基于VTK和MFC的医学图像三维重建研究与实现   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
VTK是医学可视化领域的主流工具,MFC是Windows平台下的应用程序框架。尝试将两者进行结合编程,以实现二维医学图像的三维重建。实现医学图像三维重建的主要方法是面绘制和体绘制。将利用多组医学图像数据进行三维重建研究,其中面绘制用移动立方体法,体绘制用光线投射法、最大密度投影法和合成体绘制法实现。最后比较两种绘制技术的结果并讨论了它们的特点。结果表明,VTK作为一种图像处理和三维可视化工具其功能是十分强大的。  相似文献

目的将全新的光电耦合高电压强电流放大处理技术用于CT机的前置放大处理中,隔离噪声和高电压大电流放大图像信号,实现超低剂量扫描,高清晰成像。方法将光电耦合放大器制作成射线剂量仪,并用CT机等超低剂量120KV、3-6mA…对其曝光,并与标准射线剂量仪校准,使其输出值不仅为射线剂量值,更能显示为高电压和大电流的优质图像信噪比。结果超小电流扫描经探测和光耦放大后最大值为87.5V和0.96A,而噪声电压为0.13μV、电流仅为0.02μA,给超低剂量扫描和传输处理时的功耗及高电压的宽动态范围显示留了很大空间。结论 CT超低剂量扫描时光耦放大器可在源头彻底隔离各种噪声并超高倍放大、高电压大电流输出图像信号,可保证高清晰高分辨率成像。  相似文献

目的:针对GVF Snake模型算法收敛容易陷入局部极小值及对初始轮廓位置敏感等缺点,提出一种动态方向梯度矢量流模型(DDGVF),使其更适合医学图像的分割。方法:利用主动轮廓模型的提取和跟踪特定区域内目标轮廓的方法,将其应用于医学图像如CT、MRI和超声图像的处理,以获取特定器官及组织的轮廓。结果:动态方向梯度矢量流场(DDGVF)能够较好地提取出脑肿瘤图像。结论:利用该方法能够较好地分割提取出脑肿瘤图像的肿瘤病变区域,为进一步对其纹理和形状等特征进行描述和分析提供了可靠的依据。  相似文献

本研究设计并实现了一个基于地理信息系统(GIS)的仅用物种已知分布点数据预测物种潜在分布地的PSDS系统.在这一系统中,通过层次聚类算法对物种已知分布点数据进行处理,减少了异常值对预测结果的影响,从而解决了环境包络模型预测结果过于乐观的问题,在物种已知分布数据较少时也能取得较好的结果.该系统实现了数据加载与导出、图层浏览与显示、生态因子分析与分布地预测、结果展示等功能,操作方便,简单易用.本文以白冠长尾雉(Syrmaticus reevesii)为例,根据4个省的少量已知分布点数据对其在国内的潜在分布地进行了预测,获得了较理想的结果,可为该物种的保护提供科学依据.  相似文献

肺水肿量化是治疗急性充血性心力衰竭(congestive heart failure, CHF)的关键。用于视觉和语言预训练的多模态掩码自编码器已被证实可有效融合胸片和肺水肿放射学报告的多模态信息以提升肺水肿量化精度。但现有的方法是随机地对图像和文本进行掩码操作,这一不稳定的操作容易导致模型忽略图像病灶和文本关键词,并阻碍多模态信息的融合与对齐,最终影响量化精度。针对上述问题,本研究设计了一种掩码图像-语言蒸馏模型,首次将自蒸馏引入到医学图像-语言预训练任务中,使得模型获得更为稳定可靠的医学图像和语言表示;并对跨模态注意力融合机制进行优化,使得模型更好地融合与对齐多模态信息。相比于101层残差神经网络(residual network 101, ResNet101)、视觉Transformer (vision transformer, ViT)-B/16、联合胸片和肺水肿放射学报告建模(joint modeling of chest radiographs and radiology reports for pulmonary edema assessment, JMC3R)和用于视觉...  相似文献

本文提出了基于最大熵和改进的PCNN(Pulse Coupled Neural Network)相结合的新方法,采用最大熵确定PCNN网络的循环迭代次数.提出的方法无需考虑PCNN参数的选择,可有效的自动分割各种医学图像,同时利用最大熵得到最优分割结果.该方法对于PCNN理论在医学图像分割领域的应用有着重要的意义.  相似文献

