试验选用青藏高原东部高寒草甸普遍存在的3种禾本科牧草垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans)、中华羊茅(Festuca sinensis)以及羊茅(Festuca ovina)进行种间竞争的野外研究.通过测定3种牧草生物量的干重,对其进行方差分析并计算了相对产量总和(RYT)以及竞争率(CR).结果如下:对实验物种竞争率(CR)的分析表明垂穗披碱草的竞争力最强,中华羊茅次之,羊茅最差.施肥和刈割处理对于原来的竞争格局没有影响,即在施肥、刈割及其交互作用下3种牧草的竞争等级均是一致的.对试验物种混播的相对产量总和(RYT)的分析表明:在中华羊茅与垂穗披碱草的混播中,两种组成物种利用相同的资源,表现出相互竞争的趋势,这种趋势是非密度依赖的;垂穗披碱草和羊茅混播,在低密度时,羊茅和垂穗披硷草可以共享资源,但是随着密度增加,羊茅和垂穗披碱草表现出竞争相同资源的趋势;在中华羊茅和羊茅的混播中,二者在生长过程中能够共享资源,有相互促进的趋势,表现出共生的关系,且是非密度依赖的.  相似文献

为了明确物种组成、丰富度、播种密度和土壤养分对群落补偿效应的影响,以及群落补偿效应随时间的变化趋势,本文以青藏高原高寒草地常见物种垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans)、中华羊茅(Festuca sinensis)和羊茅(F.ovina)为材料,通过建植不同物种组合的单、混播草地,连续5年对不同群落的生产力进行了测定,结果表明:物种组成显著影响群落的补偿效应;在施肥情况下,物种丰富群落有较高的补偿效应;实验初期,随着播种密度的增加,群落补偿效应有降低趋势,但随着生长年限的增加,密度对补偿效应的影响变得不显著;施肥显著提高了群落的补偿效应;随着生长年限的延长,群落补偿效应有升高趋势。  相似文献

实验以青藏高原高寒草地常见物种垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans)、中华羊茅(Festuca sinensis)和羊茅(Festuca ovina)为材料, 通过建植单、混播植物群落, 及连续5年对其生产力的测定, 来探索物种组成、丰富度、播种密度和土壤养分对群落选择效应的影响, 以及群落选择效应随时间的变化趋势。结果表明: 凡包含有垂穗披碱草物种的群落均有较高的选择效应, 说明物种组成显著影响群落的选择效应; 实验初期, 群落选择效应随物种丰富度和播种密度的增大而升高; 然而, 随着生长年限的延长, 物种丰富度和密度的效应却呈逐减弱趋势; 施肥对群落选择效应的影响从最初的显著提高转变为影响不显著, 到最后反而减弱了群落的选择效应; 从群落成长过程来看, 群落的选择效应值有逐渐减弱的趋势。  相似文献

在植物物种丰富度与生产力之间关系的研究中,多以物种丰富度和生产力作为双变量,常常忽略在同一物种丰富度水平下可能影响群落生产力的其他因素,例如物种组合与组成等。该研究采用盆栽法,以中华羊茅(Festuca sinensis)、垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans)、鸭茅(Dactylis glomerata)和紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)为研究对象,设置4个物种丰富度水平(1、2、3、4),并在最高物种丰富度水平下,保持总种植密度不变,改变各组成物种的相对比例(10%、20%、30%、40%),探讨群落物种组合、组成及物种所属功能群对群落生产力的影响。结果表明:1)在较低物种丰富度下,群落生产力随物种丰富度增加而增加,在较高物种丰富度下,群落生产力随物种丰富度的增加不再显著变化。2)群落物种组合及组成对群落生产力具有显著影响,配置垂穗披碱草的群落及垂穗披碱草占比大的群落具有更高生产力。3)混播物种所属功能群对群落生产力具有显著影响,豆科植物对其他混播物种生产力表现出促进或抑制作用,禾本科物种垂穗披碱草对群落生产力有正效应,中华羊茅和鸭茅对群落生产力影响不明显。由此推测,物...  相似文献

在西藏措那湖沙害区采用不同物种搭配方式和混播比例对红豆草、紫花苜蓿(三得利)、披碱草、高羊茅进行播种,并在播种当年和第二年生长期结束后对生物量等特性进行分析,旨在找到适合在措那湖沙区植被恢复中可应用的适宜草种及最佳的种植方式。结果表明:1)播种当年混播方式对两种禾本科植物披碱草和高羊茅的株高、根长影响不显著,但会使两种豆科植物红豆草和紫花苜蓿的株高增加;2)混播方式对草地单位面积的生物量有明显的影响,豆禾草种混播处理中生物量会随着豆科植物比例的减小而增加,播种当年披碱草单播及披碱草+高羊茅(5∶5)的混播处理有较高的生物量,分别为(756.33±96.29) g/m~2、(720.25±35.63) g/m~2,次年披碱草单播及披碱草+高羊茅(7∶3)的处理总生物量最高分别为(832.13±124.71) g/m~2、(723.83±57.14) g/m~2;3)披碱草+高羊茅3个混播比例的处理两年中均表现出较高的盖度,其中播种当年披碱草+高羊茅(5∶5)的处理盖度最大为87%,次年盖度均达到60%以上;4)在高寒气候下的混播草种实验中,禾本科植物对草地恢复的贡献要明显大于豆科。  相似文献

