浒苔多糖剂量150mg/kg可使高胆固醇血症小鼠血清胆固醇下降22%,剂量168mg/kg可使高脂血症大鼠TCH和TG分别降低58%和61%,HDL升高27%,剂量250mg/kg可分别提高血清、脑和肝SOD活力33%、118%和224%,剂量168mg/kg对高血脂大鼠血清和心脏LPO含量降低35%和46%。  相似文献

浒苔经热水提取,Sevage法除去蛋白质,用乙醇沉淀,Sephadex-G-100柱层析,得浒苔多糖(简称EP)精制品。经SephadexG-200柱导析鉴定为单一对称性洗脱峰。红外光谱分析具有多糖特征吸收峰,紫外光谱分析表未见有核酸和蛋白质的特征及吸上峰,总糖含量为88.8%,基中糖酸酸含量为33.6%。单糖组成为L-阿拉伯糖,L-岩藻糖,D-甘露糖,D-半乳糖及D-葡萄糖。平均分子量为2500  相似文献

该研究采用氢氧化钠-氯乙酸的化学反应体系制备羧甲基化肠浒苔多糖,以获得不同取代度的羧甲基化肠浒苔多糖,取代度的大小受氢氧化钠浓度、反应温度和反应时间的影响。结果表明:(1)当氢氧化钠浓度20%、反应温度60℃、反应时间3 h时,得到羧甲基化的最大取代度为0.781。(2)通过体外抗氧化来评价不同羧甲基化肠浒苔多糖的抗氧化活性。(3)当羧甲基化肠浒苔多糖的浓度为1.6 mg·mL~(-1)时,羧甲基化肠浒苔多糖清除羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基的能力分别为44.45%、51.98%,其清除DPPH自由基清除率和还原能力分别为16.75%、0.457 6。(4)与修饰前的相比,羟基自由基、超氧阴离子的清除能力均有较大幅度提高,羧甲基化修饰对肠浒苔多糖的DPPH自由基和还原力有减弱作用。以上结果表明,羧甲基化修饰引起的肠浒苔多糖的结构变化可以提高其抗氧化活性。  相似文献

本文研究小鼠游泳90分钟后不同时间LPO和SOD动态变化及小鼠游泳后2hr、3hr、4hr后对LPO和SOD水平的影响。结果表明小鼠游泳90今后SOD酶活性高于游泳前,而LPO水平在游泳后4hr内持续低于游泳前。证明游泳1.5hr使自由基损伤减少(CP<0.05)。小鼠游泳2hr、3hr、4hr后SOD酶活性随游泳时间延长而降低,LPO则持续增高,表明超负荷运动,机体不能清除自由基,不利于健康。  相似文献

为探讨水杨酸(SA)对不同增殖方式来源的浒苔生长和生理特性的影响,本文选取营养繁殖得到的浒苔(VU)和孢子/配子繁殖得到的浒苔(SU)作为供试材料,设置不同的水杨酸浓度,测定两种浒苔的生长、叶绿素荧光、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和可溶性蛋白含量等生理指标.结果表明: 低浓度水杨酸可以促进VU和SU的生长,对VU促进效果更为显著;在0.2 μg·mL-1水杨酸浓度下,VU相对生长速率达到最大值21.0%,且与SU相比,VU最大光化学效率提高了9.8%.水杨酸对两种浒苔的SOD活性影响较大,在水杨酸浓度为0.2、0.5 μg·mL-1下,VU的SOD活性增幅分别达52.0%、198.6%,SU的SOD活性增幅分别达54.1%、38.0%.水杨酸促进了浒苔的相对电子传递速率、光合作用和蛋白质含量.水杨酸对两种增殖方式来源的浒苔的生长均有促进作用,尤其是对VU的促进作用更为明显.  相似文献

