The results of the comparative study of antibiotic sensitivity of 138 Salmonella strains isolated from children patients in Krasnodar are presented. The isolates belonged to 9 serological types and were classified into 4 serogroups. Salmonella fo group B prevailed. The highest sensitivity was found with respect to neomycin. Strains sensitive to levomycetin and streptomycin were rare. Single strains were sensitive to all antibiotics tested. A tendency to polyresistance in ever increasing numbers of the strains was noted, which should be taken into consideration in treatment of salmonellesis in children with antibacterial drugs.  相似文献

Sensitivity of 92 strains of the causative agent of pseudotuberculosis isolated in the Ukraine was studied with respect to 26 antibacterial drugs. It was found that the strains of the pseudotuberculous bacteria were sensitive to 17 drugs, i.e. benzylpenicillin, ampicillin, carbenicillin, cephaloridin, chloramphenicol, tetracycline, streptomycin, neomycin, monomycin, kanamycin, gentamicin, polymyxin, colistin, furadontin, nalidixic acid, sulfisoxazol and septrin. No differences in the sensitivity of the strains isolated in various districts of the Ukraine and from various sources were found. By their antibiotic sensitivity the strains isolated in the Ukraine did not differ from the cultures isolated in other districts of the USSR and abroad.  相似文献

Lactobacilli constitute a significant part of the microbial population in the gastrointestinal tract of humans and animals. Sensitivity of intestinal lactobacilli to 11 chemotherapeutic drugs was tested with the method of serial dilutions in the solid medium MRS under aerobic and anaerobic conditions. Criteria for dividing the organisms into sensitive and resistant ones with respect to the drugs are proposed. Prevalence of lactobacilli polyresistant strains in the intestine contents of healthy persons at the age of 25 to 50 years being in prolonged constant contact with antibiotics was shown. On the whole 77 various combinations of the antibiotic resistance markers were detected in 141 tested strains. The most frequent were isolated simultaneously resistant to 6 or 7 antibiotics. Different levels of the antibiotic resistance in the strains tested under the aerobic and anaerobic conditions were observed.  相似文献

Resistance of 159 strains of opportunistic enterobacteria to 9 antibacterial drugs was studied. The strains were isolated from man and cattle. It was shown that the overwhelming majority of the isolates (93 per cent) were polyresistant irrespective of the genus. There was a high frequency of the strains resistant to the widely used antibiotics such as chloramphenicol (73 per cent), ampicillin (73.6 per cent) and rifampicin (95.6 per cent) and sulfanilamides (99.3 per cent). Gentamicin and nalidixic acid proved to be the most active against the cultures: 11.9 and 10 per cent of the resistant strains, respectively. The strains of enterobacteria isolated from different sources had a sensitivity to the antibiotics. Multiple antibiotic resistance to at least 5 drugs, variability of the spectra and high resistance were more characteristic of the isolates from the animals. The necessity of a rational use of antibacterial drugs in veterinary is indicated.  相似文献

One hundred and sixty two antibiotic resistant strains of Salmonella isolated within 1984-1988 in Leningrad and the Leningrad Region were tested with respect to their sensitivity to new antibiotics and chemotherapeutics developed or being developed in the USSR. At the background of high numbers of circulating Salmonella strains resistant to the routinely used antibiotics such as doxycycline, streptomycin and gentamicin they appeared to be highly sensitive to amikacin, ciprofloxacin, pefloxacin and the 3rd generation cephalosporins i.e. ceftazidime and cefotaxime as well as to thienamycin. These modern antibacterial agents are possibly to be the drugs of choice in etiotropic treatment and chemoprophylaxis of septic acute intestinal infections due to Salmonella strains with multiple resistance. Resistance of individual Salmonella strains to cefotaxime and ceftazidime indicated that it was possible to use their property for additional labeling of the pathogens within a serological type of Salmonella while conducting epidemiological examinations during outbreaks of acute intestinal infections of Salmonella etiology.  相似文献