在草地刈割过程中, 群落地上生物量的时间稳定性与物种多样性及物种异步性关系密切。本文基于2014-2018年的野外刈割实验, 研究了围封(对照, 无刈割)、轻度(留茬8 cm)、中度(留茬5 cm)和重度(留茬2 cm)等不同刈割强度对内蒙古大针茅(Stipa grandis)典型草原地上生物量时间稳定性的影响。结果表明: (1)与围封相比, 刈割对群落时间稳定性无显著影响, 但对种群平均时间稳定性影响显著, 重度刈割处理的种群平均时间稳定性显著降低; 且种群平均时间稳定性与群落时间稳定性无显著相关关系, 表明这二者独立波动。(2)与围封相比, 重度刈割处理的物种丰富度显著降低, 但它与群落时间稳定性无显著相关关系, 表明物种丰富度不是群落地上生物量时间稳定性的主导因素; 此外, 重度刈割处理的群落抵抗力显著降低, 但也与群落时间稳定性无显著相关关系。(3)异步性与群落稳定性存在极显著正相关关系, 但刈割对异步性无显著影响, 故未造成群落稳定性显著变化。因此, 异步性可能是影响群落时间稳定性的主导效应之一, 在草地管理与利用过程中, 可从物种异步性角度来对草地稳定性进行评价。  相似文献

通过野外控制实验,研究了刈割(留茬3 cm、留茬1 cm及不刈割)、施肥(施肥、不施肥)和浇水(浇水、不浇水)处理对高寒草甸矮嵩草(Kobresia humilis)和垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans)补偿高度、株高相对生长率、比叶面积、叶片净光合速率和地上总生物量的影响.结果表明:2物种的株高和地上总生物量在刈割后均为低补偿响应,但其株高相对生长率显著提高,并均随年份而增加;垂穗披碱草比叶面积、叶片净光合速率和地上总生物量对刈割损伤更加敏感;尽管施肥能显著提高2物种上述各项指标,但在不同处理条件下矮嵩草的耐牧性指数均小于垂穗披碱草;浇水的作用不显著.说明2物种的耐牧性依赖于土壤养分资源获得性,矮嵩草的耐牧性强于垂穗披碱草.  相似文献

物种丰富度和生态系统功能间的关系是近年来生物多样性研究的中心问题,其中群落抗杂草入侵是其功能的重要表现形式。本文利用青藏高原东缘地区3种野生优良牧草:垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans)、中华羊茅(Festuca sinensis)和羊茅(F. ovina),构建人工草地群落,探讨了物种丰富度与杂草入侵能力间的相互关系及其潜在的作用机理。结果表明:随着群落中物种丰富度的增加,入侵杂草的物种数、秧苗数和生物量均表现为显著下降趋势(P<0.05);杂草的物种数、秧苗数和生物量间存在极显著的正相关(P<0.01);群落的物种丰富度与入侵杂草间的负相关关系可能是选择效应和补偿效应共同作用的结果;2004—2007年,群落中入侵杂草的物种数和生物量有增加趋势,而秧苗数的变化趋势不明显。  相似文献

通过对青藏高原东部高寒草甸植物群落在4个施肥处理及7个刈割水平下的群落生物量、物种丰富度和补偿指数的比较,分析了该类草甸群落主要特征对施肥及刈割强度差异的响应.结果表明:施肥显著增加了群落生物量,并降低物种丰富度,而刈割处理虽然增加了物种丰富度,但对群落生物量无显著影响;随着施肥量的增加,高寒草甸由莎草科和杂草类物种占优势的群落构成逐渐向禾本科物种占优势的群落构成转变;施肥可提高群落的补偿能力,在不同施肥梯度中,刈割后植物群落补偿能力也不相同;随着施肥量的增加,增加刈割强度,减少刈割次数,发生超补偿的机率增大;可见,施肥是主效应,刈割对群落主要特征的影响随营养水平的不同而发生变化.  相似文献

