设置高水(260 mm)、中水(200 mm)、低水(140 mm)3水平的灌水量和高氮(270 kg·hm-2)、中氮(180 kg·hm-2)、低氮(90 kg·hm-2)3水平的施氮量,进行完全组合设计,研究膜下分区交替滴灌和施氮对棉花干物质累积与氮肥利用的影响.结果表明:膜下分区交替滴灌棉花干物质量在中氮高水和高氮高水处理最高;与高氮高水处理相比,中氮高水处理干物质累积的施氮利用效率提高了34.0%~ 44.6%(平均提高34.7%),灌水利用效率降低了6.4%~10.7%(平均降低10.2%).对于棉花氮素累积,中氮高水处理的的施氮利用效率最高,高氮中水处理的灌水利用效率最高;与高氮中水处理相比,中氮高水处理的施氮利用效率提高了29.0%~41.7%,灌水利用效率下降了5.5%~14.0%.在棉花产量较高的水氮耦合处理中,中氮高水处理的棉花氮回收率、氮肥农学利用效率和表观利用效率均高于高氮中水和高氮高水处理,而氮肥吸收比例和氮肥生理利用效率无显著差异.表明中氮高水处理最有利于膜下分区交替滴灌水氮耦合效应的发挥.  相似文献

目的:探讨白藜芦醇甙在高糖处理的大鼠心肌微血管内皮细胞损伤中的作用及其可能调控机制。方法:酶消法分离大鼠CMECs,高糖处理CMECs建立细胞损伤模型,实验随机分为6个组:对照组(葡萄糖浓度为5.5 mmol/L)、白藜芦醇甙组、高糖组(葡萄糖浓度为33 mmol/L)、高糖+白藜芦醇甙组、高糖+白藜芦醇甙+3-MA(自噬抑制剂)组和高糖+雷帕霉素(自噬诱导剂)组。白藜芦醇甙组和高糖+白藜芦醇甙组分别加入10μmol/L的白藜芦醇甙孵育24 h,高糖+白藜芦醇甙+3-MA组加入10μmol/L的白藜芦醇甙和10μmmol/L 3-MA孵育24 h,高糖+雷帕霉素组加入100 nmol/L的雷帕霉素孵育24小时。CCK-8实验检测大鼠CMECs增殖;Tunel法检测大鼠CMECs凋亡;FITC-葡聚糖清除实验检测单层CMECs通透性;Western blot检测LC3Ⅱ和p62的表达。结果:与对照组和白藜芦醇甙组相比,高糖组CMECs增殖能力降低(P<0.05),凋亡率显著增加(P<0.05),细胞通透性增加(P<0.05),LC3Ⅱ表达降低(P<0.05),p62的表达增加(P<0.05);与高糖组相比,高糖+白藜芦醇甙组和高糖+雷帕霉素组CMECs增殖能力增加(P<0.05),凋亡率显著降低(P<0.05),细胞通透性降低(P<0.05),LC3Ⅱ表达增加(P<0.05),p62的表达降低(P<0.05);与高糖+白藜芦醇甙组相比,高糖+白藜芦醇甙+3-MA组CMECs增殖能力降低(P<0.05),凋亡率显著增加(P<0.05),细胞通透性增加(P<0.05),LC3Ⅱ表达降低(P<0.05),p62的表达增加(P<0.05)。结论:白藜芦醇甙通过增加自噬减轻高糖处理的大鼠心肌微血管内皮细胞损伤。  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨高频联合低频超声对新生儿颅脑病变的诊断价值,为新生儿颅脑病变的诊断提供依据。方法:选择2019年1月-2021年4月安徽省儿童医院接诊并疑似出现颅脑病变的新生儿62例作为研究对象,所有研究对象均应用高频超声联合低频超声探头对颅脑进行检查,并住院治疗。比较高频超声、低频超声、高频联合低频超声对新生儿颅脑病变的检出率;根据出院诊断结果比较高频超声、低频超声及联合检查与临床诊断符合情况及对颅脑病变的诊断价值。结果:高频超声检出颅脑病变35例(56.45%),低频超声检出颅脑病变27例(43.55%),高频超声联合低频超声检出颅脑病变53例(85.48%),高频超声联合低频超声对新生儿颅脑病变的检出率显著高于高频超声、低频超声(P<0.05);高频超声对新生儿颅脑病变的检出率显著高于低频超声(P<0.05)。高频联合低频超声对新生儿颅脑疾病诊断与临床诊断总体符合率高于高频超声、低频超声,高频超声对新生儿颅脑疾病诊断与临床诊断总体符合率高于低频超声(P<0.05)。高频联合低频超声对新生儿不同颅脑疾病诊断灵敏度、准确度显著高于高频超声、低频超声(P<0.05),高频超声对新生儿不同颅脑疾病诊断灵敏度、准确度显著高于低频超声(P<0.05),三种检查方法对新生儿不同颅脑疾病诊断特异度比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高频联合低频超声检查诊断新生儿不同颅脑病变的灵敏度、准确度均较高,具有一定的临床应用价值。  相似文献

