High activities of diamine oxidase (EC 1.4.3.6) were measured in the intestinal tract of human subjects and of several mammalian species. The enzyme was localized in the mucosa and was distributed primarily in the cytoplasm; the only exception being the guinea-pig where it was located in the particulate fraction. Despite its instability the enzyme from human colonic mucosa was purified 80-fold. During the purification a soluble monoamine oxidase (EC 1.4.3.4) was separated from diamine oxidase. The pH optima of diamine oxidase for putrescine and histamine were 6.6-7.0 and 6.4-6.6, respectively. Short-chain aliphatic diamines were deaminated with the highest reaction velocity, but histamine and N tau-methylhistamine were also excellent substrates. The Km for putrescine was 8.3 x 10(-5) M, for histamine 1.9 x 10(-5) M and for N tau-methylhistamine 9.7 x 10(-5) M. Typical substrates of monoamine oxidase were not deaminated by the enzyme. Aminoguanidine strongly inhibited human intestinal diamine oxidase (IC50 = 1.1 x 10(-8) M). Because of its properties the intestinal diamine oxidase is considered to play a protective role against histamine in diseases such as ischaemic bowel syndrome, mesenteric infarction and ulcerative colitis.  相似文献

Histamine dehydrogenase (NSHADH) can be isolated from cultures of Nocardioides simplex grown with histamine as the sole nitrogen source. A previous report suggested that NSHADH might contain the quinone cofactor tryptophan tryptophyl quinone (TTQ). Here, the hdh gene encoding NSHADH is cloned from the genomic DNA of N. simplex, and the isolated enzyme is subjected to a full spectroscopic characterization. Protein sequence alignment shows NSHADH to be related to trimethylamine dehydrogenase (TMADH: EC 1.5.99.7), where the latter contains a bacterial ferredoxin-type [4Fe-4S] cluster and 6-S-cysteinyl FMN cofactor. NSHADH has no sequence similarity to any TTQ containing amine dehydrogenases. NSHADH contains 3.6+/-0.3 mol Fe and 3.7+/-0.2 mol acid labile S per subunit. A comparison of the UV/vis spectra of NSHADH and TMADH shows significant similarity. The EPR spectrum of histamine reduced NSHADH also supports the presence of the flavin and [4Fe-4S] cofactors. Importantly, we show that NSHADH has a narrow substrate specificity, oxidizing only histamine (K(m)=31+/-11 microM, k(cat)/K(m)=2.1 (+/-0.4)x10(5)M(-1)s(-1)), agmatine (K(m)=37+/-6 microM, k(cat)/K(m)=6.0 (+/-0.6)x10(4)M(-1)s(-1)), and putrescine (K(m)=1280+/-240 microM, k(cat)/K(m)=1500+/-200 M(-1)s(-1)). A kinetic characterization of the oxidative deamination of histamine by NSHADH is presented that includes the pH dependence of k(cat)/K(m) (histamine) and the measurement of a substrate deuterium isotope effect, (D)(k(cat)/K(m) (histamine))=7.0+/-1.8 at pH 8.5. k(cat) is also pH dependent and has a reduced substrate deuterium isotope of (D)(k(cat))=1.3+/-0.2.  相似文献

The ability of the gut to inactivate various amines by oxidative deamination was tested with a 130-fold purified amine oxidase preparation from dog small intestine. Of 34 amines tested, putrescine, benzylamine, cadaverine, and serotonin were the most favourable substrates. Histamine was inactivated rapidly by this enzyme preparation, too. Histamine derivatives methylated at the imidazole nucleus were also deaminated, whereas Nalpha-methylhistamine was only a poor substrate and Nalpha, Nalpha-dimethylhistamine was not a substrate at all. Using a second procedure for the purification of amine oxidases from gut, the separation of a soluble monoamine oxidase from diamine oxidase was achieved by gel filtration on Sephadex G-200. The diamine oxidase deaminated putrescine (Km = 1.3 x 10(-4)M) and histamine (Km = 6.6 x 10(-5)M), but not serotonin, and was inhibited by aminoguanidine, but not by pargyline. The soluble monoamine oxidase inactivated serotonin (Km = 4.5 x 10(-4)M), but not histamine and putrescine and was inhibited by pargyline, but not by aminoguanidine. It was concluded that in dog small intestine (as well as in rabbit small intestine) only diamine oxidase was capable of inactivating histamine by oxidative deamination.  相似文献