为确定呼伦贝尔草原高效生产和可持续利用的最佳刈割制度,于2019—2021年在呼伦贝尔草原开展刈割时间(7月31日、8月10日、8月20日、8月30日、9月9日)、留茬高度(3、9、15 cm)及两者交互作用对草原群落特征、牧草产量和品质影响的研究。结果表明: 较晚时间刈割和低留茬刈割会降低翌年群落高度和盖度;低留茬刈割降低翌年地上部分生物量,但刈割时间对其影响不显著。禾草、莎草相对生物量随刈割时间的延迟表现出先增加后减少的趋势,杂类草则与之相反,而豆科植物无明显变化。低留茬刈割在当年能够获得高的干草产量,但翌年的干草产量显著下降;8月30日,留茬3 cm刈割时干草产量达到最高值(469 g·m-2),高于最低值361.5%。牧草品质中粗蛋白含量在8月30日刈割时亦达到峰值,高于最低值约6.5%,且在高留茬刈割下含量更高;酸、中性洗涤纤维含量随刈割时间延迟逐渐升高,9月9日刈割高于7月31日8.0%、5.9%,并且随留茬高度增加而降低。呼伦贝尔草原刈割制度设置为留茬高度9 cm左右、8月20—30日刈割为最佳,但需更长期的刈割试验观测才能得到更可靠、更客观的结论。  相似文献

Matched sets of gillnets of different mesh-sizes were used to evaluate the degree to which contiguous and connected flooded forest and floating meadow habitats are characterized by distinct fish faunas during the flooding season in the Peruvian Amazon. For fishes between 38–740 mm standard length ( L S) (the size range captured by the gear), an overriding pattern of faunal similarity emerged between these two habitats. The mean species richness, diversity, abundance, fish mass, mean and maximum L S, and maximum mass did not differ significantly between flooded forest and floating meadows. Species abundances followed a log-normal distribution in which three species accounted for 60–70% of the total abundance in each habitat. Despite these similarities, multivariate analyses demonstrated subtle differences in species composition between flooded forest and adjacent floating macrophytes. In addition, the absolute number of species was higher in flooded forest, reflecting a higher percentage of rare species. The day–night species turnover was found to be greater in flooded forests than floating meadows. Further, nocturnal samples had higher abundances and greater species richness than diurnal samples in both habitats. Differences in habitat structural complexity between flooded forest and floating meadows may result in a higher abundance and species richness of day-active species in floating meadows.  相似文献

Fire suppression and climate change are leading to habitat fragmentation in temperate montane meadows across the globe, raising concerns about biodiversity loss. Restoration strategies may depend on the rate and nature of species response to habitat loss. We examined the effects of habitat loss and fragmentation on plants and nocturnal moths in natural montane meadows in the western Cascades, Oregon, USA, using generalized additive mixed models, non-metric multidimensional scaling, and multiple response permutation procedure. Historic (1949) rather than current (2005) meadow size explained species richness of herbaceous plants and herb-feeding moths and meadow plant community structure, indicating that loss of meadow species may be delayed by many decades following loss of meadow habitat, resulting in an extinction debt. In contrast, abundance of herb-feeding moths and species richness and abundance of woody plant-feeding moths were related to recent meadow configuration: as meadows are invaded by woody plants, abundance of meadow species declines, and woody plants and associated moths increase. Despite decades of fire suppression and climate change, montane meadows in many temperate mountain landscapes may still be amenable to restoration.  相似文献

通过野外样地调查和室内分析,从牧草的适口性和营养成分两方面,研究了放牧对五台山高山、亚高山草甸牧草品质的影响。结果表明:放牧干扰草甸中适口性为喜食及以上的优质牧草种类为20种,喜食牧草在群落中的相对盖度最大,为45.40%;与之相比,极度退化草甸中优质牧草种类为13种,乐食牧草的相对盖度最大,为62.24%;喜食以上优质牧草的相对盖度最大值,出现在轻度退化草甸中,达到65.95%。同一适口性等级牧草,在不同退化等级草甸中,种类发生变化。从放牧干扰草甸到极度退化草甸,牧草中的粗蛋白和灰分含量呈增加趋势,而中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量呈下降趋势。放牧压力下,五台山高山、亚高山草甸的牧草品质并未下降,但放牧造成的草甸生产力降低,制约了资源的可持续利用和保护。  相似文献

Abstract. Attempts to restore species‐rich flood‐plain meadows from abandoned arable fields in the valley of the river Meuse, NE France, were studied. The study area was sown with a commercial seed mixture, composed of Phleumpratense, Festuca pratensis, Lolium perenne and Trifolium repens. The above‐ground vegetation in the study area 1, 2 and 3 yr after restoration was compared to (1) the vegetation present during the previous 5‐yr fallow stage and (2) target flood‐plain meadows. Before restoration, the above‐ground fallow vegetation was dominated by ruderal and annual species, while only very few meadow species were present. Sowing led to tall, dense vegetation, mainly dominated by the sown species. Ruderal and annual species had decreased 3 yr after restoration, but target species were still poorly represented. Species richness was significantly lower in the sown site than in the semi‐natural target meadows and the vegetation had a different composition. Analysis of the soil seed bank of the restored meadow showed that only a few meadow species were present and that it was dominated by a few ruderal species. Three years after sowing, the vegetation of our experimental site is moving slowly towards the target communities but impoverished seed sources seem to limit the success of this restoration operation and will lead to under‐saturated communities.  相似文献

