The production of interleukin-1 beta (IL-1 beta), IL-6, and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha) by fresh peripheral blood mononuclear cells was evaluated after exposure to human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) or purified recombinant HIV-1 envelope glycoprotein (rgp120). To exclude the role of contaminating endotoxin in this study, all media were subjected to ultrafiltration and reagents contained less than 25 pg of endotoxin per ml by Limulus assay. Under endotoxin-free conditions, no increases in IL-1 beta, IL-6, or TNF-alpha mRNA or protein were detectable in cell cultures exposed to HIV-1, HIV-2, or rgp120 (0.1 to 10 micrograms/ml), as compared with cytokine levels in mock-exposed cultures. However, concentrations of endotoxin (lipopolysaccharide) as low as 0.5 ng/ml induced significant production of mRNA and protein for these three cytokines. Preincubation of mononuclear cells with "shake" HIV-1 preparations and also mock-infected shake preparations prior to lipopolysaccharide stimulation resulted in a two- to threefold increase in IL-1 beta and TNF-alpha production. This priming effect was not observed with rgp120 (0.1 to 10 micrograms/ml) or standard HIV-1 or mock-infected supernatants, suggesting the presence of biologically active material independent of virus in the shake preparations. Our studies indicate that, in the absence of endotoxin, HIV-1, HIV-2, and HIV gp120 do not induce production of IL-1 beta, IL-6, or TNF-alpha by peripheral blood mononuclear cells.  相似文献

We have looked for IL-6, a cytokine that has immunomodulating and inflammation-associated activities, in joint exudates (fluid and mononuclear cells) from patients with rheumatoid arthritis and other arthritides using both biologic and biochemical assays. IL-6 was assessed by its ability to stimulate alpha 1-antichymotrypsin secretion from the human hepatoma cell line Hep3B clone 2, an activity which is blocked by an antiserum to Escherichia coli derived IL-6, and by the growth of the IL-6-dependent murine hybridoma 7TD1 cell line. IL-6 isoforms in synovial fluid were characterized by immunoaffinity chromatography followed by Western blotting. The presence of IL-1 in synovial fluids and its production by synovial fluid mononuclear cells was monitored by Western blotting and indirect immunofluorescence with polyclonal anti-IL-1 beta antisera. In an analysis of 30 effusions from 27 rheumatoid patients with acutely inflamed joints, abundant quantities of IL-6 (greater than 2 ng/ml) were detected in 23 by the alpha 1-antichymotrypsin bioassay. Several rheumatoid synovial fluids also had elevated IL-6 levels in the 7TD1 bioassay. Seven of nine nonrheumatoid effusions also contained high levels of IL-6 (greater than 2 ng/ml). No IL-1 (less than 0.25 ng/ml) could be detected by Western blotting in 10 rheumatoid effusions even though eight of these contained high levels of IL-6. The IL-6 activity could be neutralized with a rabbit antiserum to rIL-6. Multiple IL-6 isoforms (25, 30, 45 kDa) were present in two rheumatoid and one traumatic effusion studied. Fresh mononuclear cells isolated from various synovial effusions did not appear to make IL-6 constitutively, as no IL-6 could be detected in the media of cells cultured for 12 to 18 h after isolation. Similarly, there was no constitutive production of IL-1 by these cells. However, synovial fluid mononuclear cells could be induced to secrete both IL-6 and IL-1 after stimulation with LPS. The LPS-responsive cells were monocytes and not lymphocytes or dendritic cells. These findings suggest that IL-6 is involved in inflammatory joint disease. However, the primary cells synthesizing it may be located in the synovial lining instead of the joint exudate.  相似文献

Human PHA-stimulated mononuclear cells produce a factor which inhibits synovial cell collagen and non-collagen protein synthesis, whereas it enhances hyaluronic acid (HA) production. Indomethacin (10(-4)-10(-6) M), a cyclo-oxygenase inhibitor, suppresses this effect, suggesting that the mechanism is prostaglandin-mediated. The active material, of apparent molecular weight 12 000-20 000, also displays the properties of the mononuclear cell factor (MCF) previously described by others, since its stimulates collagenase and PGE2 release by the cultured synovial cells. Furthermore, it co-purifies with interleukin 1 (IL 1) as shown by lymphocyte-activating factor activity. This strongly suggests that IL 1 could be responsible for some (or all) the effects observed on MCF-exposed synovial cells. From these data, we deduce the possibility that mononuclear cells may participate in limiting synovial collagen deposition in rheumatoid arthritis.  相似文献

Introduction

The aim of this study was to examine the effect of blocking Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2) in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) synovial cells.

