在大田条件下,研究了水稻秸秆还田和施氮量对晚播小麦产量、养分积累、秸秆养分释放及养分平衡的影响.结果表明: 水稻秸秆还田并配施适当的施氮量有利于提高晚播小麦籽粒产量.晚播小麦全生育期的干物质、氮、磷、钾积累量均随施氮量增加而显著增加,相同施氮量(270 kg N·hm-2)下,秸秆还田处理的干物质、磷、钾积累高于不还田处理,氮积累则呈相反趋势.随着施氮量增加,秸秆腐解和养分释放率增加,且拔节后秸秆养分释放量占总释放量的比例降低;随生育进程的推进,秸秆的干物质、磷、钾释放量呈倒“N”型变化趋势,而氮释放量则呈“V”型变化趋势.计算养分表观平衡结果表明,秸秆还田并增加施氮量,养分总盈余量显著升高;在获得较高产量的施氮条件下,氮、钾素显著盈余,磷素投入较为合理.晚播小麦实行秸秆还田后,可适当增加氮肥用量至257 kg·hm-2,并减少钾肥投入.  相似文献

通过土培盆栽试验,研究了小麦不同品种在低磷水平下生物量、磷浓度、磷素干物质生产效率及磷素籽粒生产效率的差异,以筛选磷高效利用小麦品种.结果表明:分蘖期、拔节期、扬花期和成熟期,供试小麦品种单株生物量的变幅分别为0.46~1.09、0.85~2.10、3.00~7.00和3.85~12.88 g,磷浓度变幅分别为2.21~4.26、2.38~4.42、2.44~4.96和1.30~5.09 mg·g-1.随生育时期的推进,小麦磷素累积量、磷素干物质生产效率对生物量形成的影响程度呈减小趋势.分蘖期(CV=16.3%)、拔节期(CV=15.0%)、扬花期磷素干物质生产效率(CV=13.3%)和成熟期磷素籽粒生产效率(CV=20.5%)的品种差异较大.CD1158-7和省A3宜03-4具有较高的磷素干物质生产效率和磷素籽粒生产效率,而渝02321较低;不同生育时期高效品种磷浓度极显著低于低效品种,而高效品种CD1158-7和省A3宜03-4的籽粒产量分别是低效品种渝02321的1.98和1.78倍.  相似文献

In a field experiment on barley at Rothamsted with the highmean yield of 49 cwt. of grain per acre, the varieties Proctorand Herta produced 10—15 per cent, more grain than Plumage-Archeron plots that received no nitrogenous fertilizer. When nitrogenwas applied the difference was increased to about 30 per cent.,because the higher nitrogen supply caused the Plumage-Archercrop to lodge and did not increase its yield, while Proctorand Herta remained standing. The three varieties did not differ in leaf-area index nor innet assimilation rate before ear emergence, so that all hadthe same total dry weight. After ear emergence, the leaf-areaindices of Proctor and Plumage-Archer were nearly equal, butthat of Herta was smaller. Assuming that the photosyntheticefficiency of the leaves continued to be the same in all varieties,the higher grain yields of Proctor and Herta cannot be attributedto greater production of dry matter by the leaves, either beforeor after ear emergence. A pot experiment on plants with shadedears confirmed that the dry matter contributed to grain yieldby unit leaf area was nearly equal in all the varieties. The higher grain yield of Proctor and Herta than of Plumage-Archermust therefore have come from additional photosynthesis in partsof the plant other than the leaves, i.e. in the ears themselves.An attempt to demonstrate this directly in a pot experiment,by comparing the grain yields of plants with shaded or withunshaded ears, was unsuccessful because the varieties behaveddifferently in pots; Proctor and Herta produced only about 6per cent, more grain yield than Plumage-Archer, and though thedecrease in grain yield by shading the ears was slightly greaterfor Proctor and Herta, the differences were not significant. The sum of ear sizes (estimated from length and breadth measurements)per m.1 in the field experiment was greater for Proctor andHerta than for Plumage-Archer. Also the distribution of drymatter between developing ears and shoots apparently differedwith variety, so that at ear emergence the dry weight of earsper m.2 was greater in the two higher yielding varieties. Theincreased amount of photosynthetic tissue in the ears of Proctorand Herta, as measured by size or weight, may not wholly explaintheir greater dry-matter production; ears of Herta may alsohave a higher photosynthetic efficiency. No differences in nutrient uptake that could account for thevarietal differences in grain yield were found. Plumage-Archerabsorbed more potassium, and Herta less phosphorus than theother varieties. About a quarter of the final content of nitrogen,and a third of the phosphorus, was absorbed after ear emergence,but the potassium content was nearly maximal at ear emergenceand later decreased. The pot experiment showed that, on the average of all varieties,26 per cent. of the dry matter in the grain at harvest originatedfrom photosynthesis in the ears, including 10 per cent, fromthe awns; 59 per cent, came from photosynthesis in the flag-leaflamina and sheath and peduncle, and 15 per cent, from partsof the shoot below the flag leaf.  相似文献

