Individual components of multilocus fingerprints from man produced by (CAC)5/(GTG)5 oligonucleotides have been scrutinized to characterize their peculiar properties. Successful cloning and changes occurring during the propagation of recombinant simple repetitive DNA in prokaryotic hosts are described. The isolated locus-specific probes were characterized with respect to their formal (and population genetic) properties and their usefulness for individualization and linkage studies. The localization was determined on chromosomes 8, 9, 11, and 22. Repeat flanking sequences were characterized and analyzed for their coding potential because of significant open reading frames and apparent evolutionary conservation among vertebrates. The organization of the repeats and their flanking regions in the human genome is discussed with respect to the sequence (fine) architecture that developed during evolution. Classical "minisatellite" sequences were not detected near hypervariable (cac)n/(gtg)n repeats. The single-copy probes described herein are a convenient complement to the oligonucleotides employed for multilocus fingerprinting. Many practical applications are apparent.  相似文献

Summary Population genetic studies were performed using oligonucleotide probes (Hz1103, Hz4103, and Hz4201) that recognize three hypervariable loci (D11S859, D9S128 and D22S265) in the human genome. DNA from 17 Eurasian population samples including 37 monozygotic twin pairs were digested with HinfI and hybridized with Hz4103. Allele frequency distribution profiles and high degrees of heterozygosity were similar in each ethnic group. Among 804 unrelated individuals tested, we detected one case of mosaicism caused by a somatic recombination event in a monozygotic twin. In addition, samples of DNA from three ethnic groups (Germans, Assamese Hindus and Thais) and from German and Thai families were restricted with MboI and probed with Hz1103, Hz4103, and Hz4201. The results showed considerable degrees of heterozygosity and locus-specific allele distribution profiles, rather than interpopulation differences. Among 262 meioses (12 three-generation families with a total of 131 children) analyzed, a single recombination event was observed following hybridization with the DNA probe Hz4201.  相似文献

Two new complexes, {[MnAu2(CN)4(NITpPy)2(H2O)2]}n (1) and {[Co(N(CN)2)2(NITpPy)2(H2O)2]}n (2), have been synthesized and characterized. The single-crystal X-ray analysis for the complexes 1 and 2 demonstrates that each M(II) (M = Mn or Co) ion assumes a distorted octahedral MN4O2 coordination polyhedron. Four nitrogen atoms come from the cyanide groups and the pyridyl rings in a common plane, and two oxygen atoms come from the H2O molecules in trans-positions. The structures of complexes 1 and 2 illustrate that aurophilicity and/or hydrogen bonding interactions play important roles in increasing dimensionality. Magnetic investigations on complexes 1 and 2 show the presence of weak antiferromagnetic interactions.  相似文献

Thiocyanate ions reduce perrhenate in aqueous acidic solution, and on addition of a suitable countercation (PPh4Cl) afford (PPh4)2[Re(NCS)6] (1) and (PPh4)2[ReO(NCS)5] (2), which have been confirmed by X-ray crystallography. The kinetics of the above reaction has been studied. Both the complexes exhibit efficient and highly selective catalytic epoxidation ability in the presence of NaHCO3 as a co-catalyst and competent catalytic properties in the selective oxidation of alcohols to the corresponding aldehydes or ketones in the presence of pyrazole as an additive and sulfides to sulfoxides and sulfones. H2O2 was used as the terminal oxidant in all the above-mentioned oxidation reactions.  相似文献

The reactions of Zr(C5H5)(6,6-dmch)(PMe3)2 and Zr(6,6-dmch)2(PMe3)2 (dmch=dimethylcyclohexadienyl) with CO lead to the selective replacement of one PMe3 ligand by CO. Both carbonyl complexes have been structurally characterized. Additionally, the reaction of the latter complex with PhC2SiMe3 leads to a similar replacement of one PMe3 ligand, involving simple coordination of the alkyne, rather than any coupling to the dmch ligand.  相似文献