 为从基因水平上揭示正加速度 (+Gz)高耐力产生机理及寻找 +Gz高耐力相关功能性蛋白 ,利用抑制消减杂交技术分离 +Gz高耐力相关基因 .雄性SD大鼠在离心机上处理后 ,选取耐受终点在高、低两个极端的动物 ,立即取全脑 ,分离mRNA .以高耐力者为Tester ,低耐力者为Driver,利用抑制消减杂交技术进行 +Gz耐力处于高、低两个极端动物脑组织间基因表达差异显示 ,获得 +Gz高耐力大鼠脑组织相关cDNA .以高、低耐力大鼠脑组织mRNA来源的cDNA为探针 ,对获得的cDNA克隆进行斑点杂交 .分别以杂交筛选出的阳性克隆为探针 ,对高、低耐力大鼠脑组织总RNA进行Northern杂交分析 .两次杂交结果均选择高耐力组杂交信号是低耐力组 3倍以上的cDNA克隆 .经过斑点杂交筛选 ,从大鼠脑组织中获得了 6 7个在 +Gz高耐力大鼠脑组织中上调表达的cDNA克隆 .Northern杂交分析发现 ,钙离子 钙调蛋白依赖性蛋白激酶Ⅱβ亚基 (Camk2b)和一未知基因在 +Gz高耐力大鼠脑组织中的表达量增加 .结果提示 ,+Gz耐力处于高、低两个极端的大鼠脑组织基因表达有明显差异 ,这些差异表达的基因很可能与 +Gz高耐力的产生有关 ,且钙离子 钙调蛋白依赖性蛋白激酶Ⅱβ亚基和一未知基因是初步获得的与 +Gz高耐力的产生特异相关的基因  相似文献

目的:利用体外培养的乳鼠心肌细胞,观测高浓度胰岛素和高浓度葡萄糖作用下对去甲肾上腺素诱导的心肌细胞肥大的影响,并探讨其可能作用机制.方法:以培养的乳鼠心肌细胞为模型分组给药后,用显微镜目镜计数心肌细胞搏动的频率;用Lowrys法测心肌细胞的蛋白质含量;用消化分离法,利用计算机图象分析系统测心肌细胞的体积;用[3H]leucine标记法测定心肌细胞蛋白的合成.结果:与对照组相比,去甲肾上腺素(NE)组、高糖组、高胰岛素组心肌细胞蛋白含量、体积、蛋白合成均有明显增加,而与高糖加NE组和高糖高胰岛素组相比较,高糖高胰岛素加NE组心肌细胞蛋白含量、体积、蛋白合成增加则更为显著.结论:单纯高浓度胰岛素培养可促进心肌细胞肥大,同时用高糖高胰岛素联合培养,可使去甲肾上腺素诱导的心肌细胞肥大作用进一步增强.  相似文献