Methods

RA synovial tissue biopsies, obtained under direct visualization at arthroscopy, were established as synovial explant cultures ex vivo or snap frozen for immunohistology. Mononuclear cell cultures were isolated from peripheral blood and synovial fluid of RA patients. Cultures were incubated with the TLR1/2 ligand, Pam3CSK4 (200 ng, 1 and 10 μg/ml), an anti-TLR2 antibody (OPN301, 1 μg/ml) or an immunoglobulin G (IgG) (1 μg/ml) matched control. The comparative effect of OPN301 and adalimumab (anti-tumour necrosis factor alpha) on spontaneous release of proinflammatory cytokines from RA synovial explants was determined using quantitative cytokine MSD multiplex assays or ELISA. OPN301 penetration into RA synovial tissue explants cultures was assessed by immunohistology.

Results

Pam3CSK4 significantly upregulated interleukin (IL)-6 and IL-8 in RA peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), RA synovial fluid mononuclear cells (SFMCs) and RA synovial explant cultures (P < 0.05). OPN301 significantly decreased Pam3CSK4-induced cytokine production of tumour necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), IL-1β, IL-6, interferon (IFN)-γ and IL-8 compared to IgG control in RA PBMCs and SFMCs cultures (all P < 0.05). OPN301 penetration of RA synovial tissue cultures was detected in the lining layer and perivascular regions. OPN301 significantly decreased spontaneous cytokine production of TNF-α, IL-1β, IFN-γ and IL-8 from RA synovial tissue explant cultures (all P < 0.05). Importantly, the inhibitory effect of OPN on spontaneous cytokine secretion was comparable to inhibition by anti-TNFα monoclonal antibody adalimumab.

Conclusions

These findings further support targeting TLR2 as a potential therapeutic agent for the treatment of RA.  相似文献

Monkey (Macaca fuscata) mononuclear leukocytes were stimulated to produce thromboplastin (tissue factor) upon exposure to lipopolysaccharide, LPS. The stimulation was dose-related in the concentration range of 10(-5) to 10(-1) micrograms/ml of LPS. Lipid A portion of the LPS molecule was essential to induce the leukocyte ability for tissue factor generation. Thus, a lipid-lipid interaction between LPS and the cells is a plausible trigger for eliciting the ability. Approximately 50% of the tissue factor thus produced appeared to be located on the cell surface, at which the coagulation cascade is probably initiated via the activation of factor VII. Among monkey mononuclear cell populations, monocytes were responsible for LPS-induced tissue factor production. Lymphocytes amplified the basal ability of monocytes to produce the factor by two-fold at physiological lymphocyte-monocyte ratios of 8:1 to 10:1. This indicates a complementary effect of lymphocytes upon the LPS-mediated monocyte ability. The medium supernatant from LPS-stimulated lymphocytes affected the monocyte competence while the stimulated lymphocytes did not. This result suggests that a soluble product of lymphocytes, i.e., lymphokine-like mediator, but not the cellular entity, participates in LPS-induced tissue factor production of monocytes.  相似文献

To determine whether synovial mononuclear cells include a population of tumor necrosis factor α-produeing T cells, we measured tumor necrosis α levels in culture supernatants of synovial mononuclear cells by ELISA and analyzed tumor necrosis α mRNA-positive cell frequencies. There were no significant differences in the spontaneous levels of TNF α between synovial mononuclear cells and peripheral mononuclear cells. The frequency of tumor necrosis factor α mRNA-positive cells in synovial mononuclear cells was higher than that of peripheral mononuclear cells. When stimulated with a superantigen, mononuclear cells from the synovial fluid of rheumatoid arthritis patients showed higher levels of tumor necrosis factor α production (1,035 ± 817 pg/ml) than did mononuclear cells from their peripheral blood (236 ± 180 pg/ml). In addition, we observed that a few T cell clones were resistant to superantigenic restimulation in vitro. We conclude that when these types of T cells persist in the synovium, they play a role in the development of rheumatoid arthritis via a mechanism involving tumor necrosis factor α production.  相似文献