探究了不同紫外曝光量及低盐胁迫对浒苔生长的影响。结果显示,紫外辐射对浒苔生长有抑制作用,甚至使浒苔呈负增长,而且在盐度为24时抑制作用比盐度为12时大,藻体湿重下降明显。2.3×104KJ·m-2~4.7×104KJ·m-2的紫外曝光量使藻体变细、变软、变散,在显微镜下观察发现部分藻体受到损伤,死亡后内容物外溢;1.9×104KJ·m-2紫外曝光量对浒苔生长率影响较小。实验设置了0、6、12、24四个盐度梯度,培养42d,在盐度为0的情况下,前21 d浒苔藻体颜色没有明显变化,但藻体变软,变散,随后,藻体颜色慢慢变黄、变白直至死亡;其它各组生长均正常,显示出浒苔的盐度适应范围广,对低盐具有一定的耐受性,但不能长时间耐受0盐度。  相似文献

为探讨大型海藻对盐度的生理响应及其适应机制,以缘管浒苔和浒苔为试验材料,研究了不同盐度的稀释或浓缩海水处理10 d对浒苔属植物鲜质量(FM)、相对生长速率(RGR)、相对电导率(REC)、叶绿素含量(Chl)、类胡萝卜素含量(Car)、色素比值(Chl a/Chl b、Chl/Car)、叶绿素荧光参数和渗透调节能力(OAA)的影响.结果表明:与对照相比,10% ~ 200%海水处理均明显促进两浒苔属品种的FM和RGR,缘管浒苔和浒苔分别在100%和50%海水处理下的FM和RGR达到最大值;300%海水处理显著抑制两浒苔生长,缘管浒苔受抑制程度较大;缘管浒苔的生物量仅在50%、100%海水处理下呈现正增长,浒苔生物量在10%、50%、100%、200%海水处理下均呈现正增长.10%海水处理下,两浒苔的Chl、Car、Chl a/Chl b显著上升,且随海水盐度的增加,呈现先增后降,缘管浒苔和浒苔的Chl、Car、Chl a/Chl b分别在100%、50%海水处理下达到最大值.随盐度的增加,叶绿素荧光参数PSⅡ最大光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ实际光能转化效率(Yield)、最大相对电子传递速率(rETRmax)、光能利用效率(α)和半饱和光强(Ik)都显示与Chl相同的变化趋势.10% ~ 300%海水处理下,浒苔属均表现出一定的OAA,缘管浒苔在100%海水处理下,OAA达到最大值,浒苔在50%海水处理下,OAA达到最大值.两浒苔的生长指标除与Chl/Car无明显的相关性,与REC呈极显著负相关,与Chl、Car、Chl a/Chl b、Fv/Fm、Yield、rETRmax、α、Ik、OAA呈极显著正相关.100%和50%海水处理分别对缘管浒苔和浒苔的生长最适宜,浒苔生长适应盐度的范围比缘管浒苔宽.REC、Chl、Car、Chl a/Chl b、Fv/Fm、Yield、rETRmmax、α、Ik和OAA均可以作为浒苔属植物生长盐适应性的评价指标.  相似文献

为探讨大型海藻对重金属胁迫的生理响应及耐受机制,以条浒苔(Enteromorpha clathrata)和缘管浒苔(Enteromorpha linza)为试验材料,研究了不同浓度的镉(Cd2 )处理7天对两个浒苔品种的生长、叶绿素(Chl)和类胡萝卜素(Car)含量、叶绿素荧光参数以及可溶性糖(SS)和可溶性蛋白含量(SP)的影响。结果表明:随着Cd2 浓度的增加,条浒苔和缘管浒苔鲜重和相对生长速率(RGR)与对照相比显著下降,且条浒苔的鲜重和RGR降低幅度大于缘管浒苔。镉胁迫下,叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量、叶绿素a/叶绿素b(Chla/Chlb)、PSⅡ最大光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ实际光能转化效率(Yield)、最大相对电子传递速率(rETRmax即Pm)和光能利用效率(α)、可溶性蛋白含量随着Cd2 浓度的升高均出现下降趋势,除了叶绿素外,条浒苔的其它指标的降幅要大于缘管浒苔。随着镉胁迫强度的增加,浒苔可溶性糖含量呈现逐渐显著上升。上述表明,条浒苔和缘管浒苔对Cd2 胁迫均具有一定的适应能力,且缘管浒苔耐镉性高于条浒苔。在镉胁迫下,维持较高的Car含量、Chla/Chlb、Fv/Fm、Yield、rETRmax、α、SS含量、SP含量是缘管浒苔耐镉性高于条浒苔的主要原因。  相似文献

