Sixty-two patients with pituitary dwarfism were treated with three different preparations of methionyl hGH (m-hGH) for 3 to 14 months. They were given 0.5 IU/kg/week intramuscularly. The growth rate during treatment with the three different preparations was the same for each and increased from 3.5 +/- 0.9 to 8.2 +/- 1.7 cm/year. A high incidence of hGH antibody formation was observed following the treatment, but the titer of antibody was decreased according to the purity of m-hGH preparations. At the end of 12 month treatment with a highly purified preparation (Somatonorm III), 76.2% of the patients had hGH antibody. However, the presence of antibodies did not affect the growth rate except in one patient. No clinical or laboratory side-effects were observed following the treatment with m-hGH. Thus, m-hGH was considered to be useful for the treatment of GH deficient children.  相似文献

The vibriocidal assay using guinea pig complement is widely used for the evaluation of immune responses to cholera vaccines in human clinical trials. However, it is unclear why guinea pig complement has been used over human complement in the measurement of vibriocidal activity of human sera and there have not been comparison studies for the use of guinea pig complement over those from other species. Therefore, we comparatively investigated the effects of complements derived from human, guinea pig, rabbit, and sheep on vibriocidal activity. Complements from guinea pig, rabbit, and human showed concentration-dependent vibriocidal activity in the presence of quality control serum antibodies. Of these complements, guinea pig complement was the most sensitive and effective over a wide concentration range. When the vibriocidal activity of complements was measured in the absence of serum antibodies, human, sheep, and guinea pig complements showed vibriocidal activity up to 40-fold, 20-fold, and 1-fold dilution, respectively. For human pre- and post-vaccination sera, the most potent vibriocidal activity was observed when guinea pig complement was used. In addition, the highest fold-increases between pre- and post- vaccinated sera were obtained with guinea pig complement. Furthermore, human complement contained a higher amount of V. cholerae- and its lipopolysaccharide-specific antibodies than guinea pig complement. Collectively, these results suggest that guinea pig complements are suitable for vibriocidal assays due to their high sensitivity and effectiveness to human sera.  相似文献

The mechanisms whereby normal sera may cause the death of xenogeneic lymphoid cells in vitro have been reviewed in this study using guinea pig, rabbit and human sera as the source of activity and rat and mouse thymocytes as target cells. In all of the combinations analyzed the cytotoxic reactions were found to be mediated by complement (C) as evidenced by sensitivity of the sera towards either heat inactivation (56 °C, 30 min) or treatment with cobra venom factor or sodium ethylenediaminotetraacetate (EDTA). C activity was provided via the alternative pathway in every instance: (i) both C4-deficient guinea pig serum and C2-deficient human serum displayed cytotoxicity on the target cells; (ii) sera from all three sources were active in the absence of free Ca2+, which is required to activate C via the classical pathway; and (iii) GPS incubated at 50 °C for 20 min to destroy the activity of factor B of the alternative pathway lacked significant cytotoxic activity while still able to lyse sensitized sheep red blood cells, a reaction proceeding via the C142 pathway. Two independent lines of evidence appeared to exclude the possible role of antibodies in nonspecific serum cytotoxicity. First, the cytotoxic capacities and the titers of guinea pig and rabbit sera were not significantly affected after absorption with target cells in the presence of EDTA, i.e., in the absence of free divalent cations, a condition which does not interfere with antigen antibody binding. By contrast, the activity was eliminated when absorption was performed in the absence of chelating agents or in the presence of a selective Ca2+ chelator, sodium ethyleneglycoltetraacetate, plus excess Mg2+ These observations also highlight the Mg2+-dependence of the removal of activity by absorption. Second, γ-globulins isolated from a highly cytotoxic guinea pig serum were not toxic for rat thymocytes when tested in the presence of rat C. These results suggest that conventional antibodies, whether of “natural” origin or otherwise, are unlikely to play a role in serum-produced nonspecific cytotoxicity. Furthermore, and since incubation of human serum with rat or mouse thymocytes produced conversion of factor B, “absorption” of cytotoxic activity would seem to be more likely a consequence of the consumption of C activity via the C3 shunt than of the removal of any antibodies.  相似文献

