新疆阿勒泰地区草地资源可持续管理分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过分析新疆阿勒泰地区草地资源的利用现状,草地类型的生产性能、生态服务价值和在区域发展中的主导功能,指出分类经营是该区草地资源可持续管理的有效途径。研究表明,阿勒泰地区的草地资源在空间上可划分为生态功能区(高寒草甸和草原、沼泽、山地荒漠草原、山地草原化荒漠和部分平原荒漠),经济功能区(山地草甸,低地草甸和草甸草原)和混合功能区(山地草原、平原荒漠草原和大部分平原荒漠),在时间上可采取不同的经营策略。生态功能区经营策略是禁牧和封育,经济功能区的经营策略是通过施肥、灌溉等手段,集约化管理,提高单位面积产值I混合功能区的经营策略是以草定畜,合理轮牧。  相似文献

海洋生态资本是能够直接或间接作用于人类社会经济生产、提供有用的产品流或服务流的海洋生态资源。海洋生态资源包括海洋生物资源及其生境资源。海洋生态资源的存量价值由海洋生物资源存量价值和海洋生境资源存量价值构成。针对我国海洋生物资源的特征,在海洋生态资本理论框架下,提出了鱼类、贝类、甲壳类、头足类、大型海藻等主要海洋生物资源的存量价值评估技术方法,包括物质量评估和价值量评估。探讨了海洋生物资源单位价格确定、评估价值修正、评估方法的适用性、成本扣除等问题。  相似文献

生物多样性在本质上是一种具有多重价值,高度综合的资源形式,是人类社会生存与发展的物质基础,在人类社会发展过程中,生物多样性资源利用与保护之间日益表现为彼此冲突的特征,但并非不可调和。本文认为,协调二者关系,实现生物多样性资源可持续利用和区域社会经济可持续发展的根本途径是生物多样性资源管理,它由主体层,客体层和目标层构成,应该具备主体多元化,参与的广泛性,过程的动态性与持续性,尺度性与地域性和公平性等基本特征,主体层是由以人为核心的各种组织形式构成的,是从社会经济系统中分化出来的一个职能层次;客体层也就是管理的对象层,是生物多样性资源系统和社会经济系统的耦合体,目标层包括生物多样性资源的可持续利用,生态文明的构建与发展和区域社会经济的可持续发展,生态文明是生物多样性资源可持续利用和区域社会可持续发展的根本保障,其中,主体层和客体层构成了生物多样性资源管理的实体部分,而目标层则是生物多样性资源管理的参照体系,生物多样性资源管理包括管理范围界定,问题辨识,目标确定,政策制定与方案运筹,实施,监测与评价,适应性调整6个基本步骤,是一个复杂的多层次动态反馈过程,这一过程中,科学研究发挥着非常重要的作用,因此应该在加强生物多样性科学研究的同时融合科学与管理的关系,使科学成果真正转化成效的管理行为。  相似文献

草地退化已严重制约着阿勒泰地区畜牧业的健康发展.通过分析不同草地类型的群落特征、生态服务价值、功能多样性和主导性,提出了阿勒泰地区草地资源分类经营的模式和策略.研究表明,生态功能区面积为164.66×10^4hm^2,占草地面积的16.73%,草地类型主要有高寒草甸和草原、沼泽、山地荒漠草原、山地草原化荒漠和部分平原荒漠,经营策略为禁牧和封育;经济功能区面积为116.33×10^4hm^2,占草地面积的11.82%,主要草地类型有山地草甸、低地草甸和草甸草原,经营策略为通过施肥、灌溉等手段,集约化管理,提高单位面积产值;混合功能区的面积为703.21×10^4hm^2,占草地总面积的71.45%,草地类型主要有山地草原、平原荒漠草原和大部分平原荒漠,经营策略是以草定畜,合理轮牧.  相似文献

结合运用层次分析法和德尔菲法,从伊春林区生态旅游资源质量、环境质量、旅游条件以及旅游功能4个方面选取30个有代表性的评价因子,构建综合评价模型,对伊春林区生态旅游资源进行了综合定量评价.结果表明,伊春林区自然生态旅游资源优于人文生态旅游资源,且在优良级生态旅游资源数量区域分布上,北(嘉荫)-中(伊春)-东(金山屯)-南(铁力)4点极其明显;区域内生态旅游资源类型基本呈北(嘉荫、汤旺河、五营)-中(伊春、上甘岭)-东(金山屯、美溪)-南(铁力、带岭)的一致性分布.将伊春林区划分为南部、东部、中部和北部4个旅游集合区,并针对各自的特色,提出初步的开发方向.  相似文献