以中浙优1号为材料、秸秆不还田为对照,在大田试验条件下研究了不同秸秆还田量(4000、6000、8000 kg·hm-2)对水稻群体干物质积累、运转、植株固碳及产量形成的影响. 结果表明: 与对照相比,秸秆还田处理的水稻群体干物质积累总量平均增加63.03 g·m-2,以6000 kg·hm-2处理的干物质积累量最高,比对照增加154.40 g·m-2;在水稻各生育阶段中,秸秆还田处理对分蘖盛期—齐穗期干物质积累的影响最为明显,干物质积累量比对照平均增加71.25 g·m-2;与对照相比,秸秆还田处理的茎叶干物质输出率和表观转变率分别平均增加4.2%和3.7%,均以6000 kg·hm-2处理最高,分别为12.8%和11.1%.秸秆还田处理的群体植株固碳量比对照平均增加55.38 g·m-2,以6000 kg·hm-2处理的增幅最大,为17.8%;从固碳量在各器官中的分配来看,秸秆还田有利于生育前期茎叶固碳量的积累和生育后期固碳量向穗部的分配.秸秆还田处理的水稻产量比对照平均增加794.59 kg·hm-2,增幅9.5%,其中6000和4000 kg·hm-2处理的产量均显著提高,而8000 kg·hm-2处理的产量增加不显著;从产量构成因素来看,秸秆还田处理单位面积有效穗数的增加是增产的主要原因,平均增加8.4穗·m-2.  相似文献

Field and greenhouse experiments were carried out to study the response of rye (Secale cereale L. cv. Aslim), triticale (× Triticosecale Wittmark. cv. Presto), two bread wheats (Triticum aestivum L, cvs. Bezostaja-1 and Atay-85) and two durum wheats (Triticum durum L. cvs. Kunduru-1149 and C-1252) to zinc (Zn) deficiency and Zn fertilization in severely Zn-deficient calcareus soils (DTPA-Zn=0.09 mg kg-1 soil). The first visible symptom of Zn deficiency was a reduction in shoot elongation followed by the appearance of whitish-brown necrotic patches on the leaf blades. These symptoms were either absent or only slight in rye and triticale, but occurred more rapidly and severely in wheats, particularly in durum wheats. The same was true for the decrease in shoot dry matter production and grain yield. For example, in field experiments at the milk stage, decreases in shoot dry matter production due to Zn deficiency were absent in rye, and were on average 5% in triticale, 34% in bread wheats and 70%, in durum wheats. Zinc fertilization had no effect on grain yield in rye but enhanced grain yield of the other cereals. Zinc efficiency of cereals, expressed as the ratio of yield (shoot dry matter or grain) produced under Zn deficiency compared to Zn fertilization were, on average, 99% for rye, 74% for triticale, 59% for bread wheats and 25% for durum wheats.These distinct differences among and within the cereal species in susceptibility to Zn deficiency were closely related to the total amount (content) of Zn per shoot, but not with the Zn concentrations in shoot dry matter. For example, the most Zn-efficient rye and the Zn-inefficient durum wheat cultivar C-1252 did not differ in shoot Zn concentration under Zn deficiency, but the total amount of Zn per whole shoot was approximately 6-fold higher in rye than the durum wheat. When Zn was applied, rye and triticale accumulated markedly more Zn both per whole shoot and per unit shoot dry matter in comparison to wheats.The results demonstrate an exceptionally high Zn efficiency of rye and show that among the cereals studied Zn efficiency declines in the order rye>triticale>bread wheat>durum wheat. The differences in expression of Zn efficiency are possibly related to a greater capacity of efficient genotypes to acquire Zn from the soil compared to inefficient genotypes.  相似文献

