半红树植物黄槿的生态生物学特性研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
黄槿是一种具有重要生态、药用和观赏价值的半红树植物,在海岸生态系统中发挥重要作用。对其生态及生物学特性进行研究表明:黄槿属典型阳生性植物,具有较高的光合潜能,适于在热带亚热带地区光照充足的环境中生长。其叶绿素荧光的光合电子传递速率-光响应曲线(RLC)显示,黄槿的相对电子传递速率(rETR)随光合有效辐射(PAR)的升高而逐渐增加,并在PAR 2 751μmol.m-2.s-1时达到最大值,说明其光合系统II在强光照下也能保持较高的电子传递效率。黄槿叶绿素荧光参数显示其具有较高的能量利用效率,叶绿素a/b值(2.44∶1)略低于理论值(3∶1)。黄槿对营养元素的利用率较高,植株体内N、P、K、Ca、Na、Mg的加权平均养分含量分别为1.23%、0.23%、1.34%、0.42%、0.24%、0.41%。P含量偏低,在其栽培过程中应及时补充P元素。该研究结果将对黄槿的引种、栽培及开发利用提供重要的理论依据。  相似文献

The effect of salinity on leaf area and the relative accumulation of Na+ and K+ in leaves of the mangrove associate Hibiscus tiliaceus were investigated. Photosynthetic gas exchange characteristics were also examined under arid and non-arid leaf conditions at 0, 10, 20 and 30‰ substrate salinity. At salinities  40‰, plants showed complete defoliation followed by 100% mortality within 1 week. Salinities  30‰ were negatively correlated with the total leaf area per plant (r2 = 0.94). The reduction in the total plant leaf area is attributed to the reduction in the area of individual leaves (r2 = 0.94). Selective uptake of K+ over Na+ declined sharply with increasing salinity, where K+/Na+ ratio was reduced from 6.37 to 0.69 in plants treated with 0 and 30‰, respectively. Under non-arid leaf condition, increasing salinity from 0 to 30‰ has significantly reduced the values of the intrinsic components of photosynthesis Vc,max (from 50.4 to 18.4 μmol m−2 s-1), Jmax (from 118.0 to 33.8 μmol photons m−2 s−1), and VTPU (from 6.90 to 2.30 μmol m−2 s−1), while stomatal limitation to gas phase conductance (SL) increased from 14.6 to 38.4%. Water use efficiency (WUE) has subsequently doubled from 3.20 for the control plants to 8.93 for 30‰ treatment. Under arid leaf conditions, the stomatal factor (SL) was more limiting to photosynthesis than its biochemical components (73.4 to 26.6%, respectively, at 30‰). It is concluded that salinity causes a drastic decline in photosynthetic gas exchange in H. tiliaceus leaves through its intrinsic and stomatal components, and that the apparent phenotypic plasticity represented by the leaf area modulation is unlikely to be the mechanism by which H. tiliaceus avoids salt stress.  相似文献

Amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) markers were used to investigate the genetic variations within and among nine natural populations of Hibiscus tiliaceus in China. DNA from 145 individuals was amplified with eight primer pairs. No polymorphisms were found among the 20 samples of a marginal population of recent origin probably due to a founder effect. Across the other 125 individuals, 501 of 566 bands (88.5%) were polymorphic, and 125 unique AFLP phenotypes were observed. Estimates of genetic diversity agreed with life history traits of H. tiliaceus and geographical distribution. AMOVA analysis revealed that most genetic diversity resided within populations (84.8%), which corresponded to results reported for outcrossing plants. The indirect estimate of gene flow based on phiST was moderate (Nm=1.395). Long-distance dispersal of floating seeds and local environments may play an important role in shaping the genetic diversity of the population and the genetic structure of this species.  相似文献