中国—东盟自贸区的建设和运行,促进了东盟农产品特别是热带水果向中国的输入,随之极大地提高了东盟农业有害生物入侵中国的风险。如何保障东盟农产品输入中国同时又能有效阻断农业有害生物的入侵是亟需解决的重大难题。为此,2011年中华人民共和国科学技术部批准设立了国家国际科技合作重大专项"中国—东盟重大农业外来有害生物预警与防控平台",华南、云南地区及越南、泰国、菲律宾、缅甸、老挝、柬埔寨东盟6个国家的专家学者组建了联合攻关团队,建立了中国—东盟重大农业入侵有害生物预警与防控技术支撑平台,对东盟农业有害生物的基础数据库、风险评估、快速鉴定、口岸监测、检疫处理和应急防控等关键技术开展系统研究,创建了以"境外监测与指导防控、口岸检验与检疫处理和境内应急防控"为核心的防控东盟农业有害生物入侵的技术体系,并在中国—东盟自贸区内示范应用。  相似文献

灌丛是中国山地和干旱地区的常见植被类型,分布范围广泛、生态功能多样、经济价值可观。然而,自然资源、生态环境、国民经济等相关部门多将灌丛拆分归属于森林或草原,其重要性未能充分体现。学术界有关灌丛资源的概念、内涵未有明确统一共识,基于资源属性特点的灌丛资源分区分类体系尚未建立。草原灌丛化的发生范围、速度及其生态影响不够明确,严重影响灌丛资源的高效保护、科学管理与可持续利用。这已然成为亟需凝聚共识和深入探究的理论技术难点与实践问题。建议在科学界定灌丛资源的概念内涵、建立健全灌丛资源分类体系基础上,深入发展和应用灌丛植被多基遥感和人工智能识别技术,科学掌握不同区域灌丛变化特别是草原灌丛化的过程及原因,全面系统地评估灌丛化的生态经济影响,优化分区分类灌丛管理利用策略,促进灌丛资源可持续管理和利用。  相似文献

调查、收集甘肃省干旱地区抗逆农作物种质资源,为甘肃抗逆农作物种质资源保护、研究、利用提供基础材料。2011~2013年采用查阅文献、访问和实地调查相结合的方法,对分布在甘肃干旱地区18个县(市、区)、48个乡(镇)、81个行政村的抗逆农作物种质资源的保存及利用现状进行了调查,并对种质进行了收集。共收集到粮食作物、经济作物、蔬菜及野生资源材料845份,分属16科46属62种,其中抗旱种质27份,耐盐碱种质4份,高抗锈病种质14份。 本文对调查地区抗逆农作物种质资源现状、消长情况及原因和调查、收集到的资源种类及其利用价值进行了分析,并对甘肃省干旱地区抗逆农作物种质资源的保护、开发和利用进行了讨论。  相似文献

Two hypotheses have recently been raised to explain the metabolic acidosis (increased blood acidity) of severe malaria, and both are relevant to treatment. The first suggests that a decreased blood volume (hypovolaemia) has an important role in severe malaria; following this, treatment should be based on the current standard paediatric management of acidosis in children with features of cardiovascular compromise. The second hypothesis contends that acidosis in malaria has a metabolic cause and proposes treatment with dichloroacetate. Both hypotheses are plausible and are not mutually exclusive. In truth, the risks and benefits of either treatment are uncertain, and will remain so until large multicentre, randomised controlled trials provide appropriate supportive evidence. As both views involve complex physiological rationales, beyond the usual scope of this journal, I attempt here to present the largely academic aspects of these hypotheses within the practical and contextual aspects of childhood severe malaria.  相似文献

Cancer progression and organ development are similar phenomena. Both involve rapid bursts of proliferation, angiogenesis, tissue remodeling, and cell migration. Therefore, it is not surprising that both processes utilize similar signaling machinery. In fact, many recent studies have suggested that cancer is a disease triggered by the erroneous re-activation of signaling pathways that are typically downregulated after the completion of embryonic development. This link between embryonic development and cancer is particularly exciting because it suggests that we might be able to exploit the knowledge gained in studies of Developmental Biology to obtain novel insights into tumor biology. Our evolving understanding of pancreatic adenocarcinoma is an excellent example of this relationship between development and cancer. Here we discuss recent studies have indicated important roles for two major developmental signaling pathways in pancreatic cancer: Notch and Hedgehog (Hh).  相似文献

Abstract

The premise of this study was to assess the Oregon public’s risk perception concerning Oregon’s water resources. The state has a long-held reputation of having an overabundance of water; however, water shortages, droughts, and impaired water bodies throughout reveal this is not an accurate perception. Climate change models and population growth are projected to exacerbate Oregon’s water situation. A 2010 survey questionnaire was distributed to 1,563 randomly selected Oregon households to elicit the risk perception of ten water-related activities. With a response rate of 51%, the study found the public perceived agricultural and forestry practices as the two greatest risks and private wells as the lowest risk activity. A Risk Perception index found on average the public view the state’s water resources at a moderate risk. These findings can assist water resource managers throughout the Western United States as they develop and implement management strategies in response to climate change.  相似文献