To establish an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) technique for the serological diagnosis of infections caused by Bordetella bronchiseptica (B. bronchiseptica) in guinea pigs, the authors recently assessed the usefulness of three antigen preparations derived from the bacterial cell components: sonication antigen (S-Ag), cell surface antigen (C-Ag) and lipopolysaccharide antigen (L-Ag). The use of S-Ag for ELISA resulted in the most sensitive detection of the antibody to B. bronchiseptica from guinea pig sera immunized with killed bacteria and sera derived from naturally infected guinea pigs. Like C-Ag, S-Ag was highly specific, showing no cross-reactivity with Pasteurella multocida. Assessment of antibody formations in animals with experimentally induced infection using the three antigen preparations revealed that the antibody to S-Ag was formed earlier than antibodies to the other two antigen preparations following growth of the bacterium in the lungs. These results indicate that ELISA with S-Ag as an antigen is a useful tool for the serological diagnosis of infection by B. bronchiseptica.  相似文献

An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay using horseradish peroxidase (HRPO)-labeled protein A (P-ELISA) was established for detection of Sendai virus (SV) antibody in mouse and guinea pig sera. Sensitivity and specificity of P-ELISA were compared with those of ordinary ELISA using HRPO-labeled immunoglobulin G (IgG-ELISA) and the hemagglutination inhibition (HI) test. P-ELISA was 100 to 1,000 times more sensitive than the HI test for detection of the antibody in SV-naturally infected mice. P-ELISA and IgG-ELISA showed similar sensitivities for detection of the antibody in naturally infected mouse and guinea pig sera. A high specificity was demonstrated in P-ELISA with a cut-off optical density value of 0.2 (492 nm), while a non-specific reaction was observed when IgG-ELISA was used to both mouse and guinea pig sera at a low dilution (1:10-20). The antibody in rat sera was not detected by P-ELISA although it was realized by IgG-ELISA.  相似文献

We found a new variant of human growth hormone (hGH) from the recombinant hGH expression process in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The variant was identified as N(alpha)-acetyl methionyl hGH which may be formed by N(alpha)-acetylation of met-hGH during the intracellular expression of hGH in S. cerevisiae. The variant was isolated from manufacturing process of LG Life Sciences' hGH product. The variant was subjected to trypsin digestion and RP-HPLC analysis, resulting in a delayed retention time and an increased mass (173 Da) of T1 tryptic peptide. The amino acid composition and amino acid sequence of the peptide showed the same result with T1 peptide of met-hGH except the N-terminal modification on methionine in the variant peptide. With collision induced dissociation (CID) experiments of the variant T1 tryptic peptide, we found the sequence and the a(1) fragment of N-terminal residue matched with those of acetyl-methionyl hGH. Within our production process, we produce the methionyl hGH first and then use the aminopeptidase to cut the N-terminal methionine. So the acetylation may inhibit the aminopeptidase to remove methionine and produces N(alpha)-acetyl methionyl hGH. And the biological activity of the variant was comparable to one of the unmodified hGH when tested by rat weight gain bioassay.  相似文献

The intradermal catabolism of antibodies injected in guinea pigs to provoke skin reactions was studied using 125I-labeled guinea pig IgG1 and IgG2 anti-ovalbumin antibodies. Disappearance of both the IgG1 and IgG2 antibodies from injected sites was accelerated by intravenous injection of the antigen. The antigen-antibody complexes produced in vitro were also catabolized more rapidly than free antibodies, when estimated using 125I-labeled antibodies. On the other hand, the catabolism of normal IgG2 was not influenced by local anaphylactic reaction elicited by IgG1 antiovalbumin antibody coexisting at the sites. Therefore, the enhanced catabolism of antibodies on challenge was not caused by increased vascular permeability due to anaphylactic reactions, but by more rapid elimination of immune complexes formed at the sites. The Fc parts of IgG1 and IgG2 antibodies played an essential role in the enhancement of catabolism since the catabolism of the F(ab')2 fragments was not accelerated by complex formation with ovalbumin, but rather reduced.  相似文献

