以3个品质类型春小麦品种的施肥和播期试验为基础,通过建立籽粒蛋白质含量形成动态的拟合方程,定量揭示籽粒蛋白质含量形成动态及氮磷肥与气象条件的影响效应。结果表明,灌浆期籽粒蛋白质含量随时间动态变化的普遍规律符合一元三次多项式曲线,即呈自开花始先降低后升高的单谷曲线变化。氮磷肥与气象条件的影响及基因型差异通过方程特征量而体现。氮水平增加,高蛋白品种蛋白质含量增加,动态曲线谷值和峰值均明显提高且出现时间分别提前和推后。磷水平增加,高蛋白强筋品种蛋白质含量降低,高蛋白中筋品种则增加;高蛋白品种谷值和峰值均提高且出现时间推迟。低蛋白品种蛋白质含量随氮磷肥变化不明显且幅度很小。在没有水分胁迫的情况下,光温互作是影响籽粒蛋白质含量动态形成的首要因子,其次为降水;而气温日较差则为最敏感因子。较高光温条件互作前提下,增加灌浆期温度日较差使高蛋白品种蛋白质含量提高,低蛋白品种则降低。高蛋白相比于低蛋白品种更易受氮磷水平和气象条件影响。  相似文献

The amino acid composition of raw protein of ten regional varieties of rice harvested in 1972 and 1973 was investigated. The amino acid composition was measured in the Hd-1200e analyzer. Coefficients of variations in the content of protein and invididual amino acids were determined in relation to the rice variety. Consistent correlation between the lysine concentration in the protein and the protein content in the grain was established. The influence of climatic conditions on the protein accumulation in the rice grain was noted.  相似文献

研究了小麦不同品种开花后各地上器官游离氨基酸含量的变化动态及其与籽粒蛋白质含量的关系,以及氮素营养的调节作用。结果表明,小麦叶片和颖壳十穗轴游离氨基酸含量均在开花后持续增加,至花后14d达到最大值,之后开始下降。茎和叶鞘游离氨基酸含量则在开花后上升较缓慢,至花后21d达最大值。籽粒游离氨基酸含量一般在开花后就持续降低。各地上器官游离氨基酸含量与成熟期籽粒蛋白质含量均呈显著或极显著正相关,说明源器宫中游离氨基酸供应充足,有利于籽粒蛋白质积累。增施氮肥能够提高各地上器官中的游离氨基酸含量,进而促进籽粒蛋白质的合成,提高籽粒蛋白质含量。品种之间籽粒蛋白质含量的差异,是由各地上营养器官向籽粒运输氨基酸的综合作用所造成的。  相似文献

以耐弱光性不同的冬小麦品种扬麦158(耐弱光品种)和扬麦11(不耐弱光品种)为材料,研究了拔节至成熟期遮光对小麦籽粒产量、植株氮素代谢及籽粒和面团品质的影响.结果表明:拔节至成熟期遮光22%和33%时,扬麦158和扬麦11籽粒产量分别比对照下降4.1%~9.9%和15.3%~25.8%;而小麦籽粒蛋白质产量分别下降3.0%~8.3%和10.4%~14.1%,且随着遮光程度的加重,小麦籽粒氮素积累对花后氮素积累的依赖性增强.遮光条件下各营养器官中花前贮存氮素转运量均下降,但叶片氮素转运效率(RENP)上升,从而补偿了茎鞘、穗壳中RENP的下降,因此营养器官总RENP未受遮光条件的显著影响.拔节至成熟期遮光提高了小麦籽粒蛋白质含量,这与弱光下籽粒蛋白质积累量下降幅度小于产量下降幅度所形成的"浓缩效应"有关.弱光对成熟期小麦籽粒清蛋白和球蛋白含量无显著影响,但显著提高了醇溶蛋白和麦谷蛋白含量,导致小麦湿面筋含量、面团形成时间和稳定时间提高,面团弱化度降低.  相似文献

Rice grains (Oryza sativa L.) from three varieties and three pairs of lines with different protein content were collected at 4-day intervals from 4 to 32 days after flowering. The samples were analyzed for protein, free amino nitrogen, ribonucleic acid, protease activity, and ribonuclease activity. In addition, the capacity of the intact grain to incorporate amino acids was determined for the three pairs of lines. The maximal level of free amino nitrogen and the capacity of the developing grain to incorporate amino acids were consistently found to be higher in the samples with the high protein content in the mature grain. The ribonucleic acid content of the grain tended to be higher in the high protein samples.  相似文献