Diamine oxidase was previously measured in human pregnancy serum with putrescine or histamine as substrate. We have now documented the presence of spermidine oxidase activity in pregnancy serum by means of a specific radioactive assay with [14C]spermidine as substrate and Dowex 50 cation-exchange chromatography to separate products from substrate. The apparent Km of a partially purified preparation of this enzyme for spermidine was 10.9 microM and the Ki for aminoguanidine was 0.8 microM. The pH optimum (pH 9.0) and temperature optimum (55 degrees C) were identical with those for diamine oxidase. Spermidine oxidase activity and diamine oxidase activity eluted in a concerted fashion when pregnancy serum was subjected to cadaverine-Sepharose chromatography, gel filtration and ion-exchange chromatography. Spermidine oxidase became detectable in serum during pregnancy in the human approx. 8 weeks after the last menstrual period and increased with gestational age in concert with the increase in diamine oxidase activity, reaching a plateau at 20 weeks of gestation. Foetal-cord serum displayed virtually no activity of either enzyme. A 400-fold-purified preparation of diamine oxidase retained the same diamine oxidase/spermidine oxidase ratio as exhibited by crude pregnancy serum. These data suggest that in pregnancy serum, unlike foetal bovine serum, spermidine oxidase and diamine oxidase activity may be a single enzyme protein.  相似文献

High-level expression of human liver monoamine oxidase B in Pichia pastoris   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
The high-level heterologous expression, purification, and characterization of the mitochondrial outer membrane enzyme human liver monoamine oxidase B (MAO B) using the methylotrophic yeast Pichia pastoris expression system are described. A 2-L culture of P. pastoris expresses approximately 1700 U of MAO B activity, with the recombinant enzyme associated tightly with the membrane fraction of the cell lysate. By a modification of the published procedure for purification of bovine liver MAO B [Salach, J. I. (1979) Arch. Biochem. Biophys. 192, 128-137], recombinant human liver MAO B is purified in a 34% yield ( approximately 200 mg from 2 L of cell culture). The isolated enzyme exhibits an M(r) of approximately 60, 000 on SDS-PAGE and 59,474 from electrospray mass spectrometry measurements, which is in good agreement with the mass predicted from the gene sequence and inclusion of the covalent FAD. One mole of covalent FAD per mole of MAO B is present in the purified enzyme and is bound by an 8alpha-S-cysteinyl(397) linkage, as identified by electrospray mass spectrometry of the isolated tryptic/chymotryptic flavin peptide. Recombinant human liver MAO B and bovine liver MAO B are shown to be acetylated at the seryl residues at their respective amino termini. The benzylamine oxidase activity of recombinant MAO B ranges from 3.0 to 3.4 U/mg and steady-state kinetic parameters for this enzyme preparation compare well with those published for the bovine liver enzyme: k(cat) = 600 min(-1), K(m)(benzylamine) = 0.50 mM, and K(m)(O(2)) = 0.33 mM. Kinetic isotope effect parameters using [alpha,alpha-(2)H(2)]benzylamine are also similar to those found for the bovine enzyme. Recombinant MAO B exhibits a (D)k(cat) = 4.7, a (D)[k(cat)/K(m)(benzylamine)] = 4.5, and a (D)[k(cat)/K(m)(O(2))] = 1.0. In contrast to bovine liver MAO B, no evidence was found for the presence of any anionic flavin radical either by UV-vis or by EPR spectroscopy in the resting form of the enzyme. These data demonstrate the successful heterologous expression of a functional, membrane-bound MAO B, which will permit a number of mutagenesis studies as structural and mechanistic probes not previously possible.  相似文献

