, but closely allied, family.  相似文献

本文对32例非特异性阴道炎患者以乳杆菌进行治疗,比较用药前后阴道分泌物pH及阴道常见的乳杆菌、葡萄球菌、肠杆菌、酵母菌的定量变化,同时观察其临床治疗效果。结果表明:治疗后阴道分泌物pH明显降低,乳杆菌数量明显增多,葡萄球菌、肠杆菌、酵母菌数量明显减少。治疗后阴道炎的症状、体征明显好转。  相似文献

The problem of fitness costs associated with host resistance to parasitism is related to the evolution of parasite virulence, population genetic diversity and the dynamics of host-parasite relationships, and proposed strategies for disease control through the genetic manipulation of mosquito vectors. Two Aedes aegypti populations, refractory and susceptible to Plasmodium gallinaceum, were previously selected from the Moyo-In-Dry strain (MOYO) through inbreeding (F = 0.5). Reproductive success and survivorship of the two populations were compared, and the influence of the parasite on mosquito fitness also was evaluated. Fitness components studied include fecundity, adult survivorship and egg-to-adult developmental time, blood-meal size, and adult body size. The refractory population has a significantly shorter egg-to-adult developmental time and a smaller body size, takes a smaller blood meal, and subsequently lays fewer eggs than the susceptible population. The mean longevity of the refractory population is significantly shorter than the susceptible population. Exposure to the parasite exhibited little effect on the survivorship and fecundity of either population. Several factors may contribute to the lower fitness of the refractory population, including founder effect, inbreeding depression, the effect of other uncharacterized genes linked to genes conferring refractoriness, and pleiotropic effects associated with these genes. The results are discussed in relation to the genetic diversity of natural mosquito populations and their implications for the genetic control of malaria.  相似文献

Procedures are described for the purification of calf thymus nuclei using mild hypotonit shock to break intact cells, and layering techniques to remove cytoplasmic debris. Ficolc (a high polymer of sucrose) was dissolved in isotonic sucrose to give dense solutions suitable for gradient centrifugation. The method yields nuclei which can incorporate amino acids in vitro. Thymus nuclei isolated under isotonic conditions were incubated with C14-amino acids and later purified by centrifugation through dense sucrose solutions. The distribution of radioactivity in different nuclear proteins was measured and it was found that isotopic amino acids are actively incorporated into characteristically chromosomal proteins, such as the arginine-rich and lysine-rich histones. Protein synthesis in the nucleus is markedly inhibited by puromycin and by agents, such as 2,4-dinitrophenol, which inhibit ATP synthesis. The synthesis of histones is also inhibited by puromycin, but the uptake of several amino acids into the lysine-rich histone fraction seems less sensitive to puromycin inhibition than is uptake into the arginine-rich histones or other proteins of the nucleus. High resolution autoradiography using tritiated leucine and observing grain distribution over thin sections of isolated nuclei and whole cells shows that amino acid incorporation occurs within the nucleus and is not due to cytoplasmic contamination.  相似文献
