该研究以采自新疆的100余份粉衣科地衣标本为研究材料,通过形态解剖学、地衣化学以及分子生物学的方法鉴定出6个种和1个变种,分别为中央黑瘤衣(Buellia centralis)、丽黑瘤衣(B.elegans)、蒙古黑瘤衣(B.mongolica)、鳞饼衣(Dimelaena oreina)、鳞饼衣白磷变种(D.oreina var.exalbescens)、海登氏多瘤胞(Diplotomma hedinii)和绿色四孢黑瘤衣(Tetramelas chloroleucus),其中丽黑瘤衣、蒙古黑瘤衣和绿色四孢黑瘤衣为新疆新增粉衣科地衣新记录,至此新疆粉衣科地衣共有6属13种1变种;并提供了新疆粉衣科地衣的分种检索表、物种描述、系统发育分析以及形态解剖结构照片。  相似文献

该研究对采自新疆天山及阿尔泰山山脉、保存于新疆大学中国西北干旱地衣研究中心地衣标本室(XJUNALH)的130余份黑尔衣属(Melanohalea O.Blanco et al.)地衣标本进行了研究。研究发现,新疆黑尔衣属地衣包括2个中国新记录种——烟色黑尔衣(M.infumata)和亚橄榄黑尔衣(M.subolivacea),1个新疆新记录种亚长芽黑尔衣(M.subelegantula)以及4个常见种地衣等7个地衣物种。并提供了新记录种地衣的形态-解剖特征描述和彩色照片,以及包括这些种的检索表、地衣名录和分布地区。这些新记录种的发现,为中国和新疆的地衣资源提供了基础资料。  相似文献

地卷目地衣是对许多生态系统的氮素循环具有重要影响的固氮类群,但其固氮活性的种间差异研究甚少。将不同产地和不同馆藏时间的12种地卷目地衣于相同条件下培养,即:亚石胶衣Collema subflaccidum、亚黑胶衣C. subnigrescens、坚韧胶衣C. tenax、裸果猫耳衣Leptogium hildenbrandii、猫耳衣L. menziesii、柄猫耳衣L. pedicellatum、土星猫耳衣L. saturninum、黑猫耳衣L. trichophorum、犬地卷Peltigera canina、分指地卷P. didactyla、裂芽地卷P. praetextata和地卷P. rufescens。以乙炔还原法(acetylene reduction assay)于培养1d、10d和15d测定其固氮活性,结果显示所有地衣的固氮活性在培养10d与15d之间差异不显著,表明经过至多10d的培养后地衣固氮活性即可完全恢复;培养10d和15d的固氮活性平均值表现出显著的种间差异(P<0.001):黑猫耳衣Leptogium trichophorum固氮活性最高[(4.532±0.368)μmol C2H4/gdw·h],约为犬地卷Peltigera canina的2倍[(2.349±0.223)μmol C2H4/gdw·h];其他10种地衣固氮活性大致相近。显示地衣固氮作用的可塑性较大,是地衣具有较强适应能力的又一例证。  相似文献

报道了中国文字衣科地衣一新记录属——裂衣属(Chapsa A.Massal.)及其2新记录种,即印度裂衣(C.indica A.Massal.)和斑果裂衣[C.leprocarpa(Nyl.)A.Frisch],标本来自海南和广西。该属主要特征是:地衣体壳状、树皮生;具子囊盘类或色盘衣类的子囊果,固有果壳融合或不明显,具侧生侧丝;具横隔或砖壁型胞室的子囊孢子。  相似文献

在形态和化学研究的基础上,对中国金黄衣属地衣进行了分类订正。将《中国地衣综览》中微孢衣属的3个种——黄微孢衣、枝瓣微孢衣和戈壁微孢衣正式归入金黄衣属,并分别命名为多孢金黄衣、枝瓣金黄衣和戈壁金黄衣(新拟),并增补散瓣金黄衣(新拟)。至此,中国金黄衣属包括了4个种。该文详细记述了每个种的表型特征和地理分布,并提供了分种检索表。  相似文献

该文采用形态解剖、化学及生态等传统分类方法,以及显色反应(CT)、薄层层析(TLC)等生物化学方法,对新疆天山南麓巴音布鲁克山区和天山中部米泉哈熊沟泡鳞衣属地衣进行了分类学研究,并鉴定采样区泡鳞衣属的地衣种类。结果表明:共鉴定出似皮革泡鳞衣Toninia alutacea(Anzi)Jatta、兰黑泡鳞衣T.caeruleonigricans(Lightf.)Th.Fr.、白泡鳞衣T.candida(Weber)Th.Fr.、泡状泡鳞衣T.physaroides(Opiz)Zahlbr.、暗色泡鳞衣中亚亚种T.tristis subsp.asiae-centralis(H.Magn.)Timdal等5个种,其中2个为中国新记录种:似皮革泡鳞衣T.alutacea和泡状泡鳞衣T.physaroides;同时描述了5个种的形态解剖特征、化学特征及其生境,并提供了相关彩色图片和新疆泡鳞衣属地衣检索表。研究结果可为新疆地衣的研究提供实验数据,为中国泡鳞衣属研究提供科学依据。  相似文献