S-Adenosylmethionine decarboxylase (AdoMetDC) is a pyruvoyl-dependent enzyme that is processed from a single polypeptide into two subunits creating the cofactor. In the human enzyme, both the proenzyme processing reaction and enzyme activity are stimulated by the polyamine putrescine. The processing reaction of Trypanosoma cruzi AdoMetDC was studied in an in vitro translation system. The enzyme was fully processed in the absence of putrescine, and the rate of this reaction was not stimulated by addition of the polyamine. Residues in the putrescine binding site of the human enzyme were evaluated for their role in processing of the T. cruzi enzyme. The E15A, I80K/S178E, D174A, and E256A mutant T. cruzi enzymes were fully processed. In contrast, mutation of R13 to Leu (the equivalent residue in the human enzyme) abolished processing of the T. cruzi enzyme, demonstrating that Arg at position 13 is a major determinant for proenzyme processing in the parasite enzyme. This amino acid change is a key structural difference that is likely to be a factor in the finding that putrescine has no role in processing of the T. cruzi enzyme. In contrast, the activity of T. cruzi AdoMetDC is stimulated by putrescine. Equilibrium sedimentation experiments demonstrated that putrescine does not alter the oligomeric state of the enzyme. The putrescine binding constant for binding to the T. cruzi enzyme (K(d) = 150 microM) was measured by a fluorescence assay and by ultrafiltration with a radiolabeled ligand. The mutant T. cruzi enzyme D174V no longer binds putrescine, and is not activated by the diamine. In contrast, mutation of E15, S178, E256, and I80 had no effect on putrescine binding. The k(cat)/K(m) values for E15A and E256A mutants were stimulated by putrescine to a smaller extent than the wild-type enzyme (2- and 4-fold vs 11-fold, respectively). These data suggest that the putrescine binding site on the T. cruzi enzyme contains only limited elements (D174) in common with the human enzyme and that the diamine plays different roles in the function of the mammalian and parasite enzymes.  相似文献

The steady-state kinetic parameters of the amine oxidases purified from Lathyrus cicera (LCAO) and Pisum sativum (PSAO) seedling were measured on a series of common substrates, previously tested on bovine serum amine oxidase (BSAO). LCAO, as PSAO, was substantially more reactive than BSAO with aliphatic diamines and histamine. The k(cat) and k(cat)/Km for putrescine were four and six order of magnitude higher, respectively. Differences were smaller with some aromatic monoamines. The plot of k(cat) versus hydrogen ions concentration produced bell-shaped curves, the maximum of which was substrate dependent, shifting from neutral pH with putrescine to alkaline pH with phenylethylamine and benzylamine. The latter substrates made the site more hydrophobic and increased the pK(a) of both enzyme-substrate and enzyme-product adducts. The plot of k(cat)/Km versus hydrogen ion concentration produced approximately parallel bell-shaped curves. Similar pK(a) couples were obtained from the latter curves, in agreement with the assignment as free enzyme and free substrate pK(a). The limited pH dependence of kinetic parameters suggests a predominance of hydrophobic interactions.  相似文献

In mammalian cells, the flavoprotein polyamine oxidase catalyzes a key step in the catabolism of polyamines, the oxidation of N1-acetylspermine and N1-acetylspermidine to spermidine and putrescine, respectively. The mechanism of the mouse enzyme has been studied with N1,N12-bisethylspermine (BESPM) as a substrate. At pH 10, the pH optimum, the limiting rate of reduction of the flavin in the absence of oxygen is comparable to the k(cat) value for turnover, establishing reduction as rate-limiting. Oxidation of the reduced enzyme is a simple second-order reaction. No intermediates are seen in the reductive or oxidative half-reactions. The k(cat) value decreases below a pK(a) of 9.0. The k(cat)/K(m) value for BESPM exhibits a bell-shaped pH profile, with pK(a) values of 9.8 and 10.8. These pK(a) values are assigned to the substrate nitrogens. The rate constant for the reaction of the reduced enzyme with oxygen is not affected by a pH between 7.5 and 10. Active site residue Tyr430 is conserved in the homologous protein monoamine oxidase. Mutation of this residue to phenylalanine results in a 6-fold decrease in the k(cat) value and the k(cat)/K(m) value for oxygen due to a comparable decrease in the rate constant for flavin reduction. This moderate change is not consistent with this residue forming a tyrosyl radical during catalysis.  相似文献

Catabolism of polyamines   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10