New copper(II) clofibriates (clof, {2-(4-chlorophenoxy)-2-methylpropionic or 2-(4-chlorophenoxy)isobutyric acid}) of composition Cu(clof)2L2 (where L=2-pyridylmethanol (2-pymeth) (1), N-methylnicotinamide (Menia) (4), N,N-diethylnicotinamide (Et2nia) (5), isonicotinamide (isonia) (7) or methyl-3-pyridylcarbamate (mpc) (8)), [Cu(clof)2(4-pymeth)2(H2O)] · 2H2O (4-pymeth=4-pyridylmethanol) (2 · 2H2O) and Cu(clof)2L (where L=4-pymeth (3) or Et2nia (6)) have been prepared and spectroscopically characterized. All the Cu(clof)2L2 compounds seem to possess distorted octahedral copper(II) stereochemistry with differing tetragonal distortions. An X-ray analysis of 1 was carried out and it featured a tetragonal-bipyramidal geometry around the copper(II) atom. X-ray analysis of 2 · 2H2O featured a square-pyramidal geometry around copper(II) atom. Both the Cu(clof)2L compounds seem to consist of a binuclear unit of tetracarboxylate type bridging. An X-ray analysis of 6 revealed typical binuclear paddle-wheel type structure, consisting of two copper(II) atoms in square-pyramidal geometry bridged by four carboxylate anions in the xy-plane. All complexes under study were characterized by EPR and electronic spectroscopy. The antimicrobial effects have been tested on various strains of bacteria, yeasts and filamentous fungi.  相似文献

Dark-brown single crystals of the title compound 1 were obtained in high yield by layering a CuCl2 solution in 25% aqueous ammonia on a glycerol solution of K6[W4Te4(CN)12]·5H2O. The complex 1 was characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and IR spectroscopy. The X-ray structure of 1 reveals a polymeric chain cyano-bridged cluster-metal coordination compound. The [W4Te4(CN)12]6− cluster anions are linked one to another by Cu2+ cations through coordination by nitrogen atoms of the CN groups.  相似文献

Reaction of tetrathiafulvalene carboxylic acid (TTFCO2H) with paddlewheel dirhodium complex Rh2(ButCO2)4 yielded TTFCO2-bridged complexes Rh2(ButCO2)3(TTFCO2) (1) and cis- and trans-Rh2(ButCO2)2(TTFCO2)2 (cis- and trans-2). Their triethylamine adducts [1(NEt3)2] and cis-[2(NEt3)2] were purified and isolated with chromatographic separation, and characterized with single crystal X-ray analysis. Trans-[2(NEt3)2] is not completely separated from a mixture of cis- and trans-[2(NEt3)2], but its single crystals were obtained from a solution of the mixture. A three-step quasi-reversible oxidation process was observed for 1 in MeCN. The first two steps correspond to the oxidation of the TTFCO2 moiety and the last one is the oxidation of the Rh2 core. The oxidation of cis-2 is observed as a two-step process with very similar E1/2 values to those of the first two processes for 1. Both 1+ and cis-22+ in MeCN at room temperature show isotropic ESR spectra with a g value of 2.008 and aH = 0.135 mT for two equivalent H atoms and aH = 0.068 mT for one H atom. The redox and ESR data of cis-2 suggest that the intramolecular interaction between the TTF moieties is very small.  相似文献

Reaction of HSi(OEt)3 with IrCl(CO)(PPh3)2 (5:1 molar ratio) at room temperature for 1 h gives IrCl(H){Si(OEt)3}(CO)(PPh3)2 (1), which is observed by the 1H and 31P{1H} NMR spectra of the reaction mixture. The same reaction, but in 20:1 molar ratio at 50 °C for 24 h produces IrCl(H)2(CO)(PPh3)2 (2) rather than the expected product Ir(H)2{Si(OEt)3}(CO)(PPh3)2 (3) that was previously reported to be formed by this reaction. Accompanying formation of Si(OEt)4, (EtO)3SiOSi(OEt)3, and (EtO)2HSiOSi(OEt)3 is observed. On the other hand, trialkylhydrosilane HSiEt3 reacts with IrCl(CO)(PPh3)2 (10:1 molar ratio) at 80 °C for 84 h to give Ir(H)2(SiEt3)(CO)(PPh3)2 (4) in a high yield, accompanying with a release of ClSiEt3.  相似文献