From the fermentation broth of an unidentified Phomopsis sp. (strain HKI0458) isolated from the mangrove plant Hibiscus tiliaceus, four A-seco-oleane-type triterpenes, namely 3,4-seco-olean-11,13-dien-4,15alpha, 22beta,24-tetraol-3-oic acid (1), 3,4-seco-olean-11,13-dien-4,7beta,22beta,24-tetraol-3-oic acid (2), 3,4-seco- olean-13-en-4,7,15,22,24-pentaol-3-oic acid (3), and 3,4-seco-olean-13-en-4,15,22,24-tetraol-3-oic acid (4) were obtained. 半红树植物是一类既可在海岸潮间带又可在陆地生长和繁殖的海陆两栖植物。夏季强光和高温是海岸带生境突出的特点,半红树植物如何在这样的自然生境中生存和繁衍是值得探讨的问题。该研究以具有较高应用价值的锦葵科(Malvaceae)木槿属(Hibiscus)的常绿半红树植物黄槿(H.tiliaceus)作为研究对象,采用LI-6400便携式光合测定系统(Li-Cor Inc.,USA)对南亚热带气候条件下的广东省珠海淇澳岛红树林自然保护区自然生长的黄槿在夏季高温季节的叶片气体交换特性进行测定,探讨了其在自然生境下的光合行为和相关的形态解剖特征,揭示其生境适应性的光合生理生态机制。结果表明:(1)黄槿净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间二氧化碳浓度和蒸腾速率的日变化均表现为单峰型曲线,中午未出现明显光抑制现象。(2)黄槿较高的净光合速率与其较高的气孔导度相关,而后者则可能与其较大的气孔密度和具有表皮毛等叶片解剖结构特征有关。(3)黄槿光饱和点、光补偿点、最大净光合速率和日均净光合速率均符合阳生植物特征,因而是一种阳生性树种。以上结果说明黄槿在自然环境中具有的快速生长特性可能与其较强和较稳定的光合能力有关,该研究结果为深入揭示黄槿以及其他半红树植物适应海岸带高温强光生境的生理生态机制提供了基础数据,为黄槿的合理栽培及造林实践提供了理论参考。  相似文献

Hibiscus tiliaceus (Hau) is a pantropical mangrove associate that usually occurs in coastal ecosystems where substrate salinity is relatively high, but it also inhabits upland habitats in Hawaii. Cuttings from three populations on the island of Oahu, Hawaii, were collected and grown in the glasshouse under two levels of substrate salinity (0 and 335 mOsm kg-1) and three light treatments (0%, 50%, and 90% shade). Photosynthetic gas exchange, biomass allocation, and accumulation were studied in relation to salinity and light. Salinity reduced net CO2 assimilation in the upland population but had no effect or stimulated photosynthesis in the coastal populations, whereas increasing salinity decreased stomatal conductance in all populations and therefore increased water-use efficiency. The degree to which photosynthesis was inhibited by salinity was inversely proportional to the salinity of the source population, indicating a loss of salinity tolerance in upland plants. Light had a stronger effect on leaf area ratio (LAR) and leaf mass per area (LMA), whereas salinity had a stronger effect on leaf water content, internode length, and plant biomass. Salinity reduced total new biomass by 58%, 50%, and 34% in full sun, 50% shade, and 90% shade, respectively, but this response did not differ between populations. Salinity reduced the photosynthesis, but not growth, of upland plants because increased allocation to photosynthetic tissue increased LAR to compensate for inhibition of photosynthesis by salinity.  相似文献

应用多种色谱技术从半红树药用植物黄槿内生真菌GT20036029中分离得到9个化合物,通过波谱学方法并与已知化合物数据作比较,鉴定它们分别为N-(2-羟基苯乙基)乙酰胺(1)、环(L-脯氨酸-D-异亮氨酸)(2)、环(L-亮氨酸-L-脯氨酸)(3)、环(D-亮氨酸-L-脯氨酸)(4)、环(亮氨酸-酪氨酸)(5)、环(苯丙氨酸-丝氨酸)(6)、脑苷脂B(7)、(25S)-纽替皂苷元-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖-(1→2)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)和(25S)-异纽替皂苷元-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖-(1→2)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9)。化合物1为首次从海洋真菌代谢产物中分离得到。化合物8显示了较好的肿瘤细胞生长抑制活性。  相似文献

对了哥王的生态生物学特征研究表明 ,了哥王分布区气候条件温暖湿润 ,生境主要为草坡和开旷林地 .了哥王耐贫瘠 ,是一种阳生性灌木 ,其光合速率平均为 7.33μmolCO2 ·m-2 ·s-1.其竞争力明显弱于同在灌草丛中分布的桃金娘 .因而在灌草丛阶段的演替过程中 ,其种群减少 ,桃金娘种群增长 .了哥王体内加权平均养分含量为N 0 .6 6 7% ,P 0 .0 81% ,K 0 .5 4 0 % ,Ca 0 .776 % ,Mg 0 .2 5 9% .种群生物量分析表明 ,荒坡上野生了哥王生物量较低 ,仅 0 .0 2 73t·hm2 .若要大量开发了哥王资源 ,需要人工种植以提高生产量 .  相似文献