ABSTRACT: BACKGROUND: Regular exercises are commonly described as an important factor in health improvement, being directly related to contractile force development in cardiac cells.In order to evaluate the links between swimming exercise intensity and cardiac adaptation by using high molecular mass proteomics, isogenic Wistar rats were divided into four groups: one control (CG) and three training groups (TG's), with low, moderate and high intensity of exercises.In order to evaluate the links between swimming exercise intensity and cardiac adaptation by using high molecular mass proteomics, isogenic Wistar rats were divided into four groups: one control (CG) and three training groups (TG's), with low, moderate and high intensity of exercises. RESULTS: Findings here reported demonstrated clear morphologic alterations, significant cellular injury and increased energy supplies at high exercise intensities. alpha-MyHC, as well proteins associated with mitochondrial oxidative metabolism were shown to be improved. alpha-MyHC expression increase 1.2 fold in high intensity training group when compared with control group. alpha-MyHC was also evaluated by real-time PCR showing a clear expression correlation with protein synthesis data increase in 8.48 fold in high intensity training group. Other myofibrillar protein, troponin , appear only in high intensity group, corroborating the cellular injury data. High molecular masses proteins such as MRS2 and NADH dehydrogenase, involved in metabolic pathways also demonstrate increase expression, respectily 1.5 and 1.3 fold, in response to high intensity exercise. CONCLUSIONS: High intensity exercise demonstrated an increase expression in some high molecular masses myofibrilar proteins, alpha-MyHC and troponin. Furthermore this intensity also lead a significant increase of other high molecular masses proteins such as MRS2 and NADH dehydrogenase in comparison to low and moderate intensities. However, high intensity exercise also represented a significant degree of cellular injury, when compared with the individuals submitted to low and moderate intensities.  相似文献

Four Yugoslav cultivars of alfalfa were investigated in order to determine nitrogen fixing (nitrogenase), nitrogen assimilation (nitrate reductase, glutamine synthetase, glutamate dehydrogenase) and antioxidant (Superoxide dismutase, catalase, peroxidase) enzymes activities. The level of lipid peroxidation and protein content were also investigated. On the basis of the results obtained a resistant cultivar with high nitrogen fixing and a cultivar with high nitrogen assimilation abilities were chosen. The cultivar with high nitrogen fixing ability had high activities of nitrogenase, Superoxide dismutase, peroxidase and catalase, and also a low level of lipid peroxidation. The cultivar with high assimilation ability had high activities of nitrate reductase, glutamine synthetase and glutamate dehydrogenase and high soluble protein content.  相似文献

The ability to regulate emotions is a critical component of healthy emotional functioning. Therefore, it is important to determine factors that contribute to the efficacy of emotion regulation. The present article examined whether the ability to update emotional information in working memory is a predictor of the efficacy of rumination and reappraisal on affective experience both at the trait level (Study 1) and in daily life (Study 2). In both studies, results revealed that the relationship between use of reappraisal and high arousal negative emotions was moderated by updating ability. Specifically, use of reappraisal was associated with decreased high arousal negative emotions for participants with high updating ability, while no significant relationship was found for those with low updating ability. In addition, both studies also revealed that the relationship between rumination and high arousal negative emotions was moderated by updating ability. In general, use of rumination was associated with elevated high arousal negative emotions. However, this relationship was blunted for participants with high updating ability. That is, use of rumination was associated with less elevated high arousal negative emotions for participants with high updating ability. These results identify the ability to update emotional information in working memory as a crucial process modulating the efficacy of emotion regulation efforts.  相似文献

Summary

Of the five ultrabasic rock outcrops in the Glen Clova district of Scotland two, near Meikle Kilrannoch hill, bear distinctive vegetation and are unusually toxic amongst serpentines. Soil analyses showed a very high Mg:Ca ratio with low calcium and relatively high nickel and chromium levels.