Microtitre indirect haemagglutination (IHA) and IHA-inhibition (IHAI) procedures were adapted to determine the reactivities of type I, II, and III poliovirus antibodies and antigens. Glutaraldehyde-fixed sheep erythrocytes were sensitized for these tests with concentrated, partially purified preparations of type I, II, and III poliovirus. Antibody titres by IHA were generally 10 to 100 times greater than serum microneutralization (SN) titres. The SN and IHA reactivities of three kinds of sera were compared. Of these sera, virus type specific antibodies, in monospecific guinea pig sera one week after immunization and in sera from hyperimmunized horses, could be readily differentiated and measured; antibodies in human diagnostic specimens, however, showed some intertypic cross reactivity. Monovalent one-week immune guinea pig sera reacted specifically in the IHAI test to differentiate viruses, and could be used for virus typing and differentiating strains of poliovirus type III.  相似文献

Three monoclonal antibodies with distinct antigenic specificities were examined by electron microscopy for their binding to three common genetic variants (SS, FS, and FF) of human placental alkaline phosphatase. In the reaction with the monoclonal antibody H5, all three variants of human placental alkaline phosphatase preferentially formed circular immune complexes composed of two antibodies and two enzyme molecules. In separate reactions with the F11 and B2 monoclonal antibodies, the SS variant formed circular complexes and the FS variant formed Y-shaped complexes composed of one antibody and two enzyme molecules, whereas the FF variant scarcely reacted. These results confirm immunochemical data showing that H5 binds to both S and F subunits with similar affinities, whereas F11 and B2 bind the S subunit with markedly higher affinity than they do the F subunit. Furthermore, the formation of circular complexes in the reaction of the mixture of the two antibodies, F11 and B2, with FS molecules suggests that these two antibodies bind to different sites on the S subunit. Therefore, the F and S subunits differ from one another at more than one site. This is the first indication that alleles of human placental alkaline phosphatase may result from more than just single point mutations in the gene encoding them.  相似文献

Deamidation of asparagine and glutamine residues, isomerization of aspartic acid side chains, and racemization of the L- to the D-form of the amino acids are common spontaneous chemical reactions known to occur in proteins. Previous studies have implicated succinimides as intermediates in these reactions; however, the evidence has been indirect. Our results demonstrate, for the first time, the presence of a succinimide intermediate in an intact protein. The succinimide (cyclic imide) variant was isolated from thermally stressed recombinant methionyl human growth hormone (hGH) by high performance anion-exchange chromatography, further purified by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography, and analyzed by tryptic mapping. A later eluting tryptic peptide, compared with the native T12 peptide (residues 128-134, Leu-Glu-Asp-Gly-Ser-Pro-Arg), was analyzed by mass spectrometry (MS). This variant had a protonated molecular mass of 755.3 atomic mass units (u), as compared with 773.3 u for the native T12 peptide. A difference of 18 u, a loss of water, is consistent with the formation of a succinimide intermediate at Asp-130 of methionyl hGH. MS/MS analysis of the cyclic imide-containing peptide verified that the modification occurred at Asp-130. A difference of 18 u was also observed for the intact cyclic imide methionyl hGH variant (22,238 u), as measured by electrospray mass spectrometry, compared with native methionyl hGH (22,256 u).  相似文献

The human immune response to bovine dermal collagen was characterized through histologic, serologic, and immunoblotting methods. Collagen-sensitive patients were identified by hypersensitivity to intradermal exposure to ZYDERM Collagen Implant--a pepsin-solubilized, reconstituted, bovine dermal collagen. Biopsies of test sites in the forearm were obtained from several collagen-sensitive patients. Histologic examination revealed an implant-associated palisading foreign body granuloma. The lesion also contained a mixed cell infiltrate of histiocytes, lymphocytes, and eosinophils. Sera were collected from patients who developed erythema or induration at intradermal test or treatment sites, and were evaluated for antibodies to bovine dermal collagen by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Sera with anti-collagen antibodies were further characterized in this study. The circulating antibodies were reactive with both native and heat-denatured bovine dermal collagen. By using purified alpha 1(I) and alpha 2(I) polypeptides, these sera were found to have antibodies reactive with both alpha-chains. Each alpha-chain was fragmented by using cyanogen bromide (CB). The CB peptides were electrophoretically separated, and these sera were evaluated for antibodies to the major fragments by using an immunoblotting technique. Of the sera evaluated by this method, 89% (23/26) had antibodies to alpha 1-CB6; 77% (20/26) had antibodies to alpha 2-CB4; and 65% (17/26) had antibodies reactive with both CB fragments. In addition, most sera (77%) contained antibodies reactive with two or more (up to five) of the major CB peptides. The least antigenic fragment was alpha 2-CB3,5 (8%). In addition, these sera had antibody activity against both native and heat-denaturated bovine types III and II collagens. Little or no interspecies (rat or guinea pig) cross-reactivity (types I and II) was detected. Furthermore, these sera did not have antibodies against human types I, II, and III collagens.  相似文献