PCR-mediated recombination describes the process of in vitro chimera formation from related template sequences present in a single PCR amplification. The high levels of genetic redundancy in eukaryotic genomes should make recombination artifacts occur readily. However, few evolutionary biologists adequately consider this phenomenon when studying gene lineages. The cytosolic glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase gene (GapC), which encodes a NADP-dependent nonphosphorylating glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase in the cytosol, is a classical low-copy nuclear gene marker and is commonly used in molecular evolutionary studies. Here, we report on the occurrence of PCR-mediated recombination in the GapC gene family of Hibiscus tiliaceus. The study suggests that recombinant areas appear to be correlated with DNA template secondary structures. Our observations highlight that recombination artifacts should be considered when studying specific and allelic phylogenies. The authors suggest that nested PCR be used to suppress PCR-mediated recombination.  相似文献

The genetic differentiation and structure of Hibiscus tiliaceus , a pantropical plant with sea-drifted seeds, and four allied species were studied using six microsatellite markers. A low level of genetic differentiation was observed among H. tiliaceus populations in the Pacific and Indian Ocean regions, similar to the results of a previous chloroplast DNA (cpDNA) study. Frequent gene flow by long-distance seed dispersal is responsible for species integration of H. tiliaceus in the wide distribution range. On the other hand, highly differentiated populations of H. tiliaceus were detected in West Africa, as well as of Hibiscus pernambucensis in southern Brazil. In the former populations, the African continent may be a geographical barrier that prevents gene flow by sea-drifted seeds. In the latter populations, although there are no known land barriers, the bifurcating South Equatorial Current at the north-eastern horn of Brazil can be a potential barrier to gene flow and may promote the genetic differentiation of these populations. Our results also suggest clear species segregation between H. tiliaceus and H. pernambucensis , which confirms the introgression scenario between these two species that was suggested by a previous cpDNA study. Our results also provide good evidence for recent transatlantic long-distance seed dispersal by sea current. Despite the distinct geographical structure observed in the cpDNA haplotypes, a low level of genetic differentiation was found between Pacific and Atlantic populations of H. pernambucensis , which could be caused by transisthmian gene flow.  相似文献

Microsatellite loci were isolated from the sea hibiscus (Hibiscus tiliaceus L., Malvaceae), a pantropical plant with sea‐drifted seeds. This study describes six dinucleotide microsatellite loci for which the primers produced clear and polymorphic amplification patterns with different levels of variability (between three and nine alleles). Six markers were amplified in four other species of hibiscus, greatly increasing the utility of these markers.  相似文献

对收集于广西桂林的17份野生毛葡萄种质和24份栽培葡萄种质,分别使用12条ISSR和12条SCoT引物进行了遗传多样性和亲缘关系检测。结果表明:两种分子标记均能产生较丰富的多态性片段,可有效应用于葡萄的遗传多样性检测,但在聚类分析结果上表现出一定的差异性,SCoT分子标记能更好地区分野生种质和栽培品种,说明SCoT分子标记在葡萄遗传多样性检测和系统进化研究上可能更有优势。从SCoT聚类结果上看,广西植物研究所收集的3个野生毛葡萄种质zws1、zws2和zws3相对其它野生种质而言,更偏向于与栽培种质聚为一类,说明这一类野生毛葡萄可能是这些栽培品种的原始亲本来源之一。不同的野生种质聚为多个类群,并表现出明显的地域特性,但遗传距离相对较远,说明桂林野生毛葡萄资源具有丰富的遗传变异。栽培品种没有明显的聚类特点,可能因为所选用的栽培品种的地域代表性并不是很强,也可能是因为栽培品种在不断的人工杂交选育过程中,遗传背景趋向一致,遗传多样性降低。该研究证明SCoT分子标记在葡萄遗传多样性研究上具有一定的优势。该研究结果为桂林毛葡萄资源的保护、利用和品种选育提供了理论依据,也为葡萄的系统进化研究提供了参考。  相似文献

海人树(Suriana maritima)是海人树科的一种滨海观赏植物,目前在中国仅分布于南海诸岛。该文以西沙群岛自然生长的海人树为研究对象,通过调查、采样,分析测定其茎杆及其叶片的形态解剖结构、叶片的抗氧化酶活性和抗逆渗透物质含量,以及叶片与生长土壤的营养元素含量等生态生物学特性。结果表明:(1)海人树的叶片小而厚,角质层明显,栅栏组织发达,气孔密度小(8.64 n·mm-2),易于维持体内水分,能很好地适应干旱和高盐碱的环境;叶片的叶绿素含量低(0.76 mg·g-1),总抗氧化能力高(589.50 U·g-1),脯氨酸含量高(1 123.64μg·g-1),表明海人树光合利用效率高,抗氧化能力强。(2)海人树根际土壤的养分含量低,而叶片有机碳、氮、磷含量较高(分别为490.27、18.10、3.81 g·kg-1),表明海人树的土壤养分利用效率高,对贫瘠的土壤具有良好的适应能力。综上表明,海人树对强光、干旱、高盐碱和土壤贫瘠的热带珊瑚岛环境具有良好的适应能力,可作为热带珊...  相似文献