生物多样性与生态系统功能之间的关系及其形成的内在机制还存在很多争议。为了揭示植物群落生产力形成的生态学机制, 采用盆栽方法探讨了物种多样性、物种属性以及施肥水平与植物群落生产力之间的关系。研究结果显示: 在不施肥和每盆施5.0 g磷酸二铵的条件下, 随着物种多样性的增加, 地上生物量增加不显著; 在每盆施10.0 g磷酸二铵的条件下, 随着物种多样性的增加, 地上生物量显著增加。相对于中华羊茅(Festuca sinensis)而言, 垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans)和垂穗鹅观草(Roegneria nutans)对群落生产力的贡献较大, 但在不同施肥水平和播种密度下, 其影响不完全相同。这表明物种多样性对群落生产力的影响随着土壤肥力的变化而变化; 并且植物群落生产力受组成群落的物种属性影响较大, 而物种属性又与特定时间和特定生境下资源的利用方式相联系。在高肥力水平下, 物种多样性之所以对群落生产力具有正效应, 可能是因为高肥力水平增加了可利用的生态位空间, 最终仍体现在物种组合上。因此, 植物群落的生产力与物种多样性之间没有必然的联系, 而与土壤肥力和土壤肥力决定的物种属性有关。  相似文献

Aconitum pendulum is a dominant weed in bare‐land meadows on the Tibetan plateau and infected areas are very difficult to restore because of the allelopathic effects of this weed. We wanted to select native grasses to restore bare‐land meadows dominated by this toxic weed and tested the allelopathic effect of A. pendulum on seed germination and growth of roots and shoots of five native forage grasses (Elymus nutans, E. sibiricus, Poa crymophila, Festuca sinensis, Bromus inermis). Leaf exudates and high concentrations of root and stem exudates of A. pendulum inhibited seed germination as well as growth of roots and shoots. The allelopathic effect of A. pendulum leaf exudates was stronger than that of roots and stems. Poa crymophila was most resistant to inhibition by A. pendulum, whereas F. sinensis was the most susceptible grass. We conclude that P. crymophila is more suitable than the other four native grasses for sowing in pastures when restoring bare‐land meadows dominated by A. pendulum in the Tibetan plateau.  相似文献

Jiuzhaigou National Park (JNP) is a site of global conservation significance. Conservation policies in JNP include the implementation of two national reforestation programs to increase forest cover and the exclusion of local land-use. We use archaeological excavation, ethnographic interviews, remote sensing and vegetation surveys to examine the implications of these policies for non-forest, montane meadows. We find that Amdo Tibetan people cultivated the valley for >2,000 years, creating and maintaining meadows through land clearing, burning and grazing. Meadows served as sites for gathering plants and mushrooms and over 40 % of contemporary species are ethnobotanically useful. Remote sensing analyses indicate a substantial (69.6 %) decline in meadow area between 1974 and 2004. Respondents report a loss of their “true history” and connections to the past associated with loss of meadows. Conservation policies intended to preserve biodiversity are unintentionally contributing to the loss of these ecologically and culturally significant meadow habitats.  相似文献

Six spectrally and ecologically distinct montane meadow community types were identified and mapped within Grand Teton National Park by analysis of Indian IRS-1B LISS-II imagery. A distinct to-xeric-hydric gradient among the meadow types was predicted by analysis of the satellite data. Thirty sites (five replicates for each of six meadow typ were selected for intensive field sampling. At each of the 30 sites, meadow vegetation was sampled in 20 m by 20 m square plots for canopy cover of all species. Using wetland indexes (on a scale of 1–5, where obligate wetland species = 1, facultative land = 2, facultative = 3, facultative upland = 4 and upland species = 5), average wetland values were calculated and ranged from 1.88 for A-type meadows and 2.86 for B meadows to 4.40, 4.49, 4.74, and 4.43 for C, D, E and F meadows, respectively. Because average wetland values of A and B meadows were < 3.00, they were determined to be indicative of wetlands. Eight out of ten obligate wetland plants had their greatest cover on A meadows (the wettest of the gradient) and had significant cover differe among meadow types using the non-parametric Kruskal-Wallis test. Average wetland values and plant species cover were used, in conjunction with remotely sensed data, to identify as wetlands 1,258 hectares of A meadows and 1,711 hectares of B meadows in Grand Teton National Park.  相似文献