目的:探讨3D打印肺段模型在胸外科解剖教学中的应用效果。方法:60名医学新生随机分为3D打印组和三维重建图像组,每组30人。经相关知识介绍后,参加问卷调查并记录得分,包括理论知识、肺段鉴别、病灶鉴别,共14分。结果:3D打印肺段模型能清晰准确地显示出肺脏结构。3D打印组问卷调查得分显著高于三维重建图像组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.031)。结论:3D打印肺段模型在医学生肺段解剖教学中的效果优于三维重建图像。  相似文献

The recent advances in digital medical imaging and storage in cloud are bringing about more demands for efficient and secure image retrieval and management. Typically, medical images are very sensitive to changes where any modifications in its content may bring about an erroneous medical diagnosis. Therefore, securing medical images is a very essential process and the major task is, the medical image must maintain their sensitive contents at the time of reconstruction. The proposed methodology executes a secure image encryption and search of medical images proficiently over encrypted image database without leaking any sensitive data. It also ensures medical data integrity by introducing an efficient recovery mechanism on ROI of the image. The proposed scheme obtains recovery information about the image from the ROI of the medical data and embeds it in the RONI region using IWT transform which act as a reversible watermarking. If any alterations or tampers are caused to ROI at the third-party end, then it can be identified and recovered from the obtained recovery data. Besides, the model also executes a Copyright protection scheme to locate the authorized users, who illegally duplicate and distribute the retrieved image to unauthorized entities.  相似文献

In this review, we summarize original methods for the extraction of quantitative information from confocal images of gene-expression patterns. These methods include image segmentation, the extraction of quantitative numerical data on gene expression, and the removal of background signal and spatial registration. Finally, it is possible to construct a spatiotemporal atlas of gene expression from individual images recorded at each developmental stage. Initially all methods were developed to extract quantitative numerical information from confocal images of segmentation gene expression in Drosophila melanogaster. The application of these methods to Drosophila images makes it possible to reveal new mechanisms in the formation of segmentation gene expression domains, as well as to construct a quantitative atlas of segmentation gene expression. Most image processing procedures can be easily adapted to process a wide range of biological images.  相似文献

高分辨率的医学图像具有很大的信息量,影响了整个数字化的远程医疗系统的实时性,因此必须在保证不丢失关键诊断信息的前提下,对医学图像进行必要的压缩。本文提出了在给定小波基下,基于二维小波分解和重构的快速压缩方法。该方法使用了向量量化技术并采用LBG算法设计码本。实验结果证明,采用该方法可获得较高的压缩比和符合诊断要求的压缩图像。  相似文献

Mutual information (MI)-based registration, which uses MI as the similarity measure, is a representative method in medical image registration. It has an excellent robustness and accuracy, but with the disadvantages of a large amount of calculation and a long processing time. In this paper, by computing the medical image moments, the centroid is acquired. By applying fuzzy c-means clustering, the coordinates of the medical image are divided into two clusters to fit a straight line, and the rotation angles of the reference and floating images are computed, respectively. Thereby, the initial values for registering the images are determined. When searching the optimal geometric transformation parameters, we put forward the two new concepts of fuzzy distance and fuzzy signal-to-noise ratio (FSNR), and we select FSNR as the similarity measure between the reference and floating images. In the experiments, the Simplex method is chosen as multi-parameter optimisation. The experimental results show that this proposed method has a simple implementation, a low computational cost, a fast registration and good registration accuracy. Moreover, it can effectively avoid trapping into the local optima. It is adapted to both mono-modality and multi-modality image registrations.  相似文献

An integrated environment for converting electron microscopic profile images into shaded perspective displays is described. Its application, reported here, is to the display of various cell organelles; it can also be used for other image acquisition modalities. What separates this application from other, primarily medical ones, is its complexity, since dictyosomes have been employed for the development of the display program. The surface profile structures of these organelles are among the most complicated being processed for scientific applications. Therefore, a high degree of interactivity had to be integrated into the three-dimensional image processing described.  相似文献