Plant analyses for a range of species have shown some with a high tissue Mg:Ca ratio and others with a much lower excess of magnesium over calcium. Moderately high concentrations of nickel and chromium occur, while there is evidence of high sodium levels in two species of maritime affinity and instances of high aluminium, iron, potassium and zinc concentrations. Comparisons with the Lime Hill serpentine confirm the view that the high soil Mg:Ca ratio is a major chemical cause of their extreme character.  相似文献

To investigate the effect of central obesity on the severity and characteristics of age‐related hearing impairment (ARHI), we recruited 690 adult subjects with normal or symmetrical sensorineural hearing loss (SNHL). The effects of age, gender, morphometry, habits, systemic diseases, and environmental noise exposure on average pure tone hearing level at low frequencies (pure tone audiometry (PTA)‐low) and high frequencies (PTA‐high) were analyzed. After adjusting for age, gender, systemic disease, and other variables, waist circumference (WC) showed a significant positive association with PTA‐low and PTA‐high. In females, PTA‐low and PTA‐high only showed significant positive association with age, but not with WC or other variables. However, PTA‐high showed a positive association with borderline significance with WC in female subjects older than 55. In males, WC as well as age and noise exposure showed significant positive associations with both PTA‐low and PTA‐high, primarily in subjects younger than 55. When both WC and BMI were taken into account in a backward stepwise multivariate linear regression analysis, WC, but not BMI, showed a significant positive association with PTA‐low and PTA‐high in males younger than 55, and with PTA‐high with borderline significance in females older than 55. However, the audiogram patterns were not significantly affected by central obesity in either age or gender. Our results suggest that WC was, even after adjustment for BMI, an independent risk factor of ARHI, particularly for low and high frequencies in males younger than 55 and for high frequencies in female subjects older than 55.  相似文献

Network structure in plant-animal systems has been widely investigated but the roles of functional traits of plants and animals in formation of mutualism and predation interactions and community structure are still not fully understood. In this study, we quantitatively assessed interaction strength of mutualism and predation between 5 tree species and 7 rodent species by using semi-natural enclosures in a subtropical forest in southwest China. Seeds with high handling-time and nutrition traits (for both rat and mouse species) or high tannin trait (for mouse species) show high mutualism but low predation with rodents; while seeds with low handling-time and low nutrition traits show high predation but low mutualism with rodents. Large-sized rat species are more linked to seeds with high handling-time and high nutrition traits, while small-sized mouse species are more connected with seeds with low handling-time, low nutrition value and high tannin traits. Anti-predation seed traits tend to increase chance of mutualism instead of reducing predation by rodents, suggesting formation of mutualism may be connected with that of predation. Our study demonstrates that seed and animal traits play significant roles in the formation of mutualism and predation and network structure of the seed-rodent dispersal system.  相似文献

Alterations in the high and low affinity insulin receptor concentrations in developing rat liver were investigated. The number of high affinity receptors in partially purified plasma membranes from fetal rats increased from Days 19 through 22 of gestation, with no further increase in binding during the postnatal period. Fetuses of diabetic rats had approximately three times as many high affinity insulin receptors as age-matched fetuses of normal rats; however, by 1 day after birth the receptor number decreased to the normal level. Neither the number of low affinity receptors nor the affinity of insulin binding to high or low affinity receptors changed during development or between offspring of normal and diabetic rats. These changes in the number of high affinity hepatic insulin receptors from prenatal animals did not correlate with the concentration of plasma insulin. When suckling pups were rendered diabetic the changes in the number of high affinity insulin receptors correlated with alterations in plasma insulin concentrations. The number of high affinity sites/microgram DNA in hepatocytes from Day 18 fetal rats was not altered when cells were cultured for 48 h in medium containing 0, 250, or 5000 μU/ml of added insulin. When cultured hepatocytes derived from 1-day-old and adult rats were maintained in medium with added insulin concentrations of 250 or 5000 μU/ml the number of high affinity receptors/microgram DNA decreased as compared to the number of high affinity receptors in hepatocytes cultured in medium with no added insulin. This decrease in receptor number was accompanied by an increase in the affinity of insulin binding to its high affinity receptors. The data show that (i) only the high affinity insulin receptor number increases in rat liver during the prenatal period, (ii) fetuses of diabetic rats show a greater increase in high affinity receptors than do fetuses of normal animals, and (iii) the phenomenon of down regulation for high affinity insulin receptors is not observed in fetal rat liver, but is acquired in the immediate postnatal period.  相似文献