One hundred and thirty six Lactobacillus strains isolated from poultry and 23 Lactobacillus strains isolated from long-living persons were tested for their antibiotic sensitivity. Occurrence of some type determinants of resistance to aminoglycoside antibiotics and tetracyclines in the Lactobacillus strains resistant to these antibiotics was studied. The majority of the strains from the both collections were resistant to aminoglycosides (73 and 79 per cent, respectively). The isolates from the poultry were characterized by multiple resistance. The isolates from the long-living persons were most frequently resistant to one of two antibiotics. All the tested Lactobacillus strains isolated from the long-living persons were sensitive to tetracyclines. The species composition of the isolates was different. The antibiotic-resistant strains were detected in all the species involved in the study. By hybridization of Lactobacillus colonies with the probes containing various genes of the resistance it was shown that in 14 per cent of the antibiotic-resistant strains belonging to Lactobacillus the antibiotic resistance was controlled by the genes homologous to resistance genes widely distributed in gramnegative organisms. This indicated a possible wide exchange and heterologous expression of the antibiotic resistance determinants between microorganisms of various taxonomic groups.  相似文献

One hundred and forty one strains of Lactobacillus were isolated from intestinal contents of persons being in long-term contact with antibiotics. Their sensitivity to 10 chemotherapeutic agents was studied with the method of serial dilutions in solid media under aerobic and anaerobic conditions. A single administration of antibiotics in the therapeutic doses led to selection of Lactobacillus polyresistant strains in the intestine of rats. The antibiotic resistance spectrum of the Lactobacillus cultures was unstable and changed under nonselective conditions of their storage and after their lyophilization or short-term exposure to heat. The changes in the resistance spectrum were accompanied by changes in the plasmid profile. An electrophoretogram of plasmid DNA from the intestinal isolate L plantarum MT205 is presented. Relation between the marker of lincomycin resistance and the presence of plasmid DNA weighing 130 kb was shown in the isolate.  相似文献

Five hundred and twenty seven strains of Staphylococcus aureus with massive contamination of at least 10(3) when estimated quantitatively were tested for their sensitivity to antibiotics and chloramine B. The staphylococcal strains were isolated from patients, air and stock of rooms in medical institutions, from medical personnel and healthy persons having no long-term contacts with hospital media i. e. from pregnant women and workers of confectionery plants. Among the isolates there were strains simultaneously sensitive to antibiotics and chloramine B (16.6 per cent), sensitive to antibiotics but resistant to chloramine B (5.5 per cent), resistant to antibiotics but sensitive to chloramine B (63.1 per cent) and resistant to antibiotics and chloramine B (15.3 per cent). Staphylococci resistant simultaneously to antibiotics and chloramine B were isolated from the persons of all the groups and from the air and stock of the rooms in the medical institutions. This showed the necessity of controlling sensitivity or staphylococci circulating in hospital media not only to antibiotics but also to disinfectants for providing more efficient prophylaxis of intrahospital infections.  相似文献

Sensitivity of beta-hemolytic streptococci of group A, Streptococcus viridans, Staphylococcus aureus, epidermal staphylococci, pneumococci, Proteus and Ps. aeruginosa isolated in 1975-1978 from patients with tonsillitis, otitis, sinusitis and other otorhinolaryngological diseases was studied with respect to 19 antibiotics. Data on comparison of the antibiotic sensitivity of the microflora isolated from the patients with otorhinolaryngological diseases in 1964-1974 and 1975-1978 are presented. It was shown that beta-hemolytic streptococci were highly sensitive to all the antibiotics tested except tetracycline. Among Streptococcus viridans the strains resistant to many antibiotics were more frequent than among beta-hemolytic streptococci. Most of the Staphylococcus aureus strains were sensitive to gentamycin, cephaloridin, oxacillin and resistant to the other antibiotics. The epidermal staphylococci were characterized by approximately the same antibiotic sensitivity as Staphylococcus aureus. Resistance of the predominating majority of the Pneumococcus strains to tetracycline was noted. Proteus and Ps. aeruginosa were resistant to all the antibiotics except aminoglycosides. The microflora isolated from the cases with otorhinolaryngological diseases in 1975-1978 were mainly characterized by lower antibiotic sensitivity than that isolated from the cases with the same diseases in 1964-1974. It is possible to suppose that the microorganisms isolated from the patients with otorhinolaringological diseases had no significant differences with respect to their antibiotic sensitivity from those isolated from the patients with other pathological processes.  相似文献

beta-lactamase production was evaluated by chromogenic cephalosporin 87/312 in 116 E. coli isolated from clinical sources. Such test revealed beta-lactamase production in 54 strains out of 116 (46%): MICs of eight beta-lactam antibiotics (Ampicillin, Piperacillin, Cefazoline, Cephaloridine, Cephalexine, Cefuroxime, Cefotaxime, Cefotaxime) were determined using a miniaturized dilution broth method. Cefotaxime and Ceftriaxome and Ceftriaxone showed the highest antibacterial activity. All beta-lactamases produced by E. coli strains under examination were isolated and purified by ultrasonic disruption and high speed centrifugation. Sensitivity of the eight antibiotics to purified beta-lactamases was assessed by a spectrophotometric method that utilizes the velocity of cytochrome c reduction. The sensitivity to beta-lactamases was reflected in the in vitro activity of the antibiotics as assessed by the determination of the MICs.  相似文献