Fat cell TSH receptor-related antibodies were detected by immunoprecipitation of 125I-TSH-receptor complexes and the nature of the antibodies was analyzed. To 125I-TSH prebound to Triton-solubilized receptors from guinea pig fat tissues, 50 micrograms of immunoglobulin G (IgG) was added and precipitation was effected by the addition of antihuman IgG. Immunoprecipitation values in 13 patients with Graves' disease were significantly (p less than 0.05) higher than those in 11 normal subjects. No significant increase in the values was seen in 8 patients with Hashimoto's disease. No correlation was observed between immunoprecipitation values and titers of antimicrosomal and antithyroglobulin antibodies. Neither was there any correlation between the values and TSH-binding inhibitor immunoglobulins (TBII) detected by the radioreceptor assay. The IgG fractions positive for the immunoprecipitation antibody were found to be poor human thyroid stimulators (HTS) relative to their TBII activities. And a highly significant correlation was observed between TBII and HTS activities among IgGs without detectable antibody by immunoprecipitation (r=0.907; p less than 0.005; n=7). These findings 1) demonstrate that immunoprecipitation assay using fat cell TSH receptor may detect TSH receptor-related antibodies different from TBII in patients with Graves' disease and 2) suggest the antibodies may recognize determinants on the receptor or its vicinity that do not participate in the binding of TSH or thyroid stimulating antibody, and may interfere with thyroidal response to these stimulators.  相似文献

Summary Antigenic localization in guinea pig epididymal sperm and testicular imprints as well as in viable, motile guinea pig epididymal sperm was studied by means of fluorescent labelled antibody techniques. Globulins from rabbits and chickens immunized with guinea pig epididymal sperm were used in the direct procedure while sera from sheep and fowl injected with rabbit globulins were used in the indirect procedure. The main findings were: 1) spermatozoa from the distal portion of the epididymis displayed brilliant fluorescent acrosomes and less intensely stained midpieces and principal pieces when treated as dried smears in both the direct and indirect methods; 2) testicular spermatozoa were similarly stained but whereas in epididymal spermatozoa the whole acrosome stained intensely, the testicular spermatozoal acrosome displayed intense fluorescence of the inner acrosome; 3) protoplasmic droplets fluoresced strongly; 4) cross-reactivity was observed between human and guinea pig sperm but not between rat and guinea pig sperm, indicating an antigenic relationship between human and guinea pig but not between guinea pig and rat; 5) treatment of viable, motile guinea pig spermatozoa with fluorescent globulins resulted in agglutination and immobilization as well as formation of antigen-antibody aggregates adherent to the cell membrane of the head, midpiece and principal piece; the formation of such fluorescent aggregates in the medium surrounding the treated motile sperm was indicative of leaching of antigenic material from the sperm cells.This investigation was supported by funds from United States Public Health Service grant HE-05798-03, The Ford Foundation and National Science Foundation.  相似文献

Seven unique monoclonal antibodies were generated to rat brain acetylcholinesterase. Upon density gradient ultracentrifugation, immunoglobulin complexes with the monomeric enzyme appeared as single peaks of acetylcholinesterase activity with a sedimentation coefficient approximately 3S greater than that of the free enzyme. This behavior is consistent with the assumption of one binding site per enzyme molecule. Apparent dissociation constants of these antibodies for rat brain acetylcholinesterase calculated on the basis of this assumption ranged from about 10 nM to more than 1,000 nM. Some of the antibodies were less able to bind the membrane-associated enzyme that required detergent for solubilization than the naturally soluble acetylcholinesterase of detergent-free brain extracts. Species cross-reactivity was investigated with crude brain extracts from mammals (human, mouse, rabbit, guinea pig, cow, and cat) and from other vertebrates (chicken, frog, and electric eel). Three antibodies bound rat acetylcholinesterase exclusively; one had nearly the same affinity for all mammalian acetylcholinesterases investigated; the remaining three showed irregular binding patterns. None of the antibodies recognized frog and electric eel enzyme. Pooled antibody was found to be suitable for specific immunofluorescence staining of large neurons in the ventral horn of the rat spinal cord and smaller cells in the caudate nucleus. Other potential applications of these antibodies are discussed.  相似文献