The spatial heterogeneity of stomatal closure in response to rapid desiccation of excised well-watered Tradescantia virginiana leaves grown at moderate (55%) or high (90%) relative air humidity (RH) was studied using a chlorophyll fluorescence imaging system under non-photorespiratory conditions. Following rapid desiccation, excised leaves grown at high RH had both a greater heterogeneity and a higher average value of PSII efficiency (Phi(PSII)) compared with leaves grown at moderate RH. Larger decreases in relative water content resulted in smaller decreases in water potential and Phi(PSII) of high RH-grown leaves compared with moderate RH-grown leaves. Moreover, the Phi(PSII) of excised high RH-grown leaves decreased less with decreasing water potential, implying that the stomata of high RH-grown leaves are less sensitive to decreases in leaf water potential compared with moderate RH-grown leaves. After desiccation, some non-closing stomata were distributed around the main vein in high RH-grown leaves. Direct measurements of stomatal aperture showed 77% stomatal closure in the margins after 2 h desiccation compared with 40% closure of stomata in the main-vein areas in high RH-grown leaves. Faster closure of stomata in leaf margins compared with main-vein areas of leaves grown at high RH was related to substantially lower relative water content in these areas of the leaves.  相似文献

Comparative studies provide correlational evidence of morphological adaptations for high locomotor performance, such as the classical indicators of cursoriality in mammals, long limbs and high metatarsal/femur ratios. More recently, enlarged femoral condyles have been suggested as an adaptation for high endurance running in the genus Homo. Asymmetry of locomotor appendages should adversely affect locomotor abilities, but this has not been studied in a rigorous evolutionary context. We used experimental evolution to test for morphological adaptations associated with high voluntary wheel running in selectively bred lines of mice. Surprisingly, the classical indicators of cursoriality had not evolved in concert with high activity levels. Instead, high runners had larger femoral condyles and reduced directional asymmetry of hindlimb bones. We hypothesize that greater limb symmetry and larger femoral heads are general adaptations associated with sustained, high-speed locomotion.  相似文献

以河北山前平原区秸秆还田条件下小麦-玉米轮作体系为研究对象,设置农民习惯、高产高效、再高产和再高产高效4个模式,通过定位试验探讨各栽培模式对3个轮作周期作物产量、土壤硝态氮累积量及氮平衡的影响.结果表明: 小麦、玉米产量均以再高产模式最高,高产高效和再高产高效模式次之,均显著高于农民习惯模式;小麦季和玉米季氮肥利用效率(PFP)均以高产高效模式最高,显著高于其他模式;0~400 cm土体硝态氮累积量在 768.4~1133.3 kg·hm-2之间,其中80%~85%累积在根下90~400 cm土层;4种模式的土壤硝态氮均有明显向下淋移现象,120~150 cm和270~330 cm处均出现了累积峰,以270~330 cm土层硝态氮累积量最大;高产高效模式的土壤硝态氮含量整体水平均低于其他模式,浓度基本维持在30 mg·kg-1以下,在一定程度上能有效缓解环境压力;冬小麦季0~90 cm土体氮素盈余量均小于夏玉米季,并以高产高效模式的氮素表观损失量最低,显著低于其他模式.综合考虑产量、氮肥利用效率、硝态氮累积和氮平衡,以高产高效模式表现最优,但还有一定的提升空间.  相似文献