目的 了解重症监护病房(ICU)耐亚胺培南铜绿假单胞菌(IRPA)的金属β-内酰胺酶(MBLs)的产生情况及其耐药特性,为临床抗感染治疗提供依据.方法 对深圳市观澜人民医院2010年1月至2011年12月ICU分离的587株铜绿假单胞菌(PAE),用双纸片协同试验检测MBLs产生情况,用VITEK 2 compact全自动微生物分析系统检测其对17种抗生素的耐药性.结果 在587株PAE中,IRPA 127株,占21.6%;IRPA对其中7种抗生素为全耐药,对其余10种抗生素的耐药率也在40%以上;IRPA组及亚胺培南敏感铜绿假单胞菌(ISPA)组两组间对常用抗生素的耐药率比较,除AMP、CZO、FTN、SXT、SAM及CTT外,两组其余抗生素的耐药率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);在127株IRPA中,产MBLs 45株,产酶率为35.4%.结论 IRPA的检出率较高,多药耐药现象较严重,产MBLs是PAE对IPM及头孢类抗菌药物耐药的主要原因之一,应参考实验室的药敏结果,合理选用抗菌药物.  相似文献

A total of 59 "epidemic" strains of S. typhimurium and 52 cultures isolated from the cases with sporadic diseases were studied with respect to the nature of their resistance to 10 antibiotics and virulence for albino mice under conditions of subcutaneous and oral inoculation. The virulence of the cultures isolated from the cases with sporadic diseases was higher in the strains sensitive to antibiotics. The "epidemic" strains were characterized by the lowest virulence for the mice and resistance to 8-10 antibiotics simultaneously with the transmissive nature of resistance to 1-5 drugs. The transmissive nature of resistance to antibiotics and its spectrum may serve an additional epidemiological marker of the strains.  相似文献

A total of 206 strains of various staphylococcal species isolated from various sources were studied with respect to their sensitivity to 18 antibiotics. The number of strains poly-resistant to the antibiotics was almost the same among Staph. aureus and Staph. epidermidis, i. e. 54.8 and 51.3 per cent respectively. The coagulase-negative and mannitol-negative variants of Staph. aureus and Staph. epidermidis possessing high biological activity (10-14 properties) were resistant to more antibiotics as compared to the low active strains.  相似文献

Sensitivity of 6 F. tularensis strains to 57 antibiotics and synthetic antibacterial drugs was studied. It was shown that the strains were highly sensitive to aminoglycosides, tetracyclines, anzamycins, quinolones, chloramphenicol, nitrofurantoin, nitroxoline, novobiocin and fusidin and resistant to penicillins, cephalosporins, polypeptides, vancomycin and sulfanylamides. The interrace differences in F. tularensis could be detected only by sensitivity to erythromycin, oleandomycin and spiramycin. There was observed no cross resistance to streptomycin and other aminoglycosides in F. tularensis. Assay of F. tularensis sensitivity to antibacterial drugs of various groups with the rapid photometric procedure and the agar diffusion method revealed that the results were highly comparable.  相似文献

Phagocytic reaction with respect to antibiotic and chloramine B sensitive and resistant staphylococci isolated from healthy persons and patients, air and stock of medical institutions was studied on albino mice. It was shown that the staphylococcal isolates included strains simultaneously sensitive to antibiotics and chloramine, sensitive to antibiotics and resistant to chloramine, resistant to antibiotics and sensitive to chloramine and simultaneously resistant to antibiotics and chloramine. Activity, intensity and completeness of phagocytosis by leucocytes from mouse abdominal cavity exudates with respect to the staphylococcal strains sensitive to antibiotics and resistant to chloramine, resistant to antibiotics and sensitive to chloramine and simultaneously resistant to antibiotics and chloramine were lower than the values of the phagocytic reaction with respect to the isolates simultaneously sensitive to antibiotics and chloramine. This suggested that not only antibiotic resistance of microbes but also their resistance to disinfectants could be referred to complicating factors of hospital infections.  相似文献