肉疣衣属地衣为世界广布属之一,该属为壳状地衣,地衣体通常龟裂具疣,子囊果盘状一般无柄贴生,盘缘明显,侧丝分枝结网状,孢子大型。本文对中国肉疣衣属地衣进行了初步研究,并报道了该属地衣共16种,其中中国新记录5种,即寒生肉疣衣、柱芽肉疣衣、粉末肉疣衣、亚裂芽肉疣衣、亚绿肉疣衣。  相似文献

The genus Burmannaia is one of the largest genera in the Burmanniaceae, of which 12 species have been recorded in China. It is mainly a tropical genus. The species in China are all confined to the region south of Yangtze River. They are distributed chiefly in the provinces Guangdong (9 species) and Yunnan (6 species). After having studied the areas of all the species in China, we are able to classify them into following 4 area-types: 1. Area-type of Tropical Asia to Tropical Australia. The two non-saprophytic species (Burmannia disticha, B. caelestis) and one saprophytic (B. championii) belong to this area-type. It is an ancient type. The plants of this type mostly have a wide ecological amplitude, for example, B. disticha may be found in tropical and subtropical regions. The plants occur not only in evergreen forests, in bushs, but also in rather arid herbosa and on the side of streams (Fig. 2). 2. Area-type of Tropical SE Asia. In the type are 3 saprophytic species i.e. B. oblonga, B. wallichii and B. nepalensis. 3. Area-type of E. Asia. (Fig. 3) Burmannia in China with E. Asian distribution is poor in species. There are only 2 saprophytic species. B. cryptopetala is distri-buted in Haina (China), Kyushu and Honshu (Japan); B. itoana occurs in Taiwan (China), Riukiu and Kyushu (Japan). They are known only on the islands of E. Asia. Such a pattern of distribution may suggest connection of these islands once in the prehistoric time in spite of their present isolation. 4. Endemic area-type. (Fig. 4). Here are 3 saprophytic species and one variety with green leaves. B. nana occurs only in E. Taiwan. One of the two new species described by present author in this paper, B. fadouensis, is known from Xichou Xiao, S. E. Yunnan, to Longzhou Xian of the province Gaunxi; the other one, B. pingbienensis occurs only in Pinbien Xian of S. E. Yunnan. The last species is endemic to China. B. pusilla var. hongkongensis is non-saprophytic and known from the province Guangdong and its bordering islands. Both B. fadouensis and B. pingbienensis are characterized by the axillary bulbils, which enable them to adapt to rather arid and cold condi-tions in northern part of the tropical region.  相似文献

Commercial greenhouse growers in both Japan and China are increasingly using reared orange-tailed bumblebees known previously as Bombus hypocrita Pérez as pollinators. Phylogenetic analysis of the DNA (COI) barcodes with Bayesian methods shows that this "species" is a long-standing confusion of two cryptic species. We find that the orange-tailed bumblebees in North China are actually part of the widespread Russian (otherwise white-tailed) B. patagiatus Nylander (as B. patagiatus ganjsuensis Skorikov, n. comb.), whereas the orange-tailed bees in Japan are true B. hypocrita. This situation has been further complicated because two other cryptic species from North China that were previously confused with the Russian B. patagiatus are now recognised as separate: B. lantschouensis Vogt n. stat. and B. minshanensis Bischoff n. stat.. As demand for pollination services by greenhouse growers inevitably increases, these bees are more likely to be transported between countries. In order to conserve genetic resources of pollinator species for their option value for future food security, we advocate preventing trade and movement of B. patagiatus from China into Japan and of B. hypocrita from Japan into China.  相似文献

描述了石豆兰属15种野生药用植物的分布及其生物学特性、资源现状、药用价值等。石豆兰属药用植物是我国民间常用的中草药,主要分布于我国的华南、西南地区,其中云南、广东、广西分布较多,云南最多,有12种,占我国野生石豆兰属药用资源的80%。不同的种类在各地的资源蕴藏量不同,广东石豆兰、密花石豆兰在广东、广西常见,芳香石豆兰在广东常见。近年来,石豆兰的野生资源被当作药材和观赏花卉遭到滥采乱挖,受到不同程度的破坏。对如何保护与合理利用石豆兰属药用植物资源提出了建议。  相似文献

A new species and a new record of the genus Balanococcus Williams are described from China.They are B.zhejiangensis sp.nov.and B.kwoni Pellizzari Danzig,2007.The new species,collected from Zhejiang,China under leaf sheath of Phyllostachys praecox,is similar to B.kwoni Pellizzari Danzig,but can be distinguished by its hind coxa inflated,and only small type of oral collar tubular ducts present on dorsal surface.A key to Chinese species of Balanococcus is given.All specimens examined are deposited in the Insect Collection of Beijing Forestry University.  相似文献

Abstract Four Chinese species of genus Bryomyia Kieffer are recorded in the present paper, among which, one species: B. puberula Li et Bu is described as new to science; two species; B. bergrothi Kieffer and B. gibbosa (Felt) are recorded for the first time from China.