Summary. Owing to the establishment of cells and transgenic animals which either lack or over-express acetylCoA:spermidine N1-acetyltransferase a major progress was made in our understanding of the role of polyamine acetylation. Cloning of polyamine oxidases of mammalian cell origin revealed the existence of several enzymes with different substrate and molecular properties. One appears to be identical with the polyamine oxidase that was postulated to catalyse the conversion of spermidine to putrescine within the interconversion cycle. The other oxidases are presumably spermine oxidases, because they prefer free spermine to its acetyl derivatives as substrate. Transgenic mice and cells which lack spermine synthase revealed that spermine is not of vital importance for the mammalian organism, but its transformation into spermidine is a vitally important reaction, since in the absence of active polyamine oxidase, spermine accumulates in blood and causes lethal toxic effects.Numerous metabolites of putrescine, spermidine and spermine, which are presumably the result of diamine oxidase-catalysed oxidative deaminations, are known as normal constituents of organs of vertebrates and of urine. Reasons for the apparent contradiction that spermine is in vitro a poor substrate of diamine oxidase, but is readily transformed into N8-(2-carboxyethyl)spermidine in vivo, will need clarification.Several attempts were made to establish diamine oxidase as a regulatory enzyme of polyamine metabolism. However, diamine oxidase has a slow turnover. This, together with the efficacy of the homeostatic regulation of the polyamines via the interconversion reactions and by transport pathways renders a role of diamine oxidase in the regulation of polyamine concentrations unlikely. 4-Aminobutyric acid, the product of putrescine catabolism has been reported to have antiproliferative properties. Since ornithine decarboxylase and diamine oxidase activities are frequently elevated in tumours, it may be hypothesised that diamine oxidase converts excessive putrescine into 4-aminobutyric acid and thus restricts tumour growth and prevents malignant transformation. This function of diamine oxidase is to be considered as part of a general defence function, of which the prevention of histamine and cadaverine accumulation from the gastrointestinal tract is a well-known aspect.  相似文献

To detect low levels of histamine, we developed a histamine microsensor using recombinant histamine oxidase. Histamine oxidase with a histidine tag was readily purified using a histidine affinity column. The enzyme showed higher catalytic activity on histamine than diamines (e.g., putrescine and cadaverine) or N(tau)-methylhistamine. The sensor had three carbon film electrodes modified with osmium-polyvinylpyridine-based gel containing horseradish peroxidase, histamine oxidase, and Ag. When a standard solution of histamine was aspirated at a flow rate of 2 microl/min, the detected current was proportional to the histamine concentration and the lower detection limit was 11.3 nM. When rat basophilic leukemia cells (1 x 10(6)) were stimulated by various concentrations of antigen (2, 20, and 200 ng/ml), the histamine concentrations were 0.32, 2.7, and 1.3 microM, respectively, and 20 ng/ml of antigen was found to be the optimal concentration for the antigen-antibody reaction. In contrast, when thapsigargin, an inhibitor of Ca-ATPase in the endoplasmic reticulum, was added (50, 100, and 500 nM), the detected current increased with thapsigargin concentrations and the measured histamine concentrations were 28 nM, 1.3 microM, and 2.7 microM, respectively. These results indicate that the microsensor is useful for the analysis of histamine release from mast cells.  相似文献

Studies were performed on the distribution and properties of intestinal diamine oxidase (DAO) previously called histaminase. DAO activity is high in the gastrointestinal tract of all investigated species. The highest values are in the aboral part of the small intestine: where DAO is localized in the mucosa, predominantly in the top villus region. A high reaction velocity of human intestinal DAO is observed with putrescine, methylhistamine and histamine. H2 receptor antagonists and an agonist (impromidine) inhibit intestinal DAO. The physiological and pathophysiological significance of intestinal DAO in the regulation of histamine and putrescine levels is described, as is the possibility that DAO may act as a growth retardant.  相似文献

Putrescine-oxidase activity was found in fetal bovine serum (FBS) with a pH optimum of 8.0 and in adult bovine serum (ABS) with a pH optimum of 9.8. The crude FBS enzyme had a KM for putrescine of 2.58 x 10(-6) M and a Vmax of 0.53 nmol per hr per 50 microliter serum. Aminoguanidine competitively inhibited the enzyme with a KI of 1.8 x 10(-8) M. Spermidine and spermine proved competitive inhibitors of putrescine for both the FBS and the crude ABS putrescine oxidases. The Vmax for the ABS putrescine oxidase was 2.10 nmol per hr per 50 microliter serum, and the KM for putrescine, 50.3 x 10(-6) M. The K1 of the ABS putrescine oxidase for aminoguanidine was 41 x 10(-6) M. On the basis of both the KM and KI values, the adult serum enzyme, at its optimal pH of 9.8, bound spermidine and spermine more avidly than the smaller putrescine and aminoguanidine; whereas the FBS enzyme, at pH 8.0, bound aminoguanidine and putrescine more tightly than the larger polyamines. Each of the enzymes retained over 80% of its activity after heating at 56 degrees C for 30 min. Applications of these data to the study of polyamines in tissue culture and to the purification of diamine oxidases are discussed.  相似文献