Management of biological systems involves the application of ecological and evolutionary principles within a decision theory framework. In the present review, we focus on epidemiology and pest (insect and plant) control. By studying their similarities and differences, it is possible to outline a broad conceptual background for the antagonistic interactions involved, and hence to begin to develop a classification system of predictive value in management situations. In particular, we address issues of scale in space and time, and relate these to contrasting practical problems associated with deploying biocontrol agents and disease control. Additionally, we discuss three areas where an integrated approach to natural enemies, using ecological and evolutionary insights, and decision theory have much to offer: (i) management and resistance, (ii) the problems of emerging diseases, and (iii) the links between disease and behaviour.  相似文献

In this paper we argue in favour of using a decision analysis framework for more integrated decision-making when managing protected areas. Such an approach will enable agencies to balance between the frequently conflicting goals of visitor management and ecological integrity. We present a case study from the West Coast Trail in Pacific Rim National Park Reserve, BC, Canada, in which we use a hybrid of ELECTRE and AHP to establish a ranking of several management options. We conclude by suggesting that such a more formal framework constitutes a more objective decision support tool, assists in framing relevant management questions and tradeoffs, and at the same time provides guidance for data collection.  相似文献

The utilization of negative pressure for medicinal purposes dates back to 600 bc. The U.S. military has been engaged in continuous overseas combat operations since 2001. Negative-pressure wound therapy has been in use in the treatment of casualties from these operations since 2004. It represents a new standard of practice in combat wound care; it promotes granulation tissue formation and creates mechanical forces supporting wound contraction, facilitating definitive wound closure. This article describes (1) the use of negative-pressure wound therapy in combat casualty care, (2) inherent challenges of its use in theater of operations and across the echelons of care, (3) modifications of this wound therapy to meet military-specific needs, and (4) future directions with this novel wound care modality.  相似文献

Amazonia and the modern carbon cycle: lessons learned   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
In this paper, we review some critical issues regarding carbon cycling in Amazonia, as revealed by several studies conducted in the Large Scale Biosphere Atmosphere Experiment in Amazonia (LBA). We evaluate both the contribution of this magnificent biome for the global net primary productivity/net ecosystem exchange (NPP/NEE) and the feedbacks of climate change on the dynamics of Amazonia. In order to place Amazonia in a global perspective and make the carbon flux obtained through the LBA project comparable with global carbon budgets, we extrapolated NPP/NEE values found by LBA studies to the entire area of the Brazilian Amazon covered by rainforest. The carbon emissions due to land use changes for the tropical regions of the world produced values from 0.96 to 2.4 Pg C year−1, while atmospheric CO2 inversion models have recently indicated that tropical lands in the Americas could be exchanging a net 0.62±1.15 Pg C year−1 with the atmosphere. The difference calculated from these two methods would imply a local sink of approximately 1.6–1.7 Pg C year−1, or a source of 0.85 ton C ha−1 year−1. Using our crude extrapolation of LBA values for the Amazon forests (5 million km2) we estimate a range for the C flux in the region of −3.0 to 0.75 Pg C year−1. The exercise here does not account for environmental variability across the region, but it is an important driver for present and future studies linking local process (i.e. nutrient availability, photosynthetic capacity, and so forth) to global and regional dynamic approaches.  相似文献

介绍了生态系统途径的概念和内涵.生态系统途径最早由西方生态学家提出。随后得到一系列国际学术组织和国家的认同和支持,其中《生物多样性公约》、世界自然保护联盟和世界野生动物基金发挥了重要作用,.生态系统途径的实质是对土地、水和生物资源进行综合管理,旨在生态系统保护、生物资源可持续利用和共享生物资源三者之间达到平衡.作为生态系统管理的一种方法论,它以生物为核心。将人类及文化的多样性视为生态系统的一个组成部分,2000年《生物多样性公约》缔约国会议上制定的生态系统管理的12条基本原则和5项行动指南,丰富了生态系统途径的内涵,明确了实施的办法,我国在生态系统管理方面有着丰富的学术储备和经验总结。但也存在一定问题。

拉萨裸裂尻鱼为我国特有种,由于过度捕捞和生物入侵,其种群生存受到极大威胁.2008年8月至2009年8月在西藏雅鲁藏布江谢通门至尼木江段共采集拉萨裸裂尻鱼694尾,利用单位补充量模型对其种群资源利用状况及渔业管理对策进行了研究.结果表明:雌性和雄性拉萨裸裂尻鱼年总瞬时死亡率(Z)分别为0.81和0.78年^-1,雌雄种群自然死亡率(M)分别在0.17~0.27和0.21~0.33年^-1,雌雄鱼的当前捕捞死亡率(Fcur)分别在0.54~0.64和0.45~0.57年^-1.拉萨裸裂尻鱼雌鱼种群繁殖潜力比为10.1%~17.9%,全部显著低于下限参考点(F25%),雄鱼种群繁殖潜力比为28.3%~43.6%,仅有22.3%的比例高于目标参考点(F40%).表明在现有的渔业管理政策下,拉萨裸裂尻鱼资源已被过度开发.通过模拟14个不同的渔业管理政策,评估起捕年龄和禁渔期对拉萨裸裂尻鱼的保护效果,结果表明,将其起捕年龄设置为不小于10龄或禁渔期至少设置为2-6月,可实现对其资源的有效养护.  相似文献