The capacity of human sera genetically deficient in selective complement (C) components to enhance neutralization of enveloped viruses was examined by kinetic plaque reduction assays. Vaccinia virus, a DNA virus, and vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV), an RNA virus, were studied. Exogenous rabbit: or human antibody to vaccinia virus, and guinea pig or human antibody to VSV were provided in limiting, C-dependent concentrations. IgG antibodies predominated in most of the antisera employed. C5-deficient and C6-deficient human sera consistently supported normal rates of neutralization of either virus; this effect was heat-labile. C4-deficient human serum did hot exceed heat-inactivated serum in any neutralization assay. C1r-deficient serum displayed slight heat-labile neutralizing capacity against vaccinia but none against VSV. C2- and C3-deficient sera consistently exhibited measurable but clearly subnormal rates of neutralization. Two fresh agammaglobulinemic sera failed to inactivate either virus in the absence of added antibody. These results confirm and extend earlier evidence, based on neutralization of herpes simplex and Newcastle disease viruses in the presence of early (IgM) antibody and functionally pure guinea pig C components or C-deficient animal sera, that the late-acting components C5-C9 are not required for C-dependent neutralization. Data on four enveloped viruses now agree that this function is mediated by C1-C3, although C1 plus C4 appear to have some neutralizing capacity. This requirement for C1-C3 is overcome, however, in the presence of higher antibody cohcentrations, suggesting that the contribution of the C system to viral neutralization in vivo may be chiefly in the early phase of infection when antibody is limited.  相似文献

A highly sensitive enzyme immunoassay of anti-insulin antibodies in guinea pig serum is described. Guinea pig anti-insulin serum was diluted to various extents with nonspecific guinea pig serum and incubated with insulin. After incubation, free insulin was separated from insulin-anti-insulin antibody complex by treatment with dextran-charcoal. Anti-insulin antibodies in the complex were dissociated from insulin by incubation with 0.23 M HCl and inactivated. The amount of dissociated insulin was measured by sandwich enzyme immunoassay using anti-insulin IgG-coated polystyrene balls and affinity-purified anti-insulin Fab'-horseradish peroxidase conjugate. The detection limit of anti-insulin antibodies in guinea pig serum was 6.7 pg/assay or 150 ng/liter of serum. The present enzyme immunoassay was 10,000-fold more sensitive than the previously described enzyme immunoassay, in which insulin-coated polystyrene balls were incubated with diluted guinea pig anti-insulin serum and subsequently with rabbit (anti-guinea pig IgG) Fab'-horseradish peroxidase conjugate.  相似文献

The usual anti-Ig antibody method, consisting of the precipitation of soluble antigen-antibody complexes by heterologous anti-Ig antibody, was applied for quantitative estimation of guinea pig IgG2 anti-ovalbumin and anti-2,4-dinitrophenyl (DNP) antibodies by measuring the maximum amounts of antibody-bound antigens. However, the amounts of antibodies estimated were less than those obtained by other methods: the precipitin reaction, the precipitation of antigen-antibody complexes with 50% saturated ammonium sulfate, and equilibrium dialysis. In particular, the anti-Ig antibody method greatly underestimated the amount of anti-DNP antibody with low affinity for epsilon-DNP-L-lysine. Thus, it was concluded that partial dissociation of the antigen-antibody complexes occurring upon precipitation with anti-Ig antibody made the anti-Ig antibody method unsuitable for quantitative determination of antibodies.  相似文献