以直播稻为对象,在上海农场进行了猪场处理废水基肥和穗肥不同用量组合的田间试验,研究猪场废水对水稻磷养分吸收利用与氮磷生态化学计量的影响。结果表明:施用猪场处理废水对直播水稻干物质积累、植株磷含量有显著影响。水稻拔节期、齐穗期和成熟期干物质积累量以及产量随废水施用量增加而增加;拔节期、齐穗期和成熟期植株、秸秆及籽粒含磷量与废水用量皆呈显著正相关;不同施肥处理在整个生育期水稻植株N∶P为3.13~5.10,在拔节期、齐穗期、成熟期分别为3.13~4.83、3.42~4.35、3.98~5.10,总体上以齐穗期N∶P值较低;成熟期秸秆N∶P值变动较大(4.30~6.57),而籽粒变化较小(3.85~4.37);齐穗期植株、成熟期秸秆、籽粒和植株的N∶P值与废水施用总量皆呈显著正相关,表明废水施用对直播稻氮素吸收的促进作用大于磷素。  相似文献

以玉米-小麦周年耕作模式为研究对象,于2006-2009年进行了连续4年的大田定位试验,设置了传统翻耕、不覆盖/不深松+覆盖/免耕、覆盖/不深松+不覆盖/免耕、不覆盖/深松+不覆盖/免耕、覆盖/深松+覆盖/免耕以及不覆盖/不深松+还田/旋耕6个模式,研究了豫南雨养区玉米-小麦周年不同耕作模式对小麦花后于物质积累转化、籽粒灌浆及产量的影响.结果表明:传统翻耕和覆盖/深松+覆盖/免耕两种模式绿叶持续时间最长,营养器官的干物质积累均比其他模式高且差异达到显著水平(P<0.05);营养器官花前贮藏物质的运转量也均高于其他模式,营养器官花后同化物运转量和运转率比覆盖/不深松+不覆盖/免耕模式高11.9%、11.7%,比不覆盖/不深松+还田/旋耕模式高11.6%、11.4%,均达到极显著水平(P<0.01);花后同化物对籽粒产量的贡献率比不覆盖/不深松+还田/旋耕和覆盖/不深松+不覆盖/免耕高8.4%、7.9%和8.8%、8.3%,均达到显著水平(P<0.05);产量也以这两种模式最高,达到7545.0 kg·hm-2和7480.5 kg·hm-2,比不覆盖/不深松+还田/旋耕模武分别增产14.8%和13.8%,达到极显著水平(P<0.01).综合来看,覆盖/深松+覆盖/免耕模式具有较好的蓄永保墒和土壤培肥效果,能促使营养器官干物质积累和花后同化物向籽粒的转移,实现高产高效.  相似文献