Reaction of (NEt4)2MS4 (M = Mo, W) with CuCl and KSCN (or NH4SCN) in acetone or acetonitrile affords a new set of mixed metal–sulfur compounds: infinite anionic chains Cu4(NCS)5MS43− (1,2), (CuNCS)3WS42− (3) and two dimensional polymeric dianions (CuNCS)4MS42− (4,5). Crystal of 1 (M = W) and 3 are triclinic, space group P1(1:a = 10.356(2),b = 15.039(1),c = 17.356(2)Å, = 78.27(1)°, β = 88.89(2)° and γ = 88.60(1)°,Z = 2,R = 0.04 for 3915 independent data;3:a = 8.449(2),b = 14.622(4),c = 15.809(8)Å, = 61.84(3)°, β = 73.67(3)° and γ = 78.23(2)°,Z = 2,R = 0.029 for 6585 independent data). Crystals of 4 (M = W) and 5 (M = Mo) are monoclinic, space group P21/m,Z = 2 (4:a = 12.296(4),b = 14.794(4),c = 10.260(3)Åand β = 101.88(3)°,R = 0.034 for 4450 independent data;5:a = 12.306(2),b = 14.809(3),c = 10.257(2)Åand β = 101.99(3)°,R = 0.043 for 3078 independent data). The crystal structure determinations of 4 and 5 show that four edges of the tetrahedral MS42− core are coordinated by copper atoms forming WS4Cu4 aggregates linked by eight-membered Cu(NCS)2Cu rings. A two-dimensional network is thus formed in the diagonal (101) plane. The space between the anionic two-dimensional networks is filled with the NEt4+ cations. Additional NCS groups lead to the [Cu4(NCS)5WS4]3− (1) trianion connected by NCS bridges forming pseudo-dimers. These latter are held together by weak CuS(NCS) interactions giving rise to infinite chains along a direction parallel to [100]. In contrast complex3 develops infinite chains from WS4Cu3 aggregates with the same Cu(NCS)2Cu bridges as in 4 and 5. These chains are running along a direction parallel to [010]. The structural data of the different types of polymeric compounds containing MS42− and CuNCS have been used to interpret vibrational spectroscopic data of the thiocyanate groups.  相似文献

The reactions of [(H5C6)3P]2ReH6 with (CH3CN)3Cr(CO)3, (diglyme)Mo(CO)3 or (C3H7CN)3W(CO)3 led to the formation of [(H5C6)3P]2ReH6M(CO)3 (M = Cr, Mo, W) complexes. These have been characterized by IR and NMR spectroscopies, as well as elemental analyses. A single crystal X-ray diffraction study has also been carried out for the M = Cr complex as a K(18-crown-6)+ salt. The complex crystallizes as a THF monosolvate in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 22.323(6), B = 9.523(2), C = 27.502(5) Å, β = 104.98(2)0 and V = 5648 Å3 for Z = 4. The Re---Cr separation is 2.5745(12) Å, and the two phosphine ligands are oriented unsymmetrically. Although the hydride ligands were not found, the presence of three bridging hydrides and a dodecahedral coordination geometry about rhenium could be inferred. Low temperature 1H and 31P NMR spectroscopic studies did not reveal the low symmetry of the solid state structure.  相似文献

The advantages and disadvantages of using the Xα scattered-wave molecular orbital method with quasi-relativistic corrections for the calculation of the electronic structure of organo-f-element compounds is discussed. Application of the method in organouranium chemistry is discussed via comparative calculations on UCl4, (η5-C5H5)4U, and (η5-C5H5)2UCl2. It is found that the η5-C5H5? ligand is a better donor to U than is Cl? and that the valence orbitals of (η5-C5H5)2UCl2 are energetically closer to those of (η5-C5H5)4U than UCl4. The calculational results are in excellent accord with experimental photoelectron spectroscopic studies.  相似文献

The reaction of uranyl oxalate trihydrate with guanidinium acetate at room temperature in water yields known uranyl complex with composition (CN3H6)2[UO2(C2O4)2(H2O)]·H2O as a first phase and a novel complex (CN3H6)5[(UO2)3O(OH)2(CH3COO)(C2O4)3] as a second. The second phase was investigated by means of IR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. The trinuclear discrete complex contains two symmetrically independent uranyl ions with a pentagonal bipyramid structure and has a nonplanar geometry. The distortion of its equatorial plane is caused by substitution of a monodentate bridge hydroxide anion by a bidentate bridge acetate-anion. The acidic ligands found in the complex are usually in competition for a place in coordination sphere of an uranyl ion, thus peculiarities of the complex formation are discussed in terms of ‘crystallochemical analysis’.  相似文献