Chimpanzees infected with the primary isolate DH012 mount potent neutralizing antibodies. This DH012 neutralizing activity is highly strain specific. Immune sera from guinea pigs immunized with recombinant DH012 gp120 could also neutralize this primary isolate. The neutralizing activity in chimpanzee and guinea pig sera against wild-type DH012 appears to be independent of a linear epitope in the V3 region of gp120. Interestingly, the neutralization escape mutant derived from growing DH012 in the presence of the potent neutralizing chimpanzee serum is at least 50-fold more sensitive than wild-type DH012 to neutralization by guinea pig immune sera. The unusually potent neutralizing activity against the DH012 neutralization-resistant virus is due to the presence of anti-V3 antibodies in guinea pig sera. These results suggested that recombinant gp120 could induce neutralizing antibodies against primary isolate DH012. The V3 of wild-type DH012 is poorly immunogenic in infected chimpanzees and is not accessible to neutralizing V3 antibodies. It is likely that this cryptic V3 region became exposed when the virus escaped the neutralizing activity of the chimpanzee serum.  相似文献

In previously published studies, highly cationized antibodies alone and in immune complexes bound to glomeruli by charge-charge interaction, but only immune complexes persisted in glomeruli. Because normal IgG does not deposit in glomeruli, studies were conducted to determine whether cationized antibodies can be prepared which deposit in glomeruli when bound to antigen but not when free in circulation. A series of cationized rabbit antiHSA was prepared with the number of added amino groups ranging from 13.3 to 60.2 per antibody molecule. Antibodies alone or in preformed soluble immune complexes, prepared at fivefold or 50-fold antigen excess, were administered to mice. With the injection of a fixed dose of 100 micrograms per mouse, antibodies alone did not deposit in glomeruli with less than 29.6 added amino groups by immunofluorescence microscopy. In contrast, 100 micrograms of antibodies with 23.5 added amino groups in immune complexes, made at fivefold antigen excess, formed immune deposits in glomeruli. With selected preparations of cationized, radiolabeled antibodies, deposition in glomeruli was quantified by isolation of mouse glomeruli. These quantitative data were in good agreement with the results of immunofluorescence microscopy. Immune complexes made at 50-fold antigen excess, containing only small-latticed immune complexes with no more than two antibody molecules per complex, deposited in glomeruli similar to antibodies alone. Selected cationized antibodies alone or in immune complexes were administered to mice in varying doses. In these experiments, glomerular deposition of immune complexes, made at fivefold antigen excess, was detected with five- to 10-fold smaller doses than the deposition of the same antibodies alone. These studies demonstrate that antibody molecules in immune complexes are more likely to deposit in glomeruli by charge-charge interactions than antibodies alone.  相似文献

Whether ClC-3 encodes volume-sensitive organic osmolyte and anion channels (VSOACs) remains controversial. We have shown previously that native VSOACs in some cardiac and vascular myocytes were blocked by a commercial anti-ClC-3 carboxy terminal antibody (Alm C592-661 antibody), although recent studies have raised questions related to the specificity of Alm C592-661 antibody. Therefore, we have developed three new anti-ClC-3 antibodies and investigated their functional effects on native VSOACs in freshly isolated canine pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells (PASMCs) and guinea pig cardiac myocytes. These new antibodies produced a common prominent immunoreactive band with an apparent molecular mass of 90-92 kDa in the guinea pig heart and PASMCs, and a similar molecular mass immunoreactive band was observed in the brain from homozygous Clcn3+/+ mice but not from homozygous Clcn3-/- mice. VSOACs elicited by hypotonic cell swelling in PASMCs and guinea pig atrial myocytes were nearly completely abolished by intracellular dialysis with two new anti-ClC-3 antibodies specifically targeting the ClC-3 carboxy (C670-687 antibody) and amino terminus (A1-14 antibody). This inhibition of native VSOACs can be attributed to a specific interaction with endogenous ClC-3, because 1) preabsorption of the antibodies with corresponding antigens prevented the inhibitory effects, 2) extracellular application of a new antibody raised against an extracellular epitope (Ex133-148) of ClC-3 failed to inhibit native VSOACs in PASMCs, 3) intracellular dialysis with an antibody targeting Kv1.1 potassium channels failed to inhibit native VSOACs in guinea pig atrial myocytes, and 4) anti-ClC-3 C670-687 antibody had no effects on swelling-induced augmentation of the slow component of the delayed rectifying potassium current in guinea pig ventricular myocytes, although VSOACs in the same cells were inhibited by the antibody. These results confirm that endogenous ClC-3 is an essential molecular entity responsible for native VSOACs in PASMCs and guinea pig cardiac myocytes.  相似文献