Summary A study was conducted on the quantities of crop residues (stubbles) recycled into the soil after harvest with 2 early and 3 medium duration varieties of rice under irrigated culture. The addition of crop residues depended linearly on the total dry matter production of the plants. Dry matter (DM) of stubbles and the N content of the same showed a linear trend. The relationship between grain yield and N contribution through stubbles fitted to a linear regression. In early types the maximum N recycled is 16 kg/ha at an yield range of 4 to 6 t/ha while in medium types a maximum of 26 kg N/ha is recycled at the same yield level. The relationships between DM of stubbles and ‘P’ content of the stubbles and between grain yield and ‘P’ content of stubbles also turned out to be linear. The P content varied from 1 to 4 kg/ha in early types and 1 to 2 kg/ha in medium group. More N was recorded in the stubbles of the medium group while more P was found in the early duration varieties. There were clear varietal variations and the results were discussed in the light of the current literature.  相似文献

利用不同作物或品种吸收利用土壤磷能力的差异提高磷素营养效率,是解决磷资源短缺的重要生物学途径.选择西北地区重要经济作物春蚕豆作为研究对象,选用3个不同春蚕豆品种(系),采用严重缺磷的碱性灌淤土,利用盆栽法研究了在不同供磷水平下不同基因型蚕豆的根系形态特征、酸性磷酸酶活性(APase)及产量的表现, 探讨不同基因型蚕豆对低磷胁迫的适应性反应.结果表明在整个生长过程中根长、根半径、根比表面积和根冠比变动最明显的是临蚕5号,分别为36.40%,65.10%、65.27%和13. 46%;缺磷条件下,蚕豆主要通过减小根半径,增加根长、根表面积,提高根冠比及体内酸性磷酸酶活性来实现对低磷胁迫的适应;不同基因型对低磷胁迫的适应能力不同;缺磷胁迫明显诱导各基因型蚕豆体内酸性磷酸酶活性的上升,临蚕5号增加最快为24.9%,8409为7. 79%,8354为7.29%;同一基因型的不同器官中酸性磷酸酶活性大小表现为根系>茎部>叶片 .根系酸性磷酸酶和根系形态参数可分别作为蚕豆耐低磷品种筛选的选择指标;缺磷导致作物减产,并且不同的基因型作物减产的幅度不同,临蚕5号缺磷比施磷减产30.98%,而8354 的产量在两个磷水平下变化不明显,说明临蚕5号对磷素的反应最强烈,为磷低效基因型,而 8354反应比较迟钝,为磷高效基因型.  相似文献

Grain yield, dry-matter production, and susceptibility to grain discoloration syndrome of upland rice (Oryza sativa L.) in relation to nutrient supplies were studied in Ultisols in Nigeria's humid tropics. Nutrients identified as necessary to produce high dry matter were N, K, Mg, and Si. Among these nutrients, Mg and Si were found to be involved in the protection of rice plants against grain discoloration and their application increased the grain yield of 3 varieties by an average of 34%.  相似文献

以日本和IRRI的9个水稻品种为材料,分别以武香粳9号和两优培九为对照,在江苏南京和云南丽江研究了不同水稻基因型干物质积累与源库形成特征及其在不同生态环境下的差异.结果表明,生态环境对水稻产量和干物质积累量影响显著.高产水稻品种积累了高额干物质量,且干物质生产优势在中后期.高产品种的总颖花量、LAI及群体生长速率(CGR)都较高.稻谷产量随干物质积累总量的增加而提高,与齐穗后干物质积累量、总颖花量和LAI呈极显著正相关,与粒叶比呈显著正相关.与云南丽江点相比,群体LAI、单位面积颖花量和抽穗后干物质积累量少及生长速率(CGR)低是南京点稻谷产量低的关键因素.  相似文献