以烟台海域定生浒苔为研究对象,采用光暗转换法,研究了不同光强条件下浒苔充气叶状体内部氧气浓度的变化。结果表明,浒苔充气叶状体内部气体成分中含有氧气,其浓度在360μmol/m2.s光强下达到最高值且保持稳定,光暗转换法显示其最高稳态到最低稳态的过渡仅需约10 s,此外,最低稳态的氧浓度仍高于水体饱和溶氧浓度。  相似文献

The effect of diets containing antioxidant vitamins and trace elements on chicken tissue activities of SOD, CAT, GSH-Px and of LPO levels was investigated. Chickens, 45 weeks of age were divided into six groups: control group, Cu group (13.2 mg Cu kg(-1) diet); Se group (0.07 mg Se kg(-l) diet); vitamin E group (70 mg DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate kg(-1) diet) and a constant level vitamin C, 200 mg kg(-1) diet); vitamin A group (240 mg retinol acetate kg(-1) diet) and vitamin C group (500 mg ascorbic acid kg(-1) diet). Significant variation of these antioxidant enzyme activities and LPO levels according to gender was demonstrated statistically. In the Cu group, CuZnSOD activity in the liver, erythrocyte, kidney and heart significantly increased by 75, 40, 12, 12% respectively (P<0.05). MnSOD activity in the heart, liver, kidney and brain of the vitamin C and in the heart of Cu group were found to be increased by approximately 15%, while in liver tissue of the Cu group it was reduced by 19% (P<0.05). GSH-Px activities in the Se, vitamin E and C groups were significantly increased, conversely LPO levels decreased (P<0.001). CAT activities in the liver and heart of the vitamin C group were significantly decreased (by 32%), but in kidney tissue only that of the Cu group was increased from 30.2 +/- 4.767 to 144.49 +/- 6.93 U mg(-1) P<0.001. The resistance to stress of the vitamin E and C groups, which had significantly increased activities of antioxidant enzymes and decreased lipid peroxide levels, were determined in 60% moisture medium at 45 degrees C.  相似文献

2008年夏季对青岛近海栈桥、汇泉湾和五四广场三个海域的漂浮浒苔进行了样本采集,针对其12种无机元素进行了含量分析与比较,并与2007年夏季三个海域的浒苔的无机元素含量进行了比较。结果表明,2008年采自汇泉湾海域的漂浮浒苔的Ca,Cu,N,Na和P含量在三个海域中最高,而采自五四广场的漂浮浒苔的Fe,Mn,Pb和Zn含量最高,Cd,K和Mg的含量在三个海域的水平相差不大。与2007年相同海域比较,2008年的漂浮浒苔更富含Fe,K,Mg,Mn,Na和P。另外,与海带和紫菜比较,浒苔中的Fe,Mg和Na含量较高,而P和Zn含量较低,Ca和K含量,低于海带而高于紫菜中的含量;有害元素Cd和Pb含量远低于相应的藻类制品卫生标准(GB19643—2005)和无公害产品海藻(NY5056-005)中的限量要求。结果从无机元素角度为浒苔的综合利用提供数据支持。  相似文献