The current study reports the use of baculovirus system to express functionally active human recombinant 3-methylcrotonyl-CoA carboxylase (MCCC), a heteromultimeric complex that is composed of alpha and beta subunits which are encoded by distinct genes. Using immuno-affinity purification, an efficient protocol has been developed to purify the active MCCC which appears to reside in a approximately 500-800kDa complex in Superpose-6 gel-filtration chromatography. Consistent with the native enzyme, in the recombinant human MCCC, the stoichiometry of alpha and beta subunits are at a one:one ratio. The k(cat) value of the recombinant enzyme is determined to be approximately 4.0s(-1). It also possesses K(m) values (ATP: 45+/-11microM; 3-methylcrotonyl-CoA: 74+/-7microM) similar to those reported for the native enzyme. The recombinant human MCCC described here may provide a counter-screen enzyme source for testing cross reactivity for inhibitors against acetyl-CoA carboxylases which are designed to treat obesity, type 2 diabetes and other metabolic disorders.  相似文献

Spermine oxidase (SMO) is a recently described flavoenzyme belonging to the class of polyamine oxidases (PAOs) and participating in the polyamine metabolism in animal cells. In this paper we describe the expression, purification, and characterization of the catalytic properties of a recombinant mouse SMO (mSMO). The purified enzyme has absorbance peaks at 457nm (epsilon=11mM(-1)cm(-1)) and 378nm, shows a molecular mass of approximately 63kDa, and has K(m) and k(cat) values of 170microM and 4.8s(-1), using spermine as substrate; it is unable to oxidize other free or acetylated polyamines. The mechanism-based PAO inhibitor N,N(1)-bis(2,3-butadienyl)-1,4-butanediamine (MDL72,527) acts as a competitive inhibitor of mSMO, with an apparent dissociation constant K(i)=63microM. If incubated for longer times, MDL72,527 yields irreversible inhibition of the enzyme with a half-life of 15min at 100microM MDL72,527. The mMSO catalytic mechanism, investigated by stopped flow, is consistent with a simple four-step kinetic scheme.  相似文献

Diamine oxidase (EC 1.4.3.6) was purified from 5-day-old etiolated seedlings ofLathyrus sativus by MnCl2 treatment, (NH4)2SO4 and acetone fractionations, DEAE-Sephadex chromatography followed by gel filtration on Sephadex G-200. A single step purification of the enzyme was achieved by using an immunoaffinity column, wherein rabbit antibodies to the homogeneous diamine oxidase were coupled to CNBr-activated Sepharose. The enzyme thus obtained was homogeneous by electrophoretic, immunological and ultracentrifugal criteria. It had anM r of 148,000 (6.46S) and was a dimer with similar sub-units (M r 75,000). Amino acid analysis showed the absence of cysteine residues although it contained five disulphide bonds. The enzyme had copper (2.7 g atom/mol enzyme) but was not a glycoprotein. No absorption maximum in the visible region was detectable. Ethylenediamine 1,3-diaminopropane and histamine were potent competitive inhibitors for the substrate putrescine. The addition of monospecific antibodies to the enzyme increased the Km for benzyl amine without any change in the Vmax Diamine oxidase from pea seedling, partially purified, exhibited complete crossreactivity with the antibodies to theL. sativus enzyme.  相似文献