A field study tested the hypothesis that modern wheat varieties invest a lesser proportion of the total dry matter (root plus shoot) in the root system compared to old varieties. The study was carried out on a duplex soil (sand over clay) at Merredin, Western Australia in a Mediterranean type environment. We also compared the root:shoot dry matter ratios of near-isogenic lines for Rht dwarfing genes.Root:shoot ratios decreased with crop growth stage and were closely related to the developmental pattern of a variety. All varieties appeared to accumulate more dry matter into shoots after the terminal spikelet stage. For the modern variety Kulin this occurred as early as 55 days after sowing (DAS), but did not occur until 90 DAS in the old variety Purple Straw. For all varieties, root dry matter reached its maximum at anthesis, while shoot dry matter continued to increase till maturity. At anthesis there were no significant differences in shoot dry matter between varieties, but from Purple Straw to Kulin root dry matter and thus root:shoot ratio decreased.The tall and dwarf isogenic lines had similar developmental and root:shoot dry matter accumulation patterns.At anthesis, the old variety Purple Straw had significantly higher root dry matter and root length density in the top 40-cm of the profile than modern variety Kulin. There were no varietal differences in rooting depth, water extraction or water use. At maturity about 30% of the total dry matter was invested in the roots among wheat varieties. Grain yield, harvest index (HI) and water use efficiency of grain (WUEgr) increased from old to modern varieties.The reduced investment of dry matter in the root system and thus the lower root:shoot ratio from early in the growing season may partly explain the increased HI and WUEgr of modern compared to old varieties.  相似文献

Previous studies suggest that the positive response of transplanted rice (Oryza sativa L.) to nursery fertiliser application was due to increased seedling vigour or possibly to increased nutrient content. This paper presents results of two glasshouse experiments designed to test the hypothesis that seedling vigour was responsible for the response of transplanted seedlings to nursery treatments. The aim of the present study was to explore the concept of seedling vigour of transplanted rice and to determine what plant attributes conferred vigour on the seedlings. Seedling vigour treatments were established by subjecting seedlings to short-term submergence (0, 1 and 2 days/week) in one experiment and to leaf clipping or root pruning and water stress in another to determine their effect on plant growth after transplanting. Submerging seedlings increased plant height but depressed shoot and root dry matter and root:shoot ratio of the seedling at 28 days after sowing. After transplanting these seedlings, prior submergence depressed shoot dry matter at 40 days. Nursery nutrient application increased plant height, increased root and shoot dry matter, but generally decreased root:shoot ratio. Pruning up to 60% of the roots at transplanting decreased shoot and root dry matter, P concentration in leaves at panicle initiation (PI) and straw dry matter and grain yield at maturity. By contrast, pruning 30% of leaves depressed shoot and root dry matter by 30% at PI, and root dry matter and straw and grain yield by 20% at maturity. The combined effects of leaf clipping and root pruning on shoot, root and straw dry matter were largely additive. It is concluded that the response of rice yield to nursery treatments is largely due to increased seedling vigour and can be effected by a range of nutritional as well as non-nutritional treatments of seedlings that increase seedling dry matter, nutrient content, and nutrient concentration. Impairment of leaf growth and to a lesser extent root growth in the nursery depressed seedling vigour after transplanting. However, rather than increasing stress tolerance, seedling vigour was more beneficial when post transplant growth was not limited by nutrient or water stresses.  相似文献

在不同秸秆还田方式对早稻的效应研究确定的最佳还田方式和还田量(粉碎还田3000 kg/hm2)基础上,以单施秸秆为对照,研究了秸秆还田配施不同比例化肥对晚稻产量、干物质积累与分配及土壤养分的影响。结果表明:(1)与对照相比,秸秆3000 kg/hm2+N 150 kg/hm2+P2O575 kg/hm2+K2O 37.5 kg/hm2增产效果最为显著,在水稻的每穗粒数、千粒重、结实率、充实度和产量等方面增加幅度最大,分别为9.32%、4.28%、13.70%、2.74%和26.38%。(2)各处理的干物质茎鞘比例随着生育进程不断降低,从孕穗期的66.68%—77.00%降低至成熟期的25.97%—34.79%,除SNPK1外,叶片比例从孕穗期的23.00%—33.32%降低至成熟期的7.41%—21.03%;秸秆还田配施不同比例化肥处理的茎鞘比例在孕穗期、抽穗期和成熟期高于对照,而叶片比例与茎鞘比例呈相反趋势。(3)与对照相比,秸秆还田配施不同比例化肥处理提高了土壤pH值、有机碳、全氮、碱解氮、全磷、有效磷、全钾、速效钾,降低了土壤C/N比。研究结果说明,秸秆还田配施不同比例化肥可以提高植株干物质积累速率、群体生物量,合理改善土壤养分,保证较高的水稻增产潜力,其中秸秆3000 kg/hm2+N 150 kg/hm2+P2O575 kg/hm2+K2O 37.5 kg/hm2效果最为显著。  相似文献