Two European and three North American spring oat varieties,selected for their variation in grain protein percentage, weregrown in a field experiment. Plants were sampled at regularintervals during growth and development, separated into grainand straw where appropriate, and analysed for protein and non-structuralcarbohydrate. Grain protein content increased throughout grain filling andvarietal differences were apparent during development and atmaturity. Grain non-structural carbohydrate also increased duringdevelopment but varietal differences were distinct only at maturitywhen the high-protein varieties were lower in grain non-structuralcarbohydrate. The ratio of protein to non-structural carbohydratein the grain was higher in the high protein varieties throughoutmost of the grain filling period and at maturity but there wereno varietal differences in total protein plus non-structuralcarbohydrate per grain. The protein and carbohydrate contentsof the straw declined during grain filling and although therewas varietal variation in the rate and degree of loss whichmay be associated with grain protein content, there was no indicationthat high protein was associated with a reduction in carbohydrateremobilisation.  相似文献

采取裂裂区试验设计,研究了播期和种植密度对强筋小麦临优145和中筋小麦临优2018蛋白质组分和品质性状的影响.结果表明:适期播种的小麦籽粒蛋白质含量和蛋白质产量均最高;推迟播期,强筋品种的醇溶蛋白和谷蛋白含量明显增加,而中筋品种变化不明显;强筋品种的品质性状受播期影响程度高于中筋品种.适期播种,小麦籽粒蛋白质、麦谷蛋白与湿面筋、沉降值、稳定时间、软化度和评价值呈显著或极显著正相关;推迟播期,醇溶蛋白与湿面筋含量呈显著正相关.播期变化引起的蛋白质各组分所占比例的改变是改善小麦品质性状的重要原因.在试验种植密度范围内(225万株·hm-2、300万株·hm-2和375万株·hm-2),小麦籽粒蛋白质含量变化不明显,密度对强筋品种的品质性状有一定调节作用;在低密度条件下(225万株·hm-2)中筋品种的品质性状最佳.  相似文献

在长期定位试验条件下,研究了黄土高原旱地粮草(小麦-红豆草)、粮豆(小麦-豌豆)和粮饲(小麦-玉米)3种典型轮作制度对小麦籽粒蛋白质营养品质的影响.结果表明: 轮作制度及茬口年限可对黄土高原旱地小麦籽粒蛋白质营养品质产生不同程度的影响.与连作小麦相比,实行小麦-红豆草轮作后,小麦籽粒蛋白质营养品质较稳定,且其籽粒蛋白质必需氨基酸含量、氨基酸评分、氨基酸比值系数、化学评分和氨基酸指数均较高,可作为黄土高原生产优质蛋白小麦的轮作制度;小麦与豌豆进行轮作,豌豆茬后1年小麦籽粒蛋白质营养品质较高,但豌豆茬后2年小麦籽粒蛋白质必需氨基酸含量较低,且多种必需氨基酸评分和化学评分低于连作小麦,必需氨基酸指数比连作小麦低12.2%,营养品质较低;虽然粮饲轮作小麦籽粒蛋白质营养品质较稳定,但其粗蛋白、必需氨基酸含量及氨基酸平衡程度均低于连作小麦.  相似文献

以鲁麦5号和昌乐5号两种不同蛋白质含量小麦品种为材料,研究了各生育期叶片NRA与氮素积累的关系。其结果是,在不同施氮量下,各生育期叶片NRA、NO3^--N、NH2-N、还原N含量皆随施氮量增加而增加,但生育前期昌乐5号的毕大于鲁麦5号,而生育后期则相反,鲁麦5号的皆大于昌乐5号,籽粒蛋白质含量亦为鲁麦5号高于昌乐5号。表明生育后期(开花期后)叶片NRA是反映籽粒蛋白质含量高低的一项重要指标。  相似文献