本文报道了高温(31℃)对环带锦斑蛾幼虫滞育发生的抑制作用。当幼虫暴露于31℃ 时,所有个体都继续发育,与光周期无关。在诱导滞育的光周期条件(L12∶D12)下,光期的高温配合不同的暗期低温(15~28℃),导致几乎所有个体滞育,但当暗期为5℃时,滞育率反而下降;相反,当光期的低温配合不同持续时间的暗期高温(31℃)时,则几乎所有的个体都继续发育,这说明高温在暗期发挥着重要的作用。在暗期给予不同时间长度(2、4、 6、8、10、12 h)的高温处理,结果表明一个2 h的高温处理就能有效地抑制滞育的发生。在暗期的不同时间给予4 h高温处理,显示了幼虫在暗期开始后的第一个4 h (18:00~22:00 )对高温最敏感,完全抑制了滞育的发生。最后讨论了高温调节滞育机制在该虫生活史上的适应意义。  相似文献

Tropical rivers show high discharge during the rainy period, and this might limit the epilithic biofilm biomass. While high discharge may limit algal biomass, high light and nutrient availability common in disturbed watersheds may promote high productivity, and even autotrophy. Metabolism may be affected by discharge peaks, but well-adapted algal communities should support quick recovery. These assumptions were analyzed through the patterns of oxygen production and consumption in the Rio Tota, an Andean stream in the north of the Colombian Andes with relevant farming activities. Metabolism was measured for 26 consecutive days with in situ recirculating incubation chambers. The results stressed that these are net autotrophic systems during the high water flow period and that this occurs with algal communities of low biomass and low diversity. The environmental conditions of high light, high but non-catastrophic flow, and moderate temperature favor the algal community performance. However, the stream metabolism was sensitive to the day-by-day variations of environmental conditions, in particular to the above-average hydrological variations.  相似文献

A histopathological survey was performed to search for the cause of high mortality in the cockle Cerastoderma edule in northern rias of Galicia (northwestern Spain). From limited sampling, 2 severe pathological conditions with high prevalence were found: disseminated neoplasia and the occurrence of numerous, large foci of heavy haemocytic infiltration. Both conditions were detected in areas affected by high mortality and were absent (foci of haemocytic infiltration) or with lower prevalence (disseminated neoplasia) in an area with unnoticeable mortality that was chosen as a reference. Advanced cases of both pathological conditions were associated with extensive tissue destruction. Because of the severity of the lesions and their high prevalence, both pathological conditions could have contributed to the high mortality.  相似文献

The triketone chemotype of manuka, Leptospermum scoparium (Myrtaceae), is commercially important because of its antimicrobial activity. Oils from 36 individual plants on the East Cape of New Zealand all showed similar high triketone contents (>20% total triketones) with little seasonal variation. Analyses of oils from 261 individual manuka plants collected from 87 sites throughout New Zealand showed that the high triketone chemotype was localised on the East Cape, although oils with triketone levels up to 20% were found in the Marlborough Sounds area of the South Island. Cluster analysis revealed other chemotypes localised on other areas. Ten further chemotypes are described: alpha-pinene; sesquiterpene-rich with high myrcene; sesquiterpene-rich with elevated caryophyllene and humulene; sesquiterpene-rich with an unidentified sesquiterpene hydrocarbon; high geranyl acetate; sesquiterpene-rich with high gamma-ylangene + alpha-copaene and elevated triketones; sesquiterpene-rich with no distinctive components; sesquiterpene-rich with high trans-methyl cinnamate; high linalol; and sesquiterpene-rich with elevated elemene and selinene. Some of the chemotypes contained aroma compounds at relatively high levels, with a geranyl acetate-rich oil being most notable. Possible origins for this complex array of chemotypes are proposed.  相似文献