The studies aimed at the feasibility of using Enteromorpha prolifera for the removal of ciprofloxacin from aqueous solutions. Batch experiments were carried out for the biosorption of ciprofloxacin onto Enteromorpha prolifera. The factors affecting the biosorption process such as the initial concentration, dosage, pH and the contact time were studied. Enteromorpha prolifera exhibited a maximum biosorption capacity of 21.7 mg/g. The pseudo-second-order kinetic model described the ciprofloxacin biosorption process with a good fitting. The optimum pH of ciprofloxacin adsorbed by Enteromorpha prolifera was 10. Biosorption equilibrium studies demonstrated that the biosorption followed Freundlich isotherm model, which implied a heterogeneous biosorption phenomenon.  相似文献

Water-soluble sulfated polysaccharides extracted from Enteromorpha prolifera and fractionated using ion-exchange chromatography (crude, F1, F2 and F3 fractions) were investigated to determine their in vitro and in vivo immunomodulatory activities. The sulfated polysaccharides, especially the F1 and F2 fractions, stimulated a macrophage cell line, Raw 264.7, inducing considerable nitric oxide (NO) and various cytokine production via up-regulated mRNA expression. The in vivo experiment results show that the sulfated polysaccharides (the crude and F2 fractions) significantly increased Con A-induced splenocyte proliferation, revealing their potential comitogenic activity. In addition, IFN-γ and IL-2 secretions were considerably increased by the F2 fraction without altering the release of IL-4 and IL-5. This implies that the F2 fraction can activate T cells by up-regulating Th-1 response and that Th-1 cells might be the main target cells of the F2 fraction. These in vitro and in vivo results suggest that the sulfated polysaccharides are strong immunostimulators.  相似文献

为探讨蝉拟青霉Paecilomyces cicadae抗旱的生理生化基础,利用聚乙二醇6000(PEG-6000)对采自贵州省荔波县的蝉拟青霉GZUIFR-3L菌株液体发酵进行胁迫,用氮蓝四唑法连续测定不同培养时间SOD活性,考马斯亮蓝G-250法测定蛋白质含量,从而测定SOD比活力。结果表明,胁迫和非胁迫情况下,蝉拟青霉蛋白质含量、SOD活性和SOD比活力分别在发酵培养第7,8,6d时达到最大值;经干旱胁迫的蝉拟青霉SOD活力及其比活力均比未经胁迫处理的高,初步推测蝉拟青霉抗旱能力与SOD活性有一定的相关性。  相似文献

EPL-1 and EPL-2 represent lectins isolated from the green alga Enteromorpha prolifera. Both lectins are 20- to 22-kDa single-chain, nonglycosylated proteins. N-terminal sequence analysis of peptides representing over 70% of their primary structures shows that EPL-1 and EPL-2 represent novel proteins. Sedimentation-diffusion equilibrium experiments showed that EPL-1 and EPL-2 had average apparent molecular masses of 60000+/-6000 Da (EPL-1) and 59500+/-3000 Da (EPL-2), indicating that EPL-1 and EPL-2 have a tendency to self-associate into higher order aggregates, possibly homodimers and homotetramers, in equilibrium. The carbohydrate-binding specificity of EPL-2 was studied by enzyme-linked lectin assay and intrinsic fluorescence measurements. The results show that the combining site of EPL-2 is capable of accommodating both D-mannose and L-fucose, which share the conformation of the hydroxyl groups at positions 2 (axial) and 4 (equatorial), and includes subsites for the substituents at O1 and for branched mannose residues.  相似文献

采用分光光度法测定了箭叶淫羊藿在不同温度处理后的过氧化物酶(POD)活性,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量,发现在高温胁迫下POD活性,SOD活性,MDA含量均呈上升趋势,而在低温胁迫下,POD活性,SOD活性下降,而MDA含量在0℃以上低温下降,0℃以下低温又开始上升;在25℃时,POD活性,SOD活性,MDA含量均处于最低水平。  相似文献