Released and pre-released bread wheat varieties evaluated in national wheat programme of India (503 genotypes) during 2005–14 under different environments were examined for the role of physiological parameters in grain quality. Genotypes with slow plant height growth but faster rate of grain filling enhanced protein content. Plants where growth in height and grain development was slow, grains were hard, provided proportionate vegetative growth phase is longer. Steady grain growth rate benefited gluten strength and gluten quality. Irrespective of total crop duration, longer reproductive phase was an effective indicator of higher flour recovery and test weight. Magnitude and significance of morphological attributes in grain quality was almost similar to that of physiological processes, therefore prospects of utilizing these field traits were examined to enhance grain properties. Early heading and longer grain filling was effective to increase test weight whereas delayed heading and shorter plant height enhanced protein content. Bold grains hampered grain hardness and delayed heading added more bran in the flour. Genotypes with poor grain bearing and quick grain ripening had lower sedimentation value. Instead of protein, it was wet gluten which expressed negative association with yield. To improvise gluten quality, extended reproductive phase but with less grain weight was helpful. Contribution of longer post-anthesis period was observed crucial in flour recovery. These useful simple field expressions can be deployed to uplift quality of wheat grains.  相似文献

在温室盆栽条件下,以2个不同蛋白质含量的冬小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)品种皖麦38和扬麦9为材料,研究了花后第4天开始的土壤干旱(SRWC=45%~50%)和渍水对籽粒蛋白质和淀粉积累关键调控酶活性的影响。小麦叶片和籽粒的测定结果均表明,小麦源库器官中籽粒蛋白质和淀粉积累的关键调控酶活性变化趋势在2个品种间基本一致。与对照(SRWC=75%~80%)相比,干旱和渍水均明显降低了花后旗叶中蔗糖含量和磷酸蔗糖合成酶(SPS)活性,而氨基酸含量和谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)活性略有下降。干旱和渍水均降低了籽粒库蔗糖合成酶(SS)和结合态淀粉合成酶(GBSS)活性,可溶性淀粉合成酶(SSS)活性降低尤甚。其中干旱处理下SS的下降比渍水更为明显。与对照相比,渍水明显降低了籽粒谷丙转氨酶(GPT)和GS活性,而干旱的影响较小。相关性分析结果表明籽粒淀粉产量和含量与SPS,SSS和GBSS活性的关系比与SS活性的关系更为密切,籽粒蛋白质产量和含量与叶中GS和籽粒中GPT活性的关系比与籽粒中GS关系活性更为密切。这些结果表明小麦源库器官中调控籽粒蛋白质和淀粉积累的关键酶活性变化是花后不同水分状况影响籽粒淀粉和蛋白质特性的重要因素。  相似文献

Five cultivars of barley with widely differing grain nitrogencontents were compared. In the absence of exogenous nitratesupply plants grown from high nitrogen grain showed a more rapidleaf emergence, greater leaf size, especially of the first leaf,higher photosynthetic rate and greater total souble proteinand Fraction 1 protein content of the first leaf, than plantsgrown from low nitrogen grain. However, early supply of nitrateto plants grown from low nitrogen grain enabled these to performas well as those from grain with a high nitrogen content. Regressionanalysis showed that Fraction 1 content of the first leaf isclosely correlated with grain nitrogen which exerts a progressivelygreater effect on content of this protein as application ofexogenous nitrate is delayed. The more rapid photosyntheticrate of plants grown with high nitrogen, and the consequentgreater rate of dry matter accumulation, is attributable mainlyto effects of nitrogen availability on leaf area and much lessto effects on leaf protein.  相似文献

Genetic variation among 78 irrigated bread wheat genotypes was studied for their nutritional value and baking quality traits as well as some agronomic traits. The experiment was conducted in a randomized complete block design with three replicates under normal and terminal drought stress conditions in Kermanshah, Iran during 2012–2013 cropping season. The results of combined ANOVA indicated highly significant genotypic differences for all traits. All studied traits except grain yield, hectoliter weight and grain fiber content were significantly affected by genotype × environment interaction. Drought stress reduced grain yield, thousand kernel weight, gluten index, grain starch content and hectoliter weight and slightly promoted grain protein and fiber contents, falling number, total gluten and ratio of wet gluten to grain protein content. Grain yield by 31.66% and falling number by 9.20% attained the highest decrease and increase due to drought stress. There were negative and significant correlations among grain yield with grain protein and fiber contents under both conditions. Results of cluster analysis showed that newer genotypes had more grain yield and gluten index than older ones, but instead, they had the lower grain protein and fiber contents. It is thought that wheat breeders have bred cultivars with high grain yield, low protein content, and improved bread-making attributes during last seven decades. While older genotypes indicated significantly higher protein contents, and some of them had higher gluten index. We concluded from this study that it is imperative for breeders to pay more attention to improve qualitative traits coordinated to grain yield.  相似文献