We examined stimulation of monocyte (MN) release of interleukin 1 (IL 1) by soluble microbial products. MN from tuberculin skin test nonreactive donors incubated with PPD (100 micrograms/ml) released IL 1 activity of 80.5 +/- 33.9 U/ml (mean +/- SD, n = 6), similar to that induced by optimal concentrations of LPS (76.4 U/ml). OKT3-reactive cells were not required for this process. PPD-stimulated IL 1 release by MN did not appear to be due to endotoxin contamination, as 1) PPD contained 0.01% endotoxin, 2) MN incubated in LPS (0.1 micrograms/ml) produced 19.5 +/- 13.9 U/ml, significantly less than PPD (p = 0.03), and 3) addition of polymyxin B (12.5 micrograms/ml) abrogated IL 1 production in response to LPS (0.1 microgram/ml) but had no significant effect on PPD induction of IL 1. Antigen 5, a partially purified cytoplasmic antigen of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, had similar IL 1-inducing effects. Arabinogalactan (a mycobacterial polysaccharide), streptolysin O, and tetanus toxoid did not. Thus, mycobacterial protein antigens directly stimulate MN to release IL 1. This property may be central to the response of the naive host to mycobacterial infection and may play a pathophysiologic role in tuberculosis.  相似文献

Granulosa, theca and corpus luteum cells of the goat ovary were isolated and incubated separately for 6 hours, with or without various modulators. Arachidonic acid (AA, 10 ng to 100 micrograms/ml), the precursor for prostaglandin synthesis, produced a dose-dependent increase in progesterone (P4) and estradiol-17 beta (E2) production by all the cell types. Prostaglandin synthetase inhibitors, aspirin (10(-6)-10(-3)M) and indomethacin (100 ng-1 mg/ml), produced a dose-dependent decrease in arachidonic acid-stimulated (100 micrograms/ml) steroid production. Prostacyclin synthetase stimulators, trapidil (1.6 micrograms- 1 mg/ml) and dipyridamole (10(-6)-10(-3)M), when added alone or along with AA, did not affect steroid production. Up to 100 micrograms/ml of U-51605 (9,11-azoprosta-5,13-dienoic acid), a prostacyclin synthetase inhibitor, did not inhibit basal or AA-stimulated steroid production. Prostacyclin (PGI2) and its stable analog 6 beta PGI1 (0.01-10 micrograms/ml) produced a dose-dependent increase in P4 and E2 production in all the three cell types. Increase at 1 and 10 micrograms/ml was significant in all cases. 6-keto-PGE1 (an active metabolite of PGI2 in certain systems) produced an increase in steroid production which was significant in theca at greater than or equal to 1 microgram/ml concentrations but had no significant effect on granulosa and corpus luteum cells at any dose level. 6-keto-PGF1 alpha (stable metabolite of PGI2) was without effect in the present system. The lack of effect of PGI2 at lower concentrations was not altered by either differentiation of the cells with FSH and testosterone or addition of steroid precursors, testosterone and pregnenolone. The present results indicate that AA-stimulated steroid production in the goat ovarian cell type is mediated by prostaglandins other than PGI2 though PGI2 itself can positively modulate the steroid production.  相似文献

It has been shown that subcutaneous injection of pentagastrin to mice in doses 0.01-5 micrograms per animal during 10 days resulted in a considerable stimulation of the immune response to sheep red blood cells (SRBC). Pentagastrin in doses of 5 and 1 micrograms per animal was demonstrated to have the highest immunostimulating effect. These doses increased the production of IGM-antibody-forming cells 2.2-2.7-fold and produced a twofold elevation of the antibody titer. Pentagastrin did not influence the immune response to thymus independent Vi-antigen. The in vitro treatment of mouse bone marrow cells with pentagastrin (0.1 or 0.01 microgram/ml) increased the number of Thy-1 positive cells from 0 to 16-17%. Pentagastrin at a dose of 0.001 microgram/ml was not effective.  相似文献