Rice straw is unique relative to other cereal straws in being low in lignin and high in silica. Unlike other cereal straws taller varieties of rice straws tend to be leafy while the leaves are less digested than stems. This may contribute to higher straw value with rice yield. There is genetic variation in straw quality but has not been exploited and tends to be smaller than environmental variation. Effort in plant breeding has been to develop short varieties with higher grain yield. This development has reduced straw quantity but not nutritive value. The relationship between plant genetics and silica metabolism is virtually uninvestigated, although reviews from plant physiology indicate it is a major factor.

Silica and lignin in that order are the primary limiting factors in rice straw quality. Silicon is a nutrient element which has been overlooked largely because of its assumed inertness, but also because of its geochemical abundance that so greatly exceeds its metabolic use by plants and animals. Silicon is involved in several major roles in rice: carbohydrate synthesis, grain yield, phenolic synthesis and plant cell wall protection. These vectors interact with each other to eliminate statistical association of silica and lignin with straw digestibility when varieties are compared. Yield of grain is highly related to silica content of straw, which reflects soil availability. There are no detailed studies on rice straw lignin. Most papers reporting lignin contents in rice straw have used acid-detergent lignin by either the sulfuric acid or permanganate versions. There are undoubtedly soluble phenolics in rice straw that need investigation. The effects of ammonia and urea on silica is to crack the silicified cuticular layer. Silica is not dissolved by these reagents in contrast to the action of sodium hydroxide.

Treatments on rice straw follow those applied to other lignified materials. In order of frequency of reports, urea followed by ammonia with comparatively fewer papers on sodium hydroxide, steam and pressure treatments or exploded by pressure release, and only one or two papers on acid treatments and white rot fungi. There are reports on animal supplementation and a few growth studies with young animals. Field surveys in India and the southeast Asian countries only report the use of urea, although it appears less efficient than ammonia. Farmer acceptance is related to their perceptions on costs, labor, equipment, health, safety, i.e. the exposure to ammonia vapor, economic and other social factors. The various papers reporting treatments have used animal digestion trials; a variety of in sacco, in vitro digestions with rumen organisms or cellulase, some in combination with pepsin digestion or neutral-detergent extraction. Gas production from in vitro rumen fermentation has also been used. Results are expressed mainly on dry matter basis and fewer reports on organic matter. Results are difficult to compare and standardization of procedures is badly needed. However, most treatments with ammonia and urea show some increase in digestibility and intake where measured in in vivo trials. In vitro and in sacco evaluations tend to overestimate improvement in digestibility.  相似文献

黄土丘陵区旱地小麦籽粒干物质积累的准确模拟可为调控小麦生产提供重要的技术支持。本研究利用甘肃省定西市安定区1971—2017年的气象资料和甘肃省定西市安定区凤翔镇安家沟村2016—2017年的大田试验数据,基于APSIM模型对旱地小麦籽粒干物质积累与分配进行模拟,并在模型验证的基础上,定量分析了播期和耕作方式对小麦籽粒干物质积累的影响。结果表明: 3个播期(早播、正常播、晚播)和4种耕作方式(传统耕作、传统耕作+覆盖、免耕、免耕+覆盖)下,籽粒干物质模拟值与实测值间的均方根误差(RMSE)为57.5~143.1 kg·hm-2,归一化均方根误差(NRMSE)为1.4%~9.9%,模型模拟精度较高。不同播期下,耕作方式对籽粒干物质积累的促进效果排序均表现为: 免耕+覆盖>传统耕作+覆盖>免耕>传统耕作,免耕+覆盖最有利于小麦籽粒干物质积累,而免耕与传统耕作差异不显著。不同耕作方式下,小麦干物质积累过程均表现为早播好于正常播和晚播,晚播对干物质积累的影响较大,积累过程最不理想。  相似文献