在防雨池栽培条件下,以2个优质强筋小麦品种(济麦20和藁城8901)为试验材料,研究了花后不同水分供应状况对籽粒产量、籽粒品质(粉质仪参数和面包体积)及其蛋白质组分的影响.结果表明:2个品种的籽粒产量、面粉的面团形成时间、面团稳定时间和制成面包体积均随花后灌水次数的增加呈先升高后降低的趋势;其中,花后灌1水(花后7 d)时藁城8901的籽粒产量最高,花后灌2水(花后7 d+花后14 d)时济麦20的籽粒产量最高;2个品种面粉的面团形成时间、面团稳定时间和制成面包体积均以花后灌1水时最优.单体蛋白含量、不溶性谷蛋白含量、谷蛋白总含量、蛋白质含量以及湿面筋含量也呈现类似的变化趋势.逐步回归分析表明,花后不同水分供应状况下,不溶性谷蛋白含量是影响面团稳定时间的关键因素,谷蛋白总含量与面包体积的变化密切相关.因此,为了保持优质强筋小麦品质的稳定性,水分管理应以改善籽粒蛋白质特别是谷蛋白组分的构成为目标.  相似文献

选用 6个不同品质类型小麦品种在 4个生态点进行分期播种试验, 系统分析了不同生态环境下小麦籽粒产量与品质的变异特征及其与主要气候生态因子间的关系。结果表明 :生态点、品种以及地点×品种互作对籽粒产量、千粒重、蛋白质、湿面筋和淀粉含量、沉降值与降落值的影响均达到显著水平 ;不同播种期处理对产量与淀粉含量的影响达到极显著水平, 而播种期×品种互作对千粒重、降落值、淀粉含量及沉降值的效应达到显著水平 ;地点×播种期×品种互作仅对产量、湿面筋、淀粉含量与沉降值有显著的影响。在 4个不同生态点中, 南京点的籽粒蛋白质与湿面筋含量最低, 但淀粉含量最高 ;徐州点的产量和千粒重最大 ;泰安点的蛋白质含量与湿面筋含量最高, 沉降值最小 ;保定点的产量、千粒重最小, 但沉降值最大。不同播种期处理下, 适播与晚播的籽粒蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量、淀粉含量、沉降值与降落值都显著高于早播, 而早播期的产量和千粒重最大。各小麦品种在不同地点与播种期下产量与品质性状的变异中以降落值的变异系数为最大, 淀粉的变异为最小。开花至成熟期的日均温与淀粉含量呈线性负相关, 与产量、蛋白质和湿面筋含量及降落值呈二次曲线相关关系 ;日温差与产量和千粒重呈二次曲线相关关系, 籽粒蛋白质和湿面筋含量、沉降值及降落值则随昼温差的增加线性递增 ;开花至成熟期降雨量与产量、千粒重都呈现先升后降的二次曲线相关关系, 而与籽粒蛋白质含量和降落值呈现线性负相关关系 ;籽粒蛋白质和湿面筋含量与降落值随开花至成熟期的累计日照时数呈现线性正相关关系。  相似文献

本研究了小麦籽粒蛋白质合量在Fl及F2代中的表现情况。结果表明,控制蛋白质合量的基因作用以加性效应为主,同时存在非加性效应;Fl代子粒蛋白质合量与双亲平均值高度相关,F2代中子粒蛋白质合量分离呈正态分布,且正态分布的峰值蛋白质合量也接近双亲平均值。蛋白质合量的一般配合力大于特殊配合力方差,并计算了蛋白质合量的广义和狭义遗传力。  相似文献

Millet (Pennisetum typhoideum) its malt and wort were evaluated to ascertain the suitability of the grain for beer production. Thousand grain weight was 8.03 g while foreign material and broken cernels represented 3.23%. Germination energy, germination capacity and moisture content of the grain were 75.67, 92.33 and 10.43%, respectively, while the carbohydrate, total nitrogen and protein contents were 53.88, 1.34 and 8.40%, respectively. Millet malt had a moisture content of 5.03% while its carbohydrate, total nitrogen, protein content and malting loss were 48.47, 1.87, 11.7 and 8.3%. pH and specific gravity of the worth were 5.70 and 1.5927, respectively; its protein content was negligible while % titratable acidity was 1.35. The low nitrogen and protein contents of the grain as well as the low malting loss make millet an attractive alternative cereal for beer production in Nigeria.  相似文献