Genistein, an isoflavone putative tyrosine kinase inhibitor, was used to investigate the coupling of insulin receptor tyrosine kinase activation to four metabolic effects of insulin in the isolated rat adipocyte. Genistein inhibited insulin-stimulated glucose oxidation in a concentration-dependent manner with an ID50 of 25 micrograms/ml and complete inhibition at 100 micrograms/ml. Genistein also prevented insulin's (10(-9) M) inhibition of isoproterenol-stimulated lipolysis with an ID50 of 15 micrograms/ml and a complete effect at 50 micrograms/ml. The effect of genistein (25 micrograms/ml) was not reversed by supraphysiological (10(-7) M) insulin levels. In contrast, genistein up to 100 micrograms/ml had no effect on insulin's (10(-9) M) stimulation of either pyruvate dehydrogenase or glycogen synthase activity. We determined whether genistein influenced insulin receptor beta-subunit autophosphorylation or tyrosine kinase substrate phosphorylation either in vivo or in vitro by anti-phosphotyrosine immunoblotting. Genistein at 100 micrograms/ml did not inhibit insulin's (10(-7) M) stimulation of insulin receptor tyrosine autophosphorylation or tyrosine phosphorylation of the cellular substrates pp185 and pp60. Also, genistein did not prevent insulin-stimulated autophosphorylation of partially purified human insulin receptors from NIH 3T3/HIR 3.5 cells or the phosphorylation of histones by the activated receptor tyrosine kinase. In control experiments using either NIH 3T3 fibroblasts or partially purified membranes from these cells, genistein did inhibit platelet-derived growth factor's stimulation of its receptor autophosphorylation. These findings indicate the following: (a) Genistein can inhibit certain responses to insulin without blocking insulin's stimulation of its receptor tyrosine autophosphorylation or of the receptor kinase substrate tyrosine phosphorylation. (b) In adipocytes genistein must block the stimulation of glucose oxidation and the antilipolytic effects of insulin at site(s) downstream from the insulin receptor tyrosine kinase. (c) The inhibitory effects of genistein on hormonal signal transduction cannot necessarily be attributed to inhibition of tyrosine kinase activity, unless specifically demonstrated.  相似文献

The influence of the thymic hormone, not imported preparation, taktivin, on the corticosterone production by the mouse (females, BALB/c) isolated adrenocortical cells was investigated. Taktivin (0.08 and 2 micrograms/ml) reliably decreased corticosterone production by the intact cells. After stimulation of the cells by the adrenocorticotropin, the suppressive effect of the thymic hormone was expressed more strongly. On the background of ACTH (1.6 microIU/ml) taktivin (0.00064-0.4 microgram/ml) decreased corticosterone production to a basal level. When the cells were stimulated by ACTH (1600 microIU/ml) taktivin (0.000125-2 micrograms/ml) decreased corticosterone production to a marked degree. These facts witness the important role of taktivin polypeptide components in realization of cooperation between the immune and endocrine systems.  相似文献

The addition of a microfilament-disorganizing agent--dihydrocytochalasin B B (5-10 micrograms/ml)--to to quiescent confluent or sparse (in 0.5% serum) Swiss 3T3 cells, 1-2 hours prior to stimulation, inhibited the initiation of DNA synthesis induced by an epidermal growth factor (7.5-10 ng/ml) and insulin (0.5-1.0 micrograms/ml), but exerted a low effect on serum stimulation. DNA synthesis was measured 21-23 hours after the growth factor administration by 14C-thymidine incorporation in acid-insoluble material and the ratio of this fraction to exogenous thymidine uptake. Moreover, the polar solvent dimethylsulfoxide, present in culture medium at low concentration (0.1-0.5%), also caused a decrease in the basal level of 14C-thymidine incorporation in resting cells, and a less decrease in the induced incorporation.  相似文献

