Five new iridoids, namely rupesin A-E (1-5, resp.), together with six known iridoids, 6-11, were isolated from the roots of Patrinia rupestris. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including IR, UV, MS, and 1D- and 2D-NMR experiments, and comparison with data of known analogues. Compounds 4 and 11, compounds 1, 2, 5, 6, 8, 9, and 10, and compounds 3, 4, and 8 showed significant antibacterial activities against Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, and Staphylococcus aureus, respectively.  相似文献

Suspension cultures were made from the vegetative tissues ofanthers of the grape rootstock Vitis rupestris Scheele cv. RupestrisSt George. Cell lines and somatic embryos were isolated whichgrew in agitated liquid media containing up to 150 mM NaCl.Exposure to NaCl (50–100 mM) promoted outgrowth of secondarysomatic embryos but inhibited development of plantlets. Withinsomatic embryos the cotyledon and hypocotyl tissues were moretolerant of NaCl than root tissues. Elongation of the radiclein embryos in the presence of NaCl (50 mM) was associated withnecrosis and death of root tissue but hypocotyls and cotyledonsremained viable and continued to produce callus and secondarysomatic embryos. The usefulness of the cell culture approachin selecting for salt tolerance is questioned.  相似文献

Agonistic encounters between pairs of adult rick bass, Ambloplites rupestris were observed and the behaviour and changes in coloration of the dominant and subordinate individuals analysed. Dominance coloration involved the establishment of a high degree of visual contrast, whereas subordinate coloration made the animals darker and their coloration less striking, thus perhaps serving a protective function.  相似文献

通过愈伤组织诱导不定芽发生途径,建立了崖白菜的组培再生体系,研究了崖白菜幼嫩子房和不同植物生长调节剂对其愈伤组织诱导和不定芽发生的影响。结果表明,以崖白菜的幼嫩子房作为外植体,诱导子房分化形成愈伤组织的最适培养基为MS+6.BA1.0mg·L-1+2,4-D0.2mg·L-1,诱导率可达82.83%;最适的不定芽分化培养基为Ms+6-BA0.5mg·L-1+NAA0.1mg·L-1;诱导不定芽生根的最适培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.1mg·L-1。  相似文献

The tuber of Humirianthera rupestris (Icacinaceae) contains the degraded diterpenoids 3β,20-epoxy-30α- hydroxy- 14-oxo-9β-podocarpan-19,6β-olide (humirianthenolide A), 3β,20-epoxy-3α,14α-dihydroxy-9β-podocarpan-19,6β- olide (humirianthenolide B), 3β,20; 16,14-diepoxy-3α-hydroxy-17-nor-15-oxo-9β-abiet-13-en-19,6β-olide (humirianthenolide C), 3β,20-epoxy-3α,14-dihydroxy-13-oxo-9β-podocarp-8(14)-en-19,6β-olide (humirianthenolide D), 3β,20-epoxy-3α-hidroxy-14-oxo-8α,9β-podocarpan-19,6β-olide (humirianthenolide E) and 3β,20-epoxy-3α,14β- dihydroxy-8α,9β-podocarpan-19,6β-olide (humirianthenolide F). 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy were efrective for the determination of the humirianthenolide structures.  相似文献

Using in vitro-flower experimental system of Taihangia rupestris Yü et Li in which development or abortion of stamens could be controlled by temperature, the cytological and cytochemical changes in both development and abortion processes of the stamens were comparatively studied. Cytological changes of the stamen abortion initiated at the microsporocyte stage before which normal cytological process were seen from stamen primordium to primary microsporocyte stage. However, despite of the normal cytological process, polysaccharide accumulation was never observed in the cells of anther and filament where as in the normally developing stamens polysaccharide accumulation must largely occurred in those cells mentioned above. The author considered that such cytochemical changes prior to the morphological deviances might be of great significance to approach the cause of tempera-ture-induced male sterility.  相似文献