The phosphoglucomutase gene from a wild type Fusarium oxysporum strain (F3), was homologously expressed, under the control of the constitutive promoter of gpdA of Aspergillus nidulans. The transformant produced elevated levels of phosphoglucomutase activity compared to the wild type, a fact that facilitated the subsequent purification procedure. The enzyme (FoPGM) was purified to homogeneity applying three anion exchange and one gel filtration chromatography steps. The native enzyme revealed a monomeric structure with a molecular mass of 60 kDa, while the isoelectric point was 3.5. FoPGM was active in pH ranged from 6.0 to 8.0, with an optimum using 3-(N-morpholino)propanesulfonic acid buffer at 7.0, while loss of activity was observed when phosphate buffer was used in the above mentioned pH range. The optimal temperature for activity was 45°C but the enzyme became unstable at temperatures above 40°C. FoPGM requires the presence of a divalent cation for its function with maximum activity being obtained with Co(2+). The apparent K(m) for Co(2+) was found to be 10 μM. The enzyme was also active with other divalent metal ions such as Mn(2+), Mg(2+), Ni(2+) and Ca(2+) but to a lesser extent. The following kinetic constants were determined: v(max), 0.74 μmol mg(protein)(-1)min(-1); k(cat), 44.2 min(-1); K(m)(G1P), 0.10mM; K(m)(G1,6 diP), 1.03 μM; k(cat)/K(m)(G1P), 443 mM(-1)min(-1) and k(cat)/K(m)(G1,6 diP), 42,860 mM(-1)min(-1). The enzyme was considered to follow a Ping Pong substituted enzyme or enzyme isomerization mechanism.  相似文献

The administration to rats of putrescine (750 mumol/kg body wt.) caused in liver, kidney and heart an increase in putrescine at 1 h and in diamine oxidase (EC 1.4.3.6) activity within 3-6 h. An increase in spermidine was observed at 9 h in liver and at 6 h in kidney, whereas in heart there was no change. The increase in diamine oxidase activity by exogenous putrescine was prevented by the administration of actinomycin D and cycloheximide, suggesting that syntheses of mRNA and protein are involved. Equimolar doses of 1,3-diaminopropane, 1,5-diaminopentane and monoacetylputrescine stimulated, similarly to putrescine, hepatic, renal and cardiac diamine oxidase activity. After the injection of a non-toxic dose of spermidine (750 mumol/kg body wt.), the increase in diamine oxidase activity occurred at 9 h in all the tissues studied, when a substantial putrescine formation from spermidine occurred. sym-Norspermidine, which is unable to form putrescine, did not cause an increase in enzyme activity. The possibility that the tissue contents of putrescine might regulate diamine oxidase activity is discussed.  相似文献

Properties of purified recombinant human polyamine oxidase,PAOh1/SMO   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
The discovery of an inducible oxidase whose apparent substrate preference is spermine indicates that polyamine catabolism is more complex than that originally proposed. To facilitate the study of this enzyme, the purification and characterization of the recombinant human PAOh1/SMO polyamine oxidase are reported. Purified PAOh1/SMO oxidizes both spermine (K(m)=1.6 microM) and N(1)-acetylspermine (K(m)=51 microM), but does not oxidize spermidine. The purified human enzyme also does not oxidize eight representative antitumor polyamine analogues; however, specific oligamine analogues were found to be potent inhibitors of the oxidation of spermine by PAOh1/SMO. The results of these studies are consistent with the hypothesis that PAOh1/SMO represents a new addition to the polyamine metabolic pathway that may represent a new target for antineoplastic drug development.  相似文献

A comparative investigation of substrate specificity and inhibitor binding properties of recombinant zebrafish (Danio rerio) monoamine oxidase (zMAO) with those of recombinant human monoamine oxidases A and B (hMAO A and hMAO B) is presented. zMAO oxidizes the neurotransmitter amines (serotonin, dopamine and tyramine) with k(cat) values that exceed those of hMAO A or of hMAO B. The enzyme is competitively inhibited by hMAO A selective reversible inhibitors with the exception of d-amphetamine where uncompetitive inhibition is exhibited. The enzyme is unreactive with most MAO B-specific reversible inhibitors with the exception of chlorostyrylcaffeine. zMAO catalyzes the oxidation of para-substituted benzylamine analogs exhibiting (D)k(cat) and (D)(k(cat)/K(m)) values ranging from 2 to 8. Structure-activity correlations show a dependence of log k(cat) with the electronic factor σ(p) with a ρ value of +1.55±0.34; a value close to that for hMAO A but not with MAO B. zMAO differs from hMAO A or hMAO B in benzylamine analog binding correlations where an electronic effect (ρ=+1.29±0.31) is observed. These data demonstrate zMAO exhibits functional properties similar to hMAO A as well as exhibits its own unique behavior. These results should be useful for studies of MAO function in zebrafish models of human disease states.  相似文献