A new complex of composition [Cu(2-NO2bz)2(nia)2(H2O)2] (1) (nia = nicotinamide, 2-NO2bz = 2-nitrobenzoate) has been prepared and its composition and stereochemistry as well as coordination mode have been determined by elemental analysis, electronic, infrared and EPR spectroscopy, magnetization measurements over the temperature range 1.8-300 K, and its structure has been solved, as well. The complex structure consists of the centrosymmetric molecules with Cu(II) atom monodentately coordinated by the pair of 2-nitrobenzoato anions and by the pair of nicotinamide molecules, forming nearly tetragonal basal plane, and by a pair of water molecules that complete tetragonal-bipyramidal coordination polyhedron about the copper atom. The complex 1 exhibits magnetic moment μeff = 1.86 B.M. at 300 K which decreases to μeff = 1.83 B.M. at 1.8 K. The magnetic susceptibility temperature dependence obeys Curie-Weiss law with Curie constant of 0.442 cm3 K mol−1 and with Weiss constant of −1.0 K. EPR spectra at room temperature as well as at 77 K are of axial type with g = 2.065 and g = 2.280 and exhibit clearly, but partially resolved parallel hyperfine splitting with AII = 160 G, that is consistent with the determined molecular structure of 1. In order to analyze the factors influencing the degree of tetragonal distortion of coordination polyhedron, the dataset of 72 structures similar to that of 1 was extracted from CCD and analyzed. A significant correlation between the average Cu-Oax bond length and tetragonality parameter τ which was found as a consequence of the Jahn-Teller effect.  相似文献

New mixed metal complexes SrCu2(O2CR)3(bdmap)3 (R = CF3 (1a), CH3 (1b)) and a new dinuclear bismuth complex Bi2(O2CCH3)4(bdmap)2(H2O) (2) have been synthesized. Their crystal structures have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. Thermal decomposition behaviors of these complexes have been examined by TGA and X-ray powder diffraction analyses. While compound 1a decomposes to SrF2 and CuO at about 380°C, compound 1b decomposes to the corresponding oxides above 800°C. Compound 2 decomposes cleanly to Bi2O3 at 330°C. The magnetism of 1a was examined by the measurement of susceptibility from 5–300 K. Theoretical fitting for the susceptibility data revealed that 1a is an antiferromagnetically coupled system with g = 2.012(7), −2J = 34.0(8) cm−1. The compounds W(CO)5P(C6H4-4-CH2CH2(CF2)7CF3)3 (1) and W(CO)5P(CH2CH2(CF2)5CF3)3 (2) were synthesized in order to probe the electronic and physical effects of ligation by perfluorocarbon substituted tertiary phosphine ligands in a W(CO)5L complex. The π-accepting ability of the fluorous phosphines was found to rank with non-fluorous comparators as P(CH2CH2(CF2)5CF3)3 > P(C6H4-4-CH2CH2(CF2)7CF3)3 > PPh3 > P(p-tolyl)3 > P(n-octyl)3. The X-ray crystal structure of W(CO)5P(C6H4-4-CH2CH2(CF2)7CF3)3 shows strong intermolecular association of fluorous components but confirms that the para fluorocarbon subtituents have an insignificant effect on the tungsten coordination environment. Partition coefficients (toluene/perfluoromethylcyclohexane) were measured for compounds 1 and 2.  相似文献

Refluxing WCl4(PMe3)3 under a nitrogen atmosphere in the presence of two equivalents of sodium amalgam leads to a reduction to the W(II) complex [cis,mer-WCl2(PMe3)3]2N2 (1), which can be converted to [mer,trans-WCl3(PMe3)2]2N2 (2) via appropriate oxidation/chlorination. Structural data have been obtained for both complexes, and demonstrate significantly increased steric crowding in 1 due to PMe3/PMe3 interactions. The N-N bond distances in the two compounds are similar, at 1.279(4) and 1.243(18) Å, respectively.  相似文献