Fragments of chopped lung from indomethacin treated guinea-pigs had an anti-aggregating effect when added to human platelet rich plasma (PRP), probably due to the production of prostacyclin (PGI2) since the effect was inhibited by 15-hydroperoxy arachidonic acid (15-HPAA, 10 micrograms ml(-1)). Both 15-HPAA (1-20 micrograms ml(-1) min (-1)) and 13-hydroperoxy linoleic acid (13-HPLA, 20 micrograms ml(-1) min(-1)) caused a marked enhancement of the anaphylactic release of histamine, slow-reacting substance of anaphylaxis (SRS-A) and rabbit aorta contracting substance (RCS) from guinea-pig isolated perfused lungs. This enhancement was not reversed by the concomitant infusion of either PGI2 (5 micrograms ml(-1) min (-1)) or 6-oxo-prostaglandin F1alpha (6-oxo-PGF1alpha, 5 micrograms ml(-1) min(-1)). Anaphylactic release of histamine and SRS-A from guinea-pig perfused lungs was not inhibited by PGI2 (10 ng - 10 microgram ml(-1) min(-1)) but was inhibited by PGE2 (5 and 10 micrograms ml(-1) min (-1)). Antiserum raised to 5,6-dihydro prostacyclin (PGI1) in rabbits, which also binds PGI2, had no effect on the release of anaphylactic mediators. The fatty acid hydroperoxides may enhance mediator release either indirectly by augmenting thromboxane production or by a direct effect on sensitized cells. The influence of dimethyl sulphoxide (I), penicillin/streptomycin (II), gentamicin (III), and amphotericin B (IV) on growing human T-lymphoma cells was measured by microcalorimetry. There was a dose-dependent decrease in the heat production rate of the cells after 24 h of incubation with I in concentrations ranging from 0-2% (v/v). At 3.6%, about half of the cells died. II and III had no effect on the cells after incubation for 6 days, at concentrations from 1 to 10 times that of the normal (50-500 IU/ml; 50-500 micrograms/ml). IV was used in combination with II (50 IU/ml; 50 micrograms/ml) and III (50 micrograms/ml), respectively, at concentrations between 0.25 and 7.5 micrograms/ml. After 6 days of incubation, the results were similar to those obtained with II and III separately.  相似文献

The polypeptide interleukin-1 (IL-1) is a cytokine that may mediate inflammation and connective tissue damage in rheumatoid arthritis (RA). We examined cytokine production by normal blood and by rheumatoid synovial mononuclear cells with sensitive (picomolar) assays. The assays were immunolabeling and immunoblotting with rabbit anti-IL-1 beta sera, and proliferation of the murine D10 cell line to IL-1. Little or no cytokine was detected in rheumatoid joint fluid or in exudate mononuclear cells from patients with acute rheumatoid flares. The mononuclear cells could be induced to make IL-1 upon stimulation with lipopolysaccharide (LPS). The responsive cells were monocytes, since all could be double-labeled with anti-IL-1 and the monocyte-specific CD14 antibody. More than 80% of the synovial fluid monocytes made IL-1 beta after 24 hr in 2 ng/ml LPS. Other agents failed to induce IL-1 from enriched populations of monocytes including interferon gamma (IFN-gamma), poly (I/C), phorbol myristate acetate (PMA), concanavalin A (Con A), phytohemagglutinin (PHA), and anti-CD3 antibodies. Relatively high levels of dendritic cells (DC) were present in RA effusions, but these did not produce IL-1 in response to any of the above stimuli. Blood dendritic cells also did not make IL-1, whereas blood monocytes responded comparably to synovial exudate cells. The data indicate that rheumatoid exudate monocytes make very little IL-1 during acute flares of arthritis and that this cytokine is primarily a macrophage rather than a dendritic cell product.  相似文献

The effects of 17 beta-estradiol (E2), epidermal growth factor (EGF) and insulin, alone or in association on guinea-pig uterine epithelial cell proliferation were examined in serum-free culture conditions. Primary cultures of epithelial cells were made quiescent by serum depletion, then incubated in a chemically defined medium. In this medium, insulin increased DNA synthesis but not in a dose-dependent manner for concentrations ranging from 0.2 to 10 micrograms/ml. A significant effect of EGF was found only for the highest concentration tested (100 ng/ml). E2 alone or in the presence of insulin (1 microgram/ml) had no effect whatsoever on the concentration tested (10(-10)-10(-5)M). Insulin (10 micrograms/ml) plus EGF (100 ng/ml) exerted on DNA synthesis and cell proliferation a significant additive effect which was identical to the growth stimulation induced by 10% fetal calf serum. The effects of insulin plus EGF were not modified by the addition of E2. These findings suggest that E2 is not directly mitogenic for uterine epithelial cells in defined culture conditions and that the mitogenic response to optimal concentration of insulin plus EGF is independent of E2.  相似文献