A phytochemical investigation of the leaf exudate of Aloe marlothii has resulted in the isolation of a new chromone (7-O-methylaloeresin A) and a new anthrone (5-hydroxyaloin A 6'-O-acetate). Furthermore 7-O-methylaloesin was isolated as a natural product for the first time from the leaf exudate of Aloe rupestris. The structure elucidation of these compounds was based on spectral data including 2D NMR. The chemotaxonomic value of 7-O-methylaloesin in Aloe series Asperifoliae and section Pachydendron is discussed.  相似文献

Somatic embryogenesis from leaf- and petiole-derived calli of Vitis rupestris was obtained with an efficiency of 3.2% and 4.2% of plated explants, respectively on two combinations of 6-benzyladenine and 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (1/0.1 and 1/1 mgl–1) added to MS medium. Embryogenic callus, embryo subcultures and somatic embryogenesis from somatic embryos were obtained either in the presence of 1 mgl–1 indole-3-acetic acid or 0.1 mgl–1 indole-3-butyric acid added to MS or NN media. Within a 4-month culture, embryo germination occurred at a frequency of 13% of explanted embryos when chilling at 4°C was provided for two weeks and a combination of 6-benzyladenine (1 mgl–1) with indole-3-butyric acid (0.1 mgl–1) was added to NN medium supplemented with casein hydrolysate (250 mgl–1). We developed and optimized 15 polymorphic microsatellite loci in the jungle perch, Kuhlia rupestris. Loci were screened in a single population (n = 24) from Fraser Island, Queensland, Australia. Number of alleles per locus ranged from 3 to 19 and observed heterozygosity from 0.25 to 1. No significant linkage disequilibrium was detected between any pair of loci. Genotype proportions for these loci in the population sampled were in Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium.  相似文献

Aim Our aim was to elucidate the postglacial migration of Viola rupestris F.W. Schmidt, with its two subspecies, rupestris and relicta Jalas, in Europe, using molecular methods. Location Norway, Sweden, Finland, England, the Netherlands, France and Switzerland. Methods Isoenzymes were analysed from 49 populations of Viola rupestris s.lat. Based on former experience of variation in the taxon, the following were included: aspartate aminotransferase, leucine/aminopeptidase, and phosphoglucomutase, yielding a total of nine interpretable and six variable (putative) loci. Results Six multilocus phenotypes were revealed (A–F). Phenotype A (only one individual) is restricted to northern Norway, B is shared by all populations in northern Norway and an isolated population on the west coast of southern Norway (Møre). Phenotype B comes close to C, co‐occurring with D in England, the latter also occurring in southern France. Phenotypes E and F occur in the rest of Europe. Main conclusions Viola rupestris ssp. relicta Jalas, previously known only from northern Scandinavia (northern unicentric), was discovered on the west coast of southern Norway (Møre), making the taxon ‘bicentric’. Populations are connected through a putative migration route from the Grands Causses in southern France (Massif Central) via England and western Norway to northern Scandinavia. The Grands Causses might represent a glacial refugium.  相似文献

Photoinhibition of photosynthesis was investigated in Vitis berlandieri and Vitis rupestris leaves under field conditions at different sampling time in a day. The degree of photoinhibition was determined by means of the ratio of variable to maximum chlorophyll fluorescence (Fv/Fm) and photosynthetic electron transport measurements. When the photochemical efficiency of PS2, Fv/Fm, markedly declined, F0 increased significantly in leaves of V. berlandieri, while F0 did not increase in V. rupestris leaves. Isolated thylakoids of leaves of V. berlandieri showed significant inhibition of whole chain and PS2 activities at midday. A smaller inhibition was observed for V. rupestris. Later, the leaves reached maximum PS2 efficiencies similar to those observed early in the morning during sampling at evening. The artificial exogenous electron donor Mn2+ failed to restore PS2 activity in both species, while DPC and NH2OH significantly restored PS2 activity in V. rupestris midday leaf samples. Quantification of the PS2 reaction centre protein D1 and 33 kDa protein of water splitting complex following midday exposure of leaves showed pronounced differences between V. berlandieri and V. rupestris leaves. The marked loss of PS2 activity noticed in midday samples was mainly due to the marked loss of D1 protein in V. berlandieri while in V. rupestris it was the 33 kDa protein.  相似文献