阔苞菊(Pluchea indica)是一种红树林伴生植物,以其在原产地的药用特性和部分引入地的入侵性而闻名。本研究旨在评估阔苞菊在其分布范围内遗传变异的地理分布,确定影响其遗传结构的因素,并利用这些信息对阔苞菊在原产地和引入地的保护和管理策略提出建议。 我们以来自阔苞菊原产地(亚洲)和引入地(美国)的31个种群共348个个体的15个核微卫星位点数据对阔苞菊的遗传多样性和种群结构进行了评估。在大尺度范围以及局部区域两种空间尺度上对阔苞菊遗传变异的空间格局进行了探讨,并验证了以下假说:地理距离和自然地理屏障将影响种群结构并在空间尺度上产生不同程度的分化。研究结果表明,与所研究区域内的其它红树林物种的遗传多样性参数相比, 我们发现阔苞菊在种群水平上具有相对较高的遗传多样性以及在物种水平上具有明显的遗传分化。大多数阔苞菊种群显示杂合子缺失, 这主要是由于近交和有限的基因流所导致。在较大空间尺度上进行的种群结构分析显示,该物种自然分布范围内存在两个主要遗传谱系,中国的种群与印度尼西亚、马来西亚、新加坡、泰国、柬埔寨和菲律宾的种群分别属于不同的谱系,而美国的种群可能来自于中国的谱系。 此外,在局部区域范围内也同样检测到种群之间的遗传分化。大部分阔苞菊种群所表现出的遗传瓶颈效应强调了其具有本地灭绝的风险。基于上述研究结果,我们建议采用原位保护策略对阔苞菊进行管理,并开展对优先保护种群的保护行动以维持遗传多样性。  相似文献

Using the published literature and records, this study investigated the historical introduction, geographical distribution, and biological characteristics of 404 alien plants in 32 provinces (including municipalities) in China. The results showed that three fifths of the alien plants was introduced for intentional purposes, and the introduction of alien plants increased with time from 139 BC to the current time, especially during historical events that played an important part in the process of introduction. The geographical distribution of alien plant species tended to decrease from the south and the east to the north and the west. Annual average precipitation (Y = 7.51X + 7.05, R2 = 0.67) and temperature (Y = 0.07X + 41.54, R2 = 0.67) had a linear relationship with alien plant introduction throughout China. Furthermore, population density and economic conditions also affected and promoted plant invasions in China. The life forms were well adapted to regional precipitation and temperature, but different life forms of alien plants were not consistent with the distribution tendency based on the quantity of alien plants. There was a higher percentage of annual and biennial plants in the northern provinces (e.g. 66.7 and 15.7% in Inner Mongolia), whereas there were more perennial and woody plant species in the southern provinces (e.g. 37.0 and 21.2% in Hainan). Family characteristics could not accurately predict plant invasions; however, predictions based on genera were acceptable. In addition, the origin of alien plants can also predict the distribution and potential risk of invasions. Thus, our study investigated the factors affecting plant invasions in order to provide information on the prevention and control of alien plants.  相似文献

银毛树(Tournefortia argentea)为紫草科紫丹属常绿小乔木或灌木,是东半球热带海岸和海岛常见的先锋植物,具有重要的生态价值、观赏价值和食用价值。为掌握银毛树对热带珊瑚岛环境的生态适应机理,为其保护和开发利用提供基础资料,该研究以西沙群岛东岛自然生长的银毛树为对象,对其形态解剖结构、生理学特征、叶片营养元素和根际土壤的理化性质等进行了分析。结果表明:(1)银毛树具有叶表面气孔密度低、比叶面积小、海绵组织发达、枝条的空腔比高等特点,有较好的储水抗旱能力。(2)银毛树叶片表面有厚密白色绢毛覆盖,可以反射强光、降低水分散失,有利于其适应强光和干旱环境。(3)银毛树叶片的脯氨酸含量较高,能够很好地抵抗渗透胁迫,为细胞提供良好的生存环境。(4)银毛树生长的土壤呈强碱性,养分和水分含量较低,但其叶片营养元素含量正常,表明其对土壤养分的利用率高,能够很好地适应瘠薄的土壤环境。(5)银毛树木质部密度低,枝干脆弱易折,可防止被大台风连根拔起,同时枝干含水丰富,有利于其抵抗台风及树冠的快速恢复。因此,银毛树能较好适应干旱、强光和瘠薄的滨海沙滩环境,在热带珊瑚岛(礁)或滨海地区防风固沙及植被恢复方面有较好的应用前景。  相似文献