Interactions between interleukin 8 (IL-8) and endothelial cells play an important role in the emigration of mononuclear cells from the blood into areas of inflammation. We examined the ability of specific second-line antirheumatic drugs to regulate (IL-8) gene expression and protein secretion in interleukin 1 (IL-1) stimulated human umbilical vein endothelial cells and peripheral blood mononuclear cells. The drugs sodium aurothiomalate, D-penicillamine and sulphasalazine were all able to modulate IL-8 mRNA synthesis in and protein secretion from endothelial cells. A bimodal effect was observed: at low concentrations IL-8 was suppressed, whereas higher concentrations resulted in an increased IL-8 production. In endothelial cells, treatment with hydrocortisone led to a linear suppression of IL-8 production in concentrations ranging from 0.5 micrograms/ml up to 500 micrograms/ml. Sulphapyridine, auranofin, hydroxychloroquine and methotrexate, had no effect on IL-8 secretion in endothelial cells. By contrast, 5-aminosalicylic acid induced a threefold increase in the IL-8 release. In peripheral blood mononuclear cells it was only possible to suppress the IL-8 production by hydrocortisone treatment. These results indicate that suppression of IL-8 production in endothelial cells could be an important factor in the mode of action for a number of second-line antirheumatic drugs.  相似文献

In vitro studies of PG production over a 24 h period by adherent rat peritoneal macrophages activated by serum-opsonized zymosan revealed that CSA (0.3-10 micrograms/ml) caused a dose-related inhibition of PGI2 (assayed as 6-oxo-PGF1 alpha) formation. Indomethacin (IND, 0.01-10 micrograms/ml) and dexamethasone (DEX, 0.01-10 micrograms/ml) also inhibited the PG production in a dose-related manner. When arachidonic acid (10 micrograms/ml) was added together with the inhibitors, there was no change in the level of PGI2 produced by IND-treated cells whilst the PGI2 levels of DEX- and CSA-treated cells were elevated to the control level. Therefore CSA like DEX does not inhibit cyclo-oxygenase activity. However unlike DEX, CSA (1-30 micrograms/ml) caused inhibition of phospholipase A2 (PLA2) activity when assayed on the hydrolysis of a synthetic substrate by pancreatic PLA2 in a cell-free system. The direct inhibition of PLA2 might well be a manifestation of the fundamental activity of CSA on immunocompetent cells.  相似文献

Fetal bovine ligamentum nuchae fibroblasts maintained in culture synthesized soluble elastin but were unable to form the insoluble elastic fiber. Secreted elastin precursors accumulated in culture medium and were measured using a radioimmunoassay for elastin. When elastin production was examined in ligament tissue from fetal calves of various gestational ages, cells from tissue taken during the last trimester of development produced significantly more elastin than did cells from younger fetal tissue, with maximal elastin synthesis occurring shortly before birth. Soluble elastin was detected in ligament cells plated at low density until proliferation began to be density inhibited and the cells became quiescent. Also, soluble elastin production per cell declined with increasing population doubling or with age in culture. Cells grown in the presence of 5% fetal calf serum produced approximately four times as much soluble elastin as cells grown in serum-free medium. The addition of dexamethasone (0.1 microM) and bleomycin (1 microgram/ml) increased soluble elastin production by cultured cells 180% and 50%, respectively, whereas theophylline (5 micrograms/ml) depressed production 50% and antagonized stimulation by dexamethasone. Ascorbate (50 micrograms/ml), soybean trypsin inhibitor (1 mg/ml), insulin (100 microunits/ml), and aminoacetonitrile (50 micrograms/ml) had no effect, but cycloheximide at 10(-4) M completely inhibited soluble elastin production. In contrast to cells in culture, ligament tissue minces (ligament cells surrounded by in vivo extracellular matrix) efficiently incorporated soluble elastin precursors into insoluble, cross-linked elastin. In addition, soluble elastin production per cell (per microgram of DNA) was higher in tissue minces than elastin production by cells maintained on plastic. These results suggest a role for extracellular matrix in formation of the elastic fiber and in stabilizing elastin phenotypic expression by ligament fibroblasts. Fibroblasts from the bovine ligamentum nuchae present an excellent model for in vitro studies of elastin biosynthesis.  相似文献