利用ISSR引物检测太行花的遗传多态性,以揭示太行花原变种和缘毛太行花变种的遗传分化和相互关系.结果表明,太行花拥有较高的遗传多态性(PPL=70.65,He=0.249 0,I=0.374 3),两个变种具有近似的遗传多态性值,遗传一致性高达0.940 6.ISSR标记监测到两变种间存在着广泛的基因交流,Nm=4.907 1.根据遗传相似系数,两变种的绝大部分个体分别被聚到各自的类群,这一结果从核酸水平上支持了变种的划分.太行花种内高度的遗传变异,为其驯化和新品种的培育提供了丰富的遗传基础.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the dichloromethane extract of the dried aerial parts of Corydalis rupestris (Papaveraceae) resulted in the identification of four new isoquinoline alkaloids rupestrines A-D and one known isoquinoline alkaloid, namely, stylopine. The structures of these compounds were characterized by extensive spectroscopic methods including 1D- (1H and 13C) and 2D NMR experiments (COSY, HSQC, HMBC, and NOESY) as well as HRESIMS analyses. In addition, the absolute configurations of rupestrines A-D were determined using modified Mosher’s method. Cytotoxic effects of alkaloids and their interaction with albumin were also investigated in this study.  相似文献

Photoinhibition of photosynthesis was studied in Vitis berlandieri and Vitis rupestris leaves under controlled conditions (irradiation of detached leaves to about 1900 micromol m(-2) s(-1)). The degree of photoinhibition was determined by means of the ratio of variable to maximum chlorophyll (Chl) fluorescence (Fv/Fm) and electron transport measurements. The potential efficiency of PS2, Fv/Fm declined, Fo increased significantly in leaves of V. berlandieri, while Fo decreased in V. rupestris. In isolated thylakoids, the rate of whole chain and PS2 activity markedly decreased in high light irradiated more in leaves of V. berlandieri than in leaves of V. rupestris. A smaller inhibition of PS1 activity was also observed in both leaves. In the subsequent dark incubation, fast recovery was observed in both leaves and reached maximum PS2 efficiencies similar to those observed in non-photoinhibited leaves. The artificial exogenous electron donors DPC, NH2OH and Mn2+ failed to restore the high light induced loss of PS2 activity in V. berlandieri leaves, while DPC and NH2OH significantly restored in V. rupestris leaves. It is concluded that high light inactivates on the donor side of PS2 and acceptor side of PS2 in V. rupestris and V. berlandieri leaves, respectively. Quantification of the PS2 reaction center protein D1 and 33 kDa protein of water splitting complex following high light exposure of leaves showed pronounced differences between V. berlandieri and V. rupestris leaves. The marked loss of PS2 activity in high light irradiated leaves was due to the marked loss of D1 protein and 33 kDa protein in V. berlandieri and V. rupestris leaves, respectively.  相似文献

Settlement of young occurred mostly between June and September. Monthly increments in coil diameter of tubes were about 0.5 to 0.7 mm between September and January, but only about 0.2 mm between January and March. Growth seems to continue throughout life, which lasts for about a year. Breeding may begin at a coil diameter of about 2 mm, but is more prolific in larger individuals. Maturation of gametes occurred slowly at 5C, more rapidly at higher temperatures. Spawning occurs between March and October, particularly between April and September. Incubation lasts for much more than a fortnight and there was no trace of the neap tide breeding rhythm seen in closely related species.  相似文献