目的分析哺乳期乳房脓肿患者的金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药情况,指导临床合理使用抗菌药物。方法将厦门市妇幼保健院乳腺门诊及病房2009年2月至2011年1月抽取的128例哺乳期乳房脓肿患者的乳腺脓液接种于哥伦比亚血平板,置35℃培养箱,过夜孵育18~24 h。革兰阳性球菌,触酶阳性,血浆凝固酶试验(+),必要时采用ATB-Expression细菌鉴定系统确认。用K-B纸片法检测其对苯唑西林等10种抗菌药物的敏感度。结果 128例检出细菌86例,阳性率67.2%,其中检出74株金黄色葡萄球菌(86.0%),其对青霉素、红霉素和克林霉素有较强的耐药性,耐药率分别为94.6%、64.9%和59.5%;耐苯唑西林19株(25.7%),对复方新诺明、磷霉素和庆大霉素较为敏感,对万古霉素、替考拉宁和左旋氧氟沙星100%敏感。结论哺乳期乳房脓肿致病菌主要为金黄色葡萄球菌,耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)占25.7%,其耐药情况不容忽视,青霉素类、大环内酯类等耐药率较高不能作为经验用药。建议临床使用抗菌药物前及时送检乳腺脓液细菌培养,以药敏结果指导临床合理经济用药。  相似文献

Sensitivity of 125 strains of group B streptococci isolated from newborns, their mothers and personnel in a maternity home was studied with respect to 12 antibiotics: benzylpenicillin, ampicillin, methicillin, cephalotin, erythromycin, lincomycin, levomycetin (chloramphenicol), oxacillin, tetracycline, streptomycin, gentamicin and ristomycin. The method of serial dilutions in a solid medium was applied. All the strains were sensitive to ristomycin and erythromycin. The predominating number of the strains were sensitive to lincomycin, levomycetin and the beta-lactam antibiotics. Strains resistant or moderately resistant to benzylpenicillin, ampicillin, oxacillin, methicillin and cephalotin were detected. The majority of the strains were resistant to streptomycin, tetracycline and gentamicin. Multiple antibiotic resistance with 2-7 determinants was revealed in 11.2 per cent of the strains. The antibiotic sensitivity of the strains isolated from the newborns, their mothers and the personnel in the maternity home was on the whole similar or insignificantly differed.  相似文献

One hundred and thirty strains of Corynebacterium diphtheriae isolated in St. Petersburg (42 toxigenic and 88 nontoxigenic) were tested with the method of serial dilutions in solid media for their susceptibility to 20 antibacterial drugs. The MICs of the drugs for the isolates ranged from < or = 0.015 to > or = 32.0 micrograms/ml. 13 per cent of the isolates was resistant at least to one antibacterial drug. The isolates resistant to erythromycin (11.5 per cent), lincomycin (11.5 per cent) and trimethoprim (8.5 per cent) were most frequent. 3 isolates (2.3 per cent) had multiple resistance to 8 drugs: benzylpenicillin, ampicillin, oxacillin, chloramphenicol, erythromycin, lincomycin, trimethoprim, and nitroxolin. No significant differences in the susceptibility of the toxigenic and nontoxigenic strains of C. diphtheriae were detected. Gentamicin, rifampicin, tetracycline, doxycycline and pefloxacin were the most active antibiotics.  相似文献

A total of 373 strains of S. typhi isolated in 1970-1982 were tested with respect to their sensitivity to 9 antibiotics active against gram-negative bacteria. It was shown that about 1/3 of the isolates were resistant to 1-3 antibiotics. Among the resistant isolates the number of strains resistant to 4-5 and more antibiotics amounted to 12.5 per cent. The plasmid nature of the antibiotic resistance in the isolated strains of S. typhi was shown. Transmissive R plasmids were detected in 13 per cent of the strains studied. Within the last 5 years there was an increase in the proportion of strains with transmissive R plasmids in patients with sporadic typhoid fever or especially in groups of patients with the disease.  相似文献

Four hundred and twenty two pneumococcal strains isolated from 300 patients with chronic nonspecific pneumonia and bronchitis were studied with respect to their sensitivity to 18 antibiotics within a period from 1982 to 1985. It was shown with the method of serial dilutions on solid media that 91.7, 87.8, 85 and 81 per cent of the isolates were sensitive to benzylpenicillin, ampicillin, lincomycin and cefuroxime, respectively. A significant percentage of the pneumococcal strains had decreased sensitivity to benzylpenicillin (MIC close to the therapeutic concentration). On this basis it was recommended to use lower concentrations of benzylpenicillin (less than 0.25 units/ml) in assay of sensitivity in clinical strains of Pneumococcus.  相似文献