The pattern of distribution of dry matter and phosphorus wasfollowed in individual plants harvested from a field crop ofspring wheat throughout its development. There was a continueduptake of phosphorus with time and almost half of the totalphosphorus was accumulated in the post-anthesis period of growth.The various component parts of the main shoot were followedin detail and both individual leaves and the stem showed substantialnet losses of phosphorus with time well before they reachedtheir dry weight maxima. The ear was the major sink for phosphorusand it was estimated that approximately one third of its phosphoruscontent was supplied by retranslocation. The main shoot stemand leaves also showed a significant decline in d. wt duringthe final stages of grain development. Half-ear removal at anthesisincreased both grain set and the growth of the grain of theupper florets of the remaining spikelets. Defoliation had littleeffect on grain yield but resulted in a reduction in the phosphoruscontent of the grain. Summary Soil tests, plant performance, and plant tissue analyses were used to study the availability of sulfur to wetland rice in 30 Philippine soils. The critical concentrations of available sulfur by the calcium phosphate, lithium chloride, ammonium acetate, and hydrochloric acid extractions were 9, 25, 30, and 5 mg/kg, respectively. The critical total sulfur limits were 0.11% in the shoot at maximum tillering 0.055% in the straw at maturity, and 0.065% in the grain. The critical N:S ratio was 15 in the shoot at maximum tillering, 14 in the straw at maturity, and 26 in the grain. The critical sulfate-sulfur limit was 150 mg/kg in the shoot at maximum tillering and 100 mg/kg in the straw at maturity. The critical sulfate-sulfur/total sulfur percentage ratio was 15% in the shoot at maximum tillering and the straw at maturity. Plant performance, judged by appearance and yield of dry matter, straw, and grain, was generally poorer in the sulfur deficient soils than in the other soils. Although the calcium phosphate and ammonium acetate methods gave a better correlation between plant performance and available sulfur than the others, all four methods separated sulfur-deficient soils from non-deficient ones. The hydrochloric acid method merits further study because it is simple and versatile.  相似文献

The effect of Herbaspirillum seropedicae inoculation and/or maize straw (0, 5 and 10 Mg/hm2) amendment on the growth and N2 fixation of wheat was determined in pot experiments using 15N-dilution method. Inoculation resulted in accumulation of fixed nitrogen, and % N from atmosphere being 24.6 and 26.5% in wheat shoot and grain, respectively. Straw amendment reduced % Natm to 16.1 and 20.2% at high straw level (10 Mg/hm2). Rational nitrogen fertilization (180 kg N/hm2) completely inhibited N2 fixation by H. seropedicae inoculation. Bacterial inoculation increased dry shoot and grain yield up to 23 and 31%, respectively. The highest levels of shoot and grain dry mass (46.5 and 42.4%) were obtained by N-fertilization in both inoculated and uninoculated plants. Total shoot and grain N-yield increased irrespective of organic matter amendment by inoculation up to 9 and 25%, respectively. N-fertilized plants recorded a maximum increase in N-yield (57 and 51%). H. seropedicae was reisolated from inoculated wheat histosphere after harvesting (90 d from sowing). Neither organic matter nor mineral nitrogen applications had any marked effect on bacterial total counts colonizing wheat histosphere. Moreover, no symptoms of mottled stripe disease were observed on leaves and stems of inoculated plants.  相似文献
